Before I called Mr. Drake I had tried working with at least four other plumbers over the years. Now that Bill has been taking care of our plumbing for the last couple of years, I know once he's out to the house, the problem will be fixed right the first time. He goes out of his way to make sure I am able to prevent future problems and he is very affordable.
