Tommy s was incredibly sweet! We had some problems that needed to get fix as soon as possible and within about an hour he was there. He was very friendly, felt like I was talking to a family member! He got the job done quickly and efficiently! They were less expensive than a lot of other companies and also offer a lot of good services!

Nathan came out to snake my lines and provide a quote for some repairs, he was very upfront and honest about everything that would be needed. He helped me with financing options and the application process and was able to schedule the repair services as soon as we could. Steve and Nathan did the repairs while my dad was at my house in case someone was needed. My dad was very happy with their work and said they were both very knowledgeable and explained anything he asked them. My dad highly recommends these two guys and said they were amazing and that he would absolutely ask for them in the future. The guys probably had to explain everything multiple times (to me, my dad, my sister), but were very nice, professional, and honest the whole time. I had an issue after the repairs were done and they came back out the next day to ensure everything was in working order and that any water backing up would no longer be an issue. I'm really appreciative of their work and time, and so relieved that they were able to repair my plumbing. Thanks, guys! 😊

There are no words to express how incredibly happy I was with Jay’s service. He was incredibly nice and efficient with all of his work, and he got our problem solved in about five minutes :-). Amazing!!! I will always keep him and the company in my speed dial as quality work and an all-around great guy!

He was here in 30 minutes of the call, and he did a flow test and said that it was fine. I asked him to go ahead and clear the lines he did he told me what shape the line is in I'm vary happy with the him and the service I received with any more problems I will call again

Roto Rooter was able to send out a technician to my home the day I called to address two issues. The technician that was sent out was super respectful and took the time to explain the issues to me. After leaving, I was still experiencing problems with one of the issues I called about, and also had a small water line that was broke in the process. It was a simple mistake and nobody’s fault, and I ended up getting in touch with the service manager, Dave. He took the time to listen to the issues I was still having, and after sending in a couple of receipts for parts of my sink that I replaced, he issued a full refund for the service. It was very refreshing being able to work with a company that was not only timely and respectful, but also cares for their customers. Would definitely recommend!

So out of all the plumbers in Oklahoma I will say these guys helped out the best. They offer the best financing it’s expensive but for guys like me that have bad credit and is trying to get back up financially they help. They are not going to push you away and treat like a dirt bag for not being able to afford $2000 plus project right away. I’m a Vet and I don’t expect special treatment for something I volunteered for but when I broke down on the phone the staff their really helped me out and these guys will always have the business of this 100% disabled vet here. They went above and beyond.

I am writing this review because of my experience with technician Daniel W. Let me start by saying: Give this man a raise &/or a promotion!! I cannot say enough good things about him.After an entire year of renovations, repairs and inspections we finally were able to rent our house. On the very day our tenant was moving in (the weekend no less) she notified me that the toilet was not working and there seemed to be a clog. I called the first result for emergency plumbers and didn’t think twice until after the service was initiated. I got very nervous when I went back and read reviews. So when Daniel called me to let me know the situation was a little more complicated than anticipated, I told him my concerns (we had some bad experiences while renovating and are a little jaded). Something about the way he explained things to me put me at ease.I decided to trust him and his expertise and I’m glad I did. His assessment of the situation was spot on and he finished the job quickly and without trying to shake me down. He also took the time to explain in detail what might have caused it and what we could do to prevent it happening again.I can only speak for my experience but it was a positive one. Daniel was knowledgeable, honest, understanding and patient with my questions. I won’t hesitate to use this company again.

Showed up at 8:30, left at 8:45 to get a part… I live 5 minutes from Lowe’s and he was gone for 35 minutes came back and was done by 9:50. Charged us $300 and said he didn’t even charge all of it because he wasn’t able to fix it. Got the receipt and it just showed total price.. didn’t show what he paid for the part.. so was on the clock for a total of 1 hour 15 minutes and actual work time was 40 minutes and just charged us $300.. complete rip off and didn’t even fix it

Roto Rooter came out within a couple of hours to clean our main line.Their technician, Zeek was very professional and knowledgeable about our issue.Roto Rooter is reliable and trustworthy to do good work. They also will charge you a fair price.I highly recommend them!

I have been shopping around for a plumber for a project. They came out to give an estimate on a project. The work told my dad it was going to be 160$ for a 20 min visit to tells it was gong to cost $5,000. The worker told me that they record the calls and my dad knew of the charge, after further it was not clearly stated an estimated fee but there would be a fee. The guy said he would drop the fee to 96$. I personally spoke with him and asked how long was he there he said only 20 min. Told him from what I am hearing it was not clearly stated they charge for 20 min to look at something, he said our calls are recoded i replayed the call for him he knew. I said that is robbery, he said and I quote “we are plumbers and here to make money” as I said that is ridiculous, he cut me off said he didn’t have time to argue hung up and walked out (this is what I was told by my dad when i called him back since the guy was on his phone) I called the company to inform of their employees excellent customer service and clearly stating that this company is only in it for the money and do not care about anything else. Still waiting on a call back. My recommendation for future customers, do not call them unless you absolutely have to. Call around, there are companies that do not charge for an estimate and are fairly priced.Update: after someone finally contacted me they finally contacted me and stated that he did not want me in good conscience make me theft. He also told that he listened to all records, which I was never told the call was being recorded when I talked to their financial associate. The manager said he would waive the fee, barely let me get a word in but made it clear he was doing a favor. My favorite comment was, “you can’t repo a plumb job. I don’t pay my finance guy to be nice”. Umm he stood in my yard for 20 minutes to tell me it would be $5000, and charge me for his 20 minutes. This company is a franchise, I pointed this out and was told they don’t affiliate with the franchise be do what they want. If you expect one thing from them you will get another. I found a plumber the next day that could do the project for $1500 and was not a big box company, friendly and local… I encouraged all homeowners to do the research because contractors will take advantage of you if they think your not paying attention and ASK what there definition of “service” and “estimate” is.

I first called roto-rooter to find out what their rate was for unblocking a clog in our sewer drain. I said how does that work- is it hourly? They receptionist said no, it's 209 plus any parts they might buy to repair. I thought that sounded reasonable. 4 hours into their service, I find out that it is 209 per hour! They had lots of problems unblocking it and we decided to go ahead and pay for the camera snake to see what the heck was in there. Couldn't determine what it was- big and white with no residue coming out. They were able to snake all the way past it, but it never pulled the clog out. They did the beaping clog detector to find where it was in the floor. They did get a clog out of another section and did stop overflowing when I run a load of laundry. So $1,100 later, we still have a clog that is not currently overflowing anything. They want to come chunk out our slab and pull it out for 3,300. Not doing it. Will never use them again.

Our waste line was backed up into the house.The Roto Rooter guy, Zeek, came to the house in less than 30 minutes. He went right to work and cleared the line, plus he gave us good advice on how to keep our drains clear without damaging the pipes. Great job!

When my sewer clogged up last week, I sat it out overnight to call the plumber when they opened first thing in the morning. Turns out they no longer do sewer work, but graciously said if it were me, I'd call Roto-Rooter first. What great advice!! They came out within the hour - amazing! Technicians Josiah and Bobby were professional, friendly, helpful, efficient and answered my many, many questions patiently.I've been a home owner for 40 years and had no idea there was such a thing as SAME DAY service. Extraordinary!! They even texted me the technician's photo ahead of time, which I found both unique and comforting.The last time my line had blocked up, the plumber I had used for 15 years made me wait over a week before they came out, and then it took them only 15 minutes to fix it. I am switching to Roto-Rooter, and I have already bragged about them to my friends. Thanks Roto-Rooter

Nathan arrived in less than an hour, analyzed the problem and it was fixed promptly. We had a backed up sewer line. He was professional, friendly and provided important info to this new home owner. Recommend and will use Roto-Rooter again.

Prompt and done well. Jorge qas polite, clearly communicated what he was doing and why, and took care of the problem.JUST BE SURE TO GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE THE JOB. Same service as three years ago but about three times the price. Never really got an itemized invoice, just a total due.

Very pleased with the service by Roto-Rooter to detect and repair a slab leak. Nathan and Josh were great and are an asset to the company. They were very responsive and timely and quickly conducted repairs to enable my water to be turned back on.

Josh and Jason came out to my house to inspect a suspected leak on my back spigot area. They had to cut into the wall on the inside of the house, but knew exactly what had happened when they saw it and fixed it. They were very clear about the services and the charges that could come up. They didn’t push unnecessary services. I had additional questions about potential plumbing issues in my house and Josh answered them and explained with respect. I’d recommend them!

We had a stopped up washer drain line in the house we just moved into. Trent came out and got us fixed up! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, I would highly recommend him and use him again!

My entire experience with Roto Rooter was excellent. I have 1 1/2 bathrooms, both were backed up. I couldn't use either toilet, either sink or the bath tub. Nathan came and explained what he was going to do and did it. He did this the entire time he was at my house. So respectful, kind and understanding. Nathan was able to get the main bathroom working. I chose to have them stop because I was in-between paydays and had limited funds. I cannot express how grateful for and pleased with Nathan I am. I would absolutely recommend Roto Rooter.

So thankful for Roto-Rooter coming out to our office to fix our plumbing issue! We've been experiencing issues with our office toilet for months and have people come out just to leave us with the same issue over and over again. Steve Cotter is the best plumber I’ve ever had! His expertise, honesty & attention to detail are so rare in life these days! I trust him totally.

I called Roto-rooter because I thought I may have a clog and they're normally fast. The technician was nice and friendly and said they couldn't find a clog. He suggested they camera scope my lines. The end result was an estimate to replace 80 feet of my main sewer line due to roots for an estimated $28,000. I asked for the video and pictures so I could review and decide what to do. Roto rooter lost the footage and after several calls, they found them. In the meantime we could not use our shower, toilet or sink. I had another plumbing company come (FIXIT Plumbing) and within 20 minutes found a clogged pipe! I watched him via video unclog the drain and now my shower, toilet and sink are working. Do NOT use roto rooter. I paid over $600 for nothing except an estimate of $28,000 for a much bigger problem that wouldn't have 100% fixed my issue. I'm beyond upset and can't believe I was charged for the bogus work. I'm disappointed that I used what I thought was a reputable company. I was wrong. I requested the images at the time of service and was told they would be sent with estimate. They were not.

Luke came out and cleaned out my main line. Did a great job, was fast and professional. Super nice guy! Great attitude for having to work over the holidays. If I had open positions at my business Luke is who I would want working for me.

Go with a different company. They charged a $19 fee for scheduling a service online, yet that fee is not listed anywhere on the website. We called to discuss this and they still have not called back. The person came out and charged $180 for a consultation where he still didn’t know what was wrong and wanted to charge another $400 for someone to come with a camera (a service that was free with the other company we went with). If you go with them make sure you get in writing what the fees are.

they did a water jet cleaning of a rarely used sewer line from my detached garage to my main septic tank. the service is expensive but very professionally done with topflight equipment and video proof of its effectiveness. the line drains perfectly. i am very pleased.

Luke did a fantastic job. He was efficient and very courteous. I will be using them again.

Had an individual from this company come out to clear a blockage aft of my clean outs in the backyard. He showed up for five minutes, said he would have to dig down to the pipes and take it apart, and refused to run a snake; quoted me $1600 for that and after I said no he charged me $315 for coming out for that short time and doing nothing. Had another company come out the next day, ran the snake and cleared the blockage for $115. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances.

My daughter called roto rooter for a main drain clog today Saturday December 31st and they gave her a window from 9am to 11am. She finally was able to get a hold of someone about 3pm and dispatch told her he was on his way. When the technician arrive he explained it was going to be $300 for the repair and $400 for the service call because it was a holiday. Well this is Saturday and the official holiday is on Monday. When making the appointment no one even mentioned that and I believe they were taking advantage of her because she is young. They really owe her money or some kind of discount because they were 4hours late and still tried to charge her and outrageous amount of money. She called Mom and Dad!!! We called Suntech and talked to Amber and they were able to make it whole. I do not recommend at all!!

Edit cause apparently this company likes to respond to bad reviews trying to make their unhappy customers look bad. Any company that makes excuses for the way this man talked to me is absolutely disgusting. Their comment backing him because he was frustrated over waiting for insurance money is gross. If I ever spoke to a customer that way in the service industry I would not have a job! They quoted $5,200 but it ended up being $5,148. No biggie we let them know insurance was paying. He decided to call and berate me over this becauseWe dont work with insurance. Every single company for work like this I have ever used has billed me not shoved an IPad in my face and demanded a card number. Also the work they did, another plumbing company did the same thing for $800 a few months ago on a different pipe. Unfortunately for us they weren't available for a week. They had to use a tiny bit more hose this time which is definitely not thousands of dollars. The repair guys disappeared twice to get more parts, the first time being gone 3.5 hrs 11am-2:20pm then another 2.5 hrs. I still have not received an itemized invoice even after calling and asking for one. Yet they demanded I go get a loan to pay them. Poor excuse of a company.So more expensive than any other company. Repair was good but some of their staff are very rude over the phone. Definitely won't use this company ever again. I'll let my whole house flood before I ever call them again.

The technician, Alex was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. It’s not too often a that the final bill is less than the original estimate. I appreciated this as the problem was a pretty easy fix. Left 50 feet of their cable in my drain and charged me for it. The ‘Area Manager’ offered no solutions so now it’s my job to figure out their mistake.

First plumber was great and tried hard to fix my sewer clog. Second crew came out with poor attitude and gave me an absurd estimate to fix clogged sewer after charging me $495 for a ten minute camera job that didn’t end up being accurate. Was given an estimate of $5,600 to get this…$56,000. Called another plumber and got it all fixed for $750. It was obvious they didn’t want to dig it up and manufactured an absurd number

Their workman technician Telly came within 45 of calling. He diagnosed and professionally cleaned the drain blockage within a short period of time! Telly was professional and a people-person; I will request Telly for the next Roto-Rooter service.

I always call Roto Rooter when I have an issue with plumbing. They are very quick to come out anytime I have an issue. Very affordable.

I had a cast iron drain for my washing machine that was backing up. Jesse J. was able to snake the drain without damaging the cast iron P- trap. Skilled hands and great work on his part. He's a really good guy and I would use Roto-Rooter for sure in the future.

So far so good. Has a 30 day warranty so maybe I’m protected

I called multiple companies today (a Sunday) to get someone to clear a clog in my main drain. Roto-Rooted answered, got someone scheduled quickly, and kept me informed. The bill was $8 more than they quoted (no problem for me). They also charged less than $100 for coming on a weekend. Telly was professional, quick, and kind. I would use again in a heartbeat!

I scheduled Roto-Rooter for a drain clean out. The tech Kevin arrived promptly once I was told he was available. He was quick to diagnose the situation and begin the clean out. I was very satisfied with the work. My only complaint is that I didn’t know it cost extra to schedule online. I wish I had known that.

We tried, but when told they would be there between 9 and 11, then they didn't show until 3, then said they were charging a holiday fee. IT ISN'T A HOLIDAY, It's a weekend. Roto Rooter OKC gives poor service and poor customer service. 4 hours late, REALLY? Then you want to jack up the charge for coming out the day before a holiday? They shouldn't have charged the fee for coming out at all. They were 4 hours late. They do not tell you up front what their fee is for coming out and try to hit you with astronomical charges and fees, then when you call to speak to a supervisor or manager, guess what? THEY DON'T HAVE ONE. There isn't one working and their plumbers and dispatch have no way to reach one. Yeah, right. Again. No customer service, unethical practices, thet don't give an honest estimate. We will never again call this company again. If we can't trust their word, we can't trust their work!

Excellent and really got the job done in a timely manner. When you are getting ready for work and your plumbing starts “fighting back” your day’s schedule is automatically altered. Daniel the tech, made it easy and communicated accurate expectations to get the issue resolved and for me to get back to my job as soon as possible. Thanks :)

Roto-Rooter was quick to respond. It took them just over 30 minutes to get to my residence in Edmond. They did a great job of investigating my problem. They spoke with me in plain English about every step of the process and made sure I understood what was going on and made me feel included in the process. They identified a city issue and stayed on site with me until the city water department arrived. Clayton and Kevin from Roto-Rooter explained their findings to the city department and remained with me until the issue was resolved. Overall fantastic customer service by everyone at Roto-Rooter. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues I have in the future!

A very rude, unprofessional character showed up with no care for my personal property. Did not fix my plugged lines and was going to leave, yet charge me! When I complained he spent 10 minutes on phone with his boss, so he said. He left, per boss's orders, again what he said! I called the company to tell them what went on, BTW, which is a pain to get in contact with. You have to go through their 15 minutes of advertising before they answer their phone. After all was said and done, with work on my part... another technician was sent out who was very professional, kind and courteous, he fixed the clog in 5 minutes. There's too many plumbing companies out there to go through roto-rooters 15 minutes of recorded advertising and unqualified employees.

Quick turnaround to clear a drain and get our toilets flushing on an after hours service call.When we had the same issue, they showed up for a warranty service and we did incur a slight charge. After another plumber was able to solve the issue, I contacted and requested a refund which they promptly delivered without pushback. This is usually a difficult process with contractors, so I greatly appreciate their professionalism and customer service!

I had been dealing with a plumbing issue in my laundry room since we moved in 2 years ago. They were very nice and professional on the phone and went out of their way to help me which I so appreciate. My tech was Telly and he came out here and fixed the issue in 2 trips, replumbed my washer, probably took him 3 hours in total. I was expecting a big bill but honestly it was so reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them from now on and I just wanted to tell everyone about my very positive experience. I'm so happy my laundry room doesn't flood everytime I wash a load now. We had drainage backup since Christmas weekend that cause flooding in our house. When roto rooter was came out they quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly got things up and running. I highly recommend roto rooter.

Technicians were good about explaining things to me and showing me what was wrong and needed to be done. Quick and thorough with the work and cleaned up after they were done. They were also amazing with my curious four year old. Great experience.

You couldn't create a find a better negative stereotype of a company man taking advantage of a woman. I had them come out solely to provide an estimate so I could provide it to my warranty company.I was at work, so my wife met him. The job was extremely simple. All he had to do was remove 3' of copper pipe and replace with plex. Something that would have costed about $14 in parts from Lowes.By the end of it he had talked her in to letting him go ahead and perform the service, making her think that he sufficed as the warranty work. He quoted her $520+, and then dropped it to $350 because he liked her$350 for a job that took $14 in parts, $8 in gas and 20 min in an air conditioned closet. All for a job that I fully intended to do myself if the warranty didnt cover it, but I guess I dont get that chance now.

On, June 30, 2022, I used first time Roto Rooter plumbing company to fix the leak in my bedroom wall. I got a msg that the CO (company) would send me one technician with his photo. This technician arrived in several hours with a second technician. First, they spent some time sitting in a CO car, then they came inside my house. It took 15-20 min for them to find a leak though I pointed directly to the bedroom wet wall connected to the garage, then they spent time to find faucets to closed water. They came inside the house without any tools, spent time to go to the car to find a tool, found a small knife to open a damage wet wall, said that they had to buy materials to fix the leak. They left and were absent an hour. When they came back, I asked which store they went and show me the receipt of materials they bought. They said they went to Lock supply which was 10 min away from my house, they did not have receipts saying the CO paid for materials. So, they fixed the leak and it happened it was not the problem, the pipe was still leaking. All their time of working I sat near them watching how they worked and going to the car to pick up tools 4-5 times. From my point of view, I understood that Telly R taught a second technician how to do a job. They cut more wall and found a second leak. They said they had to go shopping again. I informed them that I was going to dispute the time they were absent as I did not know where they had been without any confirmation actually buying materials and not having them in their car. The main technician Telly R said that they were NOT going to charged me for their absent time, only for the time working inside my house. I agreed. They left shopping a second time and were absent another 30min. When they came back, they fixed a second leak. We counted that totally that they worked only one hour inside my house. What happened next was totally surprised me! Telly R charged me twice $154x2=308 for an hour working - for 2 people working in my house saying that this job needed 2 people, to close faucets! Though, I closed the faucet in the house myself. + they charged me for materials I still did not get receipts to prove why they left my house shopping, not sitting somewhere and laughing at the clients. As later, I talked to a manager of this CO, and he told me that they charged me extra $154/h for the time they spent on me, working and shopping! But, they worked only one hour in my house and could not provide the receipts for materials they shopped!!! I asked the manager to send me the receipts, he did not. Besides, they sent me an invoice for $433.10 for June 1st 2022, though, they worked in my house on June 30. I asked to fixed that as I needed for my insurance company, they did not. So, technicians wasted their time sitting in their car after arriving, finding tools in their car, finding a faucet outside the house, though I pointed the direction, sitting near the faucet talking, shopping without prove - and for all this time I was made to pay as the manager promised to set a lien on my house if I was not going to pay all this money. I paid sending a check with confirmation as I did not trusted them anymore. Now I want justice as I read on their website lots of complaints of over charging other clients same way they did to me. I filed complaints about this company to consumer center and BBB. I advised you to do the same if you felt like I did.

We had a pipe issue and had water coming from our toilets and shower. They were so quick to come help and gave us quotes before each step. Professional and kind. Will definitely be using them again!

$215 later and my toilet still doesn’t flush, I could have sat there and ran a snake without taking time off work. Huge waste of money.

This was the second time using your company and was very please with Mark F. Yesterday and today with his excellent and very professional but with a very caring personality to go along it. Got right to work alongside Jeff this morning. Worked all day with waisted no time. Made sure I understood step by step as they worked. Made sure I was happy with the job during and at the end. I will use Roto Rooter in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Easy and so convenient to schedule online on a weekend. Availability was fast. Great communication on arrival (very prompt) and knew exactly what to do to remedy the issue and recommendations for future fixes to take care of the issue down the road. I’m very happy with them and highly recommend!

I scheduled with these people very early in the morning, I asked specifically if they had any available technicians as I had an emergency plumbing situation. I was told yes someone was available and would be be there before noon. As a self employed worker it’s unfair for me to lose money waiting on unprofessional people to come do their job and never show up. I wish I could do more than just leave one poor review. Please use anyone else if you have any emergencies in plumbing they are not quality, they are not professional, and for those two characterizes they are over priced.

Woke up this morning to a flooded garage. RotoRooter sent Tony and he immediately found the problem (broken fitting) and got it fixed. A blockage in the line caused issues on a Friday and because I didn’t want the situation to get worse over the weekend, I needed an appointment that day. I called nearly a dozen plumbers without any luck. Everyone was booked until at least Monday, and some as far as two weeks out. Roto Rooter came to my rescue. Alex showed up within two hours of my call and fixed the blockage in less than 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And he was great with my dogs! Highly recommended!

I've always had exceptional service with Roto-Rooter when needed. This most recent appointment took it over the top - Zeek was thorough, efficient and professional in the process from start to finish. Technicians were friendly and helpful. They did they’re work promptly and courteously. My complaint is that when I called to get an estimate, I explained that I did not have a visible clean out access, and they would likely need to use a different access point, such as the roof vent. I was told it would cost $199. When the technician arrived, they told me the $199 was the price for standard clean out with clean out pipe access. Using the roof vent was $486.

We had a wonderful experience right from the start ! The receptionist was kind and so helpful. Kevin was our service savior ! He was very responsive, prompt and so kind! And on a weekend call ! The technician came out at midnight within a half hour of me reaching out to the service team. He made sure we weren't about to have a pipe burst in our wall and even checked our meter and a few other things just to be sure he wasn't leaving us in danger of a leak. Would definitely use them again!

Clayton was AWESOME!! We had a house full of 15 family members from out of town and both toilets in the house got clogged. he pulled up the house and it started to pour rain and tornado sirens were going off. He tried waiting it out for a good 30 minutes but due to the condition of the weather was unable to perform. He came back at 11pm that night when the weather had stopped and in the dark to get the toilets unclogged. We found out there was more damage in the pipes due to roots growing through but he managed to get them cut up and pulled out. We now have steady water flow and toilets are working like a charm! Zane was great! Quickly determined the faucet on out cold water line for our washer needed replacing after it popped off the line last night. Then ran an auger through the drain line after discovering that the previous owner plugged the garage floor drain with a tennis ball and spray foam. Everything was reasonably priced and he was in and out in no time. Didn't even mind me watching his work (I'm an observation learner). Will definitely be using them again, should we have any further plumbing issues.

Called Roto-Rooter for a clogged kitchen sink. Turned out to be not only a clog but also a leaky garbage disposal. Service tech arrived promptly the same day. His name was Jesse and he provided excellent service! He was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. Jesse worked diligently and efficiently. He was very responsive to questions and was very thorough in explaining the situation. I will gladly request Jesse for future plumbing needs!

Plumber arrived at 12:00PM on a Tuesday afternoon for diagnostic of a sump pump issue. He spent about 15 minutes of being unsure before deciding that the pump must be bad. I was given an estimate of around $1,100, which sounded high to me, but I was unsure how long the job should take. I tried to ask questions about why it was so high and was told that it was the calculation that the service department made for the job. The actual sump pump replacement took less than 30 minutes. At the finish of the job, the cost was actually $1,277.59 with a breakdown of:LaborIngress/Resto - 673.20Actual Plumbing - 118.80Fees ( Equipment, Permits, Fuel, Etc...) - 8.00Material - 477.59I called the service manager to get an explanation of the labor costs and was told that I'm not a plumber, so I can't really help you there. But you agreed to the estimate, so that's what it is. Essentially the plumber blamed the service department on the fees and the service department blamed the plumber, but no one could explain why I just paid $800 for 45 minutes of work.Shame on me. True story.Update to respond to the owner:To clarify, the plumber is who blamed the high estimate on the service department. If the service department doesn't have eyes on, as you describe, then why would they come up with an estimate instead of the plumber, who does? Also, if I was under on my estimate by a multiple of hours, then why was the final cost more than $200 more than the estimate? I was only able to be with the plumber during my lunch break.Regarding 2 technicians - I did not ask for two technicians and it definitely did not appear to be a two man job. For the brief time I was with them they spent most of the time arguing with each other about what they thought the problem was. One technician was pretty much watching the other. Did I pay to have someone trained? I called the service department after the job from my work to have someone explain what ingress/resto was. I still do not have an explanation. This is where the service manager became defensive for no reason and continued pointing to the signed agreement, which is what you have done here also, which is unfortunate. It says a lot about the integrity of a company to blame someone who is not a plumber on their lack of knowledge of a situation. Thanks for clarifying to never do business again.

Telly was very nice and did an excellent job. Made sure to check everything he could think of just in case. Helped educate me on what the problem was (I know nothing about plumbing). The receptionist also was very prompt and made sure I had everything I needed. I’ll be using them again.

Steven and Dalton came out and did an excellent job. Thought I had a busted pipe due to freezing temperatures but they actually found that it was a faulty plastic 90 that was installed by the builder. Fixed and right away and was much cheaper than I had anticipated. Will use them again if needed.

I’ve used Roto-Rooter previously as recommended by another plumber. I feel that they’re honest and provide quality work. I was a little disappointed that I was misinformed when making my appt that I would be paying normal business hour rates on a Saturday, but at least they called back and communicated the mistake to me. I’m still thankful for a company that can come out on a weekend and fix my problem. Plumbing issues can be expensive and overwhelming, but I was thankful to have a knowledgeable and honest plumber like Josh.

I called Roto rooter to help with a water leak I was experiencing in my bed room. I discovered water coming up through my carpet in the middle of the floor. I had pulled the carpet up in that section and discovered the water was originating from under the adjoining wall to my laundry room. Along that same wall on the laundry room side there is a sink and a master water control valve system that controls each individual water point in my house. I called Roto rooter and they sent a tech out the same day (about 2 hrs later). Telley was the tech that was assigned to me. Telley was able to pin point the exact location of the leak within 5 mins of arriving. Once locating the leak he worked very diligently to get it resolved and double checked all of his work to ensure that the leak had been fixed and that it won’t re-occur. He also explained to me why the leak occurred (in this case it was just an old part that had failed). He also took the time to give me follow on instructions on what to do if the leak re-occurred and how I can get in contact with him (through the company) so that he can be the one to come back out and fix the problem. I can’t say enough good things about Telley. He was very prompt, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly…..helpful! He is very studious with his time while he is on site and doesn’t malinger to rack up more money. This service call costed me about half of what I was expecting to pay even after the specific problem was identified and located. I would highly encourage anyone that is having any sort of plumbing issue to call Roto-rooter. They will not let you down!

Told office the problem we were having leak in second floor bathroom and they showed up without correct tools ie. camera and partner who I guess had all the tools and knowledge because he was called multiple times to ask what to do next and after not being able to find leak because he doesn’t have camera I was charged 180 to be given a quote of $3800 to find leak lol!! Also The issue was made worse by him constantly running water flushing the toilet running the shower without knowing what the problem was causing much more water to leak out of the ceiling fan on to the floor. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Definitely canceling the appointment for tomorrow.

When my shower faucet came off in my hands and I had to shut water off to the house. All the rest of the plumbers in the area said it would be several days before they could come out. Rotor rooter was able to come out within a couple hours. My technician/plumber Zane was exactly on time when they said he would be there. He was professional, polite and very experienced in the field. I have an older house (50 years old) with his extensive years of experience in the field he was able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed in a very reasonable timeframe and a fair price.

They made sure we were notified of our appointment the day before. The day of the appointment they could not get ahold of me. They promptly called our house. The technician cleaned a sewer line with severe root infiltration. He recommended a camera and quickly found the source of the roots and developed an estimate to replace really old pipe with new PVC.

Quick and friendly service. Tech was done quickly and explained what the root cause was. While maybe not necessarily the least expensive out there, the quality and speed were worth it; and they aren't the most expensive out there either. I always say pick two: cheap, fast, good. They were also able to come out the same day where others were stating 1-6 days before coming out for a clogged system.

I saw something advertised that said they were charging $60. I paid close to $200 for my service. Advised it was something clogged in the toilet. Nothing was pulled out of it. I was advised I have cheap toilets and to consider replacing them. By night my toilet went to doing the same thing. Called the next day and advised of what was done. They didn't charge me the service fee I was never told about for coming out. Then the lady advised me before sending them to my house. She was going to confirm and then call me back. I just got a knock at the door. So seems like you keep paying a high price. Their Favorite thing to say is It's the toilet paper.God forbid I have Tweenagers. Customer service is not really great in the communication area. So please ask about prices before they come out. I was told to get the estimate I was never told I had to pay for. I had to pay $200 and something dollars. When the guy who originally came out only advised me he pass my message along to get this done.I would get the email with this information. I was advised the guy who originally came out has COVID. Damnit he was just in my house. So everyone needs a COVID test Roto Rooter. I was so disappointed ☹️ in the service I received. I gave a two out of five, because although the guys didn't help in the area of my need of concern. He was informational.

I had an after hours emergency and Will came out and was very informative and his equipment knocked out the job and he was done! I really appreciate his honesty and he explained everything to me so I could understand. I need additional work done and this is the company I am using and he will be back this week. This was not the first company I had out, I initially had another well known company out and they changed me $90 and refused to do what I asked and left without fixing anything. Very impressed with this company! I had a problem that needed attention right away in my home which I am trying to sell. I was so grateful they could come out on the same day and was pleased when the price was reasonable to do so. They sent a very capable tech(JR) and he did a thorough job on finding the root cause of my problem. He went above and beyond to help us with the solution and it took most of an afternoon which he did not expect however he said he was there for the duration until the situation was resolved. He had a great attitude and helped us save some money along the way! Would highly recommend and ask for JR.

Trent was excellent! Instead of going straight to the pump he started troubleshooting at the area where he thought the problem might be before going straight to the well. He explained each step and.requested my permission to proceed. He was able to do the less expensive of the repairs and once he was finished he reviewed all that he had done as well as the charges. My technician Steven was an absolute pro in his assessment and willingness to take care of my issue. He was very informative in what he was going to do to get my drain unclogged and most definitely didn’t waste any time in doing so. Again, he was very professional with his work and very courteous. Was very impressed with Roto Rooter-Fast service, fair pricing and the man Todd was professional, experienced and polite. He fixed the main sewer line that was clogged. My 83 year old mother called for a water flow issue in her shower. She was charged 192 dollars after the tech took 3 hours. This is after we told him what the problem was when he got here. We have had another plumbers look at the issue and determined it was something stuck in the facet between the handles and shower head. He then told the job would cost another 200 and he would come back Monday for repair. Left the shower disassembled. Replaced parts that didn't need replacement and charged her for them. And the best part now is that the shower is dripping. So they've made the problem worse and didn't fix the issue. Called and was told manager would call. No one called other than the new tech who came back and said it would cost the same exact price for repair. And didn't address the fact the shower was leaking or parts replaced that didn't need replacing. Nothing against the new tech he simply is doing what his company tells him. Would never recommend this company. People who take advantage of the elderly shouldn't even be in business.Update: new tech took old parts prevues tech broke because parts replaced was wrong. Spoke to supervisor who didn't care. Avoid this service at all cost!Update 2: Spoke to the 2nd supervisor who said tech would be here today and would refund service after arguing with me for 20 minutes. Then at 4:30 the first supervisor called to say they couldn't make it and would be here tomorrow. When asked about refund they said they would mail it. When asked about the time frame (mother is 83 on fixed income), he got mad then when asked if he knew anyone on a fixed income, he implied my mother should be in a nursing home. Absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with!!!

Wonderful service! Steve and Trent helped me with some pipes that busted after freezing. The techs where awesome they had the issue fixed within minutes and boy they knew their stuff. The also were respectful and professional.

Good work cleaning the roots and hair from the drains. They don’t take coupons from Roto-Rooter chain so be prepared to pay full price.

Well they camesame afternoon I called which was great. Tec was nice. Had to call another plumber to go on roof to roter the line. Ok 300.00 few days later called them back I told them same thing happen they came out. Said I needed a clean out put in 3600.00 or maybe they could do it for 3000.00 I said no . Well it will cost another 300.00 to clean it out again. No thanks. I called our local plumber that's been here for years he work me in this time solved problem and cheaper. I used roto rooter for emergency never again they are a rip off. Also a clean out was 800.00. Also you always have a answer so you can't win.

Absolutely the best experience. Within minutes of me calling during the evening they were headed my direction and I was able to track their location with a link they sent to my phone. Jeff E is the best. He was extremely quick and professional! He identified the problem immediately and talked me through the entire solution while taking extra time to demonstrate what he was doing, so that I would be able to preform the same repair myself in the future. The cost was reasonable for a late night plumbing repair and I highly doubt that any other company would charge less. I would give six stars if able and they have earned a loyal customer.

The plumber was wonderful. He was a nice guy, however he didn’t disclose that he would be charging us $65 for getting on the roof he just asked if he could and I said yes. That would’ve been nice to know, but over all the expertise was well just very over priced

The guys that came out was great, but no one disclosed (over the phone or otherwise) the $160 service charge. So heads up to those who are wondering what the service charge is.The quote for my new septic tank was far above their competitors.

Sunday afternoon I had water backing up from a drain line and flooding my home. I called another company and waited around for 3 hours and never even got a call back. I wish I had called Roto Rooter in the first place. After I got in touch with them they were so friendly and got a technician out the same day. It was late in the evening & I was so thankful for Jeff E. still making it to my house. He worked quickly and efficiently to help fix the problem. He was so kind and eager to help. Thank you so much for your dedication to service!

Tech was over 4 hours late when scheduled service from 10-noon they showed up at 4 pm. Was here for 15 mins to run a snake which I already had done. Tech thought the only remedy was to replace toilet. I plunged and object that was stuck passed through. Very disappointed with the dispatch who did not provide a courtesy call when techs were running late for appointment. I had to call them multiple times to try and get update which they simply said they would call when they were on way. Still got charged $130+ dollars for terrible service.

Second time using roto rooter and they said the same problem keeps occurring at the 90 dropping into the main. I dig the first one up personally and the back side of it was busted. Not sure if it was from their tool or not. Same thing happened today at another rental. He claimed it was at the 90 and he had mud on his tool once he pulled it out. I asked for a distance from the clean out and he said he couldn’t give me a distance. I asked him to run the snake a third time and he said it wouldn’t do any good with the mud in there. Not sure what to think of the situation but I’m still stuck with a clogged drain pipe.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The text updates with additional confirmation and arrival time was so nice for those of us that have to work. Todd was able to clean out my drain quickly and efficiently giving some pointers as well to help keep it from happening again. Would highly recommend!

From the person who answered the phone (Jonathan) to the plumber who came out (Dago), everyone was so professional and helpful. This was our second time to use this company, and both times, we have been very happy with their service.

We had a clogged drain that we couldn’t seem to get unclogged on our own, so we reached out to Roto router. They were actually on site within 20 minutes and had our drain unclogged in no time, plus gave us an estimate to put in a new clean out since our older home did not have a convenient one.

Tanner showed up promptly and worked diligently to unclog an old drain to a previous drain to a washer that hadn’t been used since 2019. He did need assistance to hold the machine on the roof and Charles came right away. This was not an easy fix but both Tanner and Charles stayed until the drain was unclogged. We are more than pleased with the service provided, professionalism and price. We definitely recommend ROTO ROOTER.

We had a gurgling noise coming from the sinks and toilets. He came to check this out but could find anything. Maybe it just fixed itself.

They had to open up the dry wall to find the leak. What impressed me about this was that they left minimal damage to the wall. They quickly located the leak and fixed the issue. Very professional. Very timely. I was also impressed how easy it was to get ahold of their company. It only took one call and they came out the same day!

They were quick, efficient and very reasonable on price...I was quoted double by a competitor- so glad we called Roto-Rooter instead. Our techs, JR and Paris were professional and polite, and explained everything they did on their service call. Very nice young men! I also loved the fact they text you a picture of their tech when they are en route so you know who you are opening door to- very thoughtful.

My company has employed Roto-Rooter for at least 6 years.I own multiple rental properties.On November 3rd, my property manager called Roto-Rooter to ask for an estimate for a gas pressure test.On November 8th, we received a bill charging us $ 5469.77.When my property manager called to protest, they said that they had an approval on tape.They told me the same thing; they never produced the tape.The invoice shows that my tenant approved the pressure test and gas line repair.Not one of my tenants is authorized to approve work.On January 3rd, a process server dropped off an affidavit with a court date to sue for non-payment.They did not call to discuss this excessive charge, they chose to file a mechanic’s lien and sue for non-payment.A check for payment was mailed on January 3rd. I did not approve the payment.When one of my partners called to protest ; they demanded an additional $273 in court costs to dismiss the case.Their unauthorized outrageous charges of $5743.00 should be refunded immediately.

Very prompt service! Our technician was out to our house within a couple of hours of me calling the company that same day. Trent was very courteous and took time to educate me about the problem, how to further prevent it, and answered any questions I had. I was impressed with the quality of the service and I would highly recommend them.

Drainage pipes got clogged and was causing laundry and kitchen to back up. Started calling around checking prices. One company BL3 Plumbing claimed to have 24 hr service but I got an answering service that never called back. I called Roto-Rooter after reading reviews. Most of their reviews bragged about the friendliness of the technicians. A few said they were very expensive. My personal experience followed suit. The tech was Jeff E. He was on time, efficiently cleared the clog in about 45 minutes, was very professional, cordial, and friendly. The price actually ended up about $10 less than the phone quote and after comparing to other plumbing company phone quotes was very competitive. I'm programming them into my list of contacts and will happily refer them again.

All around professional service and showed up early.On arrival quoted us for what would’ve been regular maintenance. Turns out the problem was more severe . Quickly let us know that if we wish to continue what needed to be done and the new quote of service. They were able to stay and get the job done at that time. Overall service and communication was 10/10. Only place it hurt was in the price but we knew before work began what the quote was. Will use them again for our next plumbing emergency.

They are very customer driven. From scheduling the appointment to confirming that your technician is on the way to quickly and thoroughly finishing the job. Everyone i spoke to or dealt with was courteous and very professional!

Out of the 10, or so, times they’ve come to fix my issue, they’ve only not been able to once. And they charged way less due to that. I can’t recommend them any higher and Alec did a great job today. He listened to my issues without interrupting, tried the snake over and over while I test dumped large quantities of water, and waited for me to run a quick laundry cycle for good measure. Ask for young Alec because he is more experienced than his years.

I had an emergency leak from a supply line on the 2nd floor. RR got to work in less than an hour after we called. Ricardo, the tech took care of the issue quick. Super impressive overall. We will not hesitate to call again, if/when we need.

So I was having an issue with my plumbing so I called to get someone to come out. We already had done research and came to the conclusion it was a clog. I called and they said it would be $198 for clog removal. When the tech arrived he let me know he has to complete a job in harrah so he's gonna be quick they just asked could he swing by us quickly He walked through our home and looked at the bathrooms and when I saw he opened the door and looked in and that's it. He asked where the clean out valve was and I informed him I was unsure but most likely on the roof. He walked outside, looked under our deck for a few seconds and then told us he needed to run a camera and install a new clean out. running the camera would cost us $400 and after that it would cost us $2800 to install the clean out. I was frustrated with the fact that he did not even attempt to remove the clog. Instead of trying to upcharge me. I called another plumber (Hermans: call them they are amazing) . They came out and not even an hour later the problem was solved. ROTO-ROOTER should be ashamed for what they are doing to people. Hermans gained a lifetime customer today!

Derrick C was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He initially offered for us to try an alternate solution before he charged us for service. Ultimately, we needed his assistance. He was quick but thorough and offered advice on how to prevent future issues. Will definitely use service again.

Leon was one of the friendliest most polite people i have ever met. He knew what he was doing. Very professional but friendly. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Tanner and his assistant installed a clean out for sewer system- explained procedure and cost and were done in about 5 hours- they were very courteous and cleaned up the yard where they installed the clean out. They did some Roto rooting for a blockage under the house also and hopefully that will fix the drainage problem.

We have used Roto-Rooter for the past few years, and their service never disappoints. I called yesterday afternoon, and they had someone on-site within 30 minutes. The tech was knowledgeable and professional, and he was able to resolve the issue on the same day. The tech encouraged us to look into making some changes to our drainage system in an effort to resolve the issue for good. With this kind of great customer service, we will continue using Roto-Rooter for years to come.

Worst service had an appointment Thursday and person who showed up couldn’t do the job, so they brought someone else Friday morning, guy showed up but didn’t have what he needed. So he says he will return that afternoon and calls me back around 3 says he can’t make it until Monday.So Monday around noon called the office guys says he showed up but I wasn’t home and says I don’t answer my phone which is bull shiet, because I was home all day and had my phone right beside me. So now they want to reschedule for Thursday so just had to call them off there are more companies who I’m sure will take care of anybody’s needs.This is the first and last time I will use them completely unsatisfied not recommended at all.

Best customer service at a reasonable price!!! The technician came to our home soon after calling and was wonderful. He diagnosed and corrected the issue in less than 45 minutes. He even took the time to walk through what to do if we ever experienced the issue again. Definitely would recommend!!!

I submitted an online appointment for a specific day and time, when I called the office that day they confirmed I was on the schedule for the day I requested...as 5 o'clock approached I got worried that I had not heard from anyone nor had a technician showed up. I called the office one last time and was transferred to the office manager. She was RUDE and unprofessional, she talked OVER me and then told me they couldn't come out that day due to a system problem on their end and that the soonest they could come out was the next day, which happened to be a Saturday. She said the rate would be higher due to it being a weekend. She also quoted me incorrectly. I could have gotten past the fact that I would be charged a higher rate even though there was no communication on their end but I can't get passed her unprofessional attitude. And before the owner gets on here making excuses for his staff (I've read through the bad reviews and see that excuses seem to be the go to) I don't care what the circumstances were her attitude was unprofessional and that is not how you treat a potential customer! If this was my business she would be taking some classes in professionalism and customer service.

We had some issues with our system backing up and these guys made it look easy! Our technician was early, knowledgeable and experienced. He showed us how to prevent it from happening and what to do in the future. Highly recommend!

They were experiencing a high number of calls from the snow storm, so we didn’t have water for 11 days. The plumber(Charles G.) came, and let me know he couldn’t fix it without another plumber there. We have a crawl space, which i had informed the scheduling people of before he had came to do an inspection. He told me he would be there at 9am the next day with the other plumber. He finally showed up at 10 am the next day by himself. Had to wait an additional hour until the other plumber got there. Took them about 45 minutes to an hour to fix. Charles G. Was the plumber that was assigned to our house. He was unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

Jesse and Eric were very informative and worked the whole time. I had a French drain clog which was mostly cleared up but due to having corrugated pipe they didn’t use their big machine so it wouldn’t damage my French drain pipe. Definitely would recommend Roto Rooter

If you are made out of money I’m sure they do a fine job but this was my experience.I got a quote for $1700 to fix sewer. They ran into unforeseen problems so they charged me $2100, understandable. They left a big hole in the ground and quoted me another $3900 to dig additional 5 feet to finish the job. When I asked how that could be accurate I was told they normally charge for another estimate fee to complete work?? I called Mr. Rooter. They gave me an estimate of $900. They did the work and finished what Rooter Rooter started and I saved $3000!!!Mr. Rooter also does not charge for estimates like Rooter Rooter does.

On Nov. 11, 2020 Austin came & he was very professional, kind, considerate & extremely knowledgeable about my drainage problem. He diagnosed the problem and worked quickly to repair it. He was in and out within an hour. I am very impressed with Austin and this company. They also call to let you know that the tech is on his way and you can even track their location while they are in route to your home. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. All my drains backed up and I needed immediate weekend service. The service professional–Todd–showed up at my door on a Sunday evening 30 minutes earlier than I expected and had my pipes draining again in 20 minutes. Even at the weekend rate, the cost of the service visit was very reasonable.Todd was a nice, professional, and capable guy. I would definitely call on this company again.

My experience with this company has been pretty great! I really appreciate that they will text you your technician’s name and photo so you know who to expect- it’s a drangerous world, after all. For dealing with some of the nastiest substances on earth, our technicians were all very positive and cheerful. They did their job efficiently and in a timely manner.My only complaint is that after being told that we would have two techs scheduled to come out after our initial call(it was unable to be corrected the initial night due to needing another tech for saftey- needed to get on the roof)was that we didn’t make it on the roster for the day. This however was quickly corrected when I called and the receptionist was very accommodating.I will definitely recommend their service to people in need.

The plumbers were friendly and efficient, also seem knowledgeable. I had to be available to wait all morning, from 8:00 am until noon. They arrived at about 11:30. The estimate for repairs was much more expensive than I expected.

Called in my clogged washer drain pipe on a Friday, scheduled for an ambiguous time on Monday (my only complaint, it'd be nice to even get a 3 hour window). The plumber arrived around 9 a.m. and was on his way less than an hour later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

The technican was great, but we had an issue with the time it took them to get to our home, we were notified a technician was on their way, but had to call back in an hour and a half when no one had arrived. They said it looked like an error had been made and they would send someone out, we finally did get a person, and he did a great job.

Charged $9,000 for sewer line repair. Only to find out it would have been a $2,000 job with another plumbing company. Over charged $7,000.7 thousand is more than I paid for my son’s funeral last year. Shame on Roto Rooter for taking advantage of an old woman.

Unclogged sewer line. Arrived within minutes of phone call telling me they were on their way. Very courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I had my bathroom drain replaced a few months back and was informed that the labor price was roughly doubled due to the Oklahoma law that they had to have 2 plumbers in the crawl space while working. When they came to do the job only 1 plumber showed up and charged about $100 more than the quoted price. I called back and asked why it wasn’t cheaper than the quote since I should only be charged for the labor of 1 plumber and got no response. After calling at least 5 times over a 2-3 month period I finally had someone leave me a voicemail and they refunded me $15. I also have had plumbers give me quotes for hundreds of dollars cheaper without even looking at the job based solely off the fact they know this business overcharges. I would not recommend using these guys for a major job.

I requested service for a drain stoppage. The plumber was very confident about his plan to fix the problem. 3600 dollars worth of work and the problem wasn't fixed and he told me someone else needed to come out. I ended up crawling underneath the house myself and found the leak in the drain. Lesson learned

I've called them out for two different locations and I will say they will try and try and try to get a drain unclogged. The first location we find out couldn't be unclogged because the pipe had actually separated and it was draining into mud but they still tried to get some type of clearance eventually I had to have the location dug up and the pipe reconnected.The second location should have been a quick job but took a while but eventually they found the right combination to unclog a pipe that was thought to be broken but really was full of flushable baby wipes.I appreciate both techs level of tenaciousnessthey worked with me to make sure the price for their service was comfortable and fair.

All the individual employees were pleasant and professional.Everything else about this was a joke. Scheduled for between 8 and 10am. No call, no show. Got a call from the office as I was about to call and was told I was next on the list.An hour and a half after my service window I get another call that they're on the way and it should be 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. No, it was 35 minutes and the tracker that they sent me a link to never showed them leaving or traveling at all.I had standing waste water in my yard and couldn't use sinks, showers, the bath, the dishwasher or do laundry without exacerbating the issue. Not only did this grind my household to a stop, the inability of Roto Rooter to show up when they said they would pushed back other errands and obligations that I had.This has become the norm for service calls in my experience. If I'm not here during that window then I forfeit my place in line, but the service company doesn't show when they say they will and there's no repercussions or discounts or any consequences.There's no excuse for this ineptitude. I'm using smaller local places from now on.

I called in a service call at 1:00 pm. I waited until the service tech showed up at about 5:45. I was then informed that the first hour would be charged at regular rate and EVERY HOUR AFTER THAT WOULD BE CHARGED TIME AND A HALF. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Had they explained that they were extremely busy and the tech would not show up until after 5:45 and additional charges would be incurred after the first hour, I would have used one of the 2 other plumbing companies I contacted that would have showed UP DURING REGULAR HOURS. I will not be using this company again. Sorry, but I have to give them 1 star for communication as the nice gentleman they sent out was just doing his job and the company neglected to communicate properly to me THE CUSTOMER.

The technician was polite, did a great job of trouble shooting the problem, and was very cognizant of the time spent and cost involved. The women who answer the phones are annoyingly rude and have no hospitality dealing with new interested customers. They take their frustration out on new customers and have no interest in explaining the services this company has to offer without having a nasty attitude. They came across as very impatient and not understanding leaving us uninformed. They left my husband and I frustrated and confused in the process. We are no longer interested in giving this place any business and will be sure to let others know .

I didn't realize that Rotor-Rooter did more than unclogging drains. I had a leaky faucet and was able to set an appointment online. Ricardo, the technician, was professional and friendly. He replaced my faucet and made sure I was happy with the replacement and how it worked. Thank you!

They scoped the sewer and cleaned it out. Then they took me through the process as a homeowner and, while reassuring, they were factual. When a homeowner has a concern, he or she needs facts. They showed up on time with all the necessary tools needed to preform the job. They worked fast and efficient and the best part is they fixed my problem with no issues the first go around. Very happy with the overall service and will use again in the future if needed.

Worst experience I've ever had. I was price gouged, Paid over 11,000 dollars and they didn't finish the job. They replaced pipe on the sewer line, said they were finished with the job and wouldn't be back, that the dirt mover would finish. I seen trash and called the company and the plumber changed up the story saying we'll be back with the dirt mover, we aren't done yet. I called the local office trying to get ahold of someone, called corporate and was told they would notify the local office and was left in the dark. Was so aggravated with the company, when they did come back I told them to leave and make sure someone calls me before they show up unannounced. Needless to say, I spent all weekend shoveling dirt back into a 75 ft long and 3 ft. Deep hole in my back yard. Unprofessional people whom never followed CDC guideline rules, smoked on the job and threw butts all over the yard, also had an unknown man on my property and did some weird money exchange and he left right after. I CANNOT stress this enough, use anyone but these people. I trusted the name and got screwed.

We had a major plumbing problem over the weekend that required shutting off our water. Roto-Rooter literally had a plumber at our house diagnosing the problem before a competitor even called us back. Josh went above and beyond to offer us affordable options and came in below the original estimate for the work and offered follow up maintenance advice as well. The entire team we dealt with made a stressful situation as smooth as it possibly could be. The plumber's name was Charles and he did a great job. It was a little frustrating that I called and scheduled service ahead of time for 10:00 (and I understand that service time moves around some based on how the previous jobs go) but not having a service tech arrive until 5:00 was frustrating. Charles was great scheduling was sub par.

Trent was very knowledgeable. On time, professional, kind and genuinely concerned for my elderly parents. I think these days it can be difficult to find someone you trust, but we definitely felt comfortable with his expertise. He also found a carbon monoxide leak at my parents water heater! Could have potentially been devastating. We will from now on call Roto Rooter when we need help! Thank you Trent for your service!

I did not have a positive experience. Drain in sink replacement ended up being a $250 tab.The price isn't the issue however the quality of work is and was very poor. I reached out due to quick response but the quality of work is not what I had envisioned. Had to call them back to fix the leaking sink. They were responsive but not effective. I refuse to have them in my house ever again. The sink continues to leak so now i have an independent company coming out to fix it. Don't want roto- rooter in my house ever again. Total tab on fixing a drain in a bathroom sink will be $410.

I absolutely had the best experience with the representatives that came to my home. Shelby and Leon went above and beyond the normal service. Both deserve a raise! Because they were so helpful it actual helped take the sting out of the 2700.00 price tag! I will call roto rooter again and recommend them to friends and family!

I call rotor rooter this morning and with in one hour of calling they showed up in the front of my doorstep told them what the issue was and within 5 minutes Todd and his apprentice went right to the back yard and within 5 to 10 minutes we were done. They fixed the backup. if you guys need anything place called rotor rooter Todd is a great technician and did a great work.

I woke up to water on my kitchen floor from my washer drain. Two hours later they had someone here to help me. It was my good fortune to get Austin. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient, had it fixed in short while, but he was respectful of my white carpet and even cleaned up the mess the water had left. I could not be more pleased with this experience!

We found ourselves needing a plumber to unstop our clogged drains and googled to find Roto Rooter’s contact information. Because this happened later in the evening, we made arrangements on line to have them come out the next morning. I did call in the morning to explain we also had an afternoon appointment we couldn’t miss and the scheduler contacted the technician to give me a better estimate of the time he would be at our house. When the technician (Jeff E)did arrive, we explained the plumbing problem and our time crunch and he assessed what he thought the problem was and explained what he could do. He unclogged our main drain quickly and efficiently even though he had to remove one of the toilets for access. He finished replacing the toilet and cleaning up his equipment with plenty of time for us to still get to our 3 pm appointment. We were very pleased with his ability to quickly assess and solve our disaster!

I'm new in town and didn't know who to call. The name is familiar and they lived up to my expectations. They were here quickly, explained the charges, were very polite and courteous. They fixed the problem quickly and I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs I have in the future. I recommend them very highly!

Plumber was able to come out very quickly to fix leaking kitchen sink. He was able to fix the plumbing without buying new parts. He did his best to save us the most amount of money. He even helped us troubleshoot our dishwasher issues. Would recommend this company, would call again next time I need a plumber.

We discovered a mainline blockage and called RR at 10:30 PM. The technician (Parris) finished the job he was working, drove across town, and knocked on my door at 11:20. He had the mainline cleared and I was in bed at midnight. It also cost less than the estimate provided by the office staff! Everyone was great. They kept me informed and didn’t leave me hanging. I’m very pleased and will use them again, if the need arises.

I requested quotes from several different companies. Roto Rooter was the only company to respond in a timely manner and i was able to talk to an actual person who answered all of my questions. They also worked with my schedule and were able to schedule a time that accommodated my time frames of availability. Definitely keeping their number for future jobs!

Stopped up toilets backing up into The bathtubs they fixed everything they were in-and-out no problems very efficient and very friendly

Keith was our Restoration Specialist and he kept us up to date on the progress of the kitchen. He supervised the cabinet repair people, the mold specialist, and the counter top people. Keith also made sure the kitchen was in excellent working condition before he left the job. I would want Keith on any big job needed on my plumbing because he does excellent work as well as Keeping us informed as to when workers would or would not be at our home.

We had our waterline back up when the city decided to back pressure things on a Saturday night. Roto Rooter came out within 15 minutes of us calling. It was 9pm. The guy was super helpful and efficient, getting our problem solved quickly. Highly recommend this service. And for it being after hours on the weekend, their pricing was extremely reasonable.

Backed up washer line plus took opportunity to clean out kitchen drain line. Washer was real mess. Had to drill to China to clean out my quilt project’s lint and years of other lint but I’m back in business. Really great guys stuck with it and I’m back in the hole laundry business.

JR and Greg did an awesome job with the work needed at my house. They originally came out to fix a slab leak but took notice of my hot water tank. It was completely corroded and the drip pan was full of water and ready to fall apart. They explained to me what was going to happen and showed all the out of code items my hot water tank had and needed updated. They came out the next day and replaced the tank and brought me up to code! Great guys and great plumbers!!

Installing a storm shelter in the garage. Installers hit the main water line (shouldn’t have been there - thank you builders). Called several companies at 9:30am. We have six people in the house and prefer to have water. Another company said they could be here in about 3 hours. I really didn’t want to wait 3 hours as the shelter installers had other jobs to go to as well. This company (Roto Rooter) said they would have someone on site in 2 hours. So, three hours later I call again. Shelter installers still pressing for ETA. The Roto-Rooter dispatcher said he had someone in the area and would call me back in 30 minutes when he was in the way. Two hours later, I call again. Another dispatcher said it would be another hour to an hour and half.Finally at 3:30pm, the technicians arrive. I have NO ISSUE with the plumbers. They did a great job. It took them 30-45 minutes to do the job. My bill was $415. Almost twice the amount the first company estimated. Had Roto-Rooter not mentioned they would be here in 2 hours, I would have gone with the other company. Instead, I paid a very high price and waited over 6 hours. They should have been up front about the time issue from the beginning.Consequently, I still have a storm shelter in the middle of our street as it was too late to be installed today.

The young man showed up to fix the clog drain. He moved the clog from the third floor to the second floor which in return flooded the kitchen. Charged us $250, when he used his auger in the kitchen to remove the clog. He broke through the pipe in the basement And flooded two offices and a restroom in the basement and then charged us $1500 to replace a three dollar part. We were left to clean the mess outs $1700 and had to hire another plumbing company. The new plumbing company fix the problem in 20 minutes because Roto router said they couldn’t fix it. I would strongly recommend using somebody else.

We had a slow running drain and septic system in our 60 year old house. Cecil came out and was very personable and professional. He dug up the cover to the septic tank and cleaned the main line. Then cleaned the bath drain lines, so all are working much better. Prices was very reasonable, too.We're happy customers.

We had a broken pipe in a wall. The call went in and they said they could come out same day. They showed up at 6pm, poked around for an hour, and said that they were going to have to come back the next day. No show and we find out that they aren't coming until the day AFTER. That will make 3 days without power and 3 days of someone taking off work (2 of which were wasted) to babysit the house. Apparently this company isn't good with their word. We are extremely unhappy.

Spent $400 and didn't get my pipe cleared. The technician was nice and suggested I wait until Monday so I wasn't getting charged weekend rates but it was still frustrating. Herman's came out Tuesday and cleared the line in less than an hour by going through the roof vent and only charged me $162. I won't be using roto rooter again.

The one star is for the tech(s) arriving at the appointed time. The problem (clog) was not resolved but was pushed further into the plumbing. The washer does not back-up into the kitchen sink anymore; however, the laundry water is now coming-up from under the hot water heater. ...$200.00 to relocate a plug. Awesome!I was hoping shoe covers would be utilized. The first tech that came tracked red dirt unto the floors. Wouldn't have minded so much had our problem been resolved.RESPONSE TO OWNER:Thank you for yours and Dan's quick response. However, I have a problem when Dan's resolution is for me to FIRST remove my negative comment with a positive one.No thanks. Zane came out and talked me through all options, and when those options didn't work talked me through the other options. Not only was he extremely professional, he was nice, and that means a lot. We will continue to use him in the future.

I had a pipe burst on an icy day. I called 10 different plumbers. All were closed because of the weather or else they just didn’t answer the phone. Roto Rooter had someone at my house within the hour and they worked until evening to fix my burst pipe. They were awesome and reasonably priced for a he job.

The guy that came out was very professional and easy to talk to. He made suggestions on how to keep the drain issue from happening again. He was fast and professional.

I was very pleased with the response time. However, if you are going to quote a price for a general water tank replacement and then charge another $200 on top for no comprehensible reason, then you don't know how to run a business. Additionally, I took the time to drain the water tank before they showed up, reducing their time by at least an hour. They were in and out in 1 hour! If I can't trust you, I won't use you.

We recently had an issue with broken pipe and were assigned Zeek from Roto-Rooter. Zeek was professional and very knowledgeable. He provided honest advice and estimates; and even came in under budget. Zeek and his team did an awesome job!

Nice enough fellow that came by but it would of been nice of him to give me a price before just doing the work on his own. I didn't know he was doing any work since we never spoke of anything being done. I was totally prepared to pay the $60 but then to be hit with a $150 bill, I wasn't happy. I won't be referring them to anyone else or calling them back for any upcoming jobs.

Arrived on time and pleasant. Unable to resolve issue without much more cost than anticipated. Located someone to do a good job at a much cheaper price. Quoted camera 400.00 with estimate of 3300.00. I need a second opinion before dishing out this kind of money.

Been a customer for almost 10 years and hoping this is seen - exceptional customer service is hard to come by nowadays.I had Roto-Rooter come out to repair a broken toilet and run the line to help with our backed up bathroom last week. They repaired the toilet and told my wife our backup was resolved. After a short time, our toilet backed up horribly. Water and you-know-what went everywhere and it was clear the plumber didn't do a thorough job.After calling to complain, Roto-Rooter immediately sent out Alec and JR, both exceptional plumbers with friendly attitudes. Dan is also a fantastic owner as he agreed after some discussion that there should be no charge for the second visit. Most companies would have played the not our fault card in this situation. I am grateful for this company's commitment to its customers and will continue my business with Roto-Rooter for many years to come.

We had a washer drain backing up. Roto-Rooter arrived. Todd was very informative on what our options would be in best case scenario. Come to findout the p-trap had a hole in it. Again Todd informed us of what needed to be done and cost. Found the last plumber had transitioned a cast iron p-trap to PVC with rubber boots. Appearedto be too much trouble to cut out. No problem for Todd though. Installed the correct way. From customer service (Jessica) to the plumber Todd, we had a very good experience with the company.

Tech showed up telling me I needed to dig up my yard before he even started....guess what, he couldn’t clear the line so he just left and billed me $200+ for his time. I really don’t think he wanted to do the job!?!?!?Been using rotorooter for a long time on my rentals. Always had good service. This tech had an attitude. Hopefully you don’t get this guy.

The tech spent an hour and 10 mins working on a leaking faucet, charged for 2 hours, and left the tap without the ability to use hot water. What should have cost under $180 (with the option for hot water) ended up costing nearly $400. I called the manager but have yet to hear back about the issue. Micromanage this company if you do not want to get ripped off.

had a leak under the slab of my house, of course on a Friday afternoon. Phoned Roto rooter. They sent out a young man, who had actually helped me out on a previous repair.He and his helper isolated the problem and make the repair quickly and professionally.I really appreciate them taking care of me,and saved me a few bucks.

Very un happy with my service. I called two days ago to have my pipes looked at because they were frozen. I was told it would be 60 for the service call and someone would be at my house at 10 the next day. I waited as I kept being told they were delayed. Finally at 2 they called saying someone could come out but I was no longer able to be there to meet them so I rescheduled for first thing the next morning ( 8-9). The next day I called them at 9:45 wondering where they were. They said someone would be there in 30-45 min. He showed up closer to 10:45. (Hour later). The man who came out was very rude to me and since it was my water filter that was frozen he couldn’t do anything. He proceeded to tell me I owed him 119.95 (twice what I was told on the phone). I told him I was quoted 60 and he started to argue with me that I had to pay for his time (a full 30 min of doing very little). After calling the service manager I was told it was a miscommunication on their part and I can mail in a new check so he can get rid of the first one. I would never call this company again as they wasted my time waiting for them, and did not feel like I received good service.*** I’m editing this and giving 3 instead of 1 star because I called again and the service manager agreed to refund me the full amount.

Called at 8:30 AM and technician was here by 9:30. Greg (tech) was pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. Ran into some snags but stuck with it and got the job done nicely while taking the to advise me of his progress all along.I strongly recommend these fellas for any plumbing needs.

They were able to get someone to my house in less than an hour after calling. The clog we had was about 50 feet deep and there's no way we could've fixed it. The technician Justin was able to locate the problem and fix it for us in under an hour. Highly reccomended!

Whatever you do please do not use this company they sent out a very inexperienced plumber by the name of Alec who stood outside the entire time trying to call another plumber to come help him they said I needed to do work for up to $1500 to replace the old delta diverter. I kept telling him that doesn’t make any sense for a leaky faucet. I asked him to justify this reasoning and explain to me what all he was doing and he couldn’t and he told me well there’s been some type of a miscommunication and not to worry about it to sign and he left. I called another plumber at Don’s plumbing and the female plumber came out and said that is absolutely not true what I was told and she was able to fixed it and charge me $302.60 Now Roto Rooter is calling me wanting their $70 for nothing and that the plumber told me not to worry about because of the miscommunication. I am so glad I called Dons plumbing and got a competent plumber who knows what SHE was doing. Don’t ever use Roto Rooter.

Not explained when I made appointment that it’s $60 for them just to show up. Then I was told they couldn’t service Moen faucet because it’s almost impossible to get parts. That if I was willing to pay for them to drive across town to a supplier that might have part and drive back maybe they could fix issue. Other option was for them to tear out shower tile and replace with Delta faucet but they don’t do tile work so someone else would have to patch tile. I called Airco and they said no problem they had Moen parts and could fix it. So with Roto you have to pay $60 for them to do zero work and give an opinion and then you call another company to do the job

Did not solve the problem. Suggested using a camera on pipes with additional personal. Signed a lot of “we are not responsible for your problem “ papers. Called someone different and cleared up problem in less than 15 mins. Will never use them again

Tec was friendly introduced him self went rite to work got the job done quickly explained what he had done presented the reasabl bill and said he was happy to help and ask if there were other services they could provide.

Leon came out, told me he was running a camera through my lateral lines to detect a problem. Instead he rabbit to my house to determine there was no problem there and told me it would be $10k to refurbish my lateral lines. So, he didn't even do what he said he was going to do. Needless to say, I called to complain. That great service cost me $458.

Clogged drain line backing up into bath tub. Ricardo went straight to the problem pipe and rooted out the problem. We had not been able to use our only tub/shower, sink and toilet in that bathroom for over 24 hours. Ricardo arrived completed the job was paid and gone in about 30 minutes. NICE!

Steve and Jeff did an amazing job of unclogging my entire drain system. Both were extremely knowledgeable, proficient, professional and accommodating. They explained EVERYTHING they were doing. I previously had 3 other companies (BL 3 Plumbing, Stone Creek Plumbing, and by far the worst was Plumb Crazy Plumbing) come out for the same problem, not one of them took the time to figure out the issue and repair it. Steve and Jeff spent approximately 1 1/2 hours here and resolved the entire problem. Roto-Rooter will definitely be my go to plumbing source. These two guys are absolutely amazing!!!

A previous plumber through our home warranty company told us we had a collapsed sewer line and could not fix our stoppage issue. We called Roto-rooter to come verify if the sewer line was collapsed and to get a quote to fix if it was. We were excited when they were able to unclog the line in less than a minute of being here and the good news continued when they confirmed that the sewer line was NOT collapsed. The line still needs some repairs but we can flush our toilets and shower again! Thank you Roto-Rooter! Next time we'll skip the home warranty company and come straight to you!

Extremely pleased with the service we received for my mother’s condo. Huge water leak was coming from neighbor’s condo. Josh and Jason determined where leak was coming from, stayed while the police and fire departments opened neighbor’s condo, and then didn’t even charge my mother since “they didn’t do anything”. We then located a smaller leak in mom’s condo so we had Josh and Jason come out again. They efficiently found the leak(s) and repaired them quickly. They are very nice and make a great team! Will be requesting them for future problems.Everyone else I dealt with on the phone and in person was nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend this Roto Rooter.

Their charge was absurd. They charged 2,100 to dig a 2ft hole cut a PVC pipe and cap it. It was after the ice storm so they has us by the throat with a broken pipe. Had used in the past and had been pleased, but will not use again. I feel they took advantage of the situation.

They came out two different days and never fixed the clog. First day he “went into over time” just to tell us there was nothing he could do without a second worker so we asked him to stop for the day and paid him... Two men came out the next day, couldn’t fix it and then told me the only way to fix it would be to cut into walls and make a huge mess but that we didn’t have a choice cause that was the only option.. had to pay $350+ just for that day so we called a local plumber and after a few days of no working shower toilet or sinks the new plumber came out and had it fixed and was gone within 30 mins

Charles from Roto came in told me everything that I needed to know then went to work. He did a great job. He was fast, always smiled, and was just a nice person overall. 10 out of 10 will use them again

Josh V. is great! This is the second time Josh has had to come out in 4 months and snake my line. I found out today I have a broken pipe. :-( Josh is very patient and explains everything in detail. He explained the repair that needs to be done and gave me a quote to have it fixed whenever I’m ready.

The initial phone call was great. They made sure I was aware of timing and length of waiting. The gentlemen who did the service call was quick and precise. Although as he said he charged me the minimum, but still to pricy.

Technicians were friendly and proficient, the only issue I had was the price of the work rendered. Pipe busted and to replace 70ft of pipe from stub to man hole, services cost me over $6,500. I guess that's the going rate for service or just an opportunity for Roto Rooter executives to screw over a veteran!

Using Roto Rooter out of Yukon was a terrible experience. They told me they would need to use a more expensive piece of equipment on the phone so I said fine if you have to but first I would like you to verify the problem before you do. It was recorded on 2 instances of me telling them that then I told the plumber when he got there again. First thing he does is run a jetter without trying any other means to identify the problem. I then explained that I would pay for them the upcharge for bringing it out there and for their labor but it didn't seem fair to pay for the equipment they didn't have to use and they tried no other means of diagnosing the issue before hand so they could make the larger sum of money. Then was not willing to work with me in the cost of something not needed. Just terrible all together. Would not recommend even if everywhere else has wait times.

The person that came to.my house was great but I decided not to have my hot water tank repaired by Roto-Rooter because of the price. Not happy with the company because the call dispatcher did not tell me about the $68.00 service fee for.coming out.

After developing a clog in the kitchen sink drain I did everything I could to fix it myself, but in the end I called Roto-Rooter. Honestly, I should have done it sooner. Clayton was the guy who fixed our outside main sewer drain . He was very professional , friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

They were unable to find any roots despite a previous company using a scope and finding many roots. The price that RotoRooter wanted to charge us to scope it and find the specific problem is twice as much as the company that previously scoped it. With them not doing anything for our pipes we still had to pay the full service fee. Much smaller companies have no problem knocking down the price significantly if they are unable to help.

Can't express how happy I am with Jeff from Roto Rooter. He took the time needed to take care of my recently widowed mom in a timely fashion. He cleaned as he went, was very thorough, and maintained the highest level of professionalism. THANK YOU!!!

We had some issues with our plumbing backing up in the bathroom. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to send out someone the same day, which is especially helpful considering the next morning we had a c-section. Corey did an excellent job fixing the problem efficiently and was very friendly. I’ll definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and will give Corey’s name specifically.

Update of my google review! Still not super happy with my service because I feel like they could have fixed the problem the first time around instead of charging me twice for the same issue in less than 3 weeks. HOWEVER, I found my necklace! I turned my house upside down because it was a gift from my mom. It had somehow slid in between the drawer sliders in my dresser and fell to the bottom drawer! I have informed the authorities of the misunderstanding and am happy! Not only was I able to find my necklace but was very nervous that someone would be falsely accused! Even though the technicians did absolutely NOTHING WRONG, I believe in the future I will be present in any rooms with valuables so there is no misunderstandings again! Sorry Roto-Rooter!

After charging almost $500 to fix a clog in our toilets, they now want us to pay for a clog in our sink that they actually created. I'm livid. God forbid you're not exactly highly articulate and able to explain yourself using all the industry jargon, because they'll definitely have someone call you to speak circles around you just to explain that the problem they created will be paid for out of your pockets. The use of the power snake on every drain in the house surely isn't a problem. And to top it off, they left sludge everywhere and used gloves in our driveway. This is what I get for using a big corporate company. A smaller company would offer to fix their mistakes because their business relies on it. Shame on me.

Called at 8-ish. Dispatch said that a tech would be by in 30/45 minutes. Alec showed up 20 minutes later. Polite, professional and efficient. I had a clog about 15’ down that he cleared with a drain snake. I would recommend Roto rooter to anyone with minor or major plumbing work.

I've had horrible luck with plumbing this year. 4 separate occasions I've had to call someone. They never find anything unusual (I have a 3 & 5 year old so I keep expecting toys) but Alec was fast and efficient and very polite. Hopefully I can reduce my calls in the future.

One Sunday nite at 10pm I realized that my toilet was stopped up and draining back into the tub! UCK!!! Monday morning I called two local plumbers starting at 7am. By 1:00pm neither one Of the independents had returned my call! Speaks loudly for their customer service. Then I decided to call Roto-Rooter because I had seen that my neighbors had used them before. A real human answered the phone ......I explained the problem.......they were at my house 3 hours later. Ran the outside drain and unplugged the clog! I had a clogged main drain on Christmas Eve morning. The technician was here within 30 minutes. Fixed the issue..very professional...and reasonable fee for service performed. Will use them for any future issues and will recommend as well.

Called to get blockage in sewer line cleared. The other two pluming companies I called first were too busy for me and wanted to come 3 days later. Roto Rooter said they would come right away. They were there within 30 minutes. They were less money than the other places. Very professional and would use them again!

Failed to plum the sink, which led to water all over the floor. My name was signed on charges to my credit card that weren't even authorized. Had a plumbing emergency last night. The plumber that was sent was friendly, despite it being 11:00pm, and fixed our probelm quickly. It also didn't cost nearly as much as I would have expected given the time of day. Replaced several parts on my toilet/water supply and charged $178 for parts and labor. Not bad for a late night call.

Pulled out a blockage in the sewer main line about 90 feet, all drains flowing freely now. I spend about 5 hours trying to do it myself last night & this morning. Took them about 10 minutes with the right equipment.

I was quoted 139.00 over the phone but it cost me 168. and that included about 30.00 for mileage Add on charges to inflate the price. They neglected to tell me those charges until Finished, we have an Edmond Address and it was a “routine” clogged main line. As far as I am concerned they are unethical and dishonest. Avoid them if possible.The first guy’s machine broke down and they had to send another. I believe they are soaking me because of that.Edit: Responding to the owners reply. 30.00 for a claimed 8 miles over is not nominal. I was not in any way told I was outside of your limited area and in fact on your web page it states Edmond. I was not told a mileage charge even existed. It’s good business to tell customers if they are outside of your limited area and it will cost more. Otherwise you are a slimeball outfit waiting to mention it AFTER the work.Obviously this is how he has his company set up. Stay away from franchise McPlumbers

I was surprised at how quickly a technician came to the house after my initial call. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem without a lot of expense to us. Very happy with the service.

Fast and professional service. Called Bailey Brothers first and heard nothing so I called back to try to get an estimated time of arrival. They couldn't tell me anything definitive. Called Roto-Rooter and they were at my house within an hour of calling them. I was notified via text that the plumber was on his way. The person that arrived was professional, fast and got the job done. I will be calling Roto-Rooter from now on with any plumbing problems.

Please note that I had someone from Roto-Rooter come out to fix a plumbing issue before and had good experiences; however, yesterday I had someone from Roto-Rooter come out to fix my slow draining toilets in my home. After approximately 15 minutes, the plumber could not locate my sewer clean out line and called it quits. I was charged $120 for him to come out and fix absolutely nothing... The next morning I had someone from Mr. Rooter come out and within 15 minutes he located the sewer clean out line and fixed the problem for $140. I am very disappointed in the service and PRICING.

Mother-in-law’s house plumbing wasn’t properly draining, I called for an appointment and they arrived within the hour. Took about hour and half to unclog drain, replace sewer cap for around $200. Excellent work and customer service.

I had backflow into my garage, so I called them. The guy arrived on time (so no complaints there). Once he roto-rooted the line I asked him if that would solve the problem. He said that, no, the garage would still have water backup because there was something wrong with the line. He told me that he thought I had a break in the line somewhere and would need a camera run, which costs $500 or so. He even told me he had a buddy who would come and do it. I couldn't afford to, so thanked him and he left. After continued small backups that they told me weren't covered under their 30 day guarantee, we had another large backup of water. I called another plumber, who snaked the main line and told me that there was a backup there and rotorooter just hadn't gone down the line far enough (he used twice as much line as they did). We haven't had a problem since. I would not recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. They charge a lot of money and cut corners if they think they can get away with it. You will just end up out a lot of money with your plumbing still blocked up.

The guy that came out was great. But paying $172 for nothing to be accomplished is a bit steep. Next time I’ll go with someone that isn’t so proud of their van. Because it showing up is all that was actually done.

As I was walking down Ann Arbor, one of two vans, intentionally swerved into a puddle to splash me from behind. I thought it very unprofessional so I contacted them to let them know. Without the van number its unlikely anything was even reported back to the driver.

Worst service EVER. Didn't diagnose the problem, just gave me 2 prices on different ways to snake to plumbing. Didn't fix the problem and was VERY rude when I tried to pay by check. Quickly offered other expensive diagnosis options. After he left, I used a plunger and it now flushes. Well, there went $160 down the drain.

Called to get a leaky faucet fixed and ended up with a worse leak. Charged a 172 dollars for the tech to put the faucet on backwards and leave off pieces. Didn’t put the plate on correctly didn’t tighten the screw that used a Alan wrench. Horrible experience. Accomplished nothing

Had an emergency I couldnt handle myself. Leon was here within an hour and within 2 hours it was done and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I was also given options to prevent this in the future. Leon is the best plumber and I appreciate all he did for me.

Had a guy come in and try to build a ticket (upsale) on me. I asked him to just snake the shower nothing more nothing less. Told him that if he could not do that then he needed to leave. He turned around walled putside and told me to have a good day. He was not happy with the $169.00 ticket he had he needed to upsale me and build on the ticket. I called mr. Rooter 2 mintues after he left had 2 nice guys come out snake my shower for $139 and leave. .The guy from this company did not put boot covers on. Mr rooter did. The diffrence in customer serive is night and day.Try fixing the problem not upselling. Will never call again

This company need some ethical trainings. I used them 3 times within a month, all they did is come out here clean one single drain, and next time go to another one, how easy is to make cash like that!! I offered to hire a camera to check out what the problem was, they said not needed. The girl working as dispatcher yelled at me asking for credit card numbers. I said I last time I paid you was 3 days ago, can I speak to a manager? She said the manager is not here, we need your credit card before we do anything else. I said I don't like your attitude, let me speak to somebody else. She said let me have your credit card number first before you do so.It's crystal clear that this is a unethical and greedy business

Lack of communication. Didn't call me till 7 hours later. I called them for service at 5pm and they told me they would send someone out. At 12am ( midnight) I get a call to see if I still needed them out! Poor business tactics.

So, I called Roto Rooter to unclog my drains in my bathroom. I was quoted $140 for a basic clean out. The guy arrived and proceeded to tell me he would have to call someone to help him get the machine on my roof to do the job. And it would cost $345 to do the job. I told him no. He then tried to charge me $60 just for coming to my house service charge he said. After some very nasty words between he and my husband he finally left. I then call Plumb Crazy and get the job done for $120 and he had it done in ten minutes WITHOUT any help. Shame on you Roto Rooter for trying to PRICE GOUGE!!! Try doing an HONEST days work sometime!!

Quick to respond, but when asking for a complete breakdown of all the work needed, I simply got a replace and make code upgrades....Sorry, but we paid $117 for you to tell us what is needed and you wouldn’t give it to us. 😡 Not happy at all!! Had a total blockage in the shower thar the liquid stuff wouldn't clear. Alec B was my tech and he was very professional, showed up on schedule, and explained what needed to be done. Fixed, cleaned up and gone in about 30 min.

I called a plumber on an after hours call and they came out to say it would be around 400 to fix, but needed parts 3 days from then. I went on a work trip and the one that showed up with my mom there wanted 4900 to fix it. I was charged for him coming out even though it suddenly was over 12X more expensive.Hermans did it for 1100. The people there told me it'd be 400 to rebuild if they can, 2,000 if they can't. I had a real range and it was fixed the same day.How does a price go from 400 to 4,900 and another plumber does it for still, a 1/4th of that price?

These were the only folks able to come out late in the evening to unclog a main line. Owning older rental homes in OKC I've become very familiar with plumbers. They came out after 10 pm, got the job done fast, and the pricing was less than I have paid others for evening service.

Worst plumbing experience we have ever had. Not only did Roto-Rooter NOT fix our problem, the technician spent most of his time chatting on the phone. When we called up to complain about getting a $256 bill for a service where nothing was done, the manager not only defended the technician, he hung up on us. How is that for terrible service?

Was charged for 1.25 hrs off site to go get parts, when they should have had the part since it was requested when scheduled, no call ahead, and lied to about 4 items, called a different plumber and was proved the was said leaked was not in fact leaking.Huge lack of management come to find out.

Needed help with a request from our building Inspector for a slow leak in a bathroom Called to request a scope of that bathroom and was told the visit price which was lower than other local companies. Tech was a little terse saying that inspector was wrong that drain was fine, and quoted $450 for a scope that would tell us everything we needed to know without going under the house. Not sure how it can tell the condition under the floorboards with running and extension drain line. But just didn't like the attitude.

Roto Rooter was contracted at my business to fix a leak after hours on 7/7. On 7/8, they called me to tell me they need to send me a new proposal for 6k. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd opinion plumber was able to fix the leak in 1 1/2 hours. The other plumber said Roto Rooter did 0 work on the leak and purposely left our business without water so we would agree to the outrageous proposal. Even though I didn't agree to being charged, Roto Rooter decided to charge my card 3k and the invoice states Could not find leak for 8 hours. I talked to Perry the manager about this and provided a statement from the other plumber and a phone number. The other plumber told me him and Perry talked on 7/17. As of 7/20, I have not gotten a single phone call from Perry. It's really unfortunate that Perry decided it was OK for me to be taken advantage of and then thought it was OK to waste my time and this other plumber's time for evidence he had no intention of using to rectify the situation.

Todd was very professional and helped us come up with a plan to unfreeze our pipes. He was on time and even asked us if there was anything else he could talk through with us as we are first time home owners. Would call again and hopefully get Todd again!

Old bathtub not draining and the weight on lever had stopped down in overflow pipe behind tub, the tech named JR was able to fish out the weight and clear the drain..if he had not been able to pull out no way to use the snake. So I am very pleased with JR at Roto Rooter.

Very disappointed in my experience at the OKC location of Roto Rooter. After 3 service calls and nearly $500 spent i still have no solution and will have to reach out to another company to solve my problem. I had used Roto Rooter in Tulsa exclusively in the past but the techs in OKC don't seem to have the same knowledge.

I had a Tech sent to the property to run a snake thru the plumbing to unclogg. He couldn't find the outside washout. So because he had to get someone who knew what they were doing. I had to pay for it double the price. 2nd tech came knew where to go to find washout and it was unclogg. The tech didn't even call to tell me that. My tenant called told me what was going on. I will be looking for knowledgeable company so I won't have to pay for inexperienced and then pay again for him to call an experienced tech out

made an appointment a week ago for this afternoon. the resptionist kept calling me to unsure that they would be out today. they were just busy. at 4:30 she called me to tell me that they wouldn't be coming and asked me to reschedule. I said I will reschedule with a different company one that can keep an appointment. very disappointed

Waited all day, showed up at 5, said would have to come back next day with another plumber, stirred up issue so without a toilet for two days. Also looked at leak with dishwasher, tried to fix, created more leak. Came back next day charged $100 more than quoted night before and then said couldn’t fix washer. Was also late, said would be there at 8:30, no show until 9:30.

After paying $200 I STILL had the same problem. I was gone for a while pet and house sitting and the VERY FIRST time I used my washer after having this service it did the same flooding as before. -- Edit -- yes I know it was awhile later - I was not home except for a few days here and there due to pet/house sitting for others and didn't use the washer but besides that if done correctly it should last more than 2 months even if I did use washer during that time

Roto rooter is great for emergency backups but I would not recommend for actual plumbing work. My house is a raised foundation so we have our plumber on speed dial. My wife called them twice, when my regular company was backed up, for outdoor faucets and the job was more costly and took twice as long as our regular plumbing company (not mentioning names). It's not that they provide bad service or a bad company, I feel that they should stick to rooting.

Anthony came and helped me with a Christmas miracle. I was staying at the Holiday Inn Express in OKC. I realized my treasured necklace had gone down the shower drain. The manager, MaLaura Ballard suggested we cal Roto-Rooter after the staff were not able to retrieve it. Anthony came to the rescue and was able to use a wet vac to get the necklace out of the drain. They blocked me on Facebook because they won't pay me my last paycheck!!! This place is so shady please please go somewhere else don't use a company that won't pay its employees! Showed up, looked at the puddle I already described, spent 10 minutes to come up with estimates, showed ridiculous prices, then charged $120 service fee. Big waste of time and money and I'll never call again.

Took over 3 months to complete the job and after 8 rejections from the OKC plumbing inspector, we finally were approved. They rarely showed up on time and usually took several calls before they would come back to attempt to finish the job. Once finally approved, they demanded payment right away even though they refused to patch the walls that they ripped apart. I would never use this company again and would suggest you go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

They were too busy to come out when the toilets backed up in a rental property but the dispatcher did call the renter and explain the delay until the next morning. They did open the line and submit a detailed report of what they did and what they found.

I called Roto-Rooter to REPLACE a bathtub faucet. I tell the guy what I need and he says okay and messes with it for 15 minutes. After that he comes back and tells me a piece is defective and it will have to be replaced. He told me to buy a new faucet and to call him back to install it. He charged me 116.95 to tell me what I told him before he started. I will buy a new faucet, but I will not be using Roto-Rooter to install it.

They were super polite and efficient. They even made sure I knew where to look for their notes on helping reduce the possibility of my system backing up again.

I called them to come do a gas inspection and they quoted me $200 at the most to come and do that. When the technician arrived he looked around and then tells us it’s gonna cost twice the amount of what I originally got quoted. Then turns out, I had to still pay the guy $60 for doing absolutely nothing at all.

It seems they tried to scam me...I called and set up an appointment and spoke to the receptionist and she looked up my address online and said my house was one mile south of hwy 9 so it would a 2.70 per mile charge added to 136.00 charge for the rooter service and I agreed to this...However when the service men showed up and after looking at my pipes they were going to get their rooter machine out of the van they told me there would be a 50.00 charge because they drove through Shawnee ( They were sappose to go down hwy 9)I told them that that was not what I was quoted and he showed me a text the office sent them to 'remind' me that there would be a 50.00 charge added on to the rooter bill... Remind me? I was not told this at all before I made the appointment...Plus the service man said the rooter service was 142.00 instead of the 136.00 I was quoted...I told them I diden't have that much money and so they said ok and left...Plus I was told the service men were in my area and it took them an hour and a half to get here...I felt like I was being scammed..
