We had Zane and Josh at our home to complete some work in our kitchen and outdoor spigot. They were both very professional and great to work with. They definitely knew their stuff and provided a few different options for us. Would be happy to utilize them again for any needs we have. Did good, quick work but took advantage of me and over charged me for the service. Even the other employee was shocked when he heard the price. Originally he said $350 to $400, then came back after looking and said $750! This was to replace a flange and reinstall the toilet. When I seem shocked, he dropped it by $50. Unfortunate because their work was great and they responded quickly but not trustworthy on pricing.

Josh reached out. He corrected the mistake that was made on the invoicing/pricing and refunded the part that was wrong! Thank you Josh! Your focus to do the right thing, ability to recognize that a mistake was made and correcting it will keep me as a customer. It's rare a company wants to do the right thing! Thank you again!

I have used this company for different reasons and they’ve been wonderful each time. They’re always professional friendly, and helpful. They even take time to answer my questions. This time I had a leaky water heater. I called in the morning time and they sent Zane and Joshua out within a couple of hours. They both were super nice, knowledgeable, and were able to replace the heater within a few hours. I plan on using this company for future repairs/projects.
These guys were awesome. Had a clogged up sewage line due to my kids throwing a stick in the pipe. They unclogged it. A week later the same issue. The fix was not under warranty, but they came out and fixed it 3 hours before the scheduled time without charge. I made some adjustments to make sure that the kids couldn’t access the pipe again. Zane was our plumber both times, and he was professional, fast, and personable. Definitely recommend for plumbing service!

We've used Fixtpro multiple times and every single time they have been amazing. Courteous, punctual, efficient, the works. they don't push unnecessary services on you, they value your time, and they work with you to find the best solution to your problem. We wound up getting the whole house replumbed and they were able to get everything done in ONE day. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Zane worked hard on a gas leak in our house. He was very informative on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was respectful and timely. Will definitely use this company again if needed!
I found Zane and Josh to be very professional, friendly, they worked at a decent pace. I did not have to clean up after them. I will call Fixtproplumbers again.
A $249 bill for 20 minutes worth of work. No Parts, Didn't even have to troubleshoot. Simply running a snake 40 feet!! Tech came out, I told them where the snake needed to be ran, where the clog was, approx how far in, my snake wasnt able to reach all the way through. Very unreasonable!!

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed no issue showing up in the weather to repair the issue and didn't mind I talked to him during the repair. I would highly recommend this company if all the employees react as he did. Great work FIXT.
Josh and Zach showed up the next day as our shower and toilets were backed up. We had a collapsed line in the back and they got it replaced quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. Very communicative and took care of us every step of the way. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. True professionals and easy to work with. We had water seeping up from underneath our kitchen cabinets and It wasn't coming from our sink. Turns out, that it was from a leak in the drain pipe in our slab. The first guys we called couldn't do anything about it and I found Fixt on Google and called them.
They came out told me where the problem was and referred me to a company that came out and dried everything. After that they came in and fixed the busted drain pipe in one day. I thought it would take a few days but they got it done in a few hours. It was well below freezing and they still came out.
I highly recommend this company if you have a similar issue. They were great. Hopefully I don't they need them again, but if I do, I'll definitely reach out to them first.

I had Fixtpro come out to check out a few things at my home including a shower, a gas leak, and a hot water heater. The gentleman barely even looked at the shower, then looked around at everything else and then went to his truck. He brought me back an estimate of about $6000. This just felt way too high. The gentleman continued to tell me about how difficult it would be to fix everything. Today, another plumber just left after fixing everything in under 2 hours and they charged me $200. Yes, this was a professional, insured plumber. They explained to me that these were all actually really easy fixes and that the company that quoted me $6000 (Fixtpros) was just trying to rip me off. Do not use this company. Absolutely ridiculous.
The two techs were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Replaced sink faucet perfectly and left within 30 minutes. But this is where I have a problem. Even at the most outrageous plumber's rates, charging over $400 (the scheduled appointment non-emergency rate) goes beyond unreasonable...and I supplied the new faucet. Furthermore, the written terms state supply lines would be replaced but were not. I was told this would be extra. This is no reflection on the techs but on the business. Will not use again.
The feedback system Fixtpro uses is Google based and, as I don't have a Google account, I borrowed a friend's computer to complete the feedback request.

Did a fabulous job! Fast response! Did a great job. Everything looked so much better after everything was done. Would use them again, if any problems occur!
Called them to help me get my hot water valve fixed above my washer. I was in a time crunch as I was having a new washer delivered the next day. Was able to get a same day appointment, and the man presented me with all of my options and pricing. No BS scamming. Very thankful for these guys and would use again.
Had a drain clogged with debris from a recent remodel. Josh was able to come out the morning after I called him and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. They were on time and charged a reasonable price. Will plan to use them again in the future.

Zack was great 👍🏻, he was knowledgeable and personable. The process was quick he was done in about an hour. He was ready and willing to help. I was really grateful for them coming out on the weekend for me.
Josh, and crew were very professional. They ran a gas line for a new gas range top. The work was done fast and cleaned up when finished. They all were very friendly and courteous. The price was very reasonable for the type of work being done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
We had a reserve tank for our we'll installed along with a circulating hot water system. If that wasn't enough we had an automatic water shut off valve installed. They were wonderful. They worked consistently through the day. Explained every detail of the systems. afterwards we had more questions they went above the necessary time to assist us. They were great! Joshua is every professional. Thank you guys.

Our main water line busted over the weekend and had to be shut off. I went through a list of about 10 companies around Yukon/Mustang/Edmond and Fixtpro was the only company that was responsive to my needs. Josh was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of quoting to organizing a tech to come out and assess the full scope of the job to giving me a detailed summary of the pipe issue and why it happened and how they came up with a solution. These days responsiveness and accountability is way more valuable than looking for the cheapest way out.

My phone experience did not start with my technician. It started with the receptionist whom was a woman. She was very professional and gave a few laughs to make my worries at ease. I was a bit skeptical because of the out of state number, but it turned out to be a great experience. Dusty was the utmost professional technician. He was on time and made great conversation. He let me know what might have clogged my drain and ways to prevent and minimize future clogs. I am very pleased. My drains are flowing normally!

I was having problem with recirculating system allowing hot water to go to the water RO filter system - which is not good for the RO filter system. Josh quickly diagnosed the situation and altered plumbing to correct the problem.
They were prompt. He understood what I was requesting and installed a valve so I can use my new refrigerator water and ice. He even test the valve.
Had a leaking main leak, and they got it fixed. Super professional and they were solid at communicating when they are coming. Will definitely use them again.
Other than sticking to schedules times agreed upon the techs that came out where friendly, quick and did good work, but it’s important to stick to scheduled times.

These guys work hard and are honest with whats going on...they cut through a ton of tree roots to open up a line until i can replace the entire very old lines. I will be using them for the much larger job in the near future

Had a cold water leak under the foundation and expected the worst.
Zane with Fixt came out and checked on the leak.
They spent a little time going over everything with a fine toothed comb and presented multiple options for repair.
We are planning to remodel the problem area so we opted for the temporary option. Zane was very clear about all options and what to expect, was very professional and fixed the issue.
