Did an excellent job installing new faucet and garbage disposal and plumbing apparatus. Repaired plumbing leak in bathroom caused by a pipe cut too short. I used a local community website to get recommendations for someone to fix my leaking toilet, and wrote down several names in no particular order of preference. After calling one business whose recorded message stated that they would try to get back to me in a couple of days (still have not heard from them), I called Jorge. He got back to me promptly, and gave me a date and time range from 12-2. To my utter surprise and delight, he called on the scheduled day to say they would be there around 1:15 and that Ivan would do a preliminary assessment.

Ivan was right on time, and was very thorough about ensuring where the leak was coming from so that I would not waste money.

Jorge and his crew, worked efficiently and were respectful of keeping my bathroom clean (removing a toilet is a messy job).

Sewer lateral was backed up. I called Mr. Rooter, and a technician was dispatched within an hour. Alex called and arrived 30 minutes later with all of the equipment needed to address the problem, which was fixed an hour later after he thoroughly checked everything to be sure there were no additional problems. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional and thorough.

We had Fredi come out to fix our shower faucet, he was punctual, professional, and very hard-working. He took his time to explain to us exactly what he was going to do and took his time to do the job thoroughly. I highly highly recommend Fredi and Alligator Plumbing .👍👍👍👍

Booking an appointment was easy, and the dispatcher said that there's a minimum $160 charge for the 1st hour/ visit, plus any parts needed. The plumbers showed up on time and started to suggest a lot of repairs for a simple leak. We settled on a gasket replacement for the shower valve, but the plumbers stated that wasn't covered under warranty. The gasket replacement fixed the leak. Initially they wanted to charge $32.50 for each gasket, which is ridiculous, and we settled on a lower price. Based on the experience, I wouldn't use JC Green Plumbing again.
