I recently hired Brandon's Plumbing for a plumbing issue at my office, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their outstanding service. From start to finish, they were nothing short of exceptional.

We purchased a toilet through Lowe’s and called Brandon’s Plumbing to install the toilet and also diagnose why the line wasn’t flushing. The customer service rep would not give us a quote for the cost of the installation and/or diagnosis, but we proceeded with making an appointment anyway as we’d used them before and had been satisfied with their service.

The team (a plumber and apprentice) were timely and professional. However, AFTER installing the toilet we purchased, they brought the toilet seat out and said it was broken. They then asked if we wanted to just “throw it away.” However, we kept the seat to exchange it at Lowe’s.

Fast forward exactly a month, and we noticed a significant spiderweb break at the top of the toilet bowl…exactly where the previously broken and exchanged seat would have been aligned. It took us a couple more weeks to call Brandon’s Plumbing about the issue, so a total of 7 weeks had passed. We explained the issue and asked how we might proceed given it’s logical to assume the toilet had been installed broken and the plumbers had missed it (which is understandable as the break probably started as a hairline fracture and then spread over the course of time). The customer service person we talked to was highly unprofessional. She said that Brandon’s Plumbing doesn’t guarantee parts that they, themselves, do not furnish, so they’re not responsible for replacing the toilet. I acknowledged that I wasn’t asking them to furnish us a new toilet (we’ll proceed to have it replaced via the manufacturer warranty); rather, we’d hoped they’d be willing to come reinstall a new toilet at a discounted rate (the original install rate was $380) since the toilet was presumably broken upon install and, as returning clients, we’d hoped the business would hope to secure a continued relationship. However, the customer service rep. continually claimed that it’s our fault the toilet was broken (not acknowledging the context of the broken lid being brought to our attention after install), it’s been 7 weeks, and there’s nothing they’re willing to do to resolve the issue.

That all being said, we’ll be discontinuing our business relationship with Brandon’s Plumbing, and I highly recommend that others find a plumbing company that’s more committed to customer satisfaction and dedicated to professional customer service.

So we called Brandon's Plumbing for a second opinion on a warranty company's plumbing contractor. We had some sort of hammering sound at our rental property and this company went out to diagnose and fix this. After a short bit, they returned with a diagnosis of a slab leak and a $2300 repair. The repair they were suggesting would require either busting up the floor in the house or just rerouting the line in question and the price didn't change regardless of the fix. Not wanting to just take the warranty companies word I called Brandon's Plumbing of whom we have done business with before. They sent someone out the very next morning and after a short bit we got a call and they said they had good news. It was very likely a bad exterior faucet causing the hammer noise in the wall. After they were done they put the plumbing under pressure to ensure the problem was resolved and there were no other leaks. Brandon's could have certainly said it was a slab leak and undercut the warranty companies contractor but they didn't. They were honest , fair and straight forward.

The original pump on my mother's toilet was broken and needed to be replaced. When my brother tried to remove the pump, a part of it broke causing water to leak. I called Brandon's plumbing, and Bobby arrived within 20 minutes. He was very professional and was able to get the broken piece off so the pump could be replaced. Water did leak onto the floor before my brother could shut off the outside valve, so Bobby gave us information on contacting someone who can work with my mother's home insurance incase mold becomes an issue. We appreciate every technician and especially Bobby for showing up in such a short notice. We will only use this company's services for any plumbing issues.

Had a gas line leak at my property on my main line into the house. Brandon's plumbing sent Denver out to the house to assess the damage, inform me of the repair and get the job done professional and quickly. Overall they did a exceptional job from the technician that came out to the office staff that keep me updated on timeline and even texting me when the gas company would be coming out for inspection. Overall a fantastic experience and they will be my plumbing company for life!

Bobby installed a dishwasher and propane stove for me as well as running a propane pipe to the stove. He is very professional and I will use Brandon's plumbing again and request him as the technician. Great service and Great people

Yes I am one of those “women” that doesn’t know much about plumbing or pipes, but when I called politely to ask for an estimate along with some of my other questions-I got hung up on TWICE by Mary which is extremely discouraging. It’s like kicking a dog when it’s already down, really. When I called back the third time and inquired why I had been hung up on, I was told “just call someone else.” I’m sure that the plumbers have no idea good paying potential customers are being turned away by at least Mary. I don’t blame the plumbers for this, but someone needs to hear about this.

The person who schedules and answers phones is very rude and very unprofessional. I called and asked questions about parts they were waiting on
and she ultimately asked if i wanted them to come and rip out the work that had been done. She did not want to help in any capacity when I was just asking questions about the work. She makes me not want to use them again due to her TERRIBLE attitude and customer service.

Worst experience with a plumbing company. Would not ever use again. Had a drain issue and busted pipe. Technician said he couldn’t fix the busted pipe because it was after 5:00 and he was off the clock. Also said he fixed the clogged drain but found out later there was no way he could have because it was frozen. They want to charge me over $400

Wow. Do they just NOT want our money, or what? We just sold our house in Georgia for our half of a large sum of dollars, and have nothing but money to spend on our current plumbing project. Later on, we'll be installing a sit-in shower, and two new bathtubs, one upstairs, one downstairs. Had these people made any sort of effort to be responsive and respectful, they would have made thousands of dollars off of us. We've used them before, and they did a good job, but the price was super high. This time??

A woman named Skye answered our call, and set up a plumber to come out to install a sink for us. When he arrived, we were told he would be doing an estimate, not the job itself. That was our first issue. We had bought everything that he needed, and had been told when we called that he could do the job. Nope. We were disappointed. So, he set about to examine what he needed to do to install the sink for us with the existing waterlines, and told us that it was Thursday, and late, so that an estimate would probably come Friday or Saturday, or Monday at the latest.

Today, it is Saturday and it's nine, NINE, 9 days later. NO ESTIMATE. My husband called after a week. The employee apologized, said she'd get on it. Two days and 2 more calls made by us? NOTHING.

It's become sort of a pride issue for me now. I won't give potentially thousands of dollars to a company who puts me so low on its priority list. It's insulting to be tossed aside this way. I just contacted a new plumber. Brandon's Plumbing just lost a good customer. UNPROFESSIONAL. And Daniel and Justice, the two guys who came out? I'm so sorry. You were quite informative and polite and respectful. Unfortunately, your company did not meet what you promised us, which was an estimate quickly. Best of luck to you.

And I should add that iif anyone's interested in excellent plumbing work, for a good price, you need to look up Dan the Handyman. Dan Novotny is a god who walks amongst men.

Had 4 heating elements in hot water heater replaced and was not told a price upfront. I was told the total price $675 after the work was done. The final price was more than 4 times what I expected. Felt pressured to pay the full price since they already completed the work. Do not recommend and won't use this company again. The employee signed the receipt (forgery) stating I had signed/agreed to the price which is not true. If I had know the price upfront I would not have had the work done.

Tito from Brandon’s plumbing was excellent, he was able to get my sewer drain clean out flushed and working again. He had a helper with him and both were very friendly and professional and did a great job. Would recommend.

He Identified who he was gave his full name. Showed him the kitchen sink. It took him less than five minutes to put the line together and screw the part back together. He only charged us for there service call. We are both disabled and getting on the floor we can't get back up. Very pleased with the service. Bobby was very nice and polite. He explained everything.

My mom just had a hot water heater replaced by Brandon’s Plumbing and they charged her $3100.00. She called them and ask why it was so high and wanted a break down on the invoice. They told her they don’t do break downs on the invoice just flat rate. They did call back in a couple of days and said they made a mistake and charged her for 80 gallon tank instead of a 40 gallon tank and they would refund $600.00 for there mistake. Three weeks later and several phone calls she got a $600.00 dollar refund back. My mom did some research on getting a hot water heater installed and found out that the law says before you get hot water heater installed it has to be brought up to code, permitted and inspected after completion. Brandon’s Plumbing did none of these things. If you have had Brandon’s Plumbing install a hot water heater in your house and you want to check if it was properly brought up to code permitted and inspected you can look your address up on line. If they going to charge these really high rates at least you want to now the job was done right and your family is safe

I have a tri-fuel portable generator and a capped natural gas line by my patio. I wanted a temporary connection to connect the generator to natural gas during power loss. I had Brandon Plumbing come out and look at it to install then they stopped talking to me. I called several times and finally got the technician who came out and told me that they were concerned about the liability relating to it. But if I purchased the hose for the gas, they could do it. (I got the impression they thought I wanted a permanent hookup that ran across my patio). I bought the part and started calling again and after 3 calls stopped trying.

I have used them in the past and they did a good job for me, so I was a repeat customer.

I would not have minded if they told me they did not do what I wanted done, but the ghosting me thing from a business was just weird. This happened in spring 2022 and I am writing this review as I need a plumber again for a different problem. Clearly I will not go with Brandon's Plumbing again, but I thought I should write a review from the Spring.

We have used Brandon's Plumbing for the last few years. From day one, when we bought our house, we have been dealing with an aging sewer line. Our home is 80 years old. This year, we got to the point where we needed our sewer line replaced. This was a big job. Our sewer line is 150 feet to the riser, it has twists and turns in a small Oklahoma City yard with big trees and concrete sidewalks. Brandon's Plumbing techs, Charles and Garret tackled this job head on. They did great! Charles did his best to keep us using our facilities during the work. With a job this big, there are always additional issues that crop up. We had weather setbacks and a blocked riser over the main city line. Their supervisor Jay made the drive from Norman to investigate our riser issues. He was able salvage the situation without too much additional cost. This job ended up taking two weeks to fully complete, but it's GREAT to be able to put paper down a toilet again.

Was extremely professional, and got our sewer fixed quick, and at a great price!!! Will highly recommend!!!!

They came in made a swift diagnosis and completed the repairs. Such a great service ty.

Denver and another tech came out and immediately diagnosed the location of a slab leak. Up front about diverting the line and was able to be in and out in a few hours. Walked through everything he did after and provided great information.

After noticing higher than usual water bills, we determined we had a leak at our house but could not locate the leak. I had not connected yet with a local plumber so I picked Brandon's Plumbing from a Google Search, after reading other reviews and looking at their website. I was able to make an appointment, online, on a Thursday afternoon for the following Monday. I was contacted the following Monday by Josh, who let me know he was about 20 minutes away. I met him at my house, explained the issue, what I had looked at, and let him work. Within 15 minutes, Josh located the leak (bad water heater valve) and showed it to me. He then explained what parts he needed and answered my questions and provided a quote. Josh left to get parts and returned within 30 minutes. He made the repair and left no mess. He then showed me the work he did and explained the new parts. I was able to pay by credit card. I thought the charge was very reasonable and I was impressed with the quality of his work. Very good experience.

Daniel of Brandon's Plumbing came to my home and changed out a toilet for us. He and his helper arrived on time, found out what I wanted, explained the process, obtained the right toilet and parts, and had the job done in a much shorter time than I expected. They were courteous and careful during the entire process. I would definitely call them again, and highly recommend Brandon's Plumbing.

We have used Brandon’s Plumbing multiple times- ugh for us! We are heading to having pipes replaced but Brandon’s has helped us many times to unclog the pipes. Mark helped us today and he was professional and just great. He helped to resolve the current issue and was timely and efficient. Denver has come out many times as well and is always excellent. We are so fortunate to have found Brandon’s Plumbing and will be long term customers.

Josh provided excellent/professional plumbing service. He was on time and completed the job quickly, checked for leaks and cleaned the area. He was very knowledgeable and explained the details of his work. He provided some insight on dryer replacements accessories. I will recommend him and the Brandon' Plumbing to all my friends.

Bobby showed up promptly on a Sunday and fixed the problem in no time flat. Great experience.

We called Brandon's Plumbing Monday morning for the pipes under the kitchen sink. They were able to come out first thing Tuesday morning. The time line happened to work out perfectly for my family's needs. Josh called first and showed up in a timely manner. Josh was very professional and personable! He had the job done in no time at all and had every thing cleaned up and ready to go before leaving. I highly recommend Brandon’s Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. Mark and his assistant came to our house and repaired a bathroom toilet, and he replaced our entire kitchen sink. His work was flawless! We are very happy with his professionalism and the quality of work that was done for us. You can’t go wrong with this company!

This is the third time I’ve used Brandon’s Plumbing. I’ve had a different person each time and they have all been outstanding. They are professional and courteous; they call before they come; and the company tells me who is coming and provides a photo so I know who I’ll see at my door. Best, they don’t rush. They work and then they test the repair over and over to make sure they have really solved the problem. Finally, they always clean up any mess made - which seems like a bonus to me!

Denver was on time and respectable with my home and went above and beyond with his service and knowledge. He installed a water softener and showed me pictures from under the house of what he installed and explained why as well. He took the time to address a concern I had with another project as well. I would definitely recommend Brandon's Plumbing and Denver as a technician.

Josh was prompt, courteous, and patient when asked questions about the work he was doing for us. He was clean in his work and had a great attitude. His knowledge about what he does is apparent in his explanation of the problem. He made some excellent recommendations and everything he suggested would resolve our situation turned out to correct each time.

We have had some inferior service from other plumbing companies. Brandon's Plumbing will be our plumber for the future. It made our day to have the repair done so quickly and expertly.

My neighbors had to have some major plumbing work done but unfortunately my fence had to be removed and backyard dug up to do a lot of the work. The plumber, John, and his assistant were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. After a few months, I informed Brandon's that the dirt where they had dug had resettled and left a big hole in our backyard. They responded within the week and not only filled the hole in but that area of my yard has never been so level. They really treated it like it was their own home.

I called Brandon's Plumbing as a recommendation from my previous plumber who no longer services Norman. I am so glad I did! Not only were they able to visit the same day, they were able to install a new water heater. Yes, they did a site visit and THEN installed a water heater on the SAME DAY! They were so quick and professional. I had a small leak in the weld seam of my old water heater, and if they weren't able to replace it so quickly, I could have had a house flood on my hands. I am super grateful for all their help! Definitely will be using again for any more plumbing needs.

I called numerous plumbers with no response or call backs and Brandon's Plumbing not only answered but was at my house within 24hrs of my call, they were even early. I have had a leak in my shower another plumbing company was responsible for a few months but did not want to fix after the fact and Josh showed me exactly what happened and had it corrected within an hour and a half. They cleaned up not only their mess but someone else's. Very professional, polite and definitely worth every cent. I would recommend to anyone. Called and was able to get scheduled quickly. Josh had time window from 8-12, called at 815, and was at my house by 830. So impressed with the punctuality of this company! So hard to find these days! Josh politely and knowledgeably walked me through the issues that needed to be fixed, and had both issues fixed inside of an hour. Pricing was good, and service was top notch. Would highly recommend them to a friend or family member, and will definitely use them in the future!

We knew we have a clog in our main sewer line but weren’t able to fix it ourselves. So I had called a big name plumbing company Sun afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the Monday afternoon. 2 hours after our appointment we were told they simply weren’t coming. I started calling other company’s but none had anything same day available.

Brandon’s Plumbing was actually recommended by another plumbing company so I gave them a call. They answered right away, no waiting on hold. When I asked if they could come out within the same evening and they said YES. Not ‘let me check’ or ‘well what’s the issue’ but simply YES. I received text updates about my scheduled appointment time as well as who my technician would be.

Billy was our technician and he was awesome! He arrived well within our appointment window and was super nice, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to get the line cleared quickly and made sure everything was functioning properly again in no time. He also didn’t mind my curious kiddos watching him work. Great job!

Google shows they service Cleveland County but they came all the way to Edmond without hesitation and arrived less then two hour after we called! Amazing service, will DEFINITELY call Brandon’s Plumbing again if we have any other plumbing issues.

This was the fourth time that we have had Daniel come to our home to help with a plumbing situation. He is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. This time we had a toilet that had a flush valve leak and we were also replacing a kitchen faucet. Daniel arrived with an assistant. Daniel did an excellent job and oversaw his assistant's work. We are very satisfied customers. We recommend Brandon's Plumbing and especially Daniel to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Called on a Tuesday and they had me scheduled for the next day. Denver called as expected and was actually early so I didn’t have to sit at home all day waiting which was a nice change. He was very professional and courteous. Explained what he would be doing and told me up front the cost before he started the work. Did an excellent job, cleaned up after he was finished. This company was recommended by a co-worker of mine and they were right. Good company and I would not hesitate to recommend them myself.

They fixed the mainline from our well to our home that burst. They came the same day we called to evaluate and back the next day to repair. They gave us a estimate range and in the end charged us on the low end, based on the time and labor to dig down to our pipe. The guys that came out were polite, great at explaining the situation/plan and answered all my questions. We’ll absolutely use them again for any future issues or home improvements.

Denver was the plumber assigned to my house. He actually showed up 2.5 hours early on an icy day, after calling first..It was a leaking hot water line going to a kitchen faucet. He gave an estimate on repairing the leak, and also explained and gave an estimate to totally replace the 40 year-old plumbing under the sink. I went with the total replacement, and am happy to have new connections, valves, and water lines to avoid future problems. While on site, he discussed and gave estimates on some improvements we want to make to bathroom fixtures.

Denver was professional, polite, and very willing to answer any and all questions that I had. I asked his opinion on a couple of things and his advice on the best way to handle another issue. I would recommend Brandon's again and certainly as for Denver again as well. Thank you Brandon's and Denver for your help today.

I had Brandon’s plumbing come to my house to repair water lines. They used 24feet of pex, 2- 1/2 inch copper to pex crimp fittings, and 2- sink shut off valves. 1 1/2 hours labor and charged me 1200.00 dollars. Called service manager to get explanation of charges. He said he would have to talk to Bobby ( the tech that did the work) and that he would call me back. Never heard another word. And when I try to call he’s always out of the office. Not a very customer friendly way of doing business.

Called Brandon's Plumbing about an issue and they sent someone out the next day. Denver arrived exactly on time (maybe a few minutes early) and was very courteous and professional. Had the job done much quicker than I expected and reviewed the parts options when necessary which I appreciated. Will call them for any plumbing needs in the future.

We called Brandon’s Plumbing after our home warranty wouldn’t cover our service line leak. Being able to set up an appointment online was key. They were prompt in responding to our request and Dustin and Dusty were at our house earlier than we expected. Dustin and Dusty were easy going and professional, when they realized that the work was going to be more than just patching a line, they immediately called the office to get an estimate. We were also having issues with our pump switch and they fixed it all up for us. We had no issues asking them to come back and do the rest of the job for us in a couple of days. The office staff found us a spot in the schedule just a few days out so that we could get our water going back to our house. Doing everything digitally and even receiving the receipt by email is how we work, and is perfect for a company working with a tech savvy generation. Best plumbing service experience we have had so far, and we have had more than we would like. Thanks Dustin, Dusty, and the office staff at Brandon’s Plumbing.

Steve was so friendly and helpful. He quickly identified the problem and solved it in under an hour. He gave us great advice on what to use to keep our our plumbing functioning well. He even cleaned out our bathtub (where we had dirt and water back flow), which I’ve never experienced with any plumbing company in the past. The pricing is more than fair. We will definitely use Brandon’s Plumbing in the future!

Brandon's Plumbing is awesome! I had been trying all week to get someone to come out and fix my outside faucet. I called Brandon's and they were all over it. They had someone here the next day. Our service technician was Matt. He was prompt and arrived exactly when they said he would. When Matt called to say he was headed my way, I recieved a text with his picture and a little bio on him. I thought this was a really nice touch. Matt explained my options and we proceeded with the least expensive option. Unfortunately, this faucet proved to be particularly stubborn and Matt had to replace it. He kept me informed throughout the process. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail. He opened up the wall under a cabinet so the repair would not be visible. He also cut the drywall in such a way that it would be super easy to patch. I can not say enough how impressed I was with Matt and Brandon's Plumbing. Keep up the good work. From now on Brandon's will now be my first call when I am in need of a plumber!!!

We called Brandon’s plumbing for a second opinion because another company told us we had a collapsed pipe under our home. We were so stressed. Brandon’s Plumbing sent out Jason (JL) and he did an amazing job checking ALL our pipes and snaking our drains. Turns out we just had a big clog. We are all fixed up now and seriously appreciate the work and service from this company. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to Oklahoma into an older home, and desperately needed new outdoor faucets for my hoses (galvanized pipes are the worst) and I also needed a toilet replaced. I provided my own toilet, but bought the wrong size. Mark was extremely helpful and even loaded the toilet back into my car for me and called some local home improvement stores to make sure they had the correct size toilet before sending me to the store to get the right size. He was punctual (early, even) and came in, got the job done, did it well, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way! Even if there was a slight change in the original plans, he made sure to update/clear it with me before moving forward. I appreciate that very much. At one point he informed me he had to cut into the sheetrock to replace an outside faucet, and warned me it might be an eyesore. After I assessed his work, the damage was minimal! The cut was clean, which made it much easier to patch up with plaster afterward. There was another employee with him (I do not remember his name) but they were both very pleasant, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. I will absolutely use Brandon's Plumbing again with any future plumbing issues, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any work done. 10/10 am satisfied

Ron and Mark from Brandon's Plumbing came out today and we could not be more pleased with the service we received. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They fixed our problem in under an hour at a very reasonable cost. They also shared some tips with us to keep the line unclogged and care for our plumbing from now on. What nice people! They genuinely care for their customers. We will definitely use Brandon's Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues and would encourage everyone else to do the same.

My experience with Brandon's Plumbing today was very good. They arrived in a timely fashion after calling to let me know they were on their way. They immediately took care of my plumbing problem and were on their way. They took the time to ask what and where my problem was. Robert and the other gentleman with him were very courteous and did the job promptly without any problems. I am very happy with the results and have been using their company for a long time . I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing service(s) They did an excellent job!

Woodrow Clark worked in a professional manner and asked if we had any other plumbing issues in the home to make the most of the service charge. He recommended unhooking the outdoor hoses and reminded us that we should call him if we needed anything ... especially during the 30 day warranty period. Definitely recommend.

My experience was great, they gave me a two hour time frame and Ron was here after 30 minutes of the beginning of the two hour time frame. He also called to let us know he was on his way. He was very courteous, well mannered, professional, and very helpful. He fix our problem in a timely manner, but first he told us what the problem was and gave options on how to fix it and the price, of each option, then asked me what option I would like to use before beginning his work. I was very pleased and will definitely use Brandon

We had used Brandon's Plumbing on on previous occasion so when our water heater started leaking, we called them again. Nothing stopped up this time. A real bad issue.
Daniel and Carson came out as scheduled and tried to fix the water heater, but alas, it was too old and rusted. Time to replace the water heater. I thought I would have to take out a loan to replace it. My water heater is up in our attic and new code dictates that you can NOT have it there. It would have to be relocated. The price they gave me was reasonable. Not the thousands of dollars running around in my head.
Daniel scheduled the replacement (yeah, no showers for our family) but showed up early and installed a new water heater and removed the old one.
Daniel & Carson were polite, neat and fast. We discussed the water heater maintenance and I paid the bill! Happy as a lark!
The funny thing was, my wife called a friend the day before the installation and she suggested that we call her brother... BRAND. He owns Brandon's Plumbing! Thanks Sebrina Morrison! We already did!

For starters, the tech was late getting to my location than what the dispatcher said. I was an emergency work in, so I wasn't swayed by that too much. Overall, the job was done and for a reasonable price. However, while the tech was here, he plugged his auger to clear the drain into my bathroom electrical outlet. The power required by that thing was too much and we thought he blew a breaker. After flipping all the breakers, that clearly wasn't the problem. He joked that he saved my house from burning down and used a different plug to finish the job and told me I'd need to contact an electrician to address that issue. Great. Electrician the following day stated that he should have known better than to plug that big thing into a bathroom outlet. After much searching, it was discovered that he caused a fault in that outlet that blew through the outlet in our guest room. Altogether, the electrician cost me a pretty penny to replace two recepticles. I tried to call and email Brandon's to tell them what the electrician told me and I can't get them to respond to either. I likely won't be calling them again for issues that I have.

Brandon's Plumbing has become a hit or miss service with me, being more miss than hit in recent times. The plumbers are always polite, and they'll say that they've resolved the issue. However instances of needing to call them back out a week after they came the first time have increased. When I most recently had them out to install a new toilet they didn't empty the tank on the old toilet before they removed it and made a mess taking it outside. Not to mention they just put the new toilet seat on the toilet without actually screwing it in, that was a surprise. The icing on the cake was when I called to complain I was given the brush off and told I'd receive a call back and of course they never did call back. Long story short Brandon's will not be getting any more of my business.

Brandon's Plumbing helped me out a great deal when I had a huge plumbing issue, Mark, Jacob, and Jay were all very professional, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Each of them explained everything that was going on, what they were doing to fix the problem, and even took time out to talk to my inquisitive kids about the job. Very pleased with Mark, Jacob, and Jay, and Brandon's Plumbing. They fixed the difficult issue with only minor disturbance to my family and yard, and did everything very satisfactorily and I have had no issues since. They worked around my schedule and made for a painless experience for me. Very friendly guys. Reasonable pricing for the amount of work they put in.

Daniel and his co-worker showed up at our residence within 30 minutes of our call for service. We needed plumbing repair work done the same day as our hot water could not be turned back on until the repair was finished. Daniel was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. We will definitely use Brandon's Plumbing in the future.

Billy was very professional and friendly. He was prompt and explained how he was going to resolve our issue and pricing right from the start. Our drain was unclogged quickly and we are extremely happy with his service & the service of Brandon's Plumbing.

Jason was great. He quickly assessed the situation and fixed the issue. He was polite and explained everything to me. He had someone with him whose name I did not know. The only negative was the gentleman with him smoked and apparently smoked while in my garage. The smell came into the house. Despite this I will continue to use Brandon's Plumbing. They have always done great work.

We had a plumbing problem and called Brandon's Plumbing. I was met with a very kind and friendly person who was able to schedule service the very next day which worked best for me. Before the scheduled time I received a call from the technicians they were on their way if I was available, which I appreciated . Robert and Mark arrived and were professional, courteous, patient... Listened to my explanation of our problem... And they went straight to work and were finished right away. Could not be happier with the service's provided from Brandon's. They responded quickly when calling for an estimate came out the same day. After calling two previous plumbing companys who didn't return my phone call almost a week later. Scheduled an appointment to repair a leaking pipe for two days later. They arrived right at four and finished the job within the hour. Cleaned up after themselves. Great customer service! Will be recommending them!

We had an emergency over the weekend and it was difficult to get a hold of our usual plumber. We called Brandon’s Plumbing and couldn’t be happier. On Saturday 11/28/20 I realize we had a sewer leak under the house. I called Brandon’s plumbing to have them come out and repair it. My appointment was set at 4:30 pm a that day. Starting at about 5:30 I started to call their dispatch to get an eta. They kept on giving me the runaround on when they would be here. Every time I talked to them they told me a tech was in route and it would be about 45 minutes. They finally showed up at 10:30 pm. The tech came in and did a quick diagnosis and said we were leaking sewage and had a lake of poo under the house. Of course that late at night they weren’t able to do anything about it. I was told i would get a call Monday to schedule the repairs to the tune of $2200 plus the service call charges I paid that night. They charged me an extra $150.00 to come out after hours and didn’t even advise me of that extra charge till the tech was asking for payment Saturday night. Fast forward till Monday I had to call them due to no phone call. I told the tech it needed to be done Monday or Tuesday due to work schedule and the fact we have raw sewage leaking into the house. They set me up for Tuesday to come and do the work inside and later in the week to do the outside work. I wasn’t happy but agreed. I get a phone call this morning they canceled today. So now I have to find someone else that can come out because I am tired of the runaround I am getting from this company. I am out $250 and had nothing done except a quick quote and being told what I already knew. Don’t use this company if you value your time and money.

My Service Pro was Mark! He was friendly and extremely professional. Mark explained everything in detail before and after completing the job. I will definitely continue to use Brandon’s Plumbing should I need assistance in the future, I received A+ service. It’s hard to find good customer service these days- Mark was exceptional!

Our new house was having drainage issues and every time we drained the bathtub the water would leak out of the shower. The builder contacted the plumber and we told they came out and found that a pipe was clogged with some grout from when they tiled and that it had been resolved BUT when we moved in it was discovered that they really didn't fix anything. I was frustrated so I called Brandon's plumbing to come out and diagnose the issue. They came out quickly and with in 20 min of being onsite, Brandon figured out what the issue was and fixed it immediately. He was quick, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Brandon's plumbing to any of my friends & family.

I’ve used this business several times and have always been very pleased. Arrived home at 4:00 yesterday to an outdoor hose that wouldn’t turn off and water pouring out at a high volume. The outdoor faucet was broken and yard flooded. I had a 45 minute window of time before I had to be back at work. I called Brandon’s prepared to pay for an emergency call and the lady put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and she did it again. She told me it would be an emergency call charge and I said fine. Turns out they didn’t have anyone who could actually do an emergency call even though it was before 5 and I was willing to pay. I asked if I needed to call someone else and she put me on hold again and came back and told me they were really busy from the snow storm in FEBRUARY and I should call someone else. I had to find a neighbor to show me how to turn my water off so now I sit here going into the weekend with no water. Obviously they need to train their employees about customer service and helping their returning customers in difficult situations. They also should probably not advertise that they do 24 hour emergency service because that is false.

Rita was able to schedule same day for me. She was very nice. Mark was Extremely professional and very pleasant too. I was very happy with the outcome. You have a wonderful technician that came out. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends.

I had two services provided by Brandon's Plumbing. The first was a leaky faucet to which Jacob and an assistant came out to repair. The appointment was carried out very quickly and Jacob was able to assess the problem immediately, but ran into an issue that needed referral from staff. He was able to proceed after that quite efficiently, even informing me of a potentially hazardous length of pipe that needed to be replaced. After the job was completed the faucet was still leaking, so I asked why, wish I would've been informed it was still leaking and it turned out the whole faucet had to be replaced instead of just the shut off valves which were very old. I went ahead with the faucet replacement and everything works great! The only thing lacking in this job was more communication from his assistant to me as to what was going on during the job and to what I kept signing for.

The second service was a complete main water line replacement from house to curb due to an old line / leak in the front yard. John came out with his assistant and did a stellar job of quickly removing some hedges in the way of the repair site, disposing them to the curb for waste pick-up, and digging the trench. The next day (due to weather) they replaced the line, backfilled it and installed a shut off valve right at house side, very convenient instead of having to find the main line key and going to curbside.. City Inspector gave it the thumbs up immediately. Fantastic job all around from Brandon's. Nice folks and billing was very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend Brandon's, and they will be my go-to service from here out. Thanks guys! Only dropping it a star because I had to call a couple times to find out if appointments were still on myself rather than being contacted by the service reps. Also showed up without any call the second day on the second job, which I know they have to go go go when the chance is there, but still would've liked a call.

I place a call to Brandon's Plumbing on a Thursday requesting their services. The receptionist was very accommodating and scheduled us a service call for the first thing for the next morning. I received a phone call that morning from Jason making sure I was at my business and he advised that he was headed our way in a few minutes. Jason and his assistant went right to work locating our problem and advised me the solution to repair it. I gave them the go-ahead and with a matter of a couple hours the had completed their work. They kept me informed throughout the process until they were completed. After they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional. I highly recommend Brandon's Plumbing.

When I realized I didn’t have any hot water, I looked in the water heater closet I was greeted with a drip pan full of rusty water and lots of white corrosion. I started looking for a plumber. I’ve used many plumbers but haven’t really liked any of them. Now I have a plumber!
I called Friday morning at 10:30am. Rita answered the phone with a friendly, welcoming voice. She said someone could come at about 1pm- the same day!
After we made the appointment, she sent a confirmation text. Jason called at 12:45 and said he was on the way. Then a confirmation text with Jason’s picture was sent. He and Dustin arrived shortly, looked at the sad hot water heater and gave a very fair estimate. I accepted the estimate and they immediately called someone to deliver the proper tank and began to work. They left at about 2:30 with hot water working. They tested everything, cleaned up and were gone. Jason and Dustin were polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely call Brandon’s Plumbing again.

Great work! Had an emergency water outage after a large windstorm. Brandon's Plumbing was easy to get ahold of and prompt. They showed up same day. Ron did a great job, was straight forward with our options and the pricing. Would definitely recommend!

I needed an outside spigot cover because of the record low temps that were moving in. Every store was out of them! I live near Brandon’s Plumbing and thought maybe they could help me find one. I gave them a call and the sweet owner (she is a lady) had an extra one and both her and her husband drove it over and he even installed it on my spigot outside FREE OF CHARGE!! It is the little things that impress me about local businesses! So thank you Brandon’s plumbing for being so kind to us!

Brandon's Plumbing gave a reasonable bid for a tank less hot water heater. They started the installation the next day despite the weather being below freezing temps. Daniel & Johnny were very polite, professional, and great to work with! The installation took a total of two days due to having to remove two separate hot water tanks and install one large tank less unit. I would highly recommend Brandon's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Denver, our technician was amazing! Thank you Brandon's Plumbing for helping my family on a Sunday! Our hot water tank was leaking. Denver called found out exactly what we needed and was prepared! Every other plumbing company was on weekend rest!

After getting original estimate and allowing first crew to leave for emergency, we had cancelled appointments. 3 days later, when different plumber showed up to do the work, wanted to increase estimate 50%. Asked to speak to Brandon, but he was in meetings. He left to get more parts, I called and cancelled asking to still talk to Brandon. Have never heard back.
Response--- That's why I called back to ask for the estimate for just the work we needed done. I was put on hold while she checked. Then when he arrived,and discussed with the office, the price went up. If I had been given the non-discounted price on the phone when I set the appointment, I could have made that decision then. This could have been cleared up if you had called me. Thanks

I had the same pleasant experience as others who had written in. When my water heater went out they set me up with an appointment just a few hours after my call, and they arrived within the window of time they said they would be here. Jason was very courteous and professional, and I trusted his diagnosis and repair. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of honest reliable plumbing work.

I live in an older home and our old plumbing has been causing us some problems. We have had the opportunity to meet lots of plumbers over recent months. Today we finally found a plumber to call our own. Daniel was on time, professional, knowledgeable, helpful...I could go on and on. He fixed a problem where others failed, for less money I might add. We are so grateful!! I can remove the others from my contacts now.

10/10/2018: I had to have Brandon's come out again for a different issue, (laundry drain was clogged). I used the website to schedule a visit on Saturday Oct. 6, it was easy and worked great. Early Monday morning, I called to the office to verify. Talked again to Rita. She was awesome and verified all my info and had them scheduled to come out on Monday, Oct. 8th. Dakotah and Brendon got to the house a bit later than scheduled but they called and made sure we knew their new ETA. They came in, got the job done quickly, cleanly and professionally! Another good review from this second time user of Brandon's. Good job!

Rita was kind and professional on the phone and she set me up with an appointment. Jacob and Brendan came to the house, were very professional, kind and courteous. They had to run and get parts and when they came back, they had everything fixed in no time. Cleaned up and made sure everything was working fine! Happy!

Steve at Brandon’s Plumbing recently helped us with a plumbing issue. He had to get under the house to do the work and he took before and after pictures to show his work, and checked in during the project to keep us updated on any issues, as needed. Steve was very professional and polite, and he kept his face mask on during any interaction we had. He worked efficiently and with a good attitude.

We had a blockage in our building's sewer line in the middle of the day. There are 25-30 people working in the building and it was important to respond expeditiously. Marc was here within 2 hours and promptly solved our problem. In addition, Brandon's Plumbing did not rip our lips off. Very satisfied with their service.

This was the first time I have used Brandon's Plumbing. They were able to come out within 24 hours of my call. Ron and DaRon were great. They were very kind and did a great job! They showed up and got everything that needed to be done within an hour. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone else.

I had a faucet that would not turn off. They came today and said I needed a whole new faucet. He said the soring under the stem was stuck and he could not get it out. I called another plumber and was advised the spring has nothing to do with the water turning off. They left the tub full of water, the apprentice had mud all over his boots and that was all over the bathroom, they took my allen wrench and was here 20 minutes and charged me 185.00. They said 85.00 but my card shows 185.00 I will be disputing the charge

On time, quick diagnosis of the problem, and equally quick fix at the quoted price. Will definitely call again with any future plumbing needs. Steve was great. Second major service experience I have had with Brandon's. Both times have been great.

Mark and Caden were super nice, very professional, explained the problem with my old water heater and had a new water heater installed in a couple of hours. They followed CDC guidelines and wore face coverings when they were in the house and we were close by. Did a great job and would most definitely recommend Brandon’s again.

Had a technician come out as a part of a repair before selling my house. Technician stated that the repair was simply slipping the fixture on the pipe back into place. Even after looking at the inspection report from the house inspection. Ended up only charging me for a service visit that’s how simple the fix was. Turns out that the repair was never done, and never truly inspected, cost me 2500 more than the service visit, which wasn’t credited even though it was their fault. I’ve used this company for over a decade, sad to see what it’s come to but 100% will never use Brandon’s again. I was contractually obligated to do a costly repair to a house I no longer live in, because of a lazy technician.

We had a water line break under our driveway and Dustin & Brenden did our initial call out on a Thursday then were the same guys to come out and fix the problem on a Sunday; it was nice to work with the same people through the whole process and especially these two. They were incredibly kind, polite, professional, and informative through the whole repair process. They went the extra mile and made a super stressful situation a lot easier. Brandon’s very quickly and professionally took care of our ‘dead’ hot water heater. Steve Cotter was the Service Pro who came to our house. He was the epitome of a professional: knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and industrious. Our blown heater was out and a new one installed with absolutely no fuss and in no time at all. We had to extend a natural gas line to connect a clothes dryer. Brandon's had the most inexpensive estimate. Daniel from Brandon's Plumbing did an outstanding job. They came out the very next morning, once I turned them on to do the job. He went the extra mile, just to make sure we were happy with it and completely set. We were charged the amount of our estimate, and not a penny more! No surprises. Courteous, helpful, and afterwards, showed me the work they did. All was well done. They were OK with me doing some preparations (not actual plumbing of course) and getting needed parts on hand, in advance of their visit. Will use them again!

So I scheduled this company to come out and fix a leaking faucet today. They did so and on time. Another issue was discovered while they were onsite and they fixed that too.

Then I received an immediate email giving me name and picture of Mark, the man coming to work on plumbing. I called back to ask Shailene who answered if they took the Discover card which they do. This whole thing was handled quickly and professionally. All 3 people were friendly and Mark arrived shortly after I made the call. An added plus was receiving info on Mark before he arrived. I really appreciate when companies do this!

Jason and Steven were absolutely fantastic. There was a bit of chaos at our house with a carpet installation going on at the same time in teh adjoining rooms, but they worked with that situation with no problems or complaints. They were extremely thorough, polite, and even cleaned up the space after their job. I could not be happier with the service they provided and highly recommed Brandon's Plumbing to anyone who is considering a bathroom remodel.

This is the 3rd time we have had Brandon's come out to our house and this is the 3rd time that I have been beyond satisfied with their work. Denver called before coming, showed up on time, and was extremely professional and kind. He fixed a pipe that I broke, installed a sink and vanity. The work that he and Bailey completed looks better than I hoped. My family will never use another plumbing company as long as we live in OK.

Service was great! I had a leak, so I called BP the same day and Customer service had me scheduled for during emergency hours 5-7pm, but as soon as there was an opening during regular hours, I got put in and it saved me the emergency fee and time. I’m really thankful to customer service, although I forgot her name! Dustin and Brenden did a great job finding a solution and they were really polite and patient with me!

Brandon’s plumbing was extremely helpful and extremely kind and understanding. They came out in the middle of the night without question and got us running then came out the next day to get some more done instead of us having to wait thankfully because we are in the middle of a funeral and needed things done ASAP. Josh and Johnny at Brandon's Plumbing evaluated plumbing in my office building, recommended repairs, provided a quote to complete repairs, and completed all repairs to a very high quality with attention to detail. Care was given to surrounding finishes and areas so nothing was damaged. Josh and Johnny were very knowledgeable and professional. I was charged what I was quoted. A gas leak was discover the Friday afternoon before the weekend of Christmas. I called a few other companies and no one was available. When I called Brandon's, Rita explained their billing process and was very friendly. She explained that because they were already booked for the day, I would likely have to be an evening call (that comes with an extra fee) but that they would do everything they could to get someone there as quickly as possible. Twenty minutes later, I get a call back. A job was finished early and they would have someone there within the hour, thus saving me the extra fee. Jason and Johnny arrived 20 minutes later and were very polite. The problem was quickly diagnosed and they were patient in answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns, including quoting me a price up front. When they finished quicker than expected, I ended up with a lower bill than the quote! I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

A great service company. Everything was very professional and above board. I called Brandon's Plumbing on a Monday morning. Rita immediately gave her name and asked what we needed. She asked all the right questions and carefully took all the information. She speaks pretty fast so stay on your toes! But everything was taken care of perfectly.
Daniel and Mark showed up early in the three hour window that was confirmed by text and email. In about one hour my kitchen faucet was replaced with a unit my wife and I had purchased earlier. Everything was spotless clean when they left. I requested my receipt by email and received it before they walked out the front door.

I’ve never experienced customer service And the delivery of their on time scheduling and having the technicians call you before hand and work with your schedule. First off from the lady that answered my call when I was in distraught with my issue, secondly how she walked me through the process, third and the most important part the technicians sent out, they were schedule between 10-12 so I normally expected for them to call around 11:30 or close to noon, like everyone else experienced that with any technicians coming out, i received my call from Brandon’s plumbing technician ( Steven and Bo) around 9:00 am and told me I know we scheduled between 10-12 but we can head your way if it’s okay, I had a work meeting and they told me they can make it closer to ten and it worked, they got to my house worked on everything needed and resolved my issue, I had a big work order and the efficiency they displayed was remarkable and memorable. I’m never going anywhere else!

We had some serious water issues and called Brandon's based on their television ads and reputation. Their tech Dusty came out and diagnosed the problem then also spent two days working on the issue. We were both very impressed with him and he really helped us throughout the entire process. We will be using Brandon's for our plumbing issues from now on.

I needed a gas leak repaired, made an appointment for Tues. morning at 8AM. Called them at 8:10AM and was informed that the man assigned to my job did not show up for work that morning. They said they would try to get to it that day. I called S&S Plumbing and they moved things around to help me that morning. They have my business from now on.

John was very punctual with the time of arrival promised. He worked very quickly to resolve our issue and presented us with the most cost-effective way to address our plumbing issue. He even provided us with information to avoid this issue from occurring again. I would highly recommend John and Brandon's Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

Plumbing tech was great but scheduling and follow up was not so great! Had a morning (by 10:30am) appointment, no call, no show. Called to see what was going on and was told there was a “scheduling conflict”. Finally got it straightened out, got a new appointment for 3p-6p and they finally got to the house about 6:40. So our whole Saturday was shot sitting around waiting. Asked for a discount....no sort of compensation was offered :(

John and Jeremy were really really great - very kind and considerate and explained everything fully. The pricing was explained upfront and extremely fair. They went above and beyond to help us in managing our concerns and provided advice on handling the water in the base of our walls. I would without hesitation recommend them and they will be handling any future plumbing needs I may have.

Robert & Richard did an excellent job. We own a triplex, and called Brandon's for work on two of the units, plus work at our personal residence. They did all repairs quickly, and were nothing short of friendly, polite & straightforward the entire time. As a rental property owner, we will definitely be calling this company again. Plus, they offer a military discount, and I'd always prefer to give our business to a company that appreciates the armed forces.

Brandon's Plumbing is excellent! This was the third time I've used them. Jacob was extremely professional, explained everything he was doing and took care of an issue with my toilet that was over and above what was originally on the work order that I called about. THE ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY IS THEY FIXED MY LEAK:

A plumbing job that others would quote at half the price because it took about an hour and practically no parts (replacing the seats in a faucet of a bathtub) turned into a $250 bill. They promised flat rate billing which should encourage the plumber to spend less time turned into double the price compared to others. I was gone but my wife was there. I believe she was taken advantage of because she has no idea whether it was fair. When I called to get a receipt that would break down the charges I was told they don't do that. I'm not sure but I believe they are the most non-transparent service business I've ever done business with. And...supposedly they asked my wife to OK the quote before they did the actual work. THEY DID NOT!! It's a little late after the fact don't you think?

This is at best bad business practices for customers and at worst just plain shady. My wife always requests a receipt for anything. They told her Monday they would email it to me. Friday I still have not received it.

It's kind of like the old mechanics schedule of charges where ASE says it takes 2 hours to perform a job and that's what you get charged even if it only takes 30 minutes.

Brandon's is a highly Professional Operation. Josh K. was great. The job came under estimate and was finished in one day when 2 was anticipated. I certainly will call them should the need arise and recommend them as well. Looking for and honest and reliable contractor can be scary. Rest assured these folks will take care of you !!

Great experience. Had an issue where our system was backed up and overflowing into the tubs.... not a pretty sight. Anyways, we couldn’t use water because anything that drained would come back up. Everyone else we called couldn’t get us in until the new week. Brandon’s was able to get us in. Had to pay a premium for it being a weekend, but the additional money was worth it not to have to sleep in a hotel (again, this was the 2nd day). Jason also fixed it very fast and he knew what he was doing! Would recommend for sure.

Daniel and Mark were very friendly and courteous. They are fairly priced. After dealing with a few other plumbing companies I will never use another and strongly recommend this company. I like that you receive a text to know who is going to be showing up at the door as it is my wife and kids that are usually home during the day. They were knowledgable and went straight to work and even cleaned up the mess. Amazing experience and will definitely use in the future!

We had a water leak (broken pipe) and called Brandon's Plumbing. Dustin came out to repair our pipe. He was very professional and courteous. They made the repairs very quickly and restored water to my house again. Thank you Dustin and Brandon's Plumbing!! We will definitely call again with any future plumbing needs. (Hopefully, not anytime soon though!):)

Josh from Brandon's plumbing came out. The work that was completed was new hot and cold water valves for the washing machine which are shown in the photo ($235.00), he and an assistant, name Josh also, ran a snake down the washer drain which had been backing up and caused some pooling of water in the garage ($111.00), changed a rubber washer in the front outside faucet(no charge), and complete replaced the back yard faucet with one that I supplied.($245.00) There was a $40 difference in price for the backyard faucet if I supplied vs they supplied. Josh and Josh showed up around 10:00. Josh #1 left once to get a torch and once to get a coupler for the outside faucet. They completed the job around 12:30. All in all, Josh and his assistant Josh did an outstanding job. They were polite and professional. Hindsight being 20/20, I could have rented a snake at Home Depot for $40 and I could have installed the back yard faucet had I anyone to help me, it was a two person job removing and replacing faucet (one inside and one outside, that's all). Personally, I thought the snake drain clean charge was high as well as the outside faucet replacement was really high since I supplied the part. Their receipt they give does not separate parts cost and labor cost, it is just is a job cost. So two hours work cost $585.00 dollars. Again, they did an awesome job, but consider their prices and may shop around if you want to save money. By the way, I have to fix the square hole they cut in the wall myself, that portion of work is not part of their job. That is my responsibility. Just FYI for anyone needing this type of work.

We needed a new hot water tank as ours had a serious leak. The first company gave a quote that would pay for their add on a Thunder Game. The second company had a receptionist with a voice that said “I hate my job”. They never showed up because she didn’t tell them I would only be home in the a. m.
The third company, Brandon’s Plumbing, had a receptionist that was bubbly and enthusiastic. She gave me the narrow time frame they would be at my house and sure enough, I got a text with Jay’s ( my tech) picture and a short Bio. He arrived with his assistant on time! He evaluated the situation, gave me options with an honest price for the work, and had the job completed in just a few hours. Both men were clean cut, polite, and took great care not to damage my house. My husband was so pleased with their work when he inspected it. We both agree, we are so glad we chose Brandon’s Plumbing.

Robert & Dusty did a great job at quickly diagnosing the issue. They let me know how much the repairs would be before continuing on to fix the problem. They began quickly working once the quote was approved by me and were done in no time. Glad I could get the problem fix the same day. Thank you!

Great plumbers, even better customer service!

Initially disappointed that the plumber did not show up at the scheduled date/time. After calling customer service, we realized they had made an administrative error and input the wrong date on their schedule. Since it was after hours at this point, the regional manager returned my call and provided a solution immediately... plumber showed up within an hour, fixed our issue at a fair rate, and waived the after hours fee.

Bottom line: they made a mistake, owned it, and provided the solution.

Thanks for putting the customers first. Without a doubt, my go-to plumbers moving forward!

Extremely good service. Very prompt and professional. Came to fix a valve on a toilet and install a new faucet on a kitchen sink. The old faucet was very difficult to remove, but Jason and Dustin remained and were determined and got it done. Very pleased. Definitely recommend Brandon's Plumbing.

Dustin and Daron were very efficient with their repair of my front water faucet and were very helpful with advice. They identified the problem, fixed it quickly and were mindful about leaving my house in good shape after they were done. Outstanding work; I recommend them highly.

When I called they told me they could put me on the schedule for that day 4-6 to snake my sewer line. They were there just after 4 and had the problem taken care of in about 20min. Mark and the young man with him(I missed getting his name) did a wonderful job and were very professional. Had an appointment from 2 - 4. The technician called saying they could be here earlier if we were available, which we were. Dustin and Corey showed up right on time. They said they thought they can fix my issue for $350, but it may be up to $2200 if they had to jack up the slab. They were able to fix the drain of our tub and did not need to do the more extensive work. We are very pleased with the work and they were very cordial. We would most definitely recommend Brandon's Plumbing for any project you may have!

Ron was early (gasp!), getting to the house before his show window even started. Once he was there, he got right on it, diagnosed the problem immediately and then fixed it within about 10 minutes. He showed me a few tricks to try if the problem should come up again, which was greatly appreciated. I'll be using Brandon's Plumbing next time, too! It is very nice to deal with a company that knows what they're doing.

Ron and Jeremy installed a utility sink for me that required tapping lines and installing stub outs, then hooked up to sewer. They did very thorough work and stayed until it was done. This is the second time I have used Brandon's plumbing. The first time was to replace a collapsed pipe. I highly recommend. They do quality work and are reasonably priced.

I had a backed up toilet that I wasn't able to clear on my own, so I called Brandon's. The plumber they sent was reasonably prompt. He went to great pains to make sure I understood the charges for each thing he was doing before he did it. He cleared the clog by running a motorized snake down the vent pipe from the roof ($131). My only complaint was that (on a rainy day) he kept going in and out of the house without wearing those little booties that most repairmen use. He tracked mud from one end to the other. Not a huge thing. Overall, he did a good job. I would probably call Brandon's again.

I appreciated the good communication with the company's office. Mark called when he was on his way and was very courteous. He was knowledgeable when checking my residence to find the source of water problem. He answered all my questions, and I believe his years of experience were evident in what I learned while he was here.

We had a slab leak which two other plumbers could not find. Tuffy with Brandon's Plumbing came out and was determined to find and repair the leak. He was able to locate and fix the leak. The slab had to be demoed for the repair, but he fixed the hole as if it had never happened. It was top notch service!

I'm satisfied with Brandon's Plumbing. They schedule jobs promptly and notify you by text and email when the plumber is on his way. Daniel and Mark did good work ... including spending extra time at odd angles to save me from having to cut holes in the kitchen ceiling and wall. They were also patient with all my questions.

We had just got back from the hospital from having our son and came home to sewage coming out of our bathtub and the toilet leaking. We only have one bathroom so it was an emergency to get this fixed. We were able to call and get seen immediately even with it being Labor Day. Our service pro was Denver and he was very professional and informative about what our problem was and was able to take care of it for us. Will definitely use again!

Great experience with Jason and Dustin (Dusty). They were very courteous. They found the cleanout quickly although it was hidden in the flowerbed. They left a marker left next to it for the future identification.

On May 19, my car was parked at R & J's Supper Club parking lot. Brandon's Plumbing began excavating concrete with a wet saw in the lot adjoining R & J's lot after I went inside. When I came out they had covered my pristine black car with wet concrete debris. I reported to their employees and was given a business card. I called them and gave them my information and they promised to call me on Monday. After no call, I called them again which the rep promised to have the owner call me back. Well, still no call. They may be ok plumbers but take no responsibility for the collateral damage they cause. Got my car detailed and unless I sue Brandon's Plumbing, I guess their mess is on me. Way to go Brandon's Plumbing.

Daniel and Mark with Brandon's Plumbing are always very professional, considerate, patient and get the job done well. They have done many plumbing jobs for us at our home and at our rental properties that have run the gamut of complexity and physical labor including hand digging and working for hours in blazing heat to get our Generac hooked up to the natural gas line. That was a brutal job and they did it without complaint and made sure it was done correctly. They don't leave until they have double-checked their work to make sure everything is working properly. Highly recommend Daniel and Mark and this company in general.

We used Brandon's plumbing in December. We had water standing in a closet. They came out on time and were kind but said there wasn't a leak. They suggested we contact HVAC. We did...they told us it was plumbing. After being charged for a test from Brandon's Plumbing, the next company we used found the issue within seconds. Not very happy with Brandon's Plumbing.

Jason & Will came out to put in a new hot water tank & did a great job. Friendly & professional, quick & tidy. I've been looking for a plumbing company I can rely on & this was my second time using Brandon's Plumbing & I will absolutely do so again.

Update: My third time using this company was a disaster. I decided to get some work done during covid lockdown. Recently had my house inspected & was very upset with what I learned. Had plumbing estimate to run new pipe under the house & a new kitchen sink installed. They started the work, then told me it was only for half the work. They flooded my floor after spending an entire day at my house trying to get my washing machine line to drain properly. It did not. That was the main point of getting new pipe run. Eventually it did, but they cut my main vent that runs to my roof off & installed 3 plastic vents, one UNDER my house, which I later found out is NOT code compliant. So now my plumbing is not up to code. Should my line clog, that vent will spray under my house without my knowledge which could lead to all sorts of issues. I have to get it all redone. I'm concerned the other work I had them do was also not code compliant. Be aware. Will not use them again.

Denver did an excellent job on the complicated drain pipe leak in my old 1920's home. It had been leaking for who knows how long below my bathroom into my crawlspace, he stayed very late knowing I only had one bathroom in my home to get me up and running. He went above and beyond making sure the original tile was damaged the least amount possible, and did a great job cleaning up despite the amount of dirt he had to remove to actually get to the main sewer pipe. Will definitely be using this company again because of him, thank you!

Great service from Brandon's Plumbing. With water all over the garage floor I called about 10 AM. Even the receptionist was terrific helping me figure out the likely cause and explaining theyI don't charge by the hour but by the job. The guys came out right on time in about two hours. They got the work done in a little over an hour, charged what they said and offered to clean up. Now I know who to call for emergencies and regular problem.

We had a leak on the water meter which happened to be on our side and not the city side. We were losing 10-15 gallons extra of water a day. We needed someone to come and fix it asap. Called Brandon's Plumbing on a Friday @ 4:00. They had Ron out here by 4:30 to fix it. Only took an hour and the price was well worth it considering it was closing time on a Friday!!! This is the second time I've used Brandon's Plumbing, and each time they were fantastic! Daniel and Josh got the work done really quickly, and they left the kitchen as clean as when they got there. Second time I've used Brandon's services in the last few years. I called Brandon's Plumbing and received same day service. Ron is professional, informative, personable and upfront with issues and pricing. Ron will not leave the job until he is positive it is done right. I will use Brandon's for all future issues.

Not thrilled. We had a leak, the guy (name withheld for obvious reasons) came to find the leak. He thought he had it at least 3 times, cut 3 holes in the walls and sleeved two unnecessary pipes. Then, upon finding the issue, could only turn off the valve. We spent way too much for him to not even fix our problem. When we talked to them the next day, the receptionist was unhelpful. They didn’t even have the balls to call us to tell us they will not change our final amount due, they sent it in an email.
If you need emergency help, call them. They will come, but if you aren’t in Norman, they will charge you to drive there. You will why a solution, but maybe not the one you wanted or at a price you agree with.
I say, go somewhere else.

Quality, Experienced and Friendly!!
Billy quickly responded to my water heater problem. The expansion tank had fallen from a poorly constructed brace (from the original installation-not by Brandon's Plumbing) and the weight of the tank bent the PEX. He assesed the situation and drained the tank, shortened the replacement PEX where it wouldn't be able to bend and restarted the system.

The experience he showed, the quality of his work, and the attention to detail to not just replace an expansion tank and call the job done. He also saw there was no support for the pipe or the expansion tank and ensured all was fully supported before the job was done. Which is a whole lot more than the original install. This is why I've called on Brandon's Plumbing for the last four repairs and I will continue in the future. It shows in the quality of personnel employed, the experience and people that show they like where they work.

Our water heater went out yesterday. I called and the told me they were busy the rest of the day (Friday early afternoon so not surprising) but they could come Saturday morning at no extra charge. Mark & Jason called ahead and told me they would be here an hour earlier than expected which was great. They determined it was a bad element in about 5 minutes, went back to their shop and repaired the problem in under an hour. Both Mark & Jason were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely will be using this company again for any plumbing issues.

Tim came out over the Memorial Day weekend and worked hard to fix the awful issue of backed up pipe lines! He was very nice and thorough and we will definitely use this company again if we have other plumbing needs!

Ron was very professional and his helper fixed my sewer line and explained to me exactly what was wrong. The price was very reasonable. I have a slow draining kitchen sink. Josh and Josh arrived within the promised time and got right to work. I knew going in that I probably had a bigger issue than they would be able to fix in one visit but they were able to get my sink moving again so at least I can use it until someone can come back to do the major fix. Josh explained the estimate he gave me and patiently answered my questions. While he was here he also looked at another issue I was having and gave me an estimate for that as well. I definitely plan on using this company again!

Denver of Brandon's Plumbing is awesome. He is fast and efficient, provided excellent advice on the advantages of new bathroom fixtures, and he solved a problem that several other plumbers could not solve. I uncovered a leak near my water meter on a Saturday and asked my wife to make a few calls , Brandon’s was the only company that answered and said Jason would make it out today. The guys from Brandon’s plumbing did an excellent job at cleaning out my stopped up drain. I had a terrible weekend when sewer main backed up into my house on the other side of the House. This was just an added pain to the damage I already incurred. They were fast courteous and got us back in business so we could start putting our house back together. Thanks again guys.

Dustin and Brenden did an excellent job at my MIL's house. Showed up on time and completed an install of a shower and tub plumbing valves, etc. They were very professional and patient with my mother in law and explained their work so that she would understand what they did to fix her plumbing issues. Jason was the technician for my project. He was Professional, Accurate & Timely in all aspects of the project. I would like to give kudos to Jason and Dusty. They were nothing but professional and kind. They explained that the pipe for our stove was not on correctly and that why we had a gas leak. They both immediately went into action to correct the problem. Before I called Brandon’s I called two other local companies. The first being Mullins who said a gas test needed to be performed, that cost $200.00 plus their hourly rate of $194.00. I was taken aback because ONG; already turned off the gas and performed the same test. Secondly, I called Tipton they never even showed up. I appreciate the quality of work that was performed by Jason and Dusty. I will definitely call Brandon’s for any plumbing issue in the future!

Hired Brandon's to replace a section of line that had a belly in it and install anti-backup valve. Once the section with the belly was dug up, it was determined they couldn't get the correct fall and needed to replace the full line from the house to the main. Additional cost, I understand that, didn't complain. The problem is with the time to complete the job. Started on May 31st, after multiple trips, it was finished June 21th. I understand the weather didn't cooperate the whole time, and the company marking the utilities did a poor job to say the least. But I had an open pit in my yard extending into my neighbors yard for two full weeks, there were opportunities to finish this job sooner. The multiple trips through the yard with the trackhoe pretty much destroyed the yard. I read the reviews, saw that most people have gotten excellent service. I was originally going to give one star, but I am going to believe that the actual plumbing is sound, and all the technicians have been courteous and friendly. I still will not recommend them. Maybe I'm just the outlier and you will have better luck. Or maybe you won't.

Mark arrived soon after I got the text that he was on his way. He worked quickly and professionally to evaluate the job and get the materials and tools to complete it to his and my satisfaction. I appreciate his effort to go the extra mile and provide me with an extender for my shower to make it more usable. Brandon's Plumbing, came out a few weeks ago when I wanted to put a attachment on my bathtub.. Daniel and the gentleman helping him did a Awesome job!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Rob was incredibly rude to my wife. My wife even overheard him talking disparagingly about my wife and I. I'm not even sure the issue was fully addressed or if I got the work I paid for. He initially told my wife the washer used by the last guy (from Brandon's) just a year ago was the wrong size. When she pointed out it was Brandon's who serviced the faucet a year ago, his story quickly changed that it wasn't the wrong size but now it was something else causing the issue. Shady. Untrustworthy. I will not be doing business with Brandon's again. I caution anyone who chooses to.

Daniel and Mark came out to our home in Norman to diagnose issues we had been having without disposal and our water pressure. They both did an amazing job in completed the job in just over an hour. The weak water pressure we have had since we moved in is now fixed and the disposal works again. Wonderful service, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work for their home or office.

Dusty was great. He called ahead and asked if he could come early which was a delightful surprise since plumbers so often run late. When he got here he was friendly and got his work done quickly without leaving a mess. He also explained what the problem was and how it came out.

So calling a plumber has always been a source of anxiety for me. With 2 kids and so much going on in our lives we just can't afford a lot and I've heard so many horror stories. They were so amazing!!! I met 4 different guys on this job and each one of them were so kind and helped ease my fears. I received a text with Robert and John's pictures before they arrived. They were professional and really did everything they could to make sure it went well. We will always call Brandon's Plumbing now. They are some great guys!

We just moved into our new home and were bummed to find out that we needed two things worked on ASAP. We were able to schedule an appointment within 5 minutes for the next morning. The entire service took only 20 minutes and they were kind and courteous the entire time. I'd highly recommend.

DONOT USE Brandon's Plumbing! They sent Daniel out to give estimate on a sewage leak under the house coming from the kitchen sink. He had to get into our crawl space under the house AND HE FAILED TO PUT THE CRAWL SPACE DOOR BACK ON! This resulted in skunks moving into the crawl space. I called to complain. I was not even able to speak directly to Daniel or the owner, Brandon--but was told they did not believe me!! I had a $700 fee to pay a wildlife expert to trap and remove the skunks! They were not willing to admit fault OR pay for any or all of the wildlife removal. To make matters worse, when they came back to actually do the work to fix the sewage leak under the house, the job turned out to take HALF as long as expected and much easier to repair than expected. The original estimate of $858 was for approximately 4 hours of work and replacing the pipes and pluming under the house coming from the sink. Instead , they were able to clamp it--HOWEVER, I am still being charged for the estimated 4 hours of work & new pipes!!! Once again, I called but they wouldn't put me through to Brandon. They relayed his message of the original bill stands WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Use MDS plumbing instead-they are great!

Recently I had a very serious problem with my plumbing and had to find someone to fix it. My Brother-in-law recomended Brandon's Plumbing based on his next door neighbors experience. John came out and tried to clear the line with a snake and then discovered a more serious problem. It turned out that one of the piers from our recent leveling job on the house had pierced through the sewer pipe causing everything to stop up in the house. They returned the following day in the rain, dug down to the source of the problem and repaired the damage in just a couple of hours. It was a very nasty job and the rain did not help, but they did an excellent job. If you need a plumbing proble fixed , these are the guys to go to. Robert and Richard I believe did a great job fixing our plumbing issue we had! They came out very quickly and had the issue resolved in a timely manor and at a fair price! We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

from the appointment setting to the service. it was great. Very courteous, answered all my questions. They came when they said they would, told me step by step what the were doing and why the problem happened. Cleaned up , took the old dirty parts with them. They made sure everything was working before leaving, checking several times. The cost was reasonable, about what I expected. I would use them again. Nice to find a plumber you can depend on. Rating them based on my experience would be five stars.

Jason arrived right when he stated. Diagnosed the problem within minutes. Gave me the diagnosis and the approximate repair cost. Asked if I wanted the repair to be done and started immediately. He was done in less than 2 hours. Left the area as clean as possible considering the mud and water from the leak. Very professional and I would recommend Jason the plumber.

Told me from the beginning the steps he was going to take and how much each was going to run me before doing the work and even ended up coming back after the less invasive attempts were unsuccessful. When the problem was fixed he explained exactly what caused the problem and explained how he fixed it and even how to prevent future back ups and did it all at a GREAT price! I am beyond being very unhappy with the service of Brandon's plumbing, they charged 3100.00 to install a hot water tank in my boyfriends mom's home, I am very familiar with the plumbing industry and this price is absurd that was charged to her, they charged double what it should have been, first excuse they used was they had to up the price because of Corona virus was affecting their business, they also charged her for an 80 gallon tank, which they installed a 40 gallon tank, which they at least finally gave that back to her, which took severalweeks and several phone calls later, need to be aware of their extremely high prices and go with a different plumbing company, as well as making sure they get an inspection and permit taken out to do this work, for the safety of it being up to code before work has been done, I would not ever recommend Brandon's plumbing to any friend of mine or my worst enemy

I had a water leak in the floor slab between bathrooms. The first tech that came out quoted an approximate price but when the other techs came out To do the job and checked it out they found an easier way that cost half the original estimate.
I’m very satisfied with the job they did for me.

Robert and Dusty came first thing in the morning and worked all day installing new toilets, faucets and water filter system. They were so nice as well as professional. They knew what they were doing. And they cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend Brandon's Plumbing!!!

Excellence service! They were able to schedule us right away when we had a plumbing emergency over Thanksgiving weekend. They called ahead to confirm their arrival and were able to address our issue in a timely and professional manner. We were very pleased with the overall experience!

My mother and I watch over an older gentleman we have known for several years. He had a leaky toilet valve. We called for an after hours service call. The plumber showed up and diagnosed the problem. However, the plumber was not able to locate the main shut off valve leading to his home. It was getting dark so the plumber decided to leave and come back another day. Prior to the departure, the plumber saw a box on the side of the home and thought it was the turn off to the water supply. The box very clearly says telephone on the side. Our older friend was charged $150 service fee and was simply told just to put a cup under the leak. The plumber cannot come back until Saturday at 3:00 PM. This happened on Wednesday evening. Our friend waited around all day for the plumber and they never showed up. When we called back to ask why they never came, we were told that the plumber sat in his driveway for 15 minutes and never once knocked on the front door. We asked if they would go back out and we were told that our elderly friend will have to pay a $200 fee for the parts store to open so they could get the proper part to fix his toilet valve. The first plumber that went out had the part on is vehicle. At this point, Brandon‘s plumbing is aware of what our elderly friend needs to fix his league. Yet they sent the second plumber to his home without the proper part. That is when we were told that our friend would need to pay the $200 fee to open the parts store. We were told by the after hours lady that we would be contacted by 10 o’clock Sunday morning. Here it is Sunday afternoon and we have not heard when they will be back out to repair the leak. At this point, we will find a different plumbing shop. This behavior is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Our elderly friend is upset that he paid $150 just to have a cup put under the leak to catch the water. I am disappointed that the business cannot be ran with more professionalism than this. I am even more disturbed that a plumber cannot distinguish the difference between a telephone box and a water shut off valve. We will be taking our plumbing business elsewhere.

Had some issues come up, called Brandon's plumbing and they booked us an appointment quickly.. John and Jeremy showed up and took care of all of our problems quickly and efficiently, All while having great attitudes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked me who to call.

They were knowledgable and solved my issue (without trying to sell me anything extra). Reasonably priced. I added them to my phone in case I need them again. Highly recommend!!

Had them out 2 times to snake a line. Then they recommended having the line scoped with a camera to find a Crack. Charged me 300 and some change all together. Quoted me a 2200 dollar price to fix a cracked pipe under my kitchen floor. I myself broke up much concrete floor in the kitchen dug down to the pipe and no Crack. Called to speak with owner and he is never in the office. He knows about the concern I have of faulty information provided by his technician and still will not call me back. Not asking for reimbursement or compensation of busting up my floor bc I did so on my own accord. But definitely believe that the camera fee should be reimbursed for lack of evidence and false claims. As a business owner my self im appalled at there customer service and lack of thoroughness. Never use them again. BBB will be my next call.

After receiving an outrageous quote from another company, Brandon's Plumbing came out today, dug 3 ft down into my yard and fixed a troublesome leak for a fraction of the price. The guys are super nice and I love that they don't charge by the hour, but charge by the job, instead. Good job, guys!

Denver got the leak repaired quickly, was very professional abs bed courteous.

We recently asked three plumbing companies for bids to run a gas line for a new cooktop in our kitchen. Brandon's was the only one who looked beneath the attic insulation, where they found there was an existing gas line running right above the kitchen. That meant the job would be easier to accomplish than the other companies estimated. Consequently, Brandon's cost for the work was much lower. They did a great job. They arrived on time, finished the work quickly, and cleaned up their mess. Daniel and Mark both explained what they had done very thoroughly. We will call them next time we need any plumbing work done.

I was just charged me $1233.00 per hour for gas line repair. Two men and 2 shovels. If you are in a bind and they can gouge you, they will. Keep scrolling find another plumber that won't charge $1233.00 per hour. They gave me an estimate range depending on how hard the digging was. Easy digging (shovel, no equipment) and they charged the top of the range. Don't make my mistake, calling them will cost you.

John and Steve came out right on time to install new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and sink basket. Very personable, professional and focused on doing the job right. Will call again for my plumbing needs and will be happy to have John and Steve as the service providers. Thank you.

The first credit card I gave her wouldn't go through (I didn't realize it had reached its limit), but she patiently tried two more times. The second card went through just fine. It's so nice to speak with friendly people during your workday.

Up front pricing really goes a long way. To know the full cost at the beginning is a huge plus. Dustin and DaRon were quick, professional, and very polite. Very satisfied with the work they did today in getting my water heater replaced.

Too big for their britches!! No actual plumber came to either of my service calls which cost $350 each time & the technician quoted me $5800 to replace some pipe in my yard. shocked and dissappointed!! I had been using Brandon's for about 2 yrs, once a year. My sewer line needed repair due to tree limbs, but since we are planning to sell and would disclose that at closing, I just needed Brandon's to snaked out and tree limbs cleared (which had been done by them on a couple of occasions). My tenant called hysterical stating the redhead Technician arrived shouting profanity because we hadn't hired them to replace line yet. I then called their office to have him removed immediately. When I called my tenant back, I could hear him cursing at her on the other end of the line. I asked her to shut and lock door. meanwhile, the tech didn't fix clog, left 185.00 bill and intentionally left the gate he went out, open . . .letting loose the tenants dog which she spent 2 hrs trying to retrieve. If they didn't want to go back, they should have stated so from the get go. Now they are adamant in trying to get their 185.00 for lousy unfixed service call. Sooner or later they will go out of business, as I see their Better Business rating at an F and several customer complaints. No company can survive with that type of management.

Josh and Josh came to fix a broken pipe. They noticed another problem and reran the camera. It turns out the whole line was rotted out all the way to the clean out. They were nice and explained things. Me and my family will definitely call them from now on. I've used other plumbers before, but these guys and ladies are by far the BEST!

Brandon's Plumbing just tried to highway rob me and charge $285 to just set (1) toilet after quoting me a very different rate when I called and asked about install of a toilet before they came out...beware of them when looking for plumbing work. I used them years ago and they were a great and reasonable company then, I don't know what happened but they have definitely changed from being fair and I will never consider them again EVER!!!

Ron and Dustin were professional, helpful and kind. They took care of a plumbing problem that happened in the middle of the night on Friday early the next morning. Ron explained what he thought the problem sounded like it might be allowing us to decide to wait until morning for repair. Both he and Dustin explained what they were doing at each step and what to keep an eye out for further problems.

We had Tuffy from Brandon’s Plumbing come out and help us with our washer and bathroom drains. They completely stopped draining all at once. Tuffy had to jackhammer the cement floor in our bathroom, and dig down to get to the pipes. Then cut out a tree root the size of your arm!! But he got everything replaced with brand new PVC pipe, and the dirt back over them, then poured new cement. He also replaced the bathtub faucet and I got a brand new tub surround.
He was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. My cousin and I both enjoyed meeting Tuffy and we will specifically ask for him when we call Brandon’s Plumbing the next time!

EDIT: Had to call them out again (it's been a year or more since my last post.) Dustin & Brenden came and did what they had to do to fix my issue. Rita at the office was great as usual.

Rita answered when I called to make an appointment and was nice and helpful. Aarons and Josh showed up and cleaned the drain and laid out exactly what I need to do to completely fix the issue. 5/5 with rice, would call again.

Love Brandon's Plumbing. Daniel & Mark came out to fix my kitchen sink. They are very professional & always get the job done right, as well as going above & beyond to make sure customers are satisfied.

From being a former employee I would say they Definitely treat their staff great but their customers poor they send unlicensed employees to do everything. I think In total they have less than 4 active license operating at a time but run 8 trucks.
The CIB has been contacted and are looking into this, it’s a common trend places are doing robing people when they think they are getting a licensed plumber they are getting no better than a handy man

Jacob K. From brandons Plumbing came out to my house today to fix a plumbing problem that three other plumbers had looked at and basically chickened out on fixing it. I was prepared for the worst. Jacob fixed the problem within an hour or two, and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars by not going with the other plumbers. Jacob was professional, personable, and informative. He explained to me everything he was doing and made me feel confident that he knew his job and would give me an honest remedy to my plumbing problems. Repaired both outdoor faucets quickly and left little mess even though he could not repair the drywall. This was stated when the work was being scheduled. Very professional and polite.

Called them on Saturday 3pm to have someone come by, our bathroom faucet wouldn't stop leaking. Theres a 150 charge for it being after 5pm now. They said someone would be on the way, 5:30 rolls up and we get a call asking if we could have someone come out Sunday between 10-12. They didnt show up until 12pm. We were charged $245 for them to come out on Sunday. The faucet just needed a new o-ring. We should have tried to fix it our selves 😬 would have cost $2.

This place was recommended by trusted people who have lived in Norman all their lives. I contacted them to get a cost estimate of changing supply lines from cast iron to PEX tubing. The person who came in was quite knowledgable and explained the process very well. I look forward to working with them again.

Robert and DaRon worked on a leak in my laundry room, which solved so many problems for me. As well they rebuilt two outdoor faucets that were leaking, which a previous plumbing company had told me was not possible. Everything has been great since they came out a few weeks ago.

I've been using Brandon's for years and have recommended them to friends and family. Ron is professional and his customer service is excellent. I'd never use another company. A++++ service at a reasonable price.

Daniel and another(didn't catch his name) came out to my home in Edmond to check on a hall bath that had been ranging from clogged to slow flowing for several weeks. I had several other plumbers come out who where unable to provide any help other than break up the floor and we will find out to i don't know I ran 75. Daniel was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to successfully locate what my issue was and explain it to me in verbiage that I could understand. Daniel was great! There was opportunity for him to push repairs fixes that I really didn't need but was also able to point out things I really need to keep an eye on. After trying several plumbers over the last few months I know that if I or anyone that asks me need a plumber it will be from Brandon's.

I first had them out to snake a clogged line, that went well, Daniel and Mark were great and courteous. Fast forward a week later the same thing happened again so I called them out again and requested a snake and camera inspection to follow to see if there was a bigger issue with my line. When the two guys arrived to do that they had very different attitudes about helping me than Daniel and Mark, they acted as though they didn't want to do it and one of them said that they only had 30 mins to get to the supply house before they closed, well you were scheduled to help me so that's what I expected and asked them to do. They did not snake the clog first and then run the camera to inspect the line, they did camera the line and saw a clog and started saying it was a break in the line and gave me an estimate for around $5,000. I called other plumbers and they all said that was wrong that they should have cleared the line first and then inspected it to see the whole line. When I called brandons back they said they would take care of it and sent out the same two guys who refused to do that for me saying they didn't want to break their camera. I wasn't asking them to force it down the line just clear it and then run the camera to actually confirm a break, they never once SAW a break, they just felt like a break, im sorry but not paying $5000 dollars for a hunch, I feel they could have at least gave me the peace of mind that digging up my yard was what was absolutely necessary

Ron came out to unclog bathroom pipes that were leaking into the bath tub, he was very professional called to let us know when and how long it will take to get here. I called brandon's plumbing to come out to install a new shower valve and dress up kit in an existing shower and they did a very good job. I'm a jack of all trades myself and can repair most things but I know my limits, when you need a good and honest company to work with give brandon's plumbing a call. The price was fair and they are respectful and do a clean install as well, I will be using them in the future when problems arise that I can't quite fix.

Doesn't deserve that! The Manage Julie screamed at me on speaker phone ! I was extremely upset that the plumbing they fixed failed less than 2 months. I have a busy business that serves Oklahoma top 5 for the state of Oklahoma I know a lot about running a business! This lady blamed me for my landlord not letting them in due to a policy I was unaware of! She over talked me and took it to far as sayin g my guys wasted gas! Really I was going to be charged a service fee for plumbing that was suppose to be guaranteed to work! I asked to speak to owner was refused several times! I don't know if this is a family dinner business but beware the plumber shows up to my shop a different plumbing company I have the report! Brandon plumbing put my sink in wrong! I never got call or apology from the rude manager that answered! Never did they fix there poor plumbing! My mother was in the car with me and spoke up and said u don't talk to my daughter like that it even upset her! I so hope that this review with all the others stay away. Call Ever ready plumbing please they are awesome and so nice to customers. This experience was awful 122 dollars to fix plumbing and ever ready plumbing 111 dollars! I paid over 200 dollars in all for a leak that was unessicary! I will turn my report

Very nice and they got the job done in a timely matter. They also found a problem that the city was responsible for. We called the city and Brandon plumber talked too them as well.

The bathtubs were backing-up with sewage, the toilets didn't flush properly, and we needed two gas pipes removed. Yet AGAIN we have had to call them to unclog our toilets from something pertaining to my kids, we never know until they get it out. There’s been wipeys, cars, 2 different baby monitors, my partial which of course all was just trash. I can’t do any cleaning when that happens because everything goes through that one bathroom. Grrr these guys always fix my problem and then I can shower and clean and flush and seriously.... knowing they are there helps!

This time it was Blake Bassham who came out... very helpful and friendly and worked quickly and we were back up and running! And also... my bathroom is way easier to deal with to clean when they leave. They don’t leave messes and are very proficient. BLake is a great addition to the team!

they were the plumbers that were hired to do my whole house plumbing. after i moved into my brand new house i noticed the bottom of my kitchen sink was leaking. it was later fixed. months later i had a roomate move in and state there was no hot water in the guest bathroom...i called them they charged me 91 dollars to come out and fix it...it took them 5 mins just to pop the handel off and turn it a notch...my house was still under warranty then. then a week or two later i had another roommate move in and let me know the carpet in his bedroom was wet. sensing it was a plumbing problem i popped the access panel off and had my roommate run the shower...there was a HUGE leak coming from the pipe that was soaking his room everytime someoen showered in thag bathroom. i called and let my contractor know and he got in touch with brandons plumbing...i myself tried to get in touch with brandons plumbing and they failed to speak with me and that it was between them and the contractor. well i foud out later that they wernt going to come out and fix the mess they created and honor the warranty i have on my house. i hired a different plumbing company to fix their mess and it was noted that the bathtub faucet was installed with no guts and they had to sauder the water piping to it because they did a horrible job. i will NEVER RECCOMEND THESE GUYS!!

DIDNT TAKE LONG TO GET SOMEONE OUT...SAME DAY. THEY WORKED QUICKLY ...HAD A MINOR ISSUE BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO HANDLE IT FAIRLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. 2ND SET OF TECHS JOHN AND DAKOTA WERE AWESOME AND RITA IS ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!!
