Mark and Kevin were absolutely amazing during a very stressful week. When you have to call a plumber it is usually not a very pleasant experience especially if you just purchased the house 2weeks prior to this so needless to say my family was experiencing some stressful times. But these 2 technicians really did what they could to soften the blow as well as just being 2 of the friendliest people we had ever met. I am not looking forward to having anymore problems but if I do these 2 earned my business again for sure.

Cost me $500.00 deductible because they said I left my hose hooked to the faucet. Not true…at all. And I was never asked if I left my hose connect which means the workman made an assumption and reported it to my insurance. The plumber and I discussed the lack of insulation causing the pipe to freeze, he inserted insulation around the pipe and he left me pipe insulation. They still claim it was my fault (calling me a liar to my face) and that a lack of insulation had NO part in the freezing of the pipe. FYI…OKC Code now REQUIRES plumbers to insulate sillcocks. I wonder why engineers would require sillcocks to be insulated?

Had a problem with my sewage backing up in my house and a foul smell in every room in the house. They came to my house to troubleshoot the problem. The bill came to a little more than I thought it should; however, when I watched them work and saw what they found beneath my house (they walked me through every step of the troubleshooting and repair process making sure I knew exactly what they did to my home and why), I completely understood how long I've been living with plumbing on the brink of going bad. Now, no more smell and no more back up. I'll definitely use these guys again. They're work is all top notch and I've never met a contractor with even close to the dedication and integrity that these guys have. I'm more than confident that they not only fixed my problem, but saved me a lot of trouble in the future by being proactive in their approach to eliminate problems before they become any worse than they already were. They aren't cheap, but cheap isn't what I want when I have a problem that needs to be fixed before it costs me tens of thousands of dollars in property damage. They're as honest as they come and worth every penny when it comes to protecting something as important as my home.

Justin came out today and did a Great job ! We have had them out before, about 3 years ago, and they have been to my nephew's house about 4 years ago. If you need honest and good plumbing work done then give them a call.

I have had problems with previous plumbers not seeming to get the job done right or not helping me understand my problem with my sewer fully. Robert and Skylars experience blew me away. They fully answered every question I could think to ask and really helped to educate me in all possibilities. Including the prevention of problems.

Brad and Gilbert are super helpful! My drainer in the bathroom got blocked by hair and they corrected the dilemma They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the pipe and left me a bottle of pipe shield. Professional service, patient, and valuable!

They never showed up They called 7 days after I called them had to get somebody else out to do the job

These folks charged me more than the estimate they gave me. Were at the property maybe an hour probably less found no issue and charged me right at $400. I feel like I have been violated. Extremely upset over this. Will never ever use them again.
