My AC was not blowing cold air. We called on a Sunday night and they had someone out here the next morning at 8am. The service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and didn’t try to force extra repairs. He informed me of things to be watchful of and also told me about the extra services they offer. 100% will use Triple Play in the future for my repairs.

Our air went out about a month ago and our house was at 87 even through the night. We called Triple Play on a Thurs evening. They installed a new unit the next day. From the minute you call until they drive away you feel like they are family. Everyone is very nice.
Chad K had to make a return visit this evening (our dogs shifted unit up against the house blocking air flow.) He was so understanding and nice and checked everything for us. We are very happy with this company and their amazing quick response time. Thank you everyone at TP.

We had a new AC/Heater put in last year through Triple Play. This year we made sure that we contacted them to do our AC Tune Up as recommended. I contacted them via their text message option and asked how much an AC Tune up would cost. When they responded they told me $129.00. That is exactly what I expected to pay as that is what was quoted to me. We scheduled the service and on the day of the service, we were told near the end of the service that the total had come to around $260. I was furious. I do not like to be caught off guard and not given full information. The person who scheduled my service and who quoted me for the AC tune up could have said The AC Tune Up is $129, and in addition to that you will be charged a Service fee of $129. When I explained to our technician that I was unhappy and that I was misled with the quote, he simply said I'm sorry, I understand and HE AGREED that it was misleading. I am extremely disappointed in your sales tactics as a company who claim that you are a Trusted HVAC and Plumbing Company in Oklahoma, and you deliver budget-friendly and expert services that you can trust. I do not trust you at all when you cant even be informative during scheduling a service about the exact charges that will be expected of your customer to pay. I did end up paying the $250 member charge and not because I look forward to working with you for the next year, but because that was the cheaper way to pay the bill today. After a year I will be looking for an honest company who gives full disclosure on thier charges. I just hope that your work performed is not as untrustworthy as your front office is. You did not make this right and therefore I do intend to inform my friends and family of this incident because I do not want them to have the same expierence as I did today when you do not have funds to just give away.

Update: The General Manager Kevin, called my husband within 30 minutes of me leaving this review and did address and fix my complaint. I do appreciate them doing the right thing.

Since it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything back from Triple Play after reporting my issue with them, I am thinking they don't care.

I had the Home Advantage package, which I thought was really good value. 2 visits a year to check up on your AC and your heating.

When the technicians came out, they spent a very long time checking my outside condenser, my duct work and the interior blower.

After about 2.5 hours, they informed me that my condenser needed to be replaced. It was a refurb unit, and it had been giving me issues over the last couple of years, shutting down and requiring a restart when it got really hot out. They were explaining to me that it seemed to be an issue with the closed coolant system that had some shoddy welding on it, and this had allowed contaminants inside the system. As a result, a repair would be unfeasible and that I just needed to replace it. So I wasn't totally shocked. The price they quoted for me, seemed fair - about 5-6k, as well as some replacements for capacitors etc. and I told them I was going to think over my options. I almost always get a 2nd opinion, and in this case, I'm glad I did.

Another company's technician came out to inspect the system. He was much faster, only about an hour and told me the issue I had wasn't anything to do with the coolant, the fan was connected the wrong way so it was pulling outside air into the system not pushing it out. He wasn't sure how this had happened, but the capacitor for the fan had been installed (or fixed) with the wires connected the wrong way around at some point by someone who had serviced the system prior - to be clear, I do not believe this was done by Triple Play - just not spotted.

The fix cost me $147 vs the $6k Triple Play had quoted me and I asked the technician what the deal was with Triple Play missing something so obvious. He let me know that many of the experienced HVAC technicians in Oklahoma had joined Triple Play because they paid commission. I don't know if that's true or not, but it would make sense.

When I reported this to the office manager I was working with at Triple Play, she said that wasn't the kind of values they represented and that she would escalate it to her supervisor. Still haven't heard back.

They have very friendly staff, but I can't forgive them for 1) Missing such an obvious problem and 2) Not taking ownership when they were called out on it.

My advice is to absolutely get a second opinion if you are quoted for work by this company.

I will not be using them again.

Daelon Russell was the plumber that responded to my service call. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, on task and was early to show up. He worked all options to give me the best service at the best prices. I recommend this company and Daelon to everyone!

Had a leaking faucet in my garage. They suggested putting in a laundry box. In the process they broke my floor drain and quoted me $3500 to repair it. In cutting out the drywall his saw sent splinters from the studs thru my kitchen wall and installed the box covering half of the dryer plug. I had agreed to a service agreement for $250. I contacted the owner about this and asked to cancel the agreement and refund my money, Which he agreed to. Asked about the refund again 2 weeks later, never heard from them again. The total bill for this was $977.

I had a hot water heater issue. Jack and Austin Z. came out and assessed the problem and then offered solutions. They were both knowledgeable, patient, polite, and thorough. Thanks to them, we now have hot water!

Daelon, Michael, & Joseph were fantastic! We had to get pretty much all of our plumbing replaced, from the street to the house and even under our concrete patio. The Triple Play team did excellent work and got our plumbing up and running in about a week!

Truly outstanding service, I moved into a new home and immediately encountered a plumbing issue rendering my shower, toilet and upstairs sink useless without flooding my home.

Emergency service was speedy and they sent a legend. Michael Brown was a godsend of a tech and this man goes above and beyond.

We have used HVAC Solutions for several years. Most recently was our fall tune up and inspection. Always performed easily.

It was just after ice storm and we had a couple leaks in the chimneys coming out of furnace at the roof.

Since it was actively raining Tech (James?) scheduled convenient time when it was dry they had it fixed in no time.

(12/31/16) we had our HVAC checked for winter. Our yearly service plan with HVAC Solutions, provides us with excellent service and maintenance on our units.

After doing extensive research online to find a good and honest Heating/Air company, I landed on HVAC Solutions. I was taken back by the amount of good reviews online so I decided to give them a try and that was a great decision. HVAC Solutions is an extremely professional and experienced company. They arrived when scheduled and got straight to work diagnosing the issue I was having with my furnace. Steve was the tech and he was very personable and friendly. I was afraid it would be a big issue which required extensive work and cost quite a bit to take care of. Steve diagnosed the issue, explained to me exactly what was going on and jumped into action to get it fixed and back up and running. Within one hour my unit was back in good working condition. And the greatest part was the price, the cost to repair was very reasonable. I must say that I was blown away by my experience with this company. They were very straightforward and honest when diagnosing the issue and Steve was about as professional as they come. Very honest company all the way around. I will continue to use their services if any other issues arise. Thanks for the excellent service.

Fast, effective service. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were out Friday morning and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. Very professional, friendly, and great to work with.

We knew our old system was through, no replacement parts were to be found. David came up with a quote and was out two days later. By noon, we had a new heat and air handler that works great. The fan blows twice as much as the old one, and the new thermostat helps us keep the temp in the house just right. Very professional and thorough. Thanks.

HVAC Solutions has twice now come to our aid on two sudden need instances, both on weekends, and very efficiently and professionally set it right. We continue to recommend their great service as an excellent choice!

We have used HVAC solutions for serveral years now and they are always there quick and their pricing is really fair compared with the other heat and air companies, i really trust mike and his company.

We had our air conditioner checked for the upcoming summer season. Our technician called to tell us when he would arrive. He worked efficiently and professionally. He adjusted our thermostat for the summer and left us filters for future use. He stated that all was working well and completed the job in a timely manner.

We have had HVAC Solutions work on our AC since we moved into our new house. The unit was original to the home from 1969 and he told us it could go out any time but he helped us out and we drug a good two more years out of it before having to replace it.....it had been going out for years and just limped along. We did a full system replacement and these guys were top notch and i will continue service with them for the forseeable future.

The first warm day of spring arrived and no AC. I called HVAC Solutions the next morning and by day's end Mike and his apprentice were there. The unit was dead, which was no surprise since it was 26 years old. It was pretty warm that day but cool for the week to follow. I asked them for a quote on a new heat and air solution AND overhead ducts to replace my floor ducts. He quoted me in a few minutes and it was reasonable so I went with it. That was Friday, and the weekend was cool. Monday morning his entire crew descended on my attic and began installing the new unit and ducts. As with all big jobs, there were some issues, but all were handled promptly, professionally, and politely. The work took a few days, and was done with almost no mess. When complete, even my attic looked great. They tied up the ducting to allow access for the entire length. They cleaned up their debris, tested the system, and instructed us on use. The house has never been so cool so quickly on a warm day. And on the first night it got cold, it was quick to heat too. We went with the Amana solution and it has a Lifetime compressor warranty and 10 year full system warranty. It is quiet, works great, and will be professionally serviced and maintained for years to come by the HVAC Solutions authorized techs. Thanks Mike to you and your entire crew for a job well done. Everything is neat, clean, efficient, and works great. They even pointed out a $550 ONG rebate to save us a little on the expense. Use these guys!

Showed up the day I called, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within minutes. Pricing was reasonable and I felt like I was being treated fairly and the technician seemed honest. I would use them again.

I have used HVAC Solutions on three different occasions, once for a home efficiency program and two other times for yearly maintenance. The HVAC Solutions technicians have been professional, clean, and very knowledgeable. They answer all of my questions and show me step by step what they are doing to my HVAC system. Overall I am thoroughly impressed with the professional quality of work completed by HVAC Solutions. I have no complaints thus far with this company and would recommend them to anyone

I have had HVAC out every year to inspect our heater. I have also had them replace our heating and a/c units. Top shelf service in all instances. All of the folks are polite, professional, and respectful. I might add, I found them, initially, because another heat and air company was charging me a lot for a new a/c unit - HVAC beat their price, by a lot. These are the best heat and air guys I have found, by far.

I had HVAC Solutions come to my house twice within 6 weeks. Both times they were punctual, friendly, efficient, and above all honest. I gave them two opportunities to make some really easy money off of me and both times Mike Fore didn't bite and remained honest and fair with me and didn't sell me anything I didn't need. That is a rare trait in this field and I have a deep respect for him for it.

I've used HVAC Solutions for 6 years off and on. Very nice people. The secretary is nice and prompt returning phone calls. Mark shows up on time and i think there's a tech called Jason who explains everything well. As of today their BBB rating is A+. Bonded and insured. So, why the 2 star rating?
They've done a few things well in the past, but Im going to cut out alot of detail and get to the main issue. It all began when they misdiagnosed one of my AC 6 years ago. For the most part i think it was an honest mistake, and i believed their advice. Cost me $2k but they were nice and i thought they did a good job installing the $2k part. They didnt fix the problem and i had to hire an electrician that solved the real issue.
Recently that AC stop working, on the part they installed, so i called them again. The damaged part was a manufacture defect. They said it was out of warranty, there was a leak, and gave me advice that i should add Super Seal with Dye for $275 in addition to my $490 bill for other repairs. Their repair came with no grantee and the AC lost Freon in less than a week.
I would have been fine with their repair since i knew the AC had a leak, until i found out they never added Super Seal with Dye. Why do i know that? because i got a second advice from a different HVAC company.
The different HVAC company used ultraviolet light and showed me nothing was added. They also found the leak and fixed it. Pulled remaining A22 out and showed me again that no Dye and seal was added. Then I was told that the reason why my 6 years old unit is out of warranty is because HVAC solutions never sent in the warranty card. If they sent it in, then i would have received 10 years warranty.
After this horrible experience. I am not 100% sure if HVAC solution lied or simply misdiagnosed my AC 6 years ago. But at least this time i am 100% they lied about the dye. Losing my warranty and spent $3k on HVAC solution is enough for me. No longer will I employ them.

Mike was great to come out on a holiday weekend. Online scheduling. Showed up on time each time (we had to order some parts from out of town) and fixed it fairly quickly. His expertise saved us from having to buy a new system at the peak of summer. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We've had lots of very good experiences with them, for furnace tuneups in the fall and A/C unit checkups in the spring, for four or five years now. They offer a great maintenance membership price (which includes both fall and spring maintenance), easy scheduling, were always perfectly on time, and did a very comprehensive and thorough job with the checkups, and explained exactly what they were doing. So we can definitely recommend their services!

We called HVAC for a second opinion regarding our heating system and failing motor. I big competitor basically told us we needed an entire new system. Jon with HVAC came (on a Sunday) and recommended simply replacing the motor, saving us several thousand dollars. He was very kind and extremely professional and knowledgeable and to took the time to explain everything to us and answered any questions we had. We will definitely use HVAC in the future. We terminated our contract with the other guys.

One of my AC units broke on Friday. They were able to get someone out that day to fix it (within about 3 or 4 hours). The Technician Chad Kerns was very professional and provided fantastic service. While fixing the 1 AC unit he also did an inspection of my other 2 AC units for no additional fees to make sure I wouldn't have similar problems with them in the future. They also have an amazing maintenance plan that I was happy to sign up for. Very happy with their service so far and will continue to use Triple Play.
