Very quick service and a 30 minute call ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took care of my kitchen sink issue and I knew what it would cost before he started the work. I'm glad I called and will be sure to call Robert if I have any plumbing issues in the future!

Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've used Don's for years and they've always provided me good service at good fair prices and the prices are still nice and fair. Although this time they came out it didn't fix it.
I called several times only to be able to leave message after message. I'm disappoint in the phone service. But Dons is still the only plumbing company i'll use...

We had a really big job (leak under foundation) and these guys were awesome! They worked during a muddy rainstorm! The final bill was fair and made sense, that hasn't been the case with other companies I've used...at least not in the last 10-15 years! Thanks! I had my home converted from propane to natural gas in June 2013.
Joe and Jake (his helper) did a superb job from start to finish.
Joe was very informative and explained everything down to the final step.
Work included cap off gas lines for pressure test to be inspected by the city, installed a new hot water tank and got everything ready for ONG.
I didn't do a lot of pricing around because my first visit with him was enough to tell me he knew how to do the job right. AND the cost wasn't as high as I thought it might be.
I highly recommend A Perfect Fit Plumbing and Gas!!!!

It took longer than I said it would to get out to the job and then they started the job and just left in the middle of it with out finishing the job. They left with a giant hole in the sewer line. It was wide open and then the freeze came and we had no water for over a week. We couldn't get anyone to respond to us like they should have so we had to get a completely new plumber and he had it done in no time. I absolutely do not recommend Mr. Rooter.

They never disappoint. We use them at work constantly (Heavy volume trucking company). Their pricing and workmanship keep us calling back every time some here breaks something. Now I've got my night job using them!

Very pleased from start to finish. First, I was sent an email when my plumber was coming that included his name and picture. I was given a window of arrival time but the receptionist let me know how many appointments were ahead so I had a better idea of how to plan my wait. Kevin was polite and took time to listen to my concerns and look at several issues around the house because I wasn’t sure if they were related to the present leak.The initial inspection was no cost, but when it came time to cut a small hole in the wall under the sink that’s when it becomes a $59 service call and he clearly explained that before proceeding. He also let me know that I would be responsible to repair the hole, which I expected. When no leak was found at the sink, he went up into the attic to find the source. Turns out it was a roof leak from a missing shingle that had neatly tracked down the vent pipe. The leak didn’t affect any ceilings so there were no other signs to alert us. Because it wasn’t a plumbing issue, he had done all he needed. The charge for the visit was $119 - the standard hourly rate since there was no repair. He was at the house for an hour and addressed everything I asked, so I feel it was a fair rate. He emailed me an invoice with pictures and stated that the leak was due to a roof leak and the pipes were not leaking. He also gave me estimates for the other issues we had discussed during his visit.When our insurance adjuster come out a few days later to assess roof damage from recent storms, he was not going to cover the damage behind the sink, but that changed when he read the invoice from Kevin. In the words of the adjuster, “he’s an expert, so if he determined it’s from the roof, then we won’t argue”. The wall will have to be opened up and cleaned out, the drywall replaced, the cabinets and countertop replaced all because of that sneaky little leak and thanks to Kevin’s thoroughness and good documentation, our insurance will cover all of it. Thank you Plumb Crazy!
