Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

I manage three commercial buildings in the old mill area, and every time I have called there office chris has always answered the phone professionally. She has always found me a plumber or drain cleaner when I needed one and when they arrive to do there work they are very professional and they thoroughly clean up after themselves all the time.

Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. I called Marc from integrity plumbing and he was very professional and quick to come out and take care of my issues. Ended up costing about half of what I was expecting it to. Never fun to have to call a plumber, but if I need to again for anything else, it will be them! Thank you

I would advise against hiring this company. They distrust their customers and have offensive billing methods.

I had consultation services performed by Backlund on September 9th. The invoice I received was dated September 12th, and it was sent to me by certified mail on September 13th. There were never any harsh words or conflicts with them regarding their services so I'm confused as to why they would have spent an unnecessary amount of money to send me the invoice. Sending the invoice by certified mail cost them over $3. Why would they not use standard mail services. (Stamps are only $0.46) This is not very cost effective. Apparently, they don't trust their customers to acknowledge an invoice. Had I ingnored the invoice, I could see them resending it certified, but from the time the service was performed to the date the invoice was mailed was ONLY 5 days.
