I highly recommend these plumbers. Terrific customer service, quick work, and reasonable cost. I called with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they got to my apt in 10 minutes. The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

Robert came out in a timely manner after I called him. He and his assistant did great work on my kitchen sink drain. There was an issue with a leak in the sink traps. One on each side. The large nuts were absolutely locked on and there was concern of being able to get them off without breaking the ceramic sink. Using some old school tricks they were able to get the large nuts to loosen without breaking the sink. That alone saved me $625.00 for the price of a new sink. They are very professional and have a professional demeanor. Their prices are very competitive as well. I would recommend them due to the timely manner, and quality of their work. Just wanted to share, we had an issue with our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. We have had an absolute terrible experience with a plumber who botched the repair so badly we had to install a new unit. Thankfully a neighbor suggested Red Plains Plumbing. Kasi really came in and saved the day for us and we now have hot water again (THANK YOU JESUS). He has been nothing but professional with superior customer service. He contacted the Rinnai Rep who will be looking at our botched system and helping us handle the situation with the first plumber. He did an amazing job cleaning up someone else’s mess. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I heard about Jean's through a relative who had nothing but good to say about their work. I hired them to take a look at several plumbing issues at my grandmother's house, which was built in the 1940's. The plumbers from Jean's fixed both issues (which I would categorize as fairly major) for $230. When we mailed payment to them, we accidentally and unknowingly sent them a check for $250, and they then sent us back a check for the $20.

I won't ever call anyone else for plumbing work in OKC. That kind of service and integrity, combined with their very reasonable prices, is world class.

Let me start by saying that this company is very professional and my experience interacting with employees was pleasant, but that was not the issue. The company replaced an outside faucet last fall (correctly I assumed). I did not use the faucet until January. When I turned the faucet on it had limited pressure and then water started leaking from my brick work- obvious signs of a busted pipe. When I contacted the plumber, I was told & it was explained to me with visuals that the pipe froze because of a hard freeze. This appears to be honest & direct reasoning. However, I have lived in the house for 18 years with absolutely no pipes bursting despite numerous hard freezes. I find it more than ironic that my first pipe burst in nearly 20 years occurred right after I had work done. More than ironic? I think not. When I brought this to the company’s attention they claimed no responsibility. Again, in a professional manner & with additional visuals to explain how they are not at fault. The resulting damage costs were over $4000 to repair, reinstallation, abatement , & remodeling (thanks for the slight discount on the reinstallation though). My homeowners insurance covered some, but not entirely- leaving me with a huge expense. I say all this to advise customers to ask LOTS of questions prior to repairs that include liability issues. I do not require a rebuttal from the company, but I believe this issue needs to be known for someone considering using this company.

Our air went out about a month ago and our house was at 87 even through the night. We called Triple Play on a Thurs evening. They installed a new unit the next day. From the minute you call until they drive away you feel like they are family. Everyone is very nice.
Chad K had to make a return visit this evening (our dogs shifted unit up against the house blocking air flow.) He was so understanding and nice and checked everything for us. We are very happy with this company and their amazing quick response time. Thank you everyone at TP.

Our home warranty company sent out Quality Home Services and I could not have been more pleased! Most of the people our warranty company send out are second rate but not so with Quality Home Services. They responded quickly to our request and sent out Eric.
