Water heater started leaking and we called OCB and talked to Chris, he had two guys out right away and they did a great job with a great price! We will for sure use them again! Scott you have a great group of guys working for you!

The valve (located in our basement) that feeds our sprinkler system was not sealing well and was allowing water to leak into the pipes that go outside. We were having to drain the pipes weekly. Micro Plumbing replaced the valve in less than an hour and even made a repeat visit to fix a couple other joints that were disturbed during the replacement of the valve. We are happy with our decision to use Micro Plumbing for our repairs.

I will be using Action Rooter again. I recently had a clogged drain from our washing machine drain. I had Aksarben Plumbing come out. The guy could not get it unclogged and charged me. They gave a estimate of $1500-$2500 to replace the pipes.
Action Rooter came out the same day and unplugged the drain. Charged me $49 less than Aksarben. Also gave us a 30 day warranty on his work. We have three centers and for now on we will be using Action Rooter. Thank you very much!

Bill Drake and his assistants are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. After the initial fix to our toilet started to leak (a bad wax ring; no fault of his) he responded quickly, had an employee fix our issue promptly, and even called to check back up on the repair. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing! They're great about returning calls. They show up when they say they will. They work quickly. They keep everything clean. They're respectful. And they actually fix the problem! We've called them twice to fix different plumbing issues the last tenants left behind, and they did a stellar job! This is the second time we have had the honor of working with Big Birge Plumbing. We have a 3 month old and the hot water heater went out. Not only were they a man short that day but went above and beyond to care for our most precious treasure. The wife and I would be alright but they saw the need and met it with our kiddo. No other plumbing company necessary in our home. They have become more than just a business to us.

Kurt is an excellent technician - was actually early (called first) which gave him time to not only address and resolve the issue I called for but was willing and able to answer some questions on other issues. Gave some great advice and fixed another problem.

Bradd was up to the challenge and did an outstanding job removing all of the old piping and replacing it with new copper pipes.
