Absolutely amazing company, was quoted by another company 5800 for a drain clean out due to they stated I didn't have one come to find out I did and they were able to find it in 5 Mins of being on the property and getting everything totally fixed. Will decently be a returning customer if anything else comes about!

Roy was very professional & knowledgeable in plumbing. I had an old faucet needing to be replaced and he had all the right to get the job done the first time. He was prompt, professional and I would highly recommend. We will use his services again.

Gordon's Service Experts did exactly what they said they would do. They installed the new unit within 48 hours of the time that I placed the order. They even provided me with an upgrade an no additional cost to me because of a shipping issue from Lennox. Everyone did a great job installing the new unit. The 25 SEER condensing unit is extremely quite. Dave Watson went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly. I highly recommend for you to use Gordon's if you have air conditioner needs.

I had a clogged drain pipe and a friend recommended this company. They came out promptly and on time. However, after a short amount of time of not being able to unclog my pipe, they left and I paid them $200 for what I felt was a substandard effort. The owner called me a few days later without me even asking and repeatedly apologized. Without me requesting he offered to refund my money. After refusing to receive a refund he insisted and said he'll mail me a check by the end of the week.
In a day where customer service is a thing of the past, it is refreshing to see a company that stands behind their work and takes ownership when things don't go as planned. The owner made 0 excuses and just kept repeating that my experience was unacceptable and he even offered to come run a camera for free and give me a free tune-up on my AC service. I'll 100% use them in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs the service they offer. Well done!

We used Brandon's plumbing in December. We had water standing in a closet. They came out on time and were kind but said there wasn't a leak. They suggested we contact HVAC. We did...they told us it was plumbing. After being charged for a test from Brandon's Plumbing, the next company we used found the issue within seconds. Not very happy with Brandon's Plumbing.

I had a home warranty company for several years. Overall, their service wasn't great, but it was cheap enough and spotty, but decent at times. When we had no hot water, I called my home warranty company that sent out their plumber. All the guy did was stink up my garage with the odor of marijuana smoke that poured off of his clothes and talk about how hard it was going to be to change out my water heater. He stated he would turn it in to the home warranty then get back with me to do the work. Two weeks later, a dozen phone calls that were never returned, and a lot of time wasted on the phone with the home warranty company later, I was told to find another plumber who could come out. I almost didn't call these guys, but decided to give them a try. What a big difference between these guys and that tramp the home warranty company sent out. They admitted the water heater would be a challenge but had it installed within a half day. They also corrected several issues that the home warranty plumber created when he installed my water softener and tied it directly into the water heater using plastic lines. They are clean, responsive, professional, and were spot on with their service and their work. I've since dropped my home warranty since I constantly have to find someone else to do their job and will be using these guys for all of my work in the future.

Made an appointment and they never showed up. Called and left messages as well and never heard from them. Waste of time.

Worked with a gentleman named Julio who provided great service. Now that Julio is gone I cannot get them to answer the phone, to send a invoice when a job is completed or have a civilized conversation. Terrible customer service and we will be absolutely sure to never use this company again.Trabajó con un caballero llamado Julio que brindó un gran servicio.
