The responsiveness and quick work was top tier. We had run into a plumbing issue that caused us to use the local YMCA to shower and had reached out to our warranty provider and the wait would have been significant. We were able to get a hold of QHS the same morning and they sent someone out the next morning and we were able to resolve the issue much sooner than we had expected. I am definitely pleased with the services provided and will absolutely be referring to friends and family.

These are the only plumbers I will ever use again. In 2020, our water heater went out and these plumbers came out to fix it. They were fast and very professional. A few months later some gophers burrowed under our house and chewed through our hot water line causing a hot water slab leak. We had a home warranty at the time and they sent out another plumber. Even though I showed him where the water came up and a spot on the tiles that were unusually warm, he proceeded to go around my home and bust large holes in my walls looking for a leaking pipe. After I fired him I called Quality Home Services. They came out and immediately diagnosed my leak as a hot water slab leak and repaired it perfectly. Finally, over the weekend my husband and I tried to fix a leaky faucet in one of our bathtubs. It looked like an easy fix on YouTube. Nope! Once we removed the on off knob and tried to remove the metal casing to get to the part we needed to replace, all hell broke loose! I called Quality Home Services to the rescue and they came out and fixed it in under a half hour. I cannot recommend Quality Home Services enough! They really are the best!

Was directed here through my home warranty. They called me within the same day and scheduled to come out and diagnose the issue for the next day. Danny was quick and prompt. He did a great job replacing my water heater. Quick and exceptional service. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

We have a difficult drain clean out. Tree issue. Bobby came next day. A very nice gentleman. He did a fantasic job and didn't leave a mess. My husband usually does it and over the years I have had 4 or 5 professionals out. This guy was the best! Big large line w the appropiate bit. He didnt accidently come into the kitchen. Bobby and Danny worked directly with my home warranty company, making things pretty effortless for me. Danny came out today to replace my garbage disposal. He was kind, professional, courteous and efficient. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future with any plumbing issues, covered by my warranty or not. They are a top notch company. Our home warranty company sent out Quality Home Services and I could not have been more pleased! Most of the people our warranty company send out are second rate but not so with Quality Home Services. They responded quickly to our request and sent out Eric. He fixed our clogged toilet and stopped the leaking faucets in our tub. He was very professional and I would definitely use him again. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Absolutely outstanding experience! They were timely, personable, and efficient. In addition, Danny, walked me through exactly what he was doing so that if the same thing happens next time, I could possibly fix it myself (ended up being an easy fix).

I tried to have a pipe in slab repaired through my home warranty but the plumbers were all booked up. I was given permission to have another company come out and do the work for me and the warranty would reimburse me.

After calling a TON of plumbers and them not willing to itemize a quote, or repair it in a timely manner (some quoted a week out) I reached out to my grandparents who used this company thru their home warranty. They told me they were able to locate the leak and repair it quickly and it didn't break the bank.

When I called them they were able to get me in quickly and get me my hot water line back. With 3 children and no hot water over a week because of plumbers not willing to work with galvanized steel pipes, I was stoked!

They came in, found the issue, went got parts, came back and had it repaired in under 4 hours!!! Best SHOWER EVER!!! I will be using this company any time I have issues.

Our home warranty company had sent a previous company out who did no work, took our money, and turned in repair work that they knew would be denied. I requested a 2nd opinion and this company was sent out. The gentleman was professional and did not see what they claimed needed to be done. Repairs were made the same day. Previously, this company also came out with this same warranty company in January and replaced our hot water tank. Later, down the road, we needed to reroute our cold water through the attic and have a kitchen faucet changed out. 100% fantastic work and they work with our schedule as best as possible. I will be requesting them through my warranty company. They are worth every single cent with or without the warranty company, for the peace of mind provided. Thank you so much!

I called quality home services for a main line clog. Danny came out the following morning and even called to let me know his ETA. He was very polite, and I must say, very handsome! He was quick and the price was very affordable for the job he performed. I might clog my drains on purpose just so I can have him come out again. Great company, very good work! Thanks Danny!

Danny, came to my aid right away. I’ve been having plumbing issues for sometime, so he brought a camera to check my sewer line. Before he arrived, he called to let me know he was on his way. He even showed me my sewer lines through the camera explaining the whole process. Afterwards, he called his boss and gave me an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the pipe that as giving me so many issues. He was very polite, punctual and professional. I’ll definitely contact Quality Home Services for all my plumbing issues. Thanks again Danny!

Recently moved into a home built in 2017 and little did we know the main sewer line pipe was busted near the entrance to the main city line. Working through American Home Shield (AHS), we had Quality Home Services come out and do an initial clear of the main line pipe, which lead to having to do a camera inspection of the rest of it. They were quick to get the diagnosis complete, but unfortunately due to weather, we were unable to get the repair taken care of right away. After a few weeks when the weather was finally good, and the utility lines were drawn out, they were able to come by and finish the repair in less than 3 hours. It was impressive considering it was about a 12 - 15 ft dig in order to repair the piping, but they were able to gain quick access, swap out the line with very strong PVC, and get everything covered back up.

I’d definitely recommend to anyone who wants quick, efficient, and friendly service.
