I have used Aksarben for several installations over the past 4 years - ac/heater replacement, electrical panel replacement and now installation of my water heater and a new water softener unit today. I have been impressed with not only the quality products they have used but also to quality people that have done the work. Not necessarily the cheapest at times , but sometimes you get what you pay for, and not having a substandard product that needs constant attention is worth time and money also.

Our water heater stopped heating and was due for replacement. They were able to come out that day and get it replaced right away. Quick and easy communication. Great rates for the exceptional quality of work. Thanks to Fernando for amazing service!

Excellent job, good and polite service

This was my 2nd time using PumbRite and Justin has been my tech on both occasions. He was very courteous and wore booties and a mask inside my residence which I very much appreciated again. He listened to my questions and issue with my old kitchen faucet and presented a variety of options and choices for me to pick from. He replaced my faucet in a timely manner. My kitchen was spotless when he entered it and after he was done installing my new faucet, he left it the same way that he found it. He was very professional and provided a lot of useful house/home/plumbing advice that I can use in the future.

I definitely recommend PlumbRite and I would advise customers to request Justin as their technician if given the choice when setting up an appointment. I will be using them again in the future. Their quality and efficiency was excellent.

I called ServiceOne yesterday to have our bathtub diverter and our drain pull to the bathroom sink fixed since they were no longer working properly. Upon my call I was able to get someone out the very next day! The Service Pro assigned to our service call was Lorin L. Lorin worked very fast and efficiently; both of our faucet fixtures are now working great! Lorin was also extremely knowledgeable and cordial throughout the entirety of the service call. I couldn't be happier with the service received!

Moved into a 100-year-old house in Omaha, and it came with some 100-year-old plumbing issues (and some poorly executed DIY work). Paul performed a whole-house re-piping, replacing all the supply lines with new copper lines, installing an instant hot water system, and re-locating several lines from unconditioned spaces. His prices were reasonable and at the end of the day everything came in right at the initial estimate. His crew worked efficiently to tackle the job in a couple of days and cleaned up after themselves. Paul has earned my trust, and I will continue to call him for future plumbing issues.

They were fast. Reasonable price. Did good work. Only problem e as they didn't plug my freezer back in when they were done and I didn't notice for a couple days but I would recommend them highly for clearing clogged drains.

Paul the plumber is my go to when having any plumbing repairs or issues. I wouldn't use anybody else!
