Phil did a great job at our house. He showed up on time, and was very courteous. He wore covers over his shoes to keep our floors clean and cleaned up as if he had never been there in the first place. We had two slow drains, one which caused a backup on the basement floor. Both are fast as can be now! Winfrey Plumbing is the go-to. Give them a call if you want to be taken care of!

Nick had a cancelation in my are and came over shortly after being called. He estimated and installed a spigot in my garage, ran a gas line for my stove, and repaired pipe under my sink all in less than 4 hours. Their rate was very reasonable and the work looks great!

My main drain to the sewer was backing up into my basement. Ron Peterson was the technician they sent out. He was awesome! He answered all my questions and phone calls/texts. He was upfront with options to fix the problem, smallest cost to largest cost and possible problems that my arise. Unfortunately for me they did have to replace my main drain out to the transit as my pipe was old, rusted and broken. My only complaint would be the billing system. Since the original job turned into a larger one they had to bill for the first (which was discounted off the second) and then bill the second. If they could change that I would give 5 stars.

My shower drain was just lagging and draining super slow. Same day scheduling was great. The stuff that comes out is so nasty. It was definitly worth it.

When I say this is excellent service, it is an understatement! My grandma was having issues with a previous company, they came out, and did the service quickly, and within a day! I used NxtGen today for a possible leak we had in our shower. Alicia helped me on the phone this morning and was extremely courteous. Being the day following 4th of July weekend, she was able to squeeze us in for service as they knew I was unable to use my master shower. The text alerts were great and she was very informative about what to expect with the arrival time of the technician. Our tech was William and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed his knowledge and gave some pointers to prevent future troubles. He made sure we knew how to contact him if needed again and took our best interests into consideration during his consult. I would use NxtGen again without hesitation.

Mark and Matt came out today to fix a pump for me. They were amazing and super freindly. Definitely have a new customer in me. Will totally recommend you guys to friends and family.
