We had a power outage the day before and it fried our AC unit. We didn't realize this until the next morning and after calling multiple companies Bailey Brother's was able to come the same day. They were very professional and Patrick did a great job of contacting us and fixing our problem. We will use this company again.

Once again , Baily Brothers to the Rescue, Our AC Went out earlier today and although it cost me big time we are happy. The Tech that came out was honest and respectful as always.

I had a broken sewer line connected to my laundry room. One company I called wanted to charge me $2930 to bust out a floor drain and P-trap so they could get their camera in to find the leak, and then a similar amount to repair it. Another wanted to just start breaking up the concrete in the laundry room and follow it until they found the break. Since I didn't have a vent pipe on that line, Cody recommended I use a locating service to pinpoint the leak. I did, and for a couple hundred dollars, they marked the location in the dining room. When Cody and Shane broke up the floor, it was right there. They also found another break a few feet upstream. They replaced the cast iron with PVC and made sure it was all going downhill. I felt like they were committed to doing the job right and making sure I wouldn't have any issues with it later.

Bailey Brothers was exceptional! They were in communication, on time, and the technician Patrick was outstanding. Would absolutely recommend them for your service and repair needs.

Our heating system had stopped working a few days ago. I called Bailey Bros. because they had installed the unit about 8 years ago. Patrick came out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem and fully explained to me what was going on. He was able to do some things to get the unit running again. Some parts were going to need to be replaced so we went ahead and ordered the necessary parts since the unit is still under warranty. Parts arrived yesterday and Patrick was able to come out and fix everything in less than an hour.

I always had a good services with Bailey brothers until now . I called to ask plumber came in to check what wrong with my washer because every time we do laundry, water always got back to the house . Technician named Cody came to my house walked around for 2 mins even didn’t go down to check plumbing or what wrong and then told me “ I don’t know if I can fix it because I don’t know what wrong “ and then charged me for 89$ to come out . Ok I willingly to pay 89$ to come out but at least check to see what problem and solution to fix it . But No I got to paid him to walk around my house for 2 mins and paid him 89$. I called tried to talk with manager . They said he will call me back waited for a month and then I canceled payment on my credit card and now they called me back and said I got to pay 89$??? No way . It’s a big scam ever , Cody didn’t even go down on my plumbing to check what wrong and want me to pay for him ??? So Scammers . I will tell everyone don’t use their service anymore .

Experienced a severe stoppage in my home sewer system. Bailley took my call, followed up until their technician arrived, and resolved my issue. They followed up with a thorough cleaning of the sewer lines at my request, all at a reasonable rate. Being new to the area, I needed someone I can count on. Bailey will be my go to for plumbing and HVAC needs from here-on. THANK-YOU!

We were having issues with heating unit. Bailey Brothers responded immediately to our call and Patrick, service technician called to schedule time to come by. He arrived as scheduled and within minutes had diagnosed the problem. We had a bad circuit board. He did not have a replacement on his truck, but immediately got on the phone and tracked one down. It had to come from Tulsa. He told us it would be about two hours to receive, and he would come back immediately once he got it. In less than two hours Patrick called and had the replacement and came and switched out the circuit board and had us up and running. He was extremely professional and communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. He had an apprentice with him that day, young man named Ty. I was impressed on how he interacted with Ty and how he involved him in the entire process and taught him along the way. Great to see him taking time to do this. We have used Bailey Brothers for a long time and am always impressed with their service and the quality of people they have working for them.

Patrick installed my new high efficiency gas furnace in October. He informed me what was going on every step of the way and even showed me how the system works on a technical level. I was very pleased with his high quality of workmanship. It shows how much pride he takes in his work by the clean install. Even when I had an issue in January, he called me and was able to come out on the same day (issue turned out to be a 3rd party thermostat malfunction and not any of Patrick's work). If you have HVAC related issues, I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone.

Same day service, very friendly, workmanship seems to be solid, but time will tell. It should be noted, several local companies showed little to no interest in replacing my tankless hot water heater.

Noticed a leak in the hot water heater closet on the weekend, Bailey Brothers had a tech out the next day for me. Our tech Aaron B. was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was even able to fix a very annoying whining sound coming from our shower. I'm very happy with our service and will use Bailey Brothers again next time we have a problem!

We have used Bailey Brothers twice in the last year: last summer for our air conditioner and just last week on our furnace. Patrick was our service technician both times and he was fantastic! The temperatures were extreme in both cases and Patrick was here within 2 hours both times. Last Friday on December 23rd our furnace went out in the morning on the coldest day in decades. I was frantically trying to get anyone out to fix it and due to demand everyone was booked. Patrick was out in less than 2 hours and had it fixed within 10 minutes- fortunately a minor issue. Patrick is extremely polite, quick to diagnose the problem and always explains the issue. 5 stars for both service calls and for Patrick!!

I had a water leak in the shower, in the wall. I called Bailey and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and professionally asked all the questions. Aaron contacted me within an hour he came and it turn out the problem was not as bad as I thought. He worked on the problem professionally and completed within an hour. Aaron was very professional from the moment he came in to the time he left. He inspected the problem, assessed, and provided solution. He made sure that I was comfortable with the expense right from the beginning. Their charges were fair with such quality work. You bet I will save their number and will be calling them back. Thank you Aaron and the Bailey Brothers for your hard, professional, and fair price. If you need someone to look at your work and won't take advantage of you, I advise you call them and schedule an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

We had a leak from a water heater today. Bailey Bros came out quickly and corrected the problem. They did not charge us as it was a minor problem. They installed it over a year ago. Bailey Bros always does a great job for us. They have worked on a toilet and our water heater. They are reasonable and efficient. We always recommend them!!

Super prompt response from a pleasant and knowledgeable tech. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and answered all the questions I had too.

I had a sink that wasn't draining. Called I wasn't able to remember the name of the person who answered but she was awesome and was able to dispatch someone so quick. The Tech was Aaron Baldwin, once he arrive it didn't take 15 or 20 minutes and the drain was unclogged and he was on his way home. Great work and Great experience. SN

Water heater went out while we were out of town (love coming back to that). Called Bailey Brothers around 10 in the morning and they got someone out by 4. Diagnosed the failed heater and went and got one and installed it by 6:30. Robert was our technician and was excellent. He was very professional and even fixed some problems left by someone else. 5 out of 5, we will continue to use Bailey Brothers for our needs.

My AC went out and Bailey Brothers was there 30 minutes after I called them! They knew right away what to do and was very nice!

Well, I got lied to... I have a water line break on my side of the meter, and called Bailey Brothers. They referred me to Nathan for location of break, and he did so same day. I call Bailey Brothers back immediately after location and they scheduled me for the following Monday. That day (Monday) they call me and tell me they can't come out until Thursday. They lied to me and misled me when I first made the call. Had they said up from they could not see me until that Thursday I'd have no complaint, but I trusted them and they lied to me, and now I have to scramble to find a plumber who can work on this broken water line. Don't trust these guys.

My water heater broke down last night. I called Bailey Bros. early this morning and spoke with Kim who was very professional and responsive. I was very pleased they could send a service man today! Robert Frullo came out to my house today at about 2:30 pm and installed a new water heater in a very competent, professional way. My wife was very happy to have hot water this quickly. I was very pleased too. I highly recommend Robert and appreciated him very much. The new water heater is a 50-gallon capacity that uses propane, and it is commercial grade, made in the USA. So, I have top quality, professionally installed by a plumber certified to install propane.

I have used Bailey Brothers in Yukon multiple times for my own home and rental property. My experiences had always been quality work at a reasonable price. This changed on my most recent plumbing needs. I was charged $575 to have a water valve fixed in a bathtub and a drain replaced. I have had entire toilets replaced, including the cost of the toilet for $375 by them. I believe they took advantage of me being out of town and my family needing the water issue repaired. After using them many times in the past, I will look for another company for future repairs. UPDATED 04/29/2022. Was told a manager would reach out to me to discuss. 4 days later no contact.

Cody did a fantastic job. Not only was he here before our counter tops were removed, he showed up the next morning after they were finished. We were unsure how long we would have to wait, so he had the foresight to put us on list for the next day anyway just to be sure. The price was affordable and I received a discount due to my veteran status. He did awesome work and we have had no issues since the install. Awesome job!

My wife and I left our cat at home with a sitter and went on vacation. Temperatures in the high 90's. The next day our A/C failed. We called Bailey Brothers from out of state and explained the problem to Kim who dispatched Patrick Garner to assess the problem - failed fan motor and capacitor. The parts were not available locally. Patrick determined that the unit was still under warranty, called the manufacturer to have the parts shipped, and installed the parts the same day they arrived in town - all via the phone while on vacation! He also did our routine maintenance check at the same time. We returned to a cool house and a thankful cat and sitter. Thank you Bailey Brothers and Patrick!

Aaron was on time, explained what he would be doing and went to work. We are more than satisfied with the quality of his work and his professionalism. We will be calling Bailey’s again for our AC needs.

Aaron did a great job getting my outside faucet fixed and one installed. I always knew when to expect him because he called to let me know he was on his way. I didn't realize he was based out of Yukon that's quite a drive to come over to do plumbing and Bailey Bros. were the third plumber I called and the first one to show up as the others never showed!

Don't use if you want your time respected. I was scheduled to have them out in the morning to fix a shower leak and install some faucets. I had to end up taking a whole day off of work because they didn't show up until late afternoon and then informed me that they didn't have time to install the faucets. They scheduled to come back out a few days later and install the faucets so I once again took some time off work to be home. They didn't call or show and I ended up calling to be told they had tried to reach me unsuccessfully and had moved me to the next day. I had no missed calls on my phone. At this point I wasn't going to take even more time off of work to have them disrespect my time once again and went elsewhere. Just use someone else.

Will was great and saved the day. We had an uncontrolled leak coming from our toilet supply line. He showed up promptly and quickly took care of our issue. He was extremely personable and professional and we’ll definitely call this company first for any future plumbing work!

Bailey Brothers responded to my online inquiry promptly for help with a shower diverter in my new (old) house. Aaron improved the situation right away by his cleaning and analysis, then ordered an unusual part and returned to fix it as soon as it came in. He was quick, friendly and helpful.

Josh came out the day we called him and also addressed another issue with another property of ours immediately as well. He kept me up to date with what the issue was and notified me when the job was completed. I highly reccomend them.

My Mother called bc her AC unit wasnt working. They came out and took it apart and said the unit was broke and would need to be replaced. They would not give her any kind of price... They kept telling her that she needed to apply for financing. She had the money she didnt financing she needed to know much it would cost but they refused to tell her. My husband and I got involved and had a company come out to look at it and guess what... The capacitor was bad... Its a approximately 20$ part. Once it was replaced everything it A OK no need to replace the unit.
Also the man that came out took the old capacitor with him and left the panel off the outside AC unit with exposed wires.
Needless to say we are not happy. I am not a mean person and i dont like to speak bad of anyone but i truly feel like bc of her advanced age they were purposely trying to take advantage of her. Its very sad

They got to our house quickly, were honest and efficient with the quote (which was free), and had us fixed within an hour total I think. Our technician was extremely polite and did great work! The price was also about what we were expecting for the work, which was a sink/disposal hook up with pipes needing to be moved. If we ever have other issues we will for sure call Bailey Brothers again!

Anthony came out and took an initial look at my hot water heater that would not heat properly. He had me call an electrician before I completely replaced the unit to try and make sure there wasn't a simple electrical fix before we spent over $1000 on a new unit. In the end, we replaced the unit. Not only was he early, but he was nice and had a super clean work environment. We highly recommend them and will use them in the future! Thanks Anthony!.

I called and related my situation to the service rep and she worked me into the schedule of the technician in the area. Jeremy called shortly after noon and came right over. He was not only familiar with what was happening but was ready and willing to replace our 50 year-old toilet with one we'd purchased a few years ago for a remodeling dream that never saw the light of day. Very helpful and a lot of fun to talk with. He was very patient of my questions and able to inform me of what was wrong and what we should be doing to help prevent it happening again.

We had a quick plumbing job that we needed to close on our house. Jeremy came out quickly and arrived when scheduled. He was friendly and professional and quickly resolved the issue. Rude and greedy company and people. They treat their potential customers in a very disrespectful way. I called them to get a quote on a new HVAC system, their customer service rep told me they offered free quotes but when the technician named Josh called me he was rude and told me they didn’t offer free quotes anymore. I even spoke to the GM who wasn’t very understanding either.

I needed a natural gas line trenched and installed from my Generac feed to my workshop. The job was finished quickly and professionally. Would recommend to others!

On Saturday 2/14/21 at 2 PM I called Bailey Brothers and told them my situation. The dispatcher was lovely as she explained the timeframe and that someone would contact me. She, of course, alerted me to the uncertainty of wait times because of increased issues due to weather. At 2:10 PM a gentleman from Bailey Brothers called me to check in and go over the notes he was given, he wanted to make sure all the information was correct. He was also polite and great to talk to. After clarifying my situation, he let me know that someone would be in contact with me 30 minutes prior to coming out. At 3:30 PM I received a call from Steve, letting me know that he was wrapping up on his current job. He wanted to go over the notes that he had regarding my situation and to give me the time frame he would be at my house. By 4 PM Steve was at my home. Steve is a wonderful, salt of the Earth, hard working, honest gentleman that I’m looking forward to working with. I had an idea of what was wrong but obviously I’m not an expert nor can I fix it. Bigger job in the works, for sure! I absolutely trust in what we discussed. I can safely say that I have found my plumber for life.

I had a leaky toilet bowl and found this service online. I called in on Monday so they were pretty busy but finally got me someone. Anthony did a good job in a very short time. He's a nice tech, even showed me how to lock/unlock the main water supply which I had never done before. I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing service.

I have used Bailey Bros. twice. I have forgotten who came the first time but Anthony came today. Both times they have been prompt and efficient and explained what they did for me. Excellent customer service in a most professional manner. I highly recommend them!

Arron did a splendid job installing my new hot water heater. He was experienced, very professional, pleasant, kept the area clean and provided me with a new tank that worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Aaron and Bailey Brothers without reservation.

I would like to have been able to give them a better review. However, that's not the case. I spoke to the service manager and he said he would have a plumber stop by my job to inspect what needed to be done and what permits needed to be pulled. The plumber never showed. So, I called back to speak with him and was told he would call me back. A week later, no return call. So, I call back again. I was told the same thing; the service manager would call me back. Well, he never did. I suppose the work is great but I wouldn't know since I can't get anyone to actually do what they say they were going to do.

I used Bailey Brothers for the first time. The technician that came out Anthony was a pleasure and very professional. He was very thorough and treated my home as he would his own. I got same day service and he was punctual. I would highly recommend Bailey Brothers.

Had them come out about 2 to 3 weeks ago for a back up issue, it is not fixed. They want to charge me again to come back out. I would rather pay someone else to come fix it right the first time, and spend more then 5 minutes on the job to figure out why it's happening. Not just keep charging me to come out.

I had an issue with a pipe needing to be capped off in order to get my gas turned back on (small gas leak) and Robert Frulllo got it fixed up for me very quickly! He was on time, kind and helpful. He explained the situation to us and was super fast.

Called Bailey Brothers when I wanted a second opinion for an immediate plumbing problem. Another national recognized plumbing company had sent someone out to unclog a drain. When they were unsuccessful, they theorized that there was a unclearable blockage in the p-trap (below grade) and that it would require them to cut through my slab and replace it. That came in at a nice $3600 price tag on the quote. I wanted another opinion of course. Bailey's put me at the top of the list and sent out a technician right away. The two young men that showed up were professional and polite and best of all they were successful at clearing the blockage saving me thousands! I don't remember their names but they did an excellent job with minimal inconvenience to me.

Nice to find an honest company. I had need of a ac repair. Called another company. They came out and told me my unit was 14 years old and ran on the old refrigerant so dont waste money on fixing it. They recommended a $9000.00 new unit. Called Bailey Brothers for a second opinion and they sent out Michael. Turns out my unit was made in 2015 and did not need to be replaced. It did not use the old refrigerant and was still under warranty! Repair was $250.00. May God bless Bailey Brothers and my repair hero Michael. Honesty...its priceless.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Jeremy came out, found, and fixed our issue all in less than 30 minutes!

Anthony came out today to find and repair a flood in my hallway closet. He found and repaired the issue in less than an hour! Very reasonably priced!!!
I absolutely love this company!!!

Michael did a great job and was very helpful in keeping us comfortable when our thermostat was malfunctioning. We had to leave town for a few days during the ordering of a new thermostat. Michael installed a temporary thermostat so that during our absence our house could be heated as required. We very much appreciate his service that ended with the installation of a new under warranty thermostat. He was diligent, skilled, and courteous during all activities. Thank you.

In the midst of this record breaking freeze, I had a pipe burst in my laundry room. I assumed it would be days before I could get someone out to fix it. I called Bailey Brothers and had someone within the hour. Anthony (tech#416) came in and saved the day. He had our family of six, back up and running in under an hour. He was very courteous and explained his findings and the repair that was made. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Josh was on time, professional and made the repair in a short time period. I would trust him with all of my repairs. He also installed my new furnace and air conditioner.

I hate the fact that Google makes you give a company at least 1 star for a review. This company deserves 1/2 star at best. They will come out tell you one thing, charge you, then conveniently not send you your receipt (so-called error), said receipt will tell you different information than what the technician does, then your house will leak more than it did before you called and you will be stuck $275 less than what you had before with an even bigger plumbing issue.

The technician that came out to my place was Cody and his supervisor, Jeff, didn't make it right either.

If you chose to go with this company, just know I will go ahead and say a prayer for you now.

Highly disappointed and would not suggest this place for service. My bathrooms now have 2 inches of standing water.

Made a noon time call and was given a 4-6 PM time. Our tech, ANTHONY BARRETT, notified us he was coming and arrived on time. I explained the problem and he went right to work. Problem remedied within ten minutes. Had 2 other issues that he repaired. Very efficient and knowledge. He had to explain things to the wife and she understood fully(I don't hear or remember well these days). Definitely will use this company again.

We've been with Bailey Brothers for years. We called about a freeze up, and Michael came out before an already booked day to check it out. What started as an expensive misdiagnosis, ended in a rapidly resolved re-diagnosis after a more detailed inspection. We are very grateful for the patience and remediation, honesty and willingness to speak candidly about the problem and the initial miss. We had our AC back up and running in less than 48 hrs, and for us this was critical - we have a brand new baby at home.

Michael with Bailey Brothers helped us with our fire place needs. After calling around, I found this company to be the only one to really listen to what we wanted done and to give us a quote that was affordable. After meeting Michael, his attention to detail is top notch. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Excellent customer service and professionalism!! Initially, I scheduled an appointment on Friday morning with Jeremy for a free estimate to replace my water heater on Saturday, but before my appointment, overnight, a terrible gushing leak occurred and I had to have OKC water come turn off the supply. The next day when Jeremy from Bailey Brothers called to let me know he was coming over, I let him know about the leak and how flustered I was by these consecutive water related problems in my older home. Jeremy calmly and professionally crawled under my house, found the leak, explained the problem, gave me a most reasonable quote and repaired it promptly! Our gas water heater’s pilot light went out, and after numerous attempts, we could not get it to relight. We called Bailey Bros. Plumbing. Anthony came to our home on a Sunday afternoon and was able to relight the pilot. He also gave us some helpful hints in maintaining our aging water heater. Quotes are not free if the tech calls on his way and informs you that it’ll be $160 for him to show up to replace 2 washers....without ever viewing the issue. I would like a new spigot but that was only offered as a solution for $250 after I paid $160. Bonus for having a nice answering service but calling you seemed like a waste of money.

I am actually looking for service for my central air conditioner right now and doing so brought back the most awful experience I had with Bailey Brothers last winter. I called them because my heater was no longer working. A man came out by the name of Justin Taylor I believe. He was rude and listened to headphones the entire visit. His quote on a valve replacement was over $600 dollars. Initially, and by regret I agreed but literally 5 minutes later when I told him that I no longer feel comfortable with that decision he then explained that it was too late and removing it was going to be $300+. A single mother of two, I was outraged of his ridiculous price for something I sat by and lasted 5 minutes! Honestly I was so broken, I cried. This company is the reason we consumers can't trust anyone. 6 months later, here I am writing a review on this terrible experience. Do not waste your time. There's a reason these reviews are not visible for the public view. Unbelievable. I have also reviewed with the Better Business Bureau.

Anthony was Great! He was at my house in less than an hour of calling him. A Saturday afternoon at that.! He Identified the problem and fixed it fast! I was very impressed with him and will call him for any future needs. A Good Guy all around and down to earth!

2nd time I have used Bailey Brothers and am very pleased. This time was a major sewer line fix. Quoted me a price range depending on utilities and it was way worse than we expected. After 2 days of excavation and repairs much digging by hand because of utilities they fixed the problem and still charged me the bottom line on their estimate. Great job Robert Frullo.

Bailey Brothers sent out a technician named Carlos to help us with a thermostat issue and I also had him check out some other things in my attic while he was here (a repair done by another HVAC company several months before). He told me that the repair was fine but he also noticed a vent pipe from the bathroom that had been busted that needed to be vented through the roof and also gave me some other information to keep in mind if there was a need for future repairs to my HVAC system. This young man was so courteous, respectful and helpful that I could not recommend this company more.

I knew exactly what the cost would be prior to installation. Very pleased with the service.

Bailey Brothers has been servicing my property for several months now. They have been great to work with quick to respond. Jeff has been great and quick to locate a couple of slab leaks that have happened in different buildings as well as hvac needs. Had a problem with the air conditioning ducts in the crawl space of a house and had difficulty finding companies that would come out to check it but Mike with Bailey Brothers was able to come the same day to diagnose the problem. What's more their quote to fix it was much less than another company's quote, plus they were able to schedule the repair sooner! Mike communicated the issues and what he did to repair it very timely and clearly. Now the air flow is working and the house is being cooled in the hottest part of the summer!

The sprinkler installation company had cut my sewer line. Raul worked quickly over about 1.5 hours to fix my sewer line on 5/23/2020. No issues with him at all. However, this was my 2nd appointment and I was told 3 different prices as the work went on. The first was in the $300-$400 range, the second in the $400-500 range, and the last price of $1,100 was received after Raul’s boss called apparently about half-way through the job. Raul then explained that the reason they missed the first appointment slot was because I didn’t call back to confirm after speaking with Jeff the day before. The thing is, I did call back the day before and was assured by the operator that my appointment had been confirmed. Not pleased with the first missed appointment with Jeff (although Raul was there within a few hours after the first missed appointment), the escalating prices while the work went on, or the fact that I was charged $1,100 for 1.5 hours of work and probably less than $50 in parts.

My repairman Joshua was excellent explained everything I needed to repair and what caused it. Will 100% use again.

Wow, Markus and Josh really saved my day! We woke up to frozen pipes so we called Bailey Bros and with in 45 minutes of calling Markus and Josh showed up! They were so friendly, had great customer friendly skills. They had us thawed out, heat tape added and out the door in an hour! I am truly impressed by the guys and Bailey Bros! Called Bailey Brothers on New Year’s Day and had a Tech out by 10:00 the day after to check on our heater. Carlos identified the first issue, fixed and left. Later in the day we noticed the heater was continually running and not very warm air coming out of the vents. Called their dispatch and within minutes that evening Carlos came back by. He identified there was another wiring issue causing the a/c and heat to run at the same time. He fixed this issue for free and said he should have caught it earlier, I assumed I would need to pay since it was a different issue.Very impressed with his honesty and service to customers. Bailey brothers will have my business as long as Carlos is there.

Anthony came out today to replace an old gas water heater and a leaky outdoor faucet at my moms house. He was patient and thorough, explaining everything that was wrong, what he was fixing, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right. Horrible customer service for a company that claims to be 24 hours. I have a home that has plumbing issues and I called Bailey Brothers to come out and that they did. Since they've come out, there has been other issues that have occurred since the initial visit. This evening makes the third time they've been called which has not been an issue until one of the men on call started yelling and being disrespectful stating if he came out the charge is $400 after that statement I wanted to confirm the price with a friend and then he goes on to say no matter what, I am not coming out. He then proceeded to say, the dude that is suppose to be on call is about to have a baby and I'm with my family so I will not be coming out. I too have a family, a wife and kids that have not seem me all day because I have been waiting for HOURS for someone to assist me with the plumbing matter. I have never experience such horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. This is a 24 hour plumbing service who hires people who refuse to help those in needs. I have tenants living in a home that cannot shower because everything from the pipes is coming up through the tub and everything is backed up. If your needing service after hours or great customer service....this company is not it.

The technician arrived on time diagnosed the issue (Gas Valve) contacted my hot water tank vendor, found the unit to be covered under warrantee. Vendor shipped the valve overnight. Second technician came on site after the part was delivered and did an excellent job describing the process, completed the project within 30-45 minutes. They practiced great (PPP) Personal Protection Processes and I was more than satisfied with their service. I will use them again!!!!

I called the office this morning about a gas leak in the garage...Patrick was at the property before I got there. He located and repaired a gas leak.He had to do some extensive work to replace a bad valve.He was very efficient, polite and professional. * WARNING * I am so disappointed in this company! I moved to the El Reno area a week ago from Alabama. Before I came with the baby my husband was here to finalize on our new house. While he was at work this company came to inspect the plumbing. $230! They gave a good bill of health. This was a LIE! My husband is an amputee and the master bath has a walk in shower that wouldn't drain AT ALL. We just had another plumber come look at it and they pulled tons of mud out and said this house has had bad plumbing for years, this shower is completely useless and the drainage will have to be completely removed, the floor will have to be jackhammered up and your tile will have to be replaced. This will cost close to $2,000. They showed us the problem and it was obvious the Bailey Brothers lied. It's unfortunate they couldn't tell the truth and we could have had it fixed before we signed on the house. My husband needs surgery on his stump and we don't have the money to fix this now. They just made my life with a one year old boy and a handicapped husband A LOT WORSE! I would never recommend this dreadful company!

I have used this company for several years. I always recommend them to friends. Anthony was the service technician today and he did a thorough job finding the problem and fixing it. He also showed me what he had done and explained it to me, very helpful.

Highly recommended for plumbing. Jeremy took a look at my kitchen sink with standing water and listened to what the plumbers the last two days had done and concluded. He troubleshot the problem in ways the others hadn't and had it fixed and was gone within an hour, even using a new cable that made things more difficult due to stiffness. As luck usually has it our heater went out on Friday afternoon with the temperatures already at the freezing line, and guaranteed to drop below freezing by night. I had been recommended Bailey Brothers by family so I decided to give them a call, and after giving some basic contact information and an idea of what was wrong with the unit I am told I'll receive a call from a scheduler. Roughly 20 minutes later a scheduler calls me and says a technician can be at my house in 15 minutes.

He's there in 15 minutes. Guy's name is Carlos. Super duper nice guy and the same guy that usually sees my parents house.

Now mind you that our HVAC system, as a whole, is old. Each of the individual components in that system, however, has been upgraded over time. This has always made me nervous with HVAC companies because I think they'll just try to sell me a brand new system rather than fixing the problem. I imagine anyone reading this already knows that fear.

The guy is in the attic for no more than a few minutes before figuring out the blower capacitor is dead, he has one in the truck, and can have everything up and running for $195. I'm more than happy with that and agree. Carlos grabs a capacitor from the truck, goes in the attic, fiddles around, tests the system a few times, and we're set.

Carlos comes back, we chat some, I pay, get the invoice emailed to me. All set. Carlos leaves, and I head off to do more chores.

Come back home about two hours later and the heater is off. Go to turn it on...no dice. I can hear the heater kick on, but I can also hear the blower just sitting there humming. Call Bailey Brothers back and they get in contact with Carlos to have him come back by. I need to run yet more errands so I leave while my wife stays home - Carlos arrives shortly after I've left.

My wife is worried to have to make a decision without me there, but Carlos took care of that by just calling me on his cell phone from the attic. Yes the blower motor was the culprit, and it would be an additional $257 to replace it. I give Carlos the go ahead.

Now I thought replacing a blower motor couldn't be that bad...heh...yeah...it's not fun. It took me 20 minutes to drive home and Carlos was still in the attic working on the unit. I was home a further 30 minutes before Carlos called me again to ask me to turn the thermostat to Run so he could test the system.

You might balk at $257 for a blower motor, and I admit I am no expert on HVAC supply pricing. However, I can say that it took a skilled HVAC technician who knew exactly what he was doing a solid hour of straight labor to get that motor replaced. I have no idea how long it would have taken me to do that, and I certainly wouldn't have known how to do all the safety checks on the heater that Carlos did. Further Carlos knew how to get the fan speed set in right. Just replacing the blower motor wasn't enough, though, because a prior repair job had set up the Main Control Board wrong. Everything should have been running, but again no fan spin, so Carlos disappears into the attic for a couple minutes when suddenly it comes to life.

All said and done I paid just over $450 for an afternoon callout for a replacement of a blower capacitor and blower motor. That includes one solid hour of manual labor getting the old motor out, and the new one in, in a somewhat cramped attic...in below freezing temperatures.

Not only is my unit repaired, and functioning normally, I think the heater may actually be performing better than before. Normally I never had a difference of more than 16-17*F between the air return, and the air vents, when the heater was on. Now the difference is more like 23-24*F. Ideal, according to what I know, is 18-28*F so it seems Carlos got the system dialed in quite well.

Carlos never tried to upsell me.

Carlos never tried to convince me I needed a new HVAC system just because one replaceable part broke.

Totally recommend Bailey Brothers.

Stephen Calhoun did the repair of the leaking bath tub faucet. He was very professional and informative. I will always ask questions about the repair or other problems that I have had. Mr Calhoun was very nice and will ask for him for needed plumbing repair.

Did not perform a quality repair and it failed after 2 weeks. When contacted them to repair a second time they were argumentative and ultimately did not return to complete repair second time. Do not recommend them at all.

We had a heating check-up today. Carlos was prompt and very professional. He was able to fix a noise problem we had been living with for two years and had been checked by another company. Carlos was a pleasure to deal with, utmost professional.

Jeff gave an estimate in a timely manner and started the work within a week. Jeff and his associates did a very professional job and I will recommend them and use them in the future.

I had someone come for an A/C tuneup. The guy came up with a list of problems. He said I needed more coolant. I questioned him about it. I asked him how much coolant did my unit currently have, and how much is the manufacturer's recommendation for my model. He couldn't or wouldn't answer either question, but then did a check on temperatures, and decided , Oh I guess you don't need more coolant after all. I would have been overcharged hundreds of dollars if I had not pressed him on proof of his findings. Also, he only checked the condenser coils. When I asked him if he checked the evaporator coils, he said, No, we only do that in the winter when checking the furnace, even though it says right on the paper for the tuneup, part of the checklist is for the evaporator coils. I couldn't trust him for any other problem he listed after that. I have to suspect that he gets commission on what he sells, and he's incentivized to con people. The other issue was a condensation drain line blockage. He was claiming he'd need to do a major job getting that cleaned out. Again I didn't believe him. Afterwards, all I had to do is blow it out with an air compressor. All in all, $84 down the drain.

I have been a long time customer of Bailey Brothers. I had an issue with a service tech due to a misunderstanding on a job bid. The problem was promptly resolved to my satisfaction when another service tech was dispatched.

I have used Bailey Brothers service my home for over 10 years and they have always given me great service on my AC and Plumbing. I forgot to have them out to do a tune up this spring(even though they called and reminded me to service it) and AC just acted up.They responded quickly, solved my problem and I felt the price was fair. Thanks Bailey Brothers!!! If you are looking for a good AC or Plumbing company I would say give them a try...

Michael Bird did an excellent job. He serviced the unit, changed filters, cleaned it including checking the drains, verified no co2 levels in the house, and ensured it was fully operational before leaving.

We had a water heater go out, Bailey Brothers came out looked at it. Told us is wasn't under warranty and it would be 1146.48 to replace. This seemed kind of high. When i told that to the tech, he was rude. We proceeded to call 10 other plumbing places all of which came in 150-200+ dollars cheaper than BB plumbing. One company who didn't wanna quote over the phone came out, and guess what... it WAS under warranty. Which makes the repair drastically cheaper. Now either the Tech was too lazy to call and check it out, or he lied to us to make more money. Either way is bad business.

I described to them the problem. From my research on the internet, it is highly likely a main sewer line cloggage. You would expect them to
come prepared since the problem runs much deeper underground. Yet, they were incompetent and they assumed that 75 ft auger
would work. I questioned the length of the auger as well.

This shows lack of expertise in their job. Is this the kind of service that you would want to hire?

Second, they charged us for a failed service and they have the audacity to charge more than triple the amount on the second visit. This is their way of wasting your time so they could find ways to charge you extra per hour.

What if they damage part of your neighbor's property? Who will be liable? Most likely, it will be you.

A plumber with proper builder's risk, bonds and workers compensation insurance is qualified to take on any job risks without worry about them defaulting and you paying unexpected costs out of your own pocket.

Bailey Brothers is Northstar Water Softeners service provider for Oklahoma City and the surrounding area. When Northstar called Bailey Brothers out to my house for a service issue with my water softener, Bailey Brothers did not know what to do when they came to my house. Their plumbers were completely clueless about how to service my water softener. Then, to make matters worse, instead of billing Northstar, Bailey Brothers billed me even though they are a service provider for Northstar and should have billed them. I would not recommend Bailey Brothers for any plumbing or HVAC issues, especially if they are listed as a service provider for a major appliance company.

I called Bailey brothers out to check the Freon in my outside unit there in Yukon. The guy shows up says he can’t check it because the compressor won’t come on. I asked him to put a new capacitor in and try that. He tried to charge me over 200$ for a capacitor they are 13$ at Locke supply. So I run up go get another one he puts it in. The fan started kicking out on thermal overload it had never done that in the 10 years I lived there.He said the unit was toast and I needed a new one. He charges me a 79$ call and leaves. The next day I check his wiring. He had swapped the wires on the capacitor and had the fan wire going to the compressor and compressor wire going to fan which was over amping it causing it to kick out on thermals. Capacitor wiring 101 is if it’s a two stage capacitor check the wires going to the apparatus if it overamps. I swapped the wires back called a different company they added Freon and the old unit cools great. Folks always get 2 or even 3 opinions Ac units are the simplest appliance in the house the so called techs will rip you off in 2 seconds. Not all but a lot will. These units are tough they last decades. I will never use Bailey again.

We had a leak in our AC unit and had to call them out three times and still didn't get it fixed. Ended up calling someone else out to fix. Was told by the other company that the work that had been done wasn't very good quality, and Bailey Brothers should have found the problem the first time out.

This is one of the least reliable companies I have used. They failed to show up when they said they would and told me that there was no problem with the heating unit even though the house was frigid. I called another company and they got it taken care of within ten minutes. Do not recommend.

Anthony was absolutely amazing this morning! He was so kind and helpful. He rushed over and helped unclog the lines when I was frantic with two babies at home.

I had a sillcock (outdoor spigot) that needing replacing. My first thought was to do it myself, but with my bad luck with any kind of plumbing issues I instead called Bailey Bros. They quoted $256 to snake a line that I have Never paid more than $150 to have done with a national name brand service. They also don't tell you that they may charge you for a quote prior to visiting. Horrid customer service on the other end when I called back to tell them what we were quoted and how much higher it was the. ANYONE else. Do NOT use. The only reason I have two stars is because they were quick in responding.

Carlos is thorough and explains what is going on with your H&A system. He tells you what he finds or doesn’t find so you can know where you stand. He has fixed repairs needed in the past that others did not do the repair. Kudos to Carlos!

Service tech was knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. We have used Bailey Brothers a few times for plumbing and furnace repairs and have always been impressed.

Called them over the weekend for a leak. They came out and because he didn’t have adequate parts for the job did a temporary fix and rescheduled for Wednesday morning. Sat at home all morning waiting and nobody called or showed. Complete disregard for others time.

These guys are pros! They had the best price, all the equipment and got the job done far cheaper than anyone else! They put heaters in a 10,500 warehouse plumbing,lift equipment and mechanical licenses in house for less than $3800!!! Was quoted upwards of $7500 elsewhere.

Very unprofessional company. I called them to come take a look at my heater they told me they'd be here between 2 and 4. 10 minutes after 4pm I called them and the secretary informed me that they were running behind and they would be another hour so I had to reschedule for Monday, they were supposed to come out between 12 and 2. At 3 o'clock (an hour after they were supposed to arrive) I called them and again they were running late the secretary knew who I was and didn't offer any kind of apology until I questioned her about their policy for calling people when they're running late her response was we try to call people but the phone's been ringing off the hook sorry I missed you. That is the lamest excuse I've ever heard you can have your guys in the field call or you can take a message from the incoming calls while to take care of the customers you already have! There is never any excuse for not calling someone when you're going to be late on appointment they wasted my time and nothing was accomplished. I feel disrespected.

Bailey Brothers were very prompt. The technician was very knowledgeable about our unit. He had our unit up and running very quickly.

The most arrogant overpriced experience we've ever seen. they actually gave us a quote for $698.45 to repair 1 broken sprinkler head. When questioned about the price they said, thats what we should expect when we call someone like Baily Brothers.
I just expected an honest price but I guess not!!!

I called on a Sunday because their website says 24/7. They also say they do leak detection. The operator was not very friendly stating they can't do a job like that on a weekend. I understand most plumbers would t be able to do that but they did advertise otherwise.
