When the plumber showed up he gave us a price. The website says theres a 15% discount for seniors. I told the plumber and he said he already figured in the discount. He didn’t ask if we were seniors and had no idea we were seniors until I brought it up. When he sent the invoice via text there was no senior discount listed. We had used this plumber previously this year and I went back and reviewed that invoice, again there was no discount listed. We don’t appreciate him advertising a discount but not honoring it. It seems like this company takes advantage of seniors.

I need to give the biggest shout out to Mr. McGee plumbing. I had a home disaster and they took care of me. I have never been treated so well by a hired professional. My plumbing pipes coming from the kitchen outward were crumbling and I had the misfortune of having to tear up my entire floor. :( Mr. McGee came quickly, quoted me VERY fairly, and did everything they said they would do. They completed the job sooner than expected, they answered all of my questions, and they made me feel like I was family. I can't thank them enough for doing EVERYTHING they could to make my life easier during such a difficult experience. I will always use Mr. McGee for my plumbing needs and you should too!!

This is the second time we’ve used Mr. McGee. This time, we had a constant hot water leak coming out of the tank. Mason with Mr. McGee showed up timely. He recommended a new water tank and advised caution against how some people plug up the leak and move on. The service was excellent, timely, professional, and price seemed very reasonable. Have recommended Mr. McGee to several friends and family and we all will continue to use them. Good work Mason!! We appreciate it.

I really can't say enough great things! Honest, super fast and high quality service, friendly and respectful. I purchased a 20 year old home a few months ago. It clearly was in need of some TLC. I called Mr. McGee Plumbing to schedule an appointment to assess all plumbing in the home. Robbie, Mr. McGee, scheduled a time that worked best for me. We walked through the entire home, Robbie answering all of my questions. There were many. Such a patient and courteous man. All of the work was completed just as he explained, no surprises. The cleanup afterwards pleased me to no end! I recommend Mr. McGee Plumbing without reservation. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars!

Called 4 different places in the Edmond & OKC areas. Mr. McGee was the cheapest even before the teacher discount offered on their website! One big name store prices me at $2600 with only one available water tank! McGee was $1900 before the teacher discount which included removal of all tank, adding new pipes, and the new tank. Robbie Woodard was awesome and I'll call him back for any plumbing need we may need in the future.

Robbie did the gasline for my pool and spa heater and did an excellent job. It was all turn key I did not have to worry about a thing let me repeat I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A THING. Had an emergency sewer problem. Called McGee Pluming and they sent Mason out in less than 30 minutes. Mason is a Rockstar diagnosed the problem had it fixed in record time! He was professional, polite, friendly and very reasonably priced. The dog only barked at him for a few minutes and that means he's okay and honest in her book! Highly recommend using Mr. McGee Pluming for all your pluming needs and ask for Mason. (besides I knew he was honest because my son is a Master Plummer and I knew what the problem was. Unfortunately, my son lives 700 miles away). Thanks again Mason and Mr. McGee Pluming !

I can’t say enough good things. Our guest room flooded due to our outside faucet. Originally had another company that gave us the run around for hours. I got tired of waiting with no water, and called McGee plumbing. They were out within an hour and had us all fixed up. Prompt and polite. Won’t go with another plumber again. Highly recommend!

Excellent same-day service! My husband called the number listed very early in the morning expecting an answering service and was a little taken aback - and impressed - that a person answered instead. Robbie was able to come out to our house the same day and did the needed repair in a very short amount of time. The pricing was upfront and extremely reasonable. Robbie came to the rescue when my water heater died. He had me up and running with a commercial grade heater and all the code upgrades I needed within hours of the death of the old heater. Stumbled upon McGee plumbing and I'm glad I did.

My experience with McGee plumbing was awesome. They answered my call immediately, called back when they said they would, showed up on time, made a few suggestions that I had not considered, gave me a fair quote in advance of the work, performed the work I asked for quickly and professionally, and charged me what they quoted.

Mr. McGee Plumbing is an excellent example of customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I immediately began to search the internet for recommendations. This company came up multiple times and the comments were all highly praising his work. We called and the company man himself came out to inspect the hot water heater as soon as he could. He provided multiple options to accommodate our budget. We picked what was most appropriate and he took care of it the same day (after attending to three other service calls!! WOW!). That in itself is a testimony to his willingness to commit to his level of customer service. We even expressed that we understood if he was too busy to take care of it the same day, but he insisted that we had have hot water tonight. This is a small business that we all can support! I would 100% recommend this locally owned company! I also mentioned that I had picked his company based upon the positive reviews and you could see the pride that he had in his company!!

Just had the best experience with these gentlemen! Efficient and very respectful. I was juggling a toddler, newborn, and 3 crazy dogs who didn’t understand why they couldn’t play with the new guests, and this experience was flawless. They explained what they needed to do and corrected the issue with my kitchen sink in no time! They were able to call and offer their services earlier than originally expected and it worked out perfectly. Do yourself a favor and use Mr. McGee as your new plumber!!

We've used Mr. McGee Plumbing a few times over the past few years, this last time just today to replace four builder-grade bathroom faucets with some nice Delta units. Robbie and his staff are always so friendly and professional, and the work is done right (and they're surprisingly fast as well) with no mess left behind. It's so hard to find a good plumber, and we're very glad we know we can count on Mr. McGee Plumbing for emergencies or the routine stuff!

Overall a great experience. Came out the first time so see what could be done with our gas hot water heater. He gave us several options and how long each would last. He was alway up front with everything. And even gave us a full explanation of costs and what was involved. We decided to go with a new hot water heater. He got us scheduled quickly. His work was really good and got a great product. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend him.

I called McGee Plumbing on Thursday for a faulty hot water heater and was told they wouldn't be able to get to me until Friday around four. To my surprise, Robbie call early Friday morning and came right over. The thermostat was bad and the wires were burnt-out. Robbie ordered a new electric water heater and installed it for a reasonable price. Robbie was professional and personable. I recommend McGee Plumbing to anyone who want the job done right the first time.

Top Notch Business!
I had an appointment for Mr. McGee to come perform a smoke test to find the cause of a foul odor. It snowed that morning. Robbie called me and said he couldn't do the test as the snow made it unsafe to climb on the roof, but he would like to come anyways to see if he could find an obvious problem.
Sure enough, he identified a handful of probable issues and said he could fix those if I wanted and scheduled to come back to perform the smoke test.
I went ahead and fixed the issues he found to see if it fixed the smell. Sure enough! When I called to cancel my appointment and see what I owed him for his trip, he said nothing. WOW. What character does that show? Not only did he drive out in the snow and correctly identify the problems, he gave full disclosure on items found and didn't try to up-sale me on work or unnecessary items.
Mr. McGee is the ONLY plumber I will use from now on!

I just had to find a local plumber in OKC for an elderly family member and I am so happy I was able to connect with Robbie at Mr. McGee plumbing. I called them from hundreds of miles away and walked them through the drainage issues my aunt was having. All in all they responded quickly, were fairly priced, and most importantly very courteous while working with my aunt.....she raved about them. Highly recommended!

Both my bathrooms were backing up and I needed a plumber to ACTUALLY Show up and fix it! I called and had them scheduled for the next day, they were there on time and fixed the issue quickly! This is not the first time I use McGee plumbing service. I had the main line clogged up. They ran 110' through sewer line and they said they couldn't go any further because they hit a hard spot. I asked if they could try to unclog from the toilet he said he doesn't like to bring his snake inside of customer home. Anyways I was charged $200 even thought they didn't fix the issue. I called Roto Rooter and they used 160 snake and fixed it for $250. His advice was that my sewer line was broke down and sewer line needs replacement. I would have to fix it. Left my rental with 2 baths and 2 showers clogged and w/out a solution for my issue but replace the sewer line. Very disappointing. I live in Yukon and have several rentals. I try to stick with local plumbers but sometimes, the bigger companies provide better solutions. My tenant also complained that they didn't have a mask on.

Our toilets, tub and showers were backing up in our house late last night of course on a Friday night! My husband tried a snake and it still wasn’t draining well. We called Mr McGee Plumbing and he said he would be out on Saturday morning early! We heard bubbling in the pipes later that night and things seemed better! Robby was here before 8am and checked all of our plumbing to see if all was working correctly!! He said the blockage had cleared and did not charge us at all! If you have any plumbing problems or needs call Robby! He is awesome!! Very friendly, honest and is an excellent plumber with great customer service! Excellent customer service! I was in the middle of a bath remodel when it was discovered the pipes in my shower were corroded and the shower valve useless and all work stopped. Mr McGees Plumbing came out right away, repaired everything and the guys were back to work In no time. He even came back to fix the plumbing for the vanity when it wouldn’t fit in the cabinet I bought. He gave me recommendations when I needed to replace my kitchen faucet and was very reasonable on his pricing. Best plumber I have ever used and will definitely be using him exclusively in the future for all my plumbing needs. Great company and great people!

If putting a pan under it is code.
Left part of the floor out.

Mr. McGee Plumbing quickly isolated and fixed our slab leak. They even went above and beyond by fixing a toilet that wasn’t filling the tank properly at no additional charge! I have had 2 other plumbing companies look at the toilet and neither thought it could be fixed without running new lines from across the house to it. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent plumbing service. Plumber was very helpful and even worked with me on my gas range delivery. Lowe’s couldn’t tell me a time so the plumber came out unhooked then came back later to hook up new range. Don’t know many people who would do this for a client. Kris and his guys were great! We needed a new kitchen sink and faucet installed and a shower faucet valve replaced.
I loved Kris’ comment - you pick it, we stick it! The kitchen sink turned out great.
He had the valve for the shower faucet that was original to the house. So nice to not have to cut a hole in the wall to replace the faucet!
We will have them back soon to replace our 50 year old toilets.

Would again highly recommend Mr. McGee plumbing as my go to plumbing company. Requested an appointment this morning online for my stopped up plumbing issue. Laryn with their office called and confirmed an appointment this afternoon and kept me posted with Mason’s time progress and when he would be at my house. We saw Robbie's van at a property near my Mom's house, so we called him for a estimate on the problems she was having. He was our second quote. The first quote was 4400.00. He stepped in, assessed the situation, climbed on the roof and had it all fixed for 200.00! Amazing what a difference it is to have someone who cares about their work as opposed to someone trying to make their week off of one elderly woman. If I owned a billboard company, Mr. Mcgee Plumbing would get one free right in the middle of Yukon!

Very unprofessional. We had an appointment scheduled at 8:30 am and they called us 15 minutes after scheduled time to be here to inform us they forgot tools at a location from the night before, so we patiently waited an hour and a half for them to call us back to tell us they were working on that location they were at last night first and then they would come to us. We specifically scheduled it in the morning because we both work in the afternoon into the night. I have seen a lot of good reviews and that is why we scheduled them. After our experience I can see it is not important to them to gain new customers and to stick with their scheduled times and order of jobs. Past customers apparently come first.

Called Robbie for what we thought was a slab leak...he came out faster than anyone else could and it turns out it was a clogged condensate line....he’s fast, reasonably priced, honest with his assessment and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and was more than pleasant about it. I am so Happy with Mr. McGee plumbing! He was quick fitted us in between jobs. Two days ago had used Roto Rooter they charged us 275.00 said it should work but is probably in joint. His snake broke had the call them back they were charge 450.00 to run camera to see what was wrong! After using Roto Rooter twice since March I read reviews on Mr. McGee's plumbing. I'm so happy I told Roto Rooter no and called Mr. McGee very reasonable half the cost and they know what they are doing!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much to Mr. McGee's plumbing!!! Walked into the garage recently to find a stream coming from the hot water heater. Called Mr McGee because honestly I don't know the first thing about this kind of issue. Mr. McGee Plumbing fixed my plumbing issue in minutes. They came the next day after I called and
were prompt and professional. They didn’t even charge me because all I needed were batteries for my faucet. That kind of service is hard to find these days! Most plumbers charge for a service call no matter they do. They had fixed another problem earlier and their charges were very reasonable. I will call them for all my plumbing needs. I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. McGee Plumbing. I had a rotting washer drain pipe. The pipe went under the foundation of my home. They walked me through every step and explained what was happening. I was even given gloves so I could feel where the pipe was rotting. I wish I could give 6 stars!! I called Robbie on a Monday morning with a stopped up toilet. He started vacation that week, but said he would be out anyway - who does this? He said he had some errands to run and would stop by. Literally less than a hour or so he was at our home, less than another hour later he was done.

Someone recommended Mr. McGee to us, I'm recommending them to you now! There is a reason he's 5 stars on here.

I thought he was joking when he quoted me $475 for a 30 minute job that wasn't that hard. He came down to $375. I called my 4 1/2 star plumbing company and got it fixed for $155. I'm all for making a profit, but his prices are absurd. Really good plumbers get paid $200 an hour plus parts. My parts were less than $50 max. Do the math. I highly recommend you get a second estimate before using this company.

Came home from work on the coldest day of the winter just as a hose came off the coupling on my water heater. Called one plumber and got voicemail.
