Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Despite the obstacles Brad and his team faced, they were professional and prompt throughout, plus they held true to the contracted price, despite the setbacks, which we so appreciated. From customer service to craftsmanship, we were 100% impressed with Big Birge and highly recommend them!

Corey came out did a process of elimination to find the water leak coming from the ceiling. He did a great job finding the leak which came from the pipe behind the wall and fixed it. First and foremost I want to compliment Avery Heath not only for the work he successfully completed but the customer centric demeanor he presented. We were experiencing a backed up line or 2 that required a rooter. He had to do it in two lines. Avery also removed the toilet to reseal at our request. He was kind, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. We now can use the washer and dryer, shower abd toilet again.
