Mr. Rooter

I had a pretty bad water leak in my yard by my meter and water was running down the street and running up my water bill. I did not know who to call so I looked toward google. One company came out and looked at the leak and suggested I replace my entire pipe from my meter to my house and quoted me an unreasonably high price. A few other companies I called quoted me a more reasonable price but still very high. I was referred to David with Mr Rooter and he knew just from talking to me on the phone where the leak was and because my yard had a slight slope downward that my entire pipe did not need replacing. His two plumbers were at my house quickly and had the leak fixed in under 2 hours and at a very low and reasonable price. I totally recommend using David and his crew. This is one extremely happy customer. Thank You David for being so honest.

I called on a Sunday morning and by 230 Boyd came out and got to work very quickly and was finished within 20 minutes. He was professional, informative, and my black water flooded shower pond crisis was simple enough for him that he didn't even charge me as much as I thought I'd have to pay. I would recommend to all giving Mr. Rooter a chance for their plumbing needs.

A friend recommended this company after I had a outrageous quote by another company. My husband and I are not plumbers but we did have an idea of what the problem was. The first company charged us $129 to use the snake for my clogged drain. Well, that didn't work so to be able to find the problem and give us an accurate quote the next step was to dropped a camera(extra$300).
After 2 days their quote was $6,855 not including the $429 that we already paid. I was speechless.
Glad the we got to contact Mr.Rooter because after 30 minutes of arrival and $175 payment our problem was solved.

It took longer than I said it would to get out to the job and then they started the job and just left in the middle of it with out finishing the job. They left with a giant hole in the sewer line. It was wide open and then the freeze came and we had no water for over a week. We couldn't get anyone to respond to us like they should have so we had to get a completely new plumber and he had it done in no time. I absolutely do not recommend Mr. Rooter.

Clogged main sewer line. I called the 24/7 Mr. Rooter line at 6pm on a Friday evening. They said a dispatcher would be calling to confirm an appointment for the next morning within a few minutes. No call came so I called again at 6:30pm. I basically had to go thru all the points of my first call again. She said someone would call soon to set up our appointment. 8:00 p.m. rolls around and we still haven't received a call so I called back AGAIN, went through the entire thing again about the address, name, number and needing service. No record of my previous 2 calls in the system so she told me she would check into it and when she came back on the line she said their local office was closed until 8:00 a.m. the next morning but that we would get a call at 8:00 a.m. confirming our appointment. She gave me a phone number for the local office. (In case they didn't call she said.) At 8:45 a.m. Saturday still no call so I called them and they had no record us calling the night before and so they wouldn't be able to send someone until the afternoon. I told her never mind and used a service we've used before even though we had to pay overtime because at least they are responsive and called/came when they said they would. The job took 20 minutes. Buddy's Plumbing. OKC. I recommend them. MR. ROOTER needs to get their act together and be transparent with customers. Telling me their local office was closed and that I'd need to call in the morning instead of pretending my calls meant anything would have earned them my business but this was ridiculous with the tech we have available these days.

The plumber came But couldn't fix the problem. They Still charged $140 for running the snake. I talked to the owner and he said they are not running snake for free. I have never paid any other company If they couldn't do the job. Will never use them any more. By the way, the owner is very rude.

I started my sewer with a company called Roto Rooter. After giving me an estimate of 1700 then charging me 2100 they said to complete it would be another 3900!! I called Mr. Rooter and they gave me an estimate of $900. It took a few days to get to us but I literally saved $3000!! Super nice fellas and helped repair my yard that Roto Rooter messed up. Very thankful.
Also they do not charge for an estimate.

MR Rooter is the plumber I used! Excellent service! I had the pleasure finding them online and want to share my experience.
I had some sink problems back in the days and the waste disposal. Until a week ago when the kitchen got flooded due a broken pipe. Nasty thing to happen! Thankfully we were at home and there was no serious damage. I arranged for the plumber to come and fix the pipe. He was very accurate and prompt, didn't waste any time, 45 mins later it was all done !

The owner at 8132 Council Rd, Mr. Duck was very rude and inconsiderate about the services rendered at my moms house. They came out on December 12 2019. On December 17 2019, the problem was back, because i called at midnight i was told that i wouldn't be seen til 8am the next day. Mr.Duck said who needs water that time of night. I ended up paying Roto Rooter twice the usual amount to come out. Please please dont use this franchisee. Very poor service.

Highly recommend Justin at Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs. Very personable, knowledgable and efficient. He also doesn't mind my curious toddler trying her best to help while he's working and was very patient in letting her observe at a distance.

Justin was a complete professional and made sure to get the toilet unclogged in a timely manner. Very grateful for the quick response and ability to fix our problem.

Been to my house told me they gonna do this job. After telling city plumbing inspector that they gonna do this and I'm in good hands. Been Avoiding me for a month. Then call me telling me they not gonna do it. They didn't know it was bigger job than they can do... I'm like really 40y in business doing comercial and residential and put pipes through walls is too big for you?? Don't lie to ppl. You put your reputation low.

Ah! Thank God the plumber was able to answer asap on my emergency call! Something was very, very wrong with the sink in the bathroom and it almost flooded my apartment! I paid a bit extra for the rush but thankfully I do not have any Flooding problems!
