After realizing the pilot light had gone out on my water heater I tried relighting it myself and was unsuccessful. I gave 1-Tom-Plumber a call and they came out very quickly. Brian Owens was very polite and educated. He informed me that it would be an easy fix. He had it back on and working in no time. I will definitely use them again in the future when needed!
Jeremy came out within 30 minutes of calling and was able to replace my water heater and some pipes that were leaking. This company has been so easy to work with. Everyone has been super friendly and it was half the cost of another company I called. I’ll definitely call them again if I need any plumbing work done. I am 100% happy with my service today.

Impeccable timing! Great work and VERY, VERY CLEAN. A sharp young man by the name of Jeremy knew exactly what needed to be fixed the first time. Done. Headache gone, kitchen sink works, wife is happy and I get to sleep inside at night because I'm out of the doghouse! Best part is, it was way more cost effective because the gentleman walked me through the operation and I paid only for what was required, no more, no less. THE FIRST TIME! I absolutely recommend this company!!!!

Robert with 1-Tom-Plumber was incredible! We had a significant plumbing and sewer leak at home while we were facing a family crisis. Robert was very responsive and worked to repair the issue quickly and above our expectations. He was extremely respectful of our family and home while we navigated the family crisis and the repair was being completed. Also, the final cost was very reasonable and appropriate. We will be using them again in the future for any other plumbing needs!
I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that could send someone out the same day, let alone within 3 hours. Robert called 30 minutes before arriving, was able to find the leak, and quickly repair it. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do before he went through with the repair work. If you need someone who is quick, and affordable, they should be your first call.
I want to thank Robert Harley. He came out on a Friday AFTER 5 on a FRIDAY and fixed my shower. He was EXTREMELY nice and professional. He made sure we knew what was going on and what he was going to do before he did it. I won't lie I panicked when I saw my bathroom at first before he was done but he cleaned up the mess. I am so grateful not just because he got the problem fixed but because now when my husband come home since we work together we can both shower without waiting for one of us to finish in the other shower. We work hard outside so having a hot shower when you get home I'm sure anyone would understand is important. Thank you Robert for fixing our shower. You have no idea how thankful I am.👍😁
I called to have someone come take a look at my washer it was leaking behind it. I got the pleasure of speaking with Kayla who booked my call. She was so professional and had a plumber come out to my house immediately and gave me a very reasonable price. The plumber came out and was done within a couple hours and very professional. I am so so pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend this company and when you call ask to speak with Kayla,she's the best

My sewage was backing up into the house, so I frantically started going down the list on google for plumbers in my area. I was getting really nervous when everyone was saying that the soonest they would come out would be Monday unless I’d pay a large fee. The last group I called was 1-Tom-Plumber and they said they’d be out within an hour. Robert showed up, assessed the issue and got to work. Here I am now, about an hour after he showed up, with no issues! Didn’t break the bank either!!! I highly recommend them and him.
I had a water heater leaking and called 1-tom. The secretary was very friendly and attentive. They came out the same day and the plumber was very knowledgeable. They did excellent work. Thank you 1-tom.
We originally call 1-Tom Plumbing to fix an issue with a Shop toilet. I asked to have the line scoped since it was never checked when we bought the place, he found there was no issue with the line but was the toilet itself not having enough water to flush. He fixed the issue with the toilet and only charged us for scoping the line.
We then called AGAIN for a leaky well water pressure tank and he was able to repair the piping the previous owners had pieced together. He then proceeded to help us understand all the ins and outs of our water pressure tanks since we are new to well water. Thank you for you Awesome Customer Service! You are our only plumber now.

My plumbing clogged in the middle of the night and of all the places I called 1-Tom-plumber was the only place that got me in the same day. I met Robert who was a wonderful professional that took the time to teach me how to prevent clogging the drain again. I have had this issue with my plumbing multiple times and no other company had the integrity to teach me how to take care of my plumbing so I wouldn’t face this issue again. I will definitely do business again.

Let me start by saying that this company is very professional and my experience interacting with employees was pleasant, but that was not the issue. The company replaced an outside faucet last fall (correctly I assumed). I did not use the faucet until January. When I turned the faucet on it had limited pressure and then water started leaking from my brick work- obvious signs of a busted pipe. When I contacted the plumber, I was told & it was explained to me with visuals that the pipe froze because of a hard freeze. This appears to be honest & direct reasoning. However, I have lived in the house for 18 years with absolutely no pipes bursting despite numerous hard freezes. I find it more than ironic that my first pipe burst in nearly 20 years occurred right after I had work done. More than ironic? I think not. When I brought this to the company’s attention they claimed no responsibility. Again, in a professional manner & with additional visuals to explain how they are not at fault. The resulting damage costs were over $4000 to repair, reinstallation, abatement , & remodeling (thanks for the slight discount on the reinstallation though). My homeowners insurance covered some, but not entirely- leaving me with a huge expense. I say all this to advise customers to ask LOTS of questions prior to repairs that include liability issues. I do not require a rebuttal from the company, but I believe this issue needs to be known for someone considering using this company.
Scheduling was very friendly and flexible with my needing to change my appointment day and time and Robert was very respectful and knowledgeable and thorough plumber who answered all my questions and went above and beyond to fix all problems he came across so that our house would pass any upcoming inspections. So glad I was referred to them!

After a recent freeze, my wife and I had a broken water piper and severe flooding in our home. 1-Tom-Plumber was able to help us get the water turned off while we waited for service. The initial appointment was set 3 days out, but I received a call the very next morning stating they would be out in 30 minutes. Robert arrived and had no problems finding and repairing the broken line. He was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. The cost was not outrageous and we were able to get started on other repairs immediately. 1-Tom-Plumber will be my go to for all my plumbing needs from now on.

If you're looking for a reliable and quick responding plumber, look no further. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and needed it repaired asap. 1-Tom-Plumber responded quickly and had a plumber out the same day we called. Thomas Johnson did a great job diagnosing and explaining the issues as well as completing the required repairs. He was very professional and efficient. The issues were solved in short time and at an honest price (trust me we called around). We will definitely be calling on 1-Tom-Plumber and Thomas Johnson if we ever need a plumber in the future.

This is the absolute worst plumber in okc. I asked them to repair a simple thing in my shower pipes and they replaced my entire shower setup and charged me way too much for it! Not only that, but what they did replace on my shower broke once and they had to come fix it, and then it broke again! They are the worst possible plumber you could choose. Go with any other plumber in okc if you want good service.

$299 to use an auger and clean out my clogged sewage line during the day on a Friday. They were not upfront about the price. The work took 20 minutes and then they gave me the bill. Go elsewhere. The cost will be much less.
