The technicians were nice and friendly. They explained the problem, what they did and told me how to correct a pipe problem when I do future replacement. They also did an additional service which was not initially scheduled during the appointment setup. I greatly appreciated them doing the additional work while there.

Toby the technician was very thorough and even called a water damage inspector out to make sure all was ok. Without asking he applied a coupon to my total. Second time I have used Roto Rooter and they’ll be my go to if there’s a third.

They moved appointments to improve response for a non timely matter I asked them to look into another time and honestly repaired a problem other companies had advised needed a much bigger replace/fix (Saved me a lot of money)!
