These guys are rockstars. I had to have my water main service replaced, they did the whole thing in one day. My water heater cracked and between me calling and a new heater being installed was a matter of hours. They work fast, do a great job, and their prices are very reasonable. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing issues.

They showed up and replaced a burst pipe on shirt notice. The lead time for other contractors was a week and they got out in 24 hours. I actually forgot to pay them for like a month. Just spaced it off. They sent a bill. They called yesterday a month later and we're so polite. I paid over the phone with a card. It didn't feel like a shakedown lol, rather just a reminder. Poor poor poor. I have literally never had such a bad experience and felt so left out to dry by a company and service that is so far from cheap. Was told a boiler backflow device was covered (I was actually surprised by this.) Scheduled an appointment only to get a call days later informing the backflow service devise itself was being serviced it would take 2 weeks Fine. 2 weeks pass no call. I call and it's still not ready and no idea when it will be ready. So I explain on the phone that I pay them for a service and they can't provide me with said service. So, as their customer in this situation, what should I do? They suggest I call someone else since this service is not covered anyway. So I'm told its covered, wait weeks for it to be fixed, no idea when it will be fixed, and now it's not covered. I ask to speak to someone to cancel my service. Maybe try and get my money back since, at the time, I had only had the service for a very short time. No answer. Call after call no answer and no return call. Honestly, I just feel scammed, taken advantage of, and with absolutely no care from the company whatsoever. This is the first year I decided to give Service One and try and I will never do it again. Shame.

Warranty honored. No cost, no attitude, just amazingly professional service. Water heater stopped working over night. This unit had been installed new 3 years ago by Paul. It was a complex problem. Original crew tried but ultimately referred it to Paul. Paul arrived at exactly the prearranged time, made the needed repairs and was done in under 2 hours.
