Best Bathroom Drain in Omaha NE

Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

Andy and Isaac installed our new dishwasher at a residential home in Papillion NE. Service was above and beyond.

Max Sherman was such an effective and professional plumber who solved some complex plumbing problems. He was very informative of everything involved in what he did and discussing options when problems arose to be solved. He was also a very friendly and likable young man with a wealth of knowledge. Not only did he repair all of the plumbing issues, but gave us very good advice of how to avoid the problems in the future. I was especially impressed by his knowledge of how the plumbing had been installed, accurately predicting the year it had been done, and recommendations for future solutions.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience on some thing I expected to be really traumatic And super expensive, which was not welcome right after Christmas. So thank you again for having such a helpful, competent, and Knowledgeable employee.

Called Mark first thing in the morning and received a prompt response/call back. We discussed the issue and he gave me options as opposed to something else shady. He had his tech at my home within 30 minutes, with the parts, ready to install. After installation, the tech, Bill, gave me some nuggets on how to lengthen the life of the water heater with the new parts. I will be using Integrity in the future for all plumbing and water heater repairs. Integrity are the Professionals… 5 Stars!

A company that values the customer! I called A&A plumbing out for a minor leak in a pipe near my furnace and for low pressure in the fridge dispenser. In looking at the problems, the technician recommended to call an HVAC company as the pipe in question was part of the furnace. Then identified the dispenser issue as the shutoff valve being stuck only partially open. Neither issue took more than a minute or two to identify, and the technician simply waved it off as not worth charging for. That wasn't a big deal to him, but it was a huge deal to me. It's not even the money, but the fact that the company is willing to put the customer first and wave off something like this instead of charging a flat fee. It is greatly appreciated and I will be using them in the future!

Mark and his crew were fantastic for pipe purposes. They made a very difficult situation seamless and worry free! However, the excavation/demo side for water damage was not fantastic. It was very rushed and not explained. Person items were not handled with care and they shooved items in our basement rat packed into our garage (during a heatwave). All the techs are nice, but we found nails and debris in our driveway and cleanup was sub par. Another tech even just walked into our front door without even calling/texting/ knocking. I'd recommend them for pipe issues, but not anything needing demo or mitigated. Talking to supervisors didn't do anything.

Quick, friendly, knowledgable and honest. After multiple plumbers have been out monthly to unclog our basement drain from tree roots, we felt like it was a never ending problem. Equisure was the last and only plumber to thoroughly get the job done and warranted their work for years to come. Definately would recommend.

The office gal was great to work with and Ken was able to get our issue fixed quickly and while dealing with my two kiddos insisting on coming in and helping every chance they could.
