These guys were very respectful. I had my 4 and 5 year olds in bed when he showed and he was very quiet and even apologized for me having to wake the kids up to move to another room so he could drill a whole in wall. Very nice. Would recommend for sure.

An outstanding company!! I was having issues with a rental property. They were able to come out the same day, not only on time but called ahead to let me know they were on their way. While servicing the property, they were very professional yet personable. They were great about offering me options. Some were faster, some were cheaper. Great job. Josh was experienced at leak detection by process of elimination of lines. Took him about 30 minutes to identify the section leaking without leak detection equipment. I was impressed. Replaced line through the attic requiring no foundation penetration. Very professional.

Last night, we have an issue with some broken lines in the well house. I called Herman's plumbing and they we out in less than an hour, repaired the broken lines in less than an hour and got us back up and running without issue. Herman’s Plumbing has completed three separate jobs on three separate occasions. The first was replacement of the kitchen garbage disposal. I provided the new disposal. Herman’s modified the plumbing to fit the new disposal. The second job was a main line sewer pipe clean out to clear a plug. The third job was replacement of my water heater. All workers were professional and courteous. For all work, quotes were given and I accepted. I provided the water heater. Herman’s performed the labor and made arrangements for city inspection. I thought the price of the water heater installation seemed high but Herman’s had the better price of three quotes and I hired them based on quality of previous work and price. The new water heater needed an electrical outlet for operation and I hired an electrician separately to complete that work. The first plumbing inspection by the city failed so I had to take off another day of work for the additional work and inspection to be completed. Herman’s completed the work needed to pass the inspection without additional cost to me. The garbage disposal and water heater have worked well since installation. I am happy with the quality of work and would hire Herman’s for additional work if needed.Update 5 July 2023 - main line clean out job. Good crew. Called business for emergency service on fourth. No answer. Called rolled over to answer service who said they had not provided service to Herman’s for years. Appears that emergency service rollover process is broke.

Layton M and his asst were very professional and patient with answering all of my questions. They gave me a quote and an estimated time for completion. They completed within the time estimated and charged exactly as quoted. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I will definitely use them again.

Service was performed in a timely manner by experienced plumbers. It was a fairly big job, which took part of the morning and most of the afternoon, but everything was taken care of.They had to change some pipes under my kitchen sink, make some changes on the pipes behind my washer, had to cut & pull off part of my wainscoting in my dining room to get to the pipes behind that wall, but when they were finished, they nailed the wainscoting back, cleaned up everything in the kitchen & put everything back under my sink just as it was before they came. Very pleased.I have used Hermans Plumbing for quite a few years and they have always taken care of the problems that I’ve had. Would recommend them to anyone.

I experienced an issue with the outside faucet and my back porch. I contacted Herman's plumbing and the gentleman on the phone diagnosed the issue. They sent a repair person the next day who was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and took care of the issue.

Had an appointment scheduled, two hours after the scheduled time had come and gone no one called to say anything. A phone call is easy. Will definitely not call this company again.

Outdoor faucet was not working for hose. They arrived fixed it and let me know that it was the best solution for now. I am hoping it works for a few years so we do not have to put a hole into wall.

Found some leaking water stops about to leave out of town. They were able to respond quickly and fix water leaks prior to me leaving town. I was able to leave town on time with no worries. Every time I use them their technicians are all very respectable people and leave your house clean not tracking a mess all over. They also have very reasonable prices. Definitely recommend to others. I had a leaking valve behind the toilet. The plumbers were very polite and well mannered. Asked questions and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. It was yes ma’am and no ma’am type of polite which I appreciate so much. Repaired toilet with no issues, thank you.

He came out on a Saturday when we desperately needed help. The young man was very thorough. He made sure our toilets were working and there was no backup problem. He came after dark and we were very grateful for his help. He explained what we should do if we had any more problems. Price better than we expected. Gave us 10% discount for being first time customers. We will definitely use them again.

They also installed a new shower head assembly and came back several days later to remove a restriction device from it, that was severely hampering water pressure! They were very prompt and courteous!

We started the repair of a leaky washer pipe with another plumber but the problem was more involved than originally thought. Our original plumber was not reliable so we decided to find another and stumbled upon Herman’s Plumbing. I’m so glad we did! They were attentive and prompt and Kameron went above and beyond with our repair! Not only did he completely resolve the issue, but he did it with the best of attitudes even though he ended up having to stay late to finish things up. I can’t say enough good things about the service we received and we felt the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that went into the repair. Job was to replace tub with walk-in shower. Replaced tub with 6 inch sides and didn’t even put in surrounding shower wall. So, they came back and this is the end result…

Herman’s charged me double the cost of the material needed to fix our shower. The plumber acted like he didn’t know how much the part cost when he was the one making the quote? When I called they were not eager to help. I asked for verification of the cost of the part and they said they’d send me a breakdown that I have not received. They also charged me for an entire hour to replace something very small. Their process to get a plumber to the house was much better than other plumbers and communication up front was good but I’m disappointed with the cost and service I received.

Brett was here same day, only an hour or so after I called. He was helpful, fast, and honestly quiet, barely noticed he was here. Very nice guy and seemed well qualified and knowledgeable. 5 out of 5 for sure

Herman's Plumbing returned my call promptly when they opened today. They had appointments available, and were able to come out today. Justice was awesome, and was able to quickly identify the problem.Update: Less than a year later the problem returned. Called 1-Tom-Plumbing to come out and fix the issue and they found a hole in the pipe that was missed during the initial remediation.

They were very quick and efficient at finding the leak and fixing the leak. They will be my new plumbers .

This job took an unexpected turn when it went from a three to four day job to a month and a half situation. Josh A worked alone on this job and only had a traineee with him that could only observe. He worked in 12 degree weather. My yard was left looking like war trenches and I was told to hire a landscaper to clean it up. This job cost me $12850. Not small change. It is a terrible mess. Not happy at alll.😡😡😡😡😡

Water spigot broke off in the backyard in freezing conditions. That spigot was necessary to keep the Coi pond working. I called for service on an afternoon, and they were out to fix it the very next morning. They did an excellent job, very quickly and professionally. This was the best experience I ever had with a plumber. They came to unclog a drain and with a conversation, they ended up putting a faucet in for me. Both of them were super nice, professional, and even made me laugh. The service was same day and didn’t take long at all. Very, very pleased. It didn’t cost as much as I thought it would.

Herman's came out and repaired a leaking coupler on my well casing. Everything was fine for a few days and then I noticed another leak develope, no biggie. I called Herman's back and they had someone out the very next day. Layton was awesome, very respectful and professional. He went above and beyond getting the issue resolved. His assistant (I didn't catch his name) was also very helpful and courteous. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Excellent service. I'm a customer for life.

I had a great experience with Herman’sPlumbing today. The person they sent was Wiston & a really nice & respectful young man he was very knowledgeable on repairing my outside faucet. Even had to go get a part to repair it correctly. Did it all very fast & made sure it looked like I was happy with it.

My Hot water tank went out and would not stay lit to heat the Hot Water .They came out quickly the next morning and replaced the Thermal couple . They were quick and efficient in about an hours time.We've used them several times both and very happy with their services.

I've used this company multiple times over the years and I've NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! I bought a new gas range and they had it installed in under 2 hours. The range was in the garage and I had a dolly. These guys were willing to bring this huge monster in and unpack it for me. Also I would like to thank the guy who came out on September 28th to repair my outside water faucet. He not only climbed through a jungle of a flower bed but he reattached everything when he was finished. That was a huge deal to someone who had a total hip replacement 5 weeks earlier and loves their garden. Every employee over the years has always been knowledgeable, efficient, and above all kind. They all seem to like their jobs and that says a lot for management.

Needed a shorter gas pipe installed for our fireplace gas logs. I called at 10:45 and they came to the house about 30 minutes later. They fixed me up quickly and were gone! Very professional. Great service folks.

We had a leaking hot water heater and which was still under warranty. I was initially quoted $1275 just for installation! Then I was told that if I made the phone calls and got the claim number that he would do it for $1000, still crazy expensive for just installation but I obliged simply to just get it fixed on my day off work. Then after I made the phone call to Rheem to get the claim number and then to Home Depot to see if the old hot water heater needed to be returned to them, which it in fact did. Once I told him that he had to take the old hot water heater back to home depot to exchange it for a new one the price went back up to $1275!!! Excuse me you told me that if I made the phone calls it would be $1000. He finally agreed to $1150, but still not the original agreement. I think he was hoping to keep the old water heater and scrap it for metal and when he found out he had to return it to home depot that's when the price changed. Shady buisness. They were prompt, but I'll never use them again.

After dealing with a backed-up sewer line for the past week & trying different things to unclog it as well as calling a few different companies to get estimates on how much it would be to come out & unclog my drain, my neighbor who had just used Herman’s plumbing about a month ago told me to give them a call as they had good prices and also offered a 30-day warranty on their work. I am so glad I did. They were out within the same day that I called & it took them less than 30 minutes to unclog my sewer line. Since I was a first-time customer, they also gave me 10% off of the total price.I am so thankful I called them as it was cheaper than anywhere else, I called, they were easy to work with & the people who came out were very professional & nice.

We had a plumbing emergency at 9 something tonight. Called Herman's and Mary Ann sent Sam to our rescue . He was here in about 30 minutes and spent less than an hour on the problem and got us all fixed up. Mary Ann was very nice on the phone and Sam was extremely friendly , he explained the situation and everything that he was doing. I seriously couldn't have asked for any better in our time of need .

Layton is a young man with seven years experience as a plumber. Our high end Brizo shower heads and spa sprayers require skills not found at the average plumbing company. With exceptional patience he removed all sprayers and three heads to clean and return to operational mode. After having four plumbing companies tell me they were not familiar with this product I found Herman Plumbing referred by our home builder. Don’t waste your time and call Herman to ask for Layton if you want the job done properly.

I used to call the other plumbing company but they shut down and I don't know when. The lady recommend me with the other company but I was doubting to call that number. So I called this Herman's plumbing company and I never regret to used their service. Rain or shine they really still do their job, I was like concern about their safety but Wiston and his crew still do their job applying the safety precautions. I talked also about changing our pipes underground but he told me that next time they're gonna bring one camera to look underground if what's really wrong about our pipes. He is very open minded and if I offended him in other way he still talked to me casually. We need this kind of people because people nowadays get offended easily and talk to you back with no manners. Thank you and I will call you next time if my pipes is not draining good again.

The service these guys gave me was awesome. They were up front about everything and did not try to give me the run around like some of the other companies I got ahold of at first who couldn’t even attempt to offer me an estimate over the phone to at least give me a heads up or what I may or may not be getting into. This was the second service we have had done by Hermans. We had water from the main sewage drain back up into the house. The plumbing tech, Skylar was quick, friendly, and professional.

I had my bathroom contractor to install my new toilet and they used the wrong wax ring on it. This caused the toilet to back flush under certain conditions. Josh spotted this right off and reinstalled the toilet with the correct wax ring. Things are flowing good now.

My tankless water heater stoped producing hot water...Called Herman's and they made time for us today. They found the problem and called the factory new parts are on the way however they stayed on hold with the Nevien Tankless Water Heater for over an hour and bypassed the system. I have hot water now until the part comes in. Two very impressive individuals. Thank You Herman's

This company is top-notch! They replaced the hot water tank from a very difficult spot & replaced the rusty washing machine faucets. Had previously had another local plumber in Bethany for the job - he turned it down when he saw it - said it was too difficult & that both he & his co-worker had bad backs. Herman's plumbers are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. They waited patently for me to decide if I wanted 1 or all 3 of the problems corrected. The new customer discount was unexpected. The men were very pleasant and made sure there was no mess for me to clean up.

Called to get a quote a few weeks ago on some heat exhaust replacement on my roof. They showed up on time and said I would get a quote. Called after a few days to see what's going on with the quote. Was told they have been extremely busy and I would get it soon. Still have not received quote.

Can't speak highly enough of the two technicians that came out to view job, Josh & Cruz as well as the lady that answers their phones. Very pleasant and professional. That however is as far as it goes. It has been 9 days since their visit and I've yet to receive an estimate, even after a call to inquire. On time and they were professional. Had some work done on my rental and they were able to work with my tenant to get the job done. The plumber did accidentally turn on the fridge water spigot line to a steady drip and my tenant got home to fine the kitchen soaking wet. I called Herman’s back and they immediately went out and addressed the problem, dried the floors, and replaced the fridge water spigot valve for free. The previous valve was VERY sensitive and the slightest nudge would cause it to leak so I don’t blame the plumber as he would have had to wait a good 30 minutes to see where the leak was coming from.Not only did they go out once to address the problem but sent multiple plumbers out throughout the day to ensure the floors were dry and that the valves were still working correctly. The original call was for a simple job of blowing out the lines to remove a clog (which is when the fridge spigot line was moved) and then they went above and beyond to ensure no damages were done and that the job was done. Will definitely keep using them on my rent houses.David, Alex, Layton, and Jodi were great to work with.

I called about getting my tub and shower faucet leaks repaired. They were here within an hour and a half of calling. They had both my shower faucet and tub faucet repaired within an hour! I haven't been able to use the tub in a very long time because someone else told me walls had to be ripped out and pipes replaced. I was expecting a nightmare; what I got was a blessing calling Herman's! Thank you Alex for being honest.

Herman’s plumbing was excellent and responsive. Alex was communicative and professional. He was able to get my pipes thawed quickly, no thanks to this extreme cold we have been having! He even had to go under the crawl space, and did so with no hesitation. I really appreciate the text confirmations that the company uses. I am giving 4/5 stars because I thought the price was a bit much for what was completed; however, considering the condition of the roads and the cold and I am sure a thousand phone calls about frozen pipes, I am very appreciative they were able to get to me within just a few days.

I had a plumbing emergency and of course it was after 7 pm. Called several 24 hour plumbers, Herman's called me back. They took time to explain what the emergency rate was, which I thought was reasonable given the time of day and the fact that they were at my house in less than an hour, before work began. Will definitely use again. Polite and courteous, great company!

Took them 9 months to complete a job that was paid in full in August of 2021. They poorly put the dirt back and did not pack in since it is red clay and will not settle like regular dirt, which is fine we would have dealt with it (we never even asked them to move it or anything for fear of when it settles we would have a ditch in our front yard). After months of them never coming back to patch the concrete we had to call them and ask them to come out to finish when they did the job was done so poorly things we sloppy and slanted , not even leveled properly and failed to put in the back flow perventer for a week. When they came out to do so they instead messed with the dirt and was trying to level it but was taking the extra dirt to a neighbors back yard when we did not say that was ok, we had to call only to be told by a manager that a refund would not be issued. We just wanted it done right but was treated horribly by the manager named Shawn he seem to have zero care that we were upset about how it's done since it was in our front yard and looks so horrible to the public eye. We weren't even mad about the dirt we were mad about the concrete. Plus they send so many different people to do one job it kept getting told as done when it was not. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great company. I was having plumbing problems with both of my bathrooms and I had a technician here at my home within 3 hours of me calling. The technicians were friendly and got the problem resolved promptly and wasn’t very expensive. Any future plumbing problems and I won’t hesitate to call Herman’s Plumbing.

They were on time. They were able to come the same day I called. Unclogged my drain quicker than I thought it would take. Quite affordable. Terrible experience!!! I asked them to come out and give me a quote on my dads property (who just passed away) for pipes and furnace that broke during the freeze. Instead of quoting anything like I had asked them to do before any work began, they started work without approval and stopped before completing anything saying I owed them $840. Then I tried for weeks to get them to give me estimates for my insurance company which they lied to and said it was due to age not the freeze. A complete lie. They wanted to buy my dads property for next to nothing and I think they were giving me the runaround for that reason. Very unprofessional company that called me rude when they were in fact very rude and messed up my homeowners claim. Now I have to start over with a new company.Response to owner:Send me another bill for the unauthorized work you claim you did and I will sue you! What is unethical is for you to lie as both the pipes and furnace worked until the freeze. My attorney, realtor and brother all know it too. And you call me unethical and a liar? You are the unethical one. Trying to charge me when I never asked for work to be done. .how about telling people the truth. What it will cost???? For some reason an estimate for pipes never appeared even after multiple requests. Just an invoice for incomplete unwanted work! it’s fine just wasted my time. I will find a reputable company with my attorneys assistance.

Daniel did a great job clearing whatever the clog was (?) and was conscientious about my cabinetry and floor. He got the work done in a timely manner. Daniel was professional and courteous

The repair men was polite and knowledgeable in their behaviour. Response time and priority they put on the job was very good and that limited or eliminated or secondary damages die to the leaks. Of course it became expensive but it was a large job too so it probably was the correct price.

Excellent service and care for my elderly mother. I had to call late on a Friday evening. (I knew we could wait until Monday for service.) Monday AM they were there first thing. They called me to verify what needed to be done and quoted prices even before talking to my mother to make sure all of us were on board. (Another company quoted a higher price and kept rescheduling the week prior so they knew we were a little stressed over it.) Handled everything with professionalism and care. I have used them in the past but my mother was trying to do things on her own so she called someone else first. I will now continue to use them for all our needs. Specific shout out for being very sensitive to care for elderly people and not taking advantage of them. I’m finding that a very rare quality in companies as my mother tries to navigate things after my dads passing!

Water faucet froze up and busted; they came out same day of call and was able to fix the problem and give good advice on how to insulate the faucet more.

Cassidy was very professional and quickly responded to garbage disposal leakage problem, giving an up front quote for weekend service compared to business hours cost, which I appreciated.

Selling a house and had a repair list which included bringing the hot water tank up to code. Called a couple different plumbers and decided to go with Herman's. Layton and another person came and gave us an estimate for the work. It seemed about average with other quotes. They were very professional and the job was finished in a couple hours. He knew the codes and knew that a couple of the items that were requested were not code for Midwest City so saved us some money. They did excellent work and even went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly. There was an issue on one of the faucets pressure, they replaced a line to make it work with no charge. Will definitely use them again.

They came out on short notice to address a broken sewer line before the weekend. I called 3 other companies that were “2-3 weeks out.” I dug it up and suspended all use of household water the night before to ensure good access. Herman’s quoted and charged just over $1200 and performed just under 3.5 hours of work including 1 - 1.5 hours away from the site (getting parts, I assume). To be fair, I agreed to the pricing beforehand, and the guys did about 30 minutes of additional digging and used $100-200 in parts. The work is high quality, and the workers were extremely courteous and professional. Hopefully you are in a situation where you can get multiple quotes.

Needed an outdoor faucet replaced through a brick facade. Removing the old faucet was a challenge, but the technicians did an excellent job in a timely manner. Very pleased with the workmanship.

I have used this company twice in the last month. The first time I used them, I had avaccum breaker replaced on my front outdoor faucet.I had already purchased my part from Lowe's for $25 retail. I felt that the technician did a great job so when not even 3 weeks later my back faucet needed a new vaccum breaker (exact same as the front), I called this company requesting the same technician. Rather than purchase the part, I trusted the company thinking that at the most I would have to pay an additional 20% for the part. To my surprise, and not broken out on the invoice until I called and spoke to management requesting a breakout, I found that that exact same $25 retail price at Lowes cost me $97.5 at Herman's Plumbing for the exact same part that you can today find listed for $25 retail at Lowes on the internet. That is an increase of $72.5 or over 200%. When I called and spoke to management, I was told that this is how Herman's Plumbing marks up their prices. I am not sure how this company calculates this increase but by definition this is called price gouging and as I told management. This is ridiculous and I will not be using Herman's Plumbing again. The technition did a great job.

I have a jacuzzi tub I did not think was fixable. A button was not working. They were able to repair and explained parts are still available in case future repairs are needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful as usual. Thanks Herman's plumbing!

I did not receive the report for the what i paid to show where the line was broken. i paid for that service, and they promised to send me the report. On the estimate provided. if Hermanns plumbing is not responsible for any lines underneath while they dig, then theres no use hiring a plumber to dig and repair.

My advice if you use this company is to be VERY clear on what you’re asking for and ask questions about charges. I called looking for an estimate to replace a drainage pipe for my washing machine. I had explained over the phone the issue going on as to why I was wanting it replaced. It has been backing up and I don’t feel there is a clogged based off what other techs have told me. The technician was very knowledgeable and kind, however, the quote they gave me was astronomical. He did get into my crawl space and onto my roof. Don’t ask me why because it’s not my profession but he also didn’t explain what he was doing or why. I received zero services aside from the estimate and was left with a $149 service charge. It was not mentioned to me over the phone anything about a charge. The tech mentioned he wasn’t sure if he was going to have to charge so then at the end of his visit he called his superiors who advised him to charge me. As you can imagine, I was both confused and disappointed as to why I was being left with a service charge when I was under the impression I was getting an estimate done. I briefly expressed my unhappiness with the service charge, thanked my tech for being great but stated my disappointment in the company. I paid the tech so he could be on his way then promptly called the office number the tech gave me when I asked for the supervisor number. A woman answers the phone and tells me it’s already been resolved and I will get my money back. I didn’t even give my name, I only asked for a supervisor. Now, I’m not one to push an issue if someone has already made it right. And I will give credit where credit is due and say they did make it right by refunding me. They did not offer an apology for the miscommunication or misunderstanding at all. They simply just wanted to brush it off. The woman finally gave the phone to the supervisor I was directed to initially who told me I was complaining about the quote given. I thanked him for making it right but I told him there was a huge miscommunication with what services I was needing and that someone should have been more clear and upfront in the beginning. He said it was because I said it wasn’t draining that the call was listed as a service call. He didn’t want to take responsibility for the miscommunication on his teams part. I understand we get busy and no one is perfect. I’m not perfect either. The situation was not handled with care or grace and I was made out to feel like I’m some kind of crazy Karen for being confused about what was happening and why I was being charged. I’m sure this company does good work otherwise they wouldn’t have good reviews. They can obviously afford to alienate potential customers though and make us feel like we aren’t even deserving of an explanation or their time. Be careful and ask lots of questions y’all! I wish I had had a better experience and I hope the company places more value in ways they can improve in the future instead of just blaming the customer.

Herman's plumbing was the plumbing service that the rent house we lived in used, they were excellent then! And they are excellent now. We are first time homeowners and forgot to let the faucets drip before the freeze in Oklahoma came in. They answered my phone call at 6:30 in the morning, they were out within 2 hours of my call, and had my pipes thawed out within an hour of their arrival. They were kind, and considerate. These will be our people from here on out.

Nice people and great service. Thought we had a toilet problem but the problem went much deeper. They figured out the problems under the house and fixed everything. Having them put in new sewer line tomorrow that will fix problems outside created by a different plumbing company. They will be my forever plumbers. I specifically requested troubleshooting for one of two issues: backflow valve or reserve tank bladder. They charged me to troubleshoot and then told me they aren’t certified to resolve the backflow valve so I paid for nothing.

Herman’s came out on short notice, went to the attic and got my heat ready for the winter. This Co. is always so professional and courteous and the office goes out of their way to help their customers with appointments. They are always our go-to Plumbing & Heat/Air Company.

I called to have them fix a leak a leak that was underneath my bathroom sink. It turn out to be was small nut that needed to be turned 3-4 times. Service call plus this was a lot higher then expected. When I called for service, I was never informed of the price for the service call or cost of service. No one said one word about the cost till the service was done. Not sure this is the best business practice. Service Guys were good but very disappointed about price and the shock of the cost. It was more then I was expecting.

We have used Herman’s Plumbing for the past 3 years and they have been great with today being no exception! We have had them come out for various issues over the past month for different things and each time their technicians are on time and professional. After waking up this morning at 6am to discover ZERO water pressure, Herman’s was the first place I called in hopes there wasn’t something larger with our septic. Needless to say, they came out quick and got us back up and working! Thank you for all of the help especially over the last month to keep plumbing functioning!!

They have done previous work for me for extensive kitchen pipe replacement/repair under the concrete slab and did an excellent job. So when I needed bathroom pipe replacement/repair I went to them again and they have excelled again!!! Also, they have unclogged drains and fixed faucets for me. Used Herman's to have my new dishwasher professionally installed. They come out the first time to give me an estimate and that only took a few minutes. Then came back after my 10 day power outage to do the actual install. The time it took and the cost were exactly what was quoted. No games, no surprises, just good work at a descent price.

I had my heat/AC unit serviced and the tech was thorough in in telling my about the unit. As a new home owner, I had questions about the system and the tech was patient in answering/explaining them all.

This was the second time in 2 months that I had to have them out for the same issue. The service man that can out this time spent more time to make sure that the issue should be resolved and made a recommendation to use an acid cleaner regularly in the future. I was a little disappointed that the hourly rate was quite a bit higher after the big freeze recently. I have heard that pretty much all the plumbers in the area have done the same but I feel like this is taking advantage and is price gouging.

The Herman's team has been great. I had a burst pipe and they responded within hours of my call. They were extremely efficient and the price was just right. They are my go-to plumber from here on out.

The guy that showed up was nice and friendly. I was at my wits end trying to locate the part. I understood that the 12 dollar part would cost me a service call charge. I did 90% of the job. I just needed that $12 part... boom $310. I actually had to help and show him where the wires went. It wasn't the techs fault per say, but he knew and I knew he could have just as easily gave me the part for the cost and mileage. But no sadly it was after hours job on Sunday. $225 an hour and $85 for the part. He was here 10 minutes... 5 min if you deduct the firmalities.

Both Layton , Tanner and associates (wish I gotten their names also) were extremely prompt, courteous, friendly, respectful of the property and our health wearing masks and gloves. They were thorough and accomplished The job in no time flat. I'm a very satisfied customer. If I could get more stars I would ! Theses guys are great!

I'd never used Herman's Plumbing, but when my normal plumber wasn't working due to the weather I gave them a shot and was very impressed. Cassidy come out two days in a row, first to fix a leaky pipe and install a new heater and then to come out and thaw frozen pipes the next day. The heater works so well my apartment is 80 degrees inside during the worst cold spell in years, and he got my pipes thawed inside of an hour. I do much of my own home repair, so I am an extremely picky customer who knows what to look for. Cassidy is a true professional and very friendly, and we're very grateful for the excellent service.

I called to see if your company did emergency. when I asked for a quote I was hung up on and then I get a bill of over $300. For what? I’ve called and not please do not bill me for work not done. I will never call your company again.

I had chad and Josh come out the first time to unclog my washing machine drain. He was very professional and did a great job. I liked the job they did, so I decided to have them come look at my main bathroom. I was told by another plumber that the main line was collapsed. Sink, shower and toilet all did not work. Alex R. Came out yesterday with his camera to scope the line to tell me exactly where the collapse was so we could make a plan from there. Well, he saw the collapse which was just a very very bad clog. It took him a little bit but he got the job done. I now have a working bathroom thanks to hermans and their team. Thank you guys so much!

Called on Wednesday 9/16 set up an appointment for after 12:00 noon today 9/18 to have a leaking pipe under my house fixed. I’m still waiting on them to show up. I called the office twice told I was 3rd in line then 2 hours later and I was next line and still waiting. Called 2 hours later and the answering service said she would page someone. Still waiting. I called Herman’s Plumbing because they were highly recommended unfortunately I can’t recommend them.

We had the pipe going into the hot water heater during the 2021 record breaking storm. They kept on top of the appointments and got to me the next day! Layton, the repairman, and his assistant were friendly, efficient and professional. As my neighbor walked by he remarked that Herman's Plumbing worked on his house a year ago and he would call them again if necessary.

I bought a central air unit a few years ago. They told me it is still under warranty. I cannot take advantage of that because they cant come for days. It is in the 90's in my house. My dogs are miserable. One window unit is not giving any relief. I have to go to work shortly after not sleeping because I can't in this heat. I have always called them. They always respond quickly until they don't. One ac tech is the excuse. They only have one in the month of June. Are you kidding me? I will pay for someone else to come and I am sure they don't care that I will not be calling again!

They quoted me a really high price of which I agreed to so that wasn’t the issue. What I have issue with is that they drug it out ALL day and then tried to say I owed them an additional $800 dollars because it took them so long... I’m guessing they thought they could con me because I’m a woman but all they did was con themselves out any future business from me.. since I have several rent houses one of which needs a new sewer line, it’s definitely their loss.

I worked with Kameron from Herman's Plumbing. They were out within 45 minutes for their free estimate. They were the second company I called and they beat other price by more than $800. They did not know they were the second company, nor of any estimate I already received. Better all around.

They had the incorrect city and zip, so they were slightly delayed. They called and told me though. They were really nice and professional. The reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because when they were removing a pvc pipe, they broke a piece off. They said they would fix it though. Then they said they wouldn’t charge me for the part they put on it. They shouldn’t have broke my pipe to begin with, so of course I shouldn’t be paying for something they broke.

I used Herman's for several years and many service calls but my last call I was very disappointed with Herman's h/a service. They came out not once but three times to repair my heating unit and after paying for all three call ($900+) my unit still didn't work. My husband called another company and the tech replaced a switch and it has been working fine since then. I was promised a 10% discount because I was a loyal customer but didn't even see that.

I called about my 40 year old floor furnace that has been holding on until this year. Layton the tech did everything he could to make repairs but in the end it was going to cost more to fix then to replace. They installed a wall furnace the same day and I am really pleased w the quality of installation and kindness of the employees at Herman’s. We had an issue with our tub faucet leaking. The hardware was all old and corroded. Tanner H was able to get to our house within an hour of our call. He identified the problem, knew the costs up front, and was able to rebuild both of the problem areas in less than an hour. We were super impressed with this company and Tanner H. I would take a 20 to 30 minute shower for the water to not drain for well over an hour, when using my dishwasher water would back up out of all drains. On occasions my drain for my washer would over flow and flood/get everything wet in my den. The two gentlemen that came out were polite, laid back and tolerable (not bad to look at either). Took maybe an hour but my issues were resolved with a decent price. My house was built in 1950 and very dated plumbing utilized all drains afterwords and everything flowed as it should. They give a 10% discount to first time users!

They were the highest bid by far.In fact they were twice the price of the other two bids.On top of that they were not going to replace the concrete they were going to take out. Bid was 8,900 -9,000.Not impressed... when I emailed them they were twice the price of the other licensed plumbers they didn’t even bother to contact me with an explanation of why they were so high.They finally called me back and stated that the price of 8,900-9,000 was the national average for the job I wanted done. So I guess they were including California and New York in there national average.So why were they not giving me and average according to Oklahoma?Got the job done by a licensed plumber for less that 3,500I certainly will not be calling them for a bid on any other jobs.

Herman's plumbing was great. Heater blower separated and shot fins into the heating elements, major damage. No heat. Herman's expeditiously scheduled a service call and got a technician out. Due to the type of unit I have, parts were backordered. Just a days wait, nothing major. Once received, technician visited the house and repaired everything as quoted. Give them a call, staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Last night,, I was told by your plumber that my water leak was not caused by a leaky water heater. He told me that my air conditioner was frozen and it was causing the leak. So I called my AC company. They told me the AC is not frozen and the cause of the leak is a clogged drain and that a good plumber would've known this. I am not happy. If your plumber would've done their job, I would have not have had to call another plumbing company who at this moment is fixing the problem. And I would've had air conditioning last night.

So when they came it , only needed my hose and water cut offs. They told me It was just the parts. When they fixed the repair I was told it was $673.00 and I couldn’t believe it. I’m a widow and on fixed income and they charged me way more than I was told to just change a few hoses and handles.

I can say the technicians that came out were friendly and did a good job that's about it. I had an emergency and admit I should have just said no to their quote so I can't fault them on that either. I can fault John or Josh cant remember his name for doing everything short of cuss me out when I stated my problem. Every other quote I have gotten was 300$ or less. 2 hours of labor and 30$ in pipe somehow cost 1200$. That in my book and every other plumber I've talked to his price gouging at its finest! That's roughly 450$ an hour in labor absolutely ridiculous. I will never recomend this company to anyone based on that! It's highly unethical and unprofessional to treat people that way.

Herman's Plumbing will be the only HVAC that I call on from now on. I had them replace a hot water heater just last week. They are very professional and also very quick to get the job done correctly. We are renters and the owner of the house we rent called to get some.repairs done. This is the first out of 4 times using Herman's that I am disappointed. Yes they came here to unclog a shower drain but they didn't know how to or chose not to unscrew the stopper and unclog it so they used a 7 dollar bottle of power crystals and ran some water down it. It has temporarily unclogged but I know I'm a week it will be right back to water around the ankles again.

I cannot express enough the unprofessionalism and unaccpetable work this company produces. They were hired by our neighbor to fix her plumbing. But instead of using her property, they forced themselves through our gate and on to our property, without even notifying us. They could have easily used our neighbor's (with the problem) driveway and in no means had to use ours. When we called them, they claimed they used the city easement! they took down our fence dug HUGE holes in the back yard, COMPLETELY DESTROYING it. When I discussed how upset I was with the crew they were 3 boys in their 20s that were unprofessional and rude. They left trash, like Styrofoam cups and wrappers all over the backyard. Woke up to a cold shower before work because they turned off my gas line without telling me or the gas company so at 5 am I was calling the emergency line to have someone come turn my gas back on. They said they would fix everything, then we came home one day to find that they didn't fix anything. The fence is not put up properly there is dirt everywhere, they broke bricks on our retaining wall, dirt holes from the tracker tires. I can't stress it enough to stay far far away from this company!!!!!!!

Chad and Camron installed an 85 gallon Rheem Marathon water heater and a pressure control valve. Like true professional experts, they installed heater/valve and made sure all hookups worked and did not leave until I was satisfied. What work ethic! I called these chain smoking clowns out to clear a drain, simple enough but my washer is still backing up into the house. I call em back out and long story short and about 200 $ later they drill a hole in my drain pipe and say its frozen. They have a big heater they can run on MY electricity at a charge of only 275 $ per hour. I say no and they say ok we'll finish up and write you a ticket. These jokers left the hole in my drain pipe and took off with my snake. So next time you have a plumbing problem you want done half-assed call Herman's

Last week, in FREEZING weather, we had a pipe burst under our house and flood the neighbors yard as well as our own. The standing water under the house was over a foot deep and the guy from Herman's Plumbing, crawled under the house, soaking wet laying in this freezing water to fix our pipe. From start to finish the job only took an hour. A week later, still no leaks. Would def use again, due simply to work dedication and honesty about the work done.

So the toilet in my fiance's rental house keeps getting clogged due to low pressure... She calls her landlord and they send out a guy (Wes) from Herman's Plumbing...The guy starts flirting with her, making her feel uncomfortable, but she is polite to him so he will fix the problem and move on. The guy makes up some BS story to give him an excuse to come back to the house again and again doing unnecessary work. He busted into the concrete to clear out a clog that could have easily been taken care of with a snake... In the process he also damaged the HVAC ducts causing even more damage resulting in her home being without AC all weekend long...Because the landlord provided Herman's Plumbing with her cell number, he began sending her very unprofessional text messages asking her to be FWB (Friends with benefits), speaking of taking her into his arms, and commenting on her sexy feet.I don't know how much her landlord was charged for all this unnecessary work, but I can say that their unprofessional technician is more than enough justification for me to suggest that you stay far away from these guys!
