I found the name on a google search, read the reviews, and took a chance. I was very impressed that they came out within hours of me calling regarding a clogged shower drain. They fixed the problem with the shower and an additional tub drain. They were professional and reasonably priced.

Simply great, he promised a time of arrival and met it. Found a hidden discrepancy with my sink and fix it, along with the original work order.

I was having problem with recirculating system allowing hot water to go to the water RO filter system - which is not good for the RO filter system. Josh quickly diagnosed the situation and altered plumbing to correct the problem.

I am dissatisfied with the unexpected charge for giving me a free quote. I filled out a form online that advertised click here for a free quote. I filled out the form. A woman with an unclear caller id called immediately and set me up with an appointment this same afternoon. At no time was a charge for said appointment mention. I would not have even known about it if I had not asked Josua to wait while I made sure I received his emai. At that time, I found out at a $49 charge for his quote. And the quote itself was unprofessional. It read like this:
Chimney gas repair pipe in chiney is too long wants to shorten down for fire place grate

A professional plumber will come to your location give you a price to make the repair or installation you need. In some cases there may be additional charges to properly evaluate the situation.

The plumbing technician was very helpful and friendly. Cleaned up very well and was very conscious about any messes he was going to make. Overall price was affordable as far as plumbing repairs go.

Affordable leak detection came to our home to repair a slab leak that another company, Plumb Genius, could not locate.
Buddy the owner was out to my home within the hour. He assessed the situation and with our consent he began working on the leak immediately.
He dispatched a leak detector technician that thoroughly scanned our subflooring for leaks.
He wasted no time. Soon after that he had the repair team at our door and communicated to them the approximate location of the leak.
They began busting through our slab and found the leak immediately.
Repair was made and cleanup was done.
The next business day I contacted the office to request some paperwork for my insurance company.
Shannon gladly expedited the documents to my email.
Two thumbs up for Affordable Leak Detection!

Was very rude on the phone when I called him for help. He said that if would be a week before he he could get to me. I asked if it was an emergency he said A WEEK. You would think if he wanted his money that bad he would be yell at people on the phone. Learn to be nice and you will get a lot better!!!! That's what my mom always said.

No one shows up when they are supposed to. The owner stated that he will come personally and doesn't. Very unprofessional. Still waiting for them to fix our problems

Inspected our gas line so we could get gas service turned on at our newot (to us) house. Because we could not get gas service turned on without his approval this guy milked us. Replaced about 4 gas valves at $60 a pop just because they were a bit older and could possibly leak. Mind you that these are $10 at Lowes and I could have done that myself. had I known this was an issue. Takes 5 minutes and a pipewrench to change one out. Anyways, also performed one other unnecessary service regarding an old gas heater in the bathroom. We could not deny the request as he would not approve the house so the city inspector could come by. Basically stay away unless you like being milked for every penny.

Let me begin by saying I would rate this company a Zero Stars if I could. Im normally one that has a wide range of acceptability and would rate 3 to 5 stars if satisfied. This company installed my Plumbing and Heat and Air for a new house I purchased. That said here is my review.
Issue
#1 Plumbing in the house is run in all 3/4 PEX. I have 1 3/4 PEX line that feeds the entire house. I did not notice this when we purchased the house. If you try to run 2 sinks or a shower and an individual sprinkler outside you get a reduction in pressure to where you cant do both. I checked the pressure switch and its set correctly, just low flow through 3/4 PEX.
#2 We have had our shower faucet dripping almost every day we have lived in the house ( 9 Months ) we have called them out im guessing 6 or 7 times and they come out, stretch a spring and say its fixed every time. Now we did have a issue with some dirt and had the well raised but this is the only faucet that has dripped and has had to be serviced like this. We have a trouble call in for the 7th or 8th repair visit in 9 months.
#3 The Air ducts had insulation in them and when the heater would run insulation would blow out and cover our floor and beds with tiny bits of insulation. Very annoying but its gotten better.
#4 The Duct work was not supported very well and fell and popped loose from the register. Causing us to have a hot room and all the lost energy going to heat and cool the attic.
#5 The Heat and Air was installed in December. Any HVAC tech will tell you that you cant properly charge a system in freezing conditions. I had them come out and service my Air Conditioner knowing it was way low on refrigerant. The tech said it appears to be working fine but we will add some more and see how that works out. They added 0.5 pound of R410A. Well, on the 100 degree days it was over 85 in the kitchen and master bedroom. My wife's 91 year old grandma lives with us and we needed it fixed ASAP. I called a reputable company to come out and found that the system was only half charged. He put in 3 more pounds of R410A, checked super heat and subcooling and my house now stays 73 all day, what we have the thermostat set to. My unit requires about 8 pounds of R410A and I only had 4.5 pounds in it. Now, because I had someone else service the A/C they notified me that it voided their warranty.
I hope you get a chance to read this and make the right decision and call someone else. If you are stuck dealing with them, know that you may be treated exactly like I was. The warranty company Pro-Home of Oklahoma is of absolutely no help also. Stay away from Harvest Homes, this company does a lot of their homes.
