When it’s summer in Oklahoma and a weekend it’s AMAZING to find a company that will come at all, much less after 8 pm. A&T Mechanical came and did such an amazing job. I had Ross and Mike from A&T Mechanical out at my house twice for gas plumbing work; once to run some propane gas line, and the second time to modify some existing gas line.
They came within the scheduled time window prepared for the work; tooling and parts available at hand. Once on site they listened to what I wanted done, offered some advice, and got right to it.
Both men were courteous, professional and amiable; easy to communicate with.
The jobs were completed in good time and at a reasonable cost.
I would not hesitate to recommend the company in general, and Ross and Mike in particular.
Great service. They arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner quickly and fix the problem. They also diagnosed my entire system, which makes me feel better, because then I can avoid costly repairs in the future. I highly recommend Ben Clint, and Rhett.
My AC stopped blowing cold air some time in the night. I called A&T Mechanical and they worked me in to their schedule. Ben, Clint, & Rhett called about 20 min later and my AC was working fantastically about 1 hour later! Plenty of time to cool before it hits 101 degrees today! Thank you A&T Mechanical team!
Our household has been hit with a variety of issues lately, and I’ve ended up calling A and T 4 times in the past two weeks. Each time, they’ve sent someone out promptly, the only time they weren’t able to send someone same day is when I called late in the afternoon but they still had someone out first thing the next morning. Of all those visits, they quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get me a solution quickly. The first call was after the freak overnight storm a couple weeks ago when I found that my floor vents had inexplicably filled with water, they weren’t able to fix that problem because it was caused by a lack of drainage in my yard, but they didn’t charge me for the visit. The second time was just a couple days later when my AC stopped blowing cold air, they came the same day and replaced the capacitor for no charge thanks to the service plan I purchased from them. The next time I called was for a leaky outdoor faucet that turned my yard into a swamp, Ross replaced the faucet quickly but in doing so found most of the problem was actually my hot water tank failing and leaking water in the same area. Ross and Mike were able to replace the tank in just a few hours for a very reasonable price and even threw in the faucet for free. The 4th call was yesterday when I realized that after the tank was replaced I wasn’t getting any water pressure from the hot water line in my kitchen sink. I called around 3pm and they had someone at my door first thing this morning. I thought it probably had something to do with the tank replacement, and Fisher confirmed that some crud probably was disturbed in the line and clogged so he ran it in reverse and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes, again there was no charge. Long review, but all to say that this place is worth it, including the HVAC service plan they offer.

We've been customers of A&T Mechanical for over a year now and have had great experiences with each visit. We contacted them last summer to get a quote for a new AC unit because one of ours had quit working and needed to be replaced and we wanted a few quotes from different companies before spending that much money. They gave us a few options to look over and the CFO, Jessica, personally came out to explain the options so we could make an informed decision.
They truly seem to care about their customers and doing a job well. They have also been honest and saved us from spending money when it wasn't necessary. Another company lied to us two years ago about the condition of our smaller AC unit, saying it desperately needed to be replaced. A&T has inspected and serviced it a couple of times since then and did not find the supposed severe issues the previous company claimed they found. They said it is not necessary to replace it and they have kept it working.
Our latest experience was on the 4th of July, when our newer AC, decided to stop working. Because of the holiday, we expected to have to wait until the next day for a technician to come out but we were pleasantly surprised upon learning a technician was on call. Clint arrived shortly after our call, diagnosed the problem, and got the AC working again. We are grateful!

I had a clogged drain pipe and a friend recommended this company. They came out promptly and on time. However, after a short amount of time of not being able to unclog my pipe, they left and I paid them $200 for what I felt was a substandard effort. The owner called me a few days later without me even asking and repeatedly apologized. Without me requesting he offered to refund my money. After refusing to receive a refund he insisted and said he'll mail me a check by the end of the week.
In a day where customer service is a thing of the past, it is refreshing to see a company that stands behind their work and takes ownership when things don't go as planned. The owner made 0 excuses and just kept repeating that my experience was unacceptable and he even offered to come run a camera for free and give me a free tune-up on my AC service. I'll 100% use them in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs the service they offer. Well done!

Jason was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when completing the maintenance on my two AC units. He and his helper were very friendly and made sure my AC is ready for the summer heat. I have been on the A&T maintenance program for several years and have always received great service at a reasonable price.
Our AC has been struggling to keep up in the heat, and they had someone out the next day to look at it! I got both a call and text a message with the picture of my technician when he was on his way. Taylor was professional and explained everything very well, and best of all, he got our AC cooling again!

Customer service is a huge deal and just as important as good product. A&T has somehow landed great employees that are respectful, courteous and good at their jobs. I had several of them in our house and they were all wonderful. I wish more companies had employees like this. Way to go, A&T.
I don't know if it's his fault or not but reported initially we were low on freeon then came back and said we weren't. didn't have air filters that fit, had to leave and go get them. took way too Long for me to sit around from the point that he got here till he was finished. We have used a&t a few times and the last time we had a service We were told that we got a year of service for ac and heat and now all of the sudden we don't. Have recommended to numerous people in the neighborhood based off past experiences but have retracted those statements in our neighborhood now and recommended that they don't use you.

We’re cool as cucumbers again 🥒🥶 thanks to John Williams, Rhett Turnbow & A&T Mechanical’s speedy service. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get an appointment for us. I called late Monday, they were here Tuesday afternoon, and we had a new circuit board and AIR again by Wednesday afternoon.
I had the opportunity of working with both Bradley and Clint. Both were very thorough and took an ample amount of time to make sure I fully understood everything that was wrong with my unit, what possible solutions there were, and additional issues I would need to resolve at a future date. They were very helpful, polite, respectful, and patient. They were very professional and I would use them again.
Jacob from a&t mechanical was awesome. Very cordial and professional with his little booties on 😁. And he enjoyed the drive up! I couldn't click the on time because of the rain this morning, but they were able to fit me in this afternoon.

Bill came out and diagnosed the unit and was able to determine the cause, and a plan to, at a minimum, fix it for long enough to make a decision regarding future replacement.

While they did not give me the best news (Water Heater is DOA) the techs were very nice, prompt and professional. They explained the situation letting me know what was going on so I could make an informed decision. Would use A&T again.

A+T is five star!! They are professional and reliable. I’m a single mom and I trust them for all of my home issues.
Had A&T out again this summer! My airflow was weak in some areas of my home. They installed dampers so I could control the flow to my rooms and found a major air leak in one of the runs. They repaired the leak, and it improved the airflow in those rooms considerably! I have not been disappointed with any of the work they have performed at my home. I actually signed up on their monthly maintenance program recently and have been very satisfied with the value of that program. Great company!

Play AC stopped working. Called the technician and they decided the capacitor needed to be replaced. It worked for a few days then stopped. I checked and the breaker had tripped. Three times I reset the breaker but it continued to trip after a few minutes or a few days so I called them back. They threw the breaker again and said that it’s working (already did that 3 times, thanks). “If it trips again, call an electrician”. Could have said that over the phone but cost $95 instead.

Good experience with A&T Mechanical - Jacob.- diagnosing the problem yesterday with a thorough check & Taylor and Ian making the repair today. They verified the repairs fixed the issue & confirmed the system was maintaining the correct pressure. Jacob also addressed a vibration issue in a few minutes that a competitor couldn't in a couple of visits.
Trey and Rob worked in our freezing attic to install a new filter system and ionizer. They were very friendly and efficient, explained how it all works, and answered all my questions. I appreciated that they cleaned up everything before they left and wore shoe covers each time they came through the house.
I've already scheduled them to do additional work and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

This is the second time I’ve had them out. Great locally owned company and the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I have them scheduled to service my A/C in May. They will definitely be my go to company from now on.
Hunter arrived on time, he actually called 30 minutes before he arrived as promised when the appointment was made.
The guys wore booties on their boots to keep my carpet clean. They were both very personable and polite.
They explained what was wrong with my system, the special parts that would need to order and the time and date of my next appointment.

Sebastian was super nice, repaired my heat unit in less than 30 minutes and the charges were very reasonable. And this is Christmas Eve! A &T Mechanical was willing to squeeze me into his busy day. Others were not. Since it will be 20 degrees tonight, I am thankful I found them and they worked me in. I don’t plan to EVER call anybody else.

I had A&T Mechanical replace my old Air Conditioning and Heating Systems. They were always punctual and cleaned up after the job was finished. Great care was taken to make sure there was no damage to my home from hauling the equipment upstairs. All my questions were answered. Even the ones I called with after the job was finished. I would definitely recommend A&T Mechanical to anyone looking to replace their Air Conditioning and Heating Systems.
Heater started acting up on a 25° Sunday in January. Made the call, and they had someone out within an hour.

John came to do routine maintenance. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He even cleaned up some insulation that had fallen from the attic. Have been very satisfied with the work from this company.
I had routine maintenance done on my HVAC system. Hunter was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable. He explained several things about the system answering my questions completely. Also installed a carbon monoxide detector. Have had very good experience with this company and Hunter was great today.
I called A & T Mechanical to give me a second opinion. My regular Heat and Air maintenance company had quoted what seemed to be a very high price for a repair. Joseph came out the same day I called to give me the second opinion. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was talking about. He looked over the system and quoted a repair cost $2,500 LESS than the previous quote I had received. And no charge for the house call.

John did an amazing job! They were early which caused some issues for me but I think most people would enjoy them showing up early especially in august with this Oklahoma heat. Recently, I needed someone to come out and take a look at the air conditioner on the house I am renting. The air conditioner was pushing out air - just not cold air. It got up to 85 degrees in my house. I contacted my landlord who scheduled A&T to come out. They made it out that day and had It fixed in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the service agent who worked on the unit. He was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Hunter was very prompt at calling me back even though it was after hours, sent out a plumbing team the very next day.
This is when I met Sean and his team. They rerouted from a slab leak to kitchen and laundry room and got my hot water back on.
Sean then found my gas line to kitchen was out of code and dangerously installed previous year by another contractor. They came back after hours as I had to work the very next day and got my gas up to code with a safer install for pennies on the dollar while working around my schedule instead of demanding me to work around theirs.
Sean and his team was fair (best prices in OKC), knowledgeable and professional while keeping me informed as he worked with velocity to complete this job. Thank you for allowing me to ask as many questions as I wanted while doing all this.
This team is amazing and affordable. If in need we will be returning to A&T Mechanical for all my piping needs and possibly A/C too.

Jim came to do an AC tune up and he was very knowledgeable about what was needed for my summer to be the coolest it can be! He gave me a heads up that my system will be obsolete soon and the freon needed will be gone even sooner and what my options are. Jacob came today and replaced the main filter. I wanted them to come check it out because we just finished new flooring and the dust was horrible. I was concerned about the filter being plugged. Sure enough they replaced it. I love this company and all of their people!

Our experience with their Techs has always been friendly and professional, willing to answering questions, and strive to provide a better than (just a) satisfactory customer experience.
Eli and Robert were FANTASTIC! So professional and polite. They handled my task quickly and efficiently. They brought great attitudes and pricing was decent for the request. Will absolutely call them again. Joseph was also super nice and responsive even though I called him in the evening.
The blower motor went out, so my system wouldn't cool. I had someone at my house diagnosing the problem within an hour. Parts were needed that couldn't be procured until Monday (unless I paid a weekend charge for the parts company to open up just for me... Not A&T's fault and totally my choice. I passed.).
As soon as Monday rolled around, they were in contact with me about having the parts in hand and checking when it was OK to comeback to fix the problem. ASAP worked for us, so again, within an hour someone was here to get to work and fix my problem.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about the experience with Joseph and Jim. They were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and very responsive to our needs.
I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection, tune-up, repair or replacement of a full system. They do plumbing now, so I would recommend them for that as well.

So thankful for the team at A & T Mechanical. Our AC went out in 100+ degree weather. They worked hard to get us serviced and back up and running in a timely manner. Eli was our tech and was absolutely wonderful. Very educated, friendly and did an amazing job communicating the issues with us. We will definitely be using them for our HVAC needs in the future.

My dryer’s (vent in the attic) was totally blown open and disconnected from the rooftop. The the entire vent from 1st floor to roof needed replacement. We found A&T on Facebook and gave them a call. A live person answered and was very helpful. They gave us an estimate and a service date within 7 days. They sent a text confirming our appointment, then a reminder, then a message the day of, with the technician’s name and a phone number. I never felt “forgotten”! The technicians were very friendly and professional and had my whole vent replaced in 2 hours. A very good experience!

The nicest people! I called when my AC went out in the middle of the night on a day that got up to 95 degrees. I have 2 little kids and was stressed out trying to find a company that had any availability that day to help me. After seeing this review, they gave me a call, apologized for the misdiagnosis, and offered to do whatever it took to make up for it (the follow-up call alone is enough for me). Mistakes happen all the time, and the way they responded to this one shows a lot of care for their customers, professionalism, and integrity.
Considering that, I'm certain it was an honest mistake, rather than trying to push full-installation sales, but I am still glad I got a second opinion before deciding to have a whole new HVAC system installed.
Original Review:
I was told by the technician that my refrigerant was low, meaning the line was likely leaking, and that I needed to replace my air conditioner and furnace, estimating $9000 for the installation. I paid the $95 diagnostic fee and they left.
The actual problem was that the air filter's MERV rating was too high for my system, and the furnace blower motor was failing, causing the evaporator coil to freeze over. The problem was fixed by replacing the filter with a cheap fiberglass one, and installing a new furnace blower motor. All in, it was a $200 fix.
The technicians were on time and polite though, so credit where it's due.
A&T saved us during a week long heat wave of 100+ temps. They were able to replace my condenser at a better price than another company that came to repair my compressor. Thank you so much for squeezing us in and keeping us from melting!!!

I had a repair guy that didn't return my text so I reached out to A&T. The person on the phone answered all my questions and concerns and within five minutes I had a tech calling saying he was on his way. When he got here, him and his trainee was professional and didn't mind me asking and answering every question I had. Sebastian Bassandeh came out and very professional on a Saturday afternoon. After making the call and leaving my number Sebastian call back within 20 minutes and 20 minutes later he was at my house. Great company!! I had used them previously on my aunts house and that unit had an app that you could used and it would tell you what was wrong with the unit. The other company Monarch had come out the day before and had wire the motherboard wrong. After I had paid Monarch $200 for a service called. A10 knew my aunts unit had an app and they rewire the motherboard back and it’s running great. I will never used another company for any of my air and heating needs.

Sebastian came to evaluate a year old heat pump installed by another heat and air-conditioning contractor that did not work. A second heat and air company had come and evaluate it and said that the components were mismatched. It turns out that the components were not miss matched and that both previous heat & air contractors missed/didn’t check if the thermostat was wired correctly.
Within five minutes Sebastian had it rectified in the system was up and running as it should’ve been from day one.

The guys over at A&T went above and beyond for my project. What started out as re-routing some ducting turned into them helping my system limp along until a replacement could be installed. A&T Mechanical: Heat and Air’s work on our A/C has made it operate better than ever. They were on time for the appointment, very professional and genuinely wanted us to be happy with their work.
It was a very hot day, and our A/C was not cooling the house. Joseph Alvarez scheduled an appointment such that we didn’t have to wait too long for relief.
The issues with our A/C required multiple days work. Something we appreciated about this company was their dedication to be on time for other customers appointments. They had our A/C working enough to provide some cooling in the house and scheduled another time for the next day to complete the work. It’s good to know each customer is important to them.

We've been working with A&T Mechanical for five years. We really appreciate their dedication to service and their ethics. I love how they are giving back to their community with giving away HVAC units. Today, we had the I-wave units installed by Tim Steed. Tim is passionate about his work and is another great example of the quality team you can expect from this company. I'll continue to use them and highly recommend them.
When you want an honest opinion on needing a new AC and what kind you really need, A&T is the place to go! They are a family owned and operated Oklahoma company you can trust! No gimmicks and no pressure to buy more like some other companies do. They give you options and let you decide. Also, I have children and never like service people coming into my home, but they have the professional kind of staff that makes you feel ok about it. You will not find better customer service anywhere else.

A&T has been amazing everytime they've helped us! They installed a new unit two years ago and have been doing the maintenance on it every 6 months. They're always on time and professional. Bill was very thorough and friendly and wore a mask the entire time. Even though I'm fully vaccinated it's reassuring that they are taking the pandemic seriously without being asked to do so. I can't see myself using any other HVAC company anytime soon!

This is a great company from the owners to the installation crew. They were easy to work with, responsive to questions, worked within my schedule, cleaned up after themselves, and helped get my ONG rebate. I had a complete new HVAC system installed and they completed the work in one (very long) day. When some minor items did not pass inspection, they were here within the hour to fix the problems then somehow got the inspector to come back out a second time on the same day so I didn't have to take off work again. I highly recommend A & T!

AC tune up. Very efficient and very respectful. It was free through OG&E. I really expected him to try to sell me a new unit. He didn't and in fact he told me that my 27 year old unit was in good condition. I will definitely call this guy when my unit goes out. An honest company may not get immediate business from me, but they will get life long business from me and my family.

Came home yesterday evening and noticed it was really warm in my house. Called A&T and spoke with Jessica and told her what the issue was and she immediately notified Joseph. It was after hours and getting late. Needless to say, Joseph came out and fixed the issue. We’ve been with the company for two years and they’ve been on it since day one. I would recommend them to anyone. They do a great job!
I just had A&T in to check on our AC unit before the summer heat really kicks in. Their tech was exactly on time, courteous and very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and later, what he had seen during his inspection. I will definitely be using them again for any of my heating or AC needs!
We had our new Lenox system installed a year ago. It has saved us a ton of money on our heating and cooling bills. More importantly, the house is comfortable. The team at A&T are keeping it in great shape with a service agreement. The are always clean (boot covers when they come in the house.)

We’re like 3 years in, with this system. It’s awesome. We’re always comfortable. The efficiency has saved us a ton on electricity costs. Trey and Jim did a great job servicing. I highly suggest the annual service contract.

This is the second time I have needed a same day service, and the second time A&T have provided top notch service. They are honest, quick, and saved me quite a bit of money compared to competitor bids by saving a unit that competitors claimed I needed to replace. Save the time calling around and start here.
Contacted A&T via email on Wednesday evening. Received a call first thing Thursday morning to schedule appointment for that day. I requested that the technician call me 30 mins before arriving, as I was going to be in and out. Sebastian, the technician who got the dispatch, did exactly that. Not only did I receive a call, I received a text notifying me he was in route.
When Sebastian arrived, he was in an A&T Mechanical work truck that was clean and and appeared to be newer and in good shape. Sebastian himself was friendly and professional. He answered every question I had, which were many. In addition, he explained exactly what was going on with my AC.
Overall experience was outstanding. I would definitely recommend A&T Mechanical.
Friendly, clean-cut, professional, they don’t rush you if you have questions.

We had called around to 6 different HVAC service companies. People just do not run businesses like they used to. Nobody answered or would return phone calls, except A&T Mechanical. Not only did they answer on the first ring, but they were friendly from the start. The service man Sebastian Bassandeh showed up on time, and quickly got us up and running again. Hopefully we won't have anymore problems in the future, but if we do, we will only be calling A&T from now on.

Had AC unit disconnected to allow concrete work to be done. A&T Mechanical replaced my HVAC in August of 2019, on possibly the hottest day of the year. They replaced a 60 year old unit, so there were lots of unknowns, but they dealt with all the issues as they arose. They were professional, and knowledgeable. In just one day they took out my old unit and installed a new super efficient unit that has changed the comfort level of my home...best decision I've ever made. The technician called when he was on his way, they wore masks and removed their shoes while inside changing the filters and installing carbon monoxide monitors. Joseph fixed our unit late at night on the HOTTEST day of the year. If you need your system fixed and no junk mail xtras thrown in they are the people to call.
I have had my heating and air unit since 2017. A & T Mechanical installed my 14 seer Lennox unit. They are not only professional but friendly as well while they do seasonal check ups. I am highly satisfied with their work.

Our ten year old HVAC system developed a leak in the A-coil it would have cost several thousand dollars to remove and replace. Since the system was ten years old it was better to replace rather than repair. We had several local heat and air contractors estimate the complete system replacement. A&T was the only company that fully descried the equip options, cost and all rebates. In the end A&T was head and shoulders above the rest. A local family owned company for 35 years and a Lennox preferred dealer was a big factor. They installed higher efficiency equipment with electronic air purifier for over $1,000 less than any other bidder who were bidding lower efficiency Lennox equipment. The install was quick, professional and clean, these guys know what they are doing. A big thank you to Joseph for all the help and attention to detail.

Chris Deathridge with A&T Mechanical came out yesterday to perform our free system check sponsored by OG&E. He called to let us know he was running a few minutes late because he was picking up the right size air filters for our house and showed up soon thereafter. He was polite and efficient, checked the complete furnace and AC system, inside and out. He was careful not to track any dirt into the house and everything was closed up and neat when he left. Based on our experience yesterday, we would definitely call A&T for future service.

In August 2019 my home HVAC system quit working, A/C compressor failure. My sister had replaced her system 5 years earlier and went with a Lennox. Her system was an amazing product.
A&T Mechanical is the Lennox people we called. Mr Jesse Alvarez, son Joseph, and daughter Jessica head up the family business. They showed up on time with a full crew in professional and personalized uniforms. They were professional, thorough, and extremely customer friendly. Several members of their team have been with them over 15 years.
The Lennox unit they installed has worked as advertised. Keeps house cool or warm and has LOWERED electrical bills!!! That with the thermostat set 5 degrees F lower than with the previous unit.
They since returned for the annual service of the unit and air filtration system. The same professional, thorough, and friendly qualities were with this group of men.
If anyone needs their HVAC units repaired or replaced, A&T Mechanical is the ONLY place to go. Thank you A&T Mechanical!! LR Vaughn OKC

I called this morning for a leaking drain pipe, it was leaking thru my ceiling, and the guys were here by 1pm ( and I live waaay outside of town) they even vacuumed up when they were done!
