Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

I will never use this company again. They lied and said a camera wouldn't fit down my drain and did not fix my problem yet still charged me $400. Called them back they lied again and said someone would come out with a camera and run it through my drain but they never did.

I had sewage back up and came out of my basement floor drain. Roto Rooter was great to work with and came out in a reasonable time frame. The price was agreeable as well! Ray Rodriguez is the guy who cleared my drain. I have 14 years of construction and home maintenance experience, and could tell that he really knew what he was talking about! He got the line cleared quickly, and I'm finally able to take a shower again (lol). Good stuff!

Corey did a great job fixing what I thought was a serious issue when it was actually an easy fix and another company trying to rip me off without looking at everything first and eliminating simple issues. He did not charge for a quick visit and to fix this small issue. I really appreciate this! we really needed some good news lately and someone who is honest.

We had a hose bib burst and flooded part of our basement, after calling numerous omaha plumbers that claimed to be 24/7 or emergency and only getting voice mails two men and a snake answered. They were at our house within 1 1/2 hours (only because the plumber was on another call). They were kind courteous and fixed our problem in no time. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and I didn't feel like I got gouged for an emergency call, even though that is what I was prepared for. Being in the construction industry myself, it makes me feel good that their are others out there acting in good faith. Thanks Kris for your hard work!

I was lucky to get next-day service for a leaky pipe. Sheldon worked quickly, efficiently, and was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing (and why it happened). After fixing the basement pipe and replacing a toilet's valve, he asked if there was anything else. I had forgot to mention when making the appt a sink issue, and he immediately addressed it as well. Quality work, more-than reasonable price, and great customer service from a skilled and friendly professional--I couldn't be happier.
