I've used Buddy's Plumbing on 3 repair issues and I'm very satisfied. On this last visit, they installed a new kitchen faucet and while there were no leaks in the connections, we discovered a nagging drip that we couldn't resolve after they left. I called back and asked if this could be adjusted or fixed and they couldn't have been more understanding. A plumber and helper were dispatched on a timely basis and they replaced the new faucet installation with no questions or issues. Great customer service. JS Homeowner

I have to give the guys credit they showed up on time and we’re nice but they wanted $600 to replace 1 faucet and cap another .
Then when I said I can’t pay that tried to charge me $165 just for coming out which I Never agreed to anything.
They might do good work? , I’m not sure but the prices are extremely hi almost to the point of robbery . I would not use this company unless you have a lot of money and don’t need it .

We had buddy's out to fix a bathroom sink stopped up and a repair under kitchen sink . After the bathroom sink was supposedly unplugged the plug was pushed and now the shower is backed up , so let's recap the unplugged the bathroom sink and really just stopped up the shower, they will not come and get rid of the original plug that is now plugging the shower with out charging another service call I'm 70 0n a fixed income and paid them 221.25 they should fix it I'm my opinion as it should have been done correctly the first time . Next up channel 4 in your corner, they will help us I'm sure . Update on top of this they pushed the plug into the main and when we used the washer water is now coming up in the shower . The new plumber told us they should have completed the job. WORST COMPANY IN OKLAHOMA CITY WARING DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THERE NOT QUALIFIED.

The young men arrived on time (I regret I ont remember their names), were professional, courteous, and went to work in short order to repair the connection I was concerned about. They worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job in record time. They could have extended the work and I’d have been none the wiser. But they didn’t, which impressed me!

I called Buddy's on a Saturday afternoon following an unfortunate incident during my grandmother's kitchen remodel in South Oklahoma City. We broke an older inlet pipe in her home just below the sub floor in the kitchen sink area. Buddy's plumbing was super responsive, accommodating, communicated well, gave a GREAT estimate for response time (a few hours on a SATURDAY) and then they showed up early! They communicated via phone and text about everything- quickly and clearly, and the 2 gentlemen who showed up were TOP NOTCH! They were kind and got the job done FAST. I even noticed that the more experienced person was very patient in explaining what they were doing to the younger one. He was very knowledgeable and was doing such a great job leading his other coworker. I took a stack of his cards and would recommend them to ANYONE needing fast, friendly and AFFORDABLE plumbing service. Anyone else would've charged double what they did! The kitchen pipe was fixed with a beautiful new poly line instead of the old hard metal (the reason it broke in the first place) and we were up and running in no time! I have used this company multiple times( house built in 1920's) Water & gas. They are friendly, affordable & prompt. I truly cannot imagine using anyone else! They are great & always surprise me with their low prices!

Dishwasher installation looks awful! There are gaps on top and sides. They left dirt on floor also

They came 2 days after I called(called on a weekend). They were 14 minutes early and took exactly the amount of time they estimated. They were polite and efficient ! Thank you!

I called Buddy's because the water pressure in my shower had been cut drastically, like in half. front desk was nice got an appointment pretty quick when the gentlemen came out, all they did was look for a leak remove my shower head and told me there was nothing they could do because my pipes were old. I called for a second opinion and the problem has to do with my hot water heater, ( my pipes have already been replaced in the past) which he looked at, also my faucet in the shower leaks. Buddy's plumber didn't notice either of those things also didn't notice that my hot water heater was set up illegally and dangerously. I found that out from the second plumber that came to my house.
very disappointed in their lack of work and their lack of care for my safety.

I’ve been dealing with plumbing issues and Buddy’s saved me!!! Super nice guys, and always professional and respectful of my house. I got about 6 estimates to do a big replacement job and they stood out amongst everyone. Highly recommend to anyone needing small or big jobs!!!

I’m always nervous about hiring plumbers because I have had a few bad experiences before. Fortunately I found Buddys plumbing, which I will be using from now on! They were able to come out the next day, right on time, had the parts that were needed on their truck, and were extremely polite and professional. They replaced the valves and the seats on 2 of my shower valves, and they did it in just under an hour. The price was HALF what I was charged to replace a valve for my bath tub. I will be calling these guys for all of my future plumbing needs!

when they got there and investigated my leak, it wasn't a broken pipe after all. So far, no additional problems to report, thanks

updated: My sewer line was backed up again so I called Buddy's Plumbing Inc, thank you.

I called at 7:30 am in the morning and I was very happy that someone actually picked up so early.

Got an appointment on the same day at noon and they were able to move things around and came at 9 am, cleaned up the line at 9:30.

The price is very reasonable comparing to 2 other plumbing companies I have tried before.
$135 was the total

The 2 gentleman did a good job and were friendly.

Listen, I've used the cheap guys, and it was just that; cheap. I finally Googled “best plumbers in OKC,” and Buddy’s was first in line. They came out, and before finishing the work, they used all their tools to figure out the real issue. I had them out again to finish it up and although they weren’t cheap, they were hella affordable. Not only that, but I paid what I was quoted, they did an amazing job, and even did me a favor before they left to tie it all together. These dudes are all around awesome and I highly recommend them. We've used Buddy's several times to clear our clogged sewer line... most likely tree roots are the problem. As our luck works, it usually seems to happen on a weekend so after hours hourly charges apply but they've always handled it quickly. We've called on a Saturday morning at 10 and had them out and everything working by 3pm so same day service is possible. They are considerate and capable.
20211027-Called this morning after heavy rains clogged the sewer line again. They told us unless we wanted them to come after hours, they probably wouldn't be able to come out until tomorrow afternoon but then they called at 3:00 p.m. saying they would be out today if we still wanted them to come. They came out and unclogged the sewer line. Took them maybe 30 minutes. We're very happy they were able to come early and get it fixed for us! Good team of guys. Good service manager to send them by after another call was completed nearby!
20220304- Z and Dale came out to clear our sewer line and did a good job and even had me go back inside to flush the toilets so he could double check everything was flowing properly. Great guys. Knowledgeable. Called ahead. Arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently. They also now offer scheduled maintenance so we won't have another clog. Yay!

I had a bad sewer gas smell coming from my bathroom sink. I called Buddy's and they sent a team out that afternoon. The lead determined that the problem was coming rom the sink overflow and p trap, which had a large amount of mold. He removed the p trap and overflow assemble, cleaned them with soap and bleach and reassembled with no leaks and no smell. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Buddy’s Plumbing was a blessing. They worked me into their busy schedule at the last minute. That alone made me a fan for life. But add to that their great techs and reasonable, but fair pricing, they are definitely a contact to keep on your phone if you own a home!

Called them to repair hot water heater pilot light not staying lit. They said they replaced the breaker switch and the thermocouple. Next day it still didn't work. They should have been more up front saying It will cost this to try this and we aren't sure this is the problem. I don't think its honest to fix something as a guess, charge the customer and not rectify it if it doesn't work. They did say, after giving me the bill and replacing the items that if this doesn't work you may need to replace the whole tank. I got a quote the next day to replace it and it was over $1,600. I asked if they would take off the $185 they charged me to not fix it and they refused, and said they would only agree to take off 1/2 of the $135 service charge. Time to shop around

I called Buddy’s plumbing after having several bids on replacing my laundry/kitchen line. They beat everyone’s price by a landslide. It turns out all of plumbing was bad and they had to replace everything. They were very transparent on pricing and were great at communicating to me the entire time with daily updates. I was very pleased with the job they did and the pricing. I can’t recommend them enough for any job you may have whether it’s big or small. I will definitely be using these guys from here on out for any of my plumbing needs.

Gas was leaking from our water heater. I was able to make an appointment this morning for noon. They called and were able to come earlier. I was impressed at the quality of work and the cost was very reasonable. They were very friendly and professional. I will be calling them again for plumbing work!

Excellent work, exceptional customer service...but even more important is you can trust them! We paid another company to complete work under the house and to connect our pipes to the main... the work never happened. Brook used the camera and walked me through the entire process. We have new plumbers for life! We even got a follow-up call to make sure everything was 100%. Highly recommend!!! Really appreciate their entire team!

Buddy's was recommended to me by a friend on Facebook. The guys that came were great! They kept me informed of what was going on and had the issue fixed in no time. The prices seemed extremely reasonable to me. Definitely going to be my go to for any plumping stuff in the future!

I contracted Buddy's Plumbing to do a main sewer line replacement and install a drain cap on my hot water heater. Both jobs got done quickly and professionally. Buddy's will definitely have all my plumbing business moving forward. Their pricing was more than fair.

I called Buddys early Friday morning, they dispatched two people and were at my house within an hour.

They fixed me up in 45mins and the pricing was reasonable.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and highly recommend.

I manage a storage facility that needed plumbing services because the toilet was backed up. I contacted numerous plumbing companies but Buddy's are the only ones who got back to me in a timely fashion. As soon as the work was approved, they had two workers out here in about 30min. The workers were professional but also made me feel very comfortable since I am a woman working alone and it was two men. I didn't have any feelings of uneasiness. They did what they had to do and were out the door within an hour. I would most assuredly recommend Buddy's and will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs. Have used Buddy's for years and was always a good company to do business with until Buddy retired. Poor business practices. Charging to make right what they did wrong. Don't respond to complaints. Just can no longer recommend.

Replace what they tore out of my house. They shut off gas pipes so I would have to get Central Heat. I’m trying to take care of my aunt which is 76 years old and she has no heat. I bought her a wall heater and no one can get it running because of them turning off the gas in that pipe. Don’t let them fool you. They are heartless.

Two plumbers came out. Older one was very rude. He complained about being outside all day. Told me he wanted to go home. Sewer pipe was frozen. He then said he would they to thaw it out if I wanted them to. Told me that he would not be out here tomorrow. Basically, he refused.
He acted put out the entire time. Younger plumber accompanied and was friendly. I apologized for the inconvenience. Will not use this service again and would not recommend.

After 2 plumbers came items was stolen from garage . Why would the plumbers be in my garage in the first place . Called office and noone has called back yet. I had only been in the house 4 days. I would like to have my items back the storage tote and the 3 deep fryers . And other items

Wife contacted buddy's because our pilot light would not stay lit the crew came out promptly found the problem ( broken transistors) tracked down part for our tank and fixed it. They were nice and informative

We had a copper line that we hit during remodel. They came out and got us all fixed up and did some additional work that same day that we needed taken care of.

Called this company because they had installed a water heater in my rental house through a third party contractor. I was dissatisfied with the work and wanted an explanation of how the repair was not done correctly. The man on the phone said he would check on it and call me back. I never heard from him again. I think it's a common courtesy to at least call your customers back, especially the dissatisfied ones, even if you can't provide any information of why you did not install the venting tube to the hot water tank.

They were very friendly, fixed our plumbing and replaced our kitchen sink, a three hour job the very same day. No issues so far and it looks great!

They were fast and friendly. The guys were able to get to me earlier than they originally thought but called first to make sure it would be okay. The price was less than I expected.

Did a pretty good job,but forgot to turn my water back on and took off with my personal shovel and when I called multiple times asking about it the guy sends me to voicemail or says he'll call back and then doesn't.Also left a mess in my front yard and it was very pricey.

Happy and surprised that they were able to come on the day I called them. The guys tackled the problem quickly and without any surprise costs.
