They were supposed to install my dishwasher. Tracked mud in and refused to clean it up. Then cussed at me, didn't finish installing the dishwasher and left. Worst plumbing experience ever!

Brad was very friendly and explained what he was needing to do. He was up-front about the cost. Laid down a plastic sheet before he startedto work on the clog. He also suggested someone to call to come out and look at a leak we have in the room below the kitchen.

I called on a Sunday night (8pm~) after noticing a broken valve underneath my sink that had a slow drip. They scheduled me for a morning to 1pm window on the next day (Monday). The service rep wasn't able to make it until noon on Tuesday, but the dispatch called me twice on Monday to update me and let me know what's going on with them not being able to make it that day.Pricing was transparent ($319/hr at time of writing before the $75 can discount), and it was fixed within the hour. Brad, my service rep, was super knowledgeable and definitely had my best interest in mind.

We've used JP Plumbing for several repairs & installations including kitchen appliances, water softener and water heater. They are always great to work with and do a great job. I've recommended them to several family members and friends. I won't hesitate to call them again if a need arises.

This review is long overdue. In February of this year I had Rick and Jordan at my house to take a look at my sump pump. It wasn’t draining and I was in quite the bind. Jordan, was training at the time and Rick would ask him questions. Jordan was VERY Knowledgeable and professional. Rick was the same. He would allow Jordan to let him know what the plan of action would be, and Rick would step in if that was any issue with his plan of action. They were both very professional and on time. There was even a part that needed to be replaced and they worked with my home warranty company without any issues and I only needed to pay the deductible. Thank you Rick and Jordan!

The plumbing was repaired in a way that the water had to flow uphill to the main. It was corrected the next day. I was also charged for 2 hours labor for them to leave and get material for the job.
