We had a broken sewer line right at the city connection. It had been a 3 month ordeal trying to get the city to come out and do something about it. We gave up on the city and had 3 different companies come out and video the line. 2 said it was such a gray area of ownership that they wouldn't touch it. The third gave us a bid of $7000 and a list of nightmare situations that would most likely occur in digging a massive hole and removing part of our fence, gate and sidewalk. Then a friend suggested I call Michel's Plumbing. I did with little expectations. Holly was amazing. She quoted us a price less than 1/3 that other amount and said they couldn't get to it until next week. I then sent her photos so she could fully understand the situation. She said no problem, the price isn't changing. The next day she called me at 8am and said I have a cancellation if you want to get this done immediately. I said YES PLEASE! Her crew was at my door in minutes. These two guys dug the hole with precision. The cut out the bad part. My tenants who were told not to use the sewer flushed the toilet and it came right out on the workers who brushed it off as nothing. By 4pm they had the line repaired, the work was beautiful! They then brought in more guys to put all the mud and clay back in place making sure to pack it down. The cleanup job was an added bonus. They even swept the drive and sidewalk.
I have never been so impressed with a plumbing company in my life.

I HAVE A HOME WARRANTY THROUGH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD (AHS). THEY SENT PRIMECAST OUT TO DETERMINE WHY MY TOILET DID NOT HAVE A STACK (WHICH IS REQUIRED BY CODE). AHS THEN SENT ME A PRICE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, BUT PRIMECAST REFUSES TO RETURN MY CALLS REGARDING WHAT WOULD BE DONE FOR THAT PRICE. NOW I AM OUT $100 SERVICE FEE AND AM NO CLOSER TO FIXING MY PROBLEM. WHEN I REQUESTED A NEW PLUMBER, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T REQUEST ONE AFTER ONE WEEK. SO LITERALLY $100 DOWN THE TOILET' DUE TO PRIMECAST PLUMBING. IF PRIMECAST HAD RETURNED MY CALLS, I COULD HAVE AT LEAST REQUESTED A NEW PLUMBER.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
