Brandon from Laratt Bros fixed the issue in 35 min! I would not go anywhere else if you have a plumbing issue. Just now, Sunday night, Aaron from Laratt, solved another issue via the phone, looking at the picture I sent to him, saving me at least 120 for insurance service call and charged me nothing!

This company really deserves more than five stars. Plumbing Heroes went above and beyond to help us. We had several plumbing jobs we were putting off around the house when we got a bad toilet leak. Plumbing Heroes was the first company to respond, and came out to do the work the same day! The plumber they sent, Luis, was respectful and highly efficient. I was impressed because he clearly did not take advantage of the time, even though they charged me an hourly rate. Throughout the job, Luis wore a mask and socially distanced. Ilana from the office even called us afterwards to see how the job went. Honestly, a really great service. I am happy to have finally found a plumbing company we can count on. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

tough job and Gordon (expert plumber) kicked ass. I've owned rentals for 35 years in North Oakland and Berkeley and I've used this company several times. no issues. Most likely the bad reviews come from weenies that have no clue how hard being a plumber really is.
