Devon Smith performed outdoor gas preparation for the city to turn on my gas meter. In addition, he repaired the drain strand that was leaking due to damaged drainage and repaired my toilet water fixture so that it would fill up correctly. Devon is professional, personable, great work ethic, and I would refer him to any of my friends or family that needed a plumber! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.

Ive had the same trusted AC guy for 15+ years, but he could not reach my unit in my new place on the roof. So, I looked up Natal's and took a chance.

The person I talked to on the phone was very kind. They were able to get a tech out sooner than expected, which was great. I made sure to tell them that my AC outside unit was on the roof of a two story condo building. They assured me that their tech could handle it and he did! The tech (forgot his name) was very friendly and clean. He had no issues getting on the roof and found out the issue quickly. He found that he did not have the part to fix it, so he went back to the shop and I was not charged for the trip, just the part. He fixed it, double checked everything in both the inside and outside units, and made sure it was blowing cold air before he left.

Would most definitely reccomend! When my guy retires, I'm switching to Natal's.

Finally, the part on my system that needed repair required ordering.... it was in the same day, and the job scheduled for the very next. To add, the work they performed is guaranteed for a year. Natal's has been providing great service for us over the past few months. Other AC companies we have called are struggling to provide same day service, but we've had great success with Natal's prompt service calls, even on weekends. I used another company for several years, but have switched to Natal's. Our most recent technician, Mike, did a great job on a Sunday service call!

Have used them for years, but the last two experiences have shown me they are only interested in getting your money . Charged 150 for weekend visit. Said we needed new condenser 5375. No detail in estimate. When I looked up serial number the condenser was under warranty. I confronted them and they offered to replace condenser coil for 2958.
Got quotes from others. 4100 to replace unit. 1700 to replace the coil. Shysters!

First cold front of the season and the floor furnace would not kick on. It was chilly! Contacted them on their website and received a call back and the tech came out same day, fixed it same day. Kyle Paulson and Natals rock! Give them a call and I am sure you will agree!

My air conditioning went out so I called Natal’s to see if someone could come by and assess the problem. A gentleman called me back and told me that he would be by in about 1 hour and that there is a $250.00 fee for the assessment. I said no problem. When he arrived he told me that since my building is commercial, he would have to charge me an extra $50.00. I explained that he is incorrect as my building is zoned as a residential building. He then told me that since he has to walk further, I need to pay him more money. I the told him to please leave. I was planning on buying an entirely new system which would cost around 14k. Due to the owner’s greed, I will go with someone else.

Had Natal's install an air handler two years ago and paid for the maintenance contract on top. They're always prompt in scheduling and keep me in the loop about any changes. Cody is great! Prompt, quick, and friendly, even at 8:15 AM.

I tried scheduling an appointment because they popped up when I googled the best ac company in New Orleans. Just scheduling an appointment was a hassle. I spoke to Tina and she was worried about the $90 fee and was condescending when she asked questions about my current unit and I didn’t give the answers she wanted. A little more was said, but the brief encounter was uncomfortable.
Needless to say, I called Keefe’s and had a much better experience. Money is green and it spends anywhere!!!

Our technician, Joe, came for regular maintenance. Little did he know I had big challenges with our system that I hoped he could help with. Joe was patient and knowledgeable. He took his time to really understand the problem and offered a few possible solutions. He recommended we meet with someone within the company that specializes in problems such as ours, which I appreciated. He seemed to really want to help us find the best solution. This is my second experience with Natal’s have have been happy both times.

The evening before Father’s Day (Sat. night); My A/C was not keeping up and the temp was slowly climbing in my apartment. I called a few places, but Natal’s was the ONLY company that could have sent someone right away. There was $150 service charge being that it was after hours AND a weekend, but that was about average. About an hour later a technician, Nadal, (not Natal like the company) arrived at my apartment. He was courteous, professional, and explained the problem and the solution very well. I would DEFINITELY recommend them!!

During this time of year, everyone seems to be having A/C problems and it's difficult to find someone to come out and to come out quickly. After a day spent on the phone trying to get someone out and only hearing no's, I finally got a yes from Patrick at Natal's Air Conditioning and Heating. One of the reason I was getting no's, despite everyone being busy, was because my issue was deemed to be not worth the time and money as opposed to the abundance of other more lucrative and easy jobs. He was so sympathetic to my problem, and although they normally don't do the type of job I needed them to do, he said he couldn't tell someone no, even though it's not something they typically would do or want to do. He came out promptly the next morning, and by the end of the day, the problem was fixed. He saw past the $$ (although they made money, I'm not totally naive!) and heard someone desperate on the phone that needed help. Patrick and Natal's are my A/C Superheros and I'll never go anywhere else!

Natal's is a fantastic company with honest and informative technicians. I really appreciate their new maintenance plan which has many added benefits compared to the previous version and they are truly honest people. I knew one of my air conditioning systems was going to be in bad shape and likely in need of some repair.

Natal's came in well below my expected cost (considering the unit has not been serviced in two years and is 15 or so years old). They were also able to do the work on the spot and had the necessary equipment on the truck.

I have accepted that I will likely end up replacing this AC unit completely and when I do, I will be calling Natal's to have the work done correctly.

Except for bending my attic door, scratching both sides of hot water heater and leaving all of the old pipes and fittings in attic which I had to throw out, I was satisfied with installation.

Recently about a year ago we had an older beat up r22 system that was on its last legs, we had natals install a new diakin system at our home, they removed and disposed of the old equipment for us and installed brand new equipment with new ducts and returns in every room. ever since the home has been cooled better and colder than it has ever been while costing much less to run, I remember they had a defective part during the installation that caused complications but they were there everyday until they got it figured out, definitely a great company that stands behind their work.

Natal’s is the best! They let us know when they were on their way and came out first thing on a Monday morning. Cody was our technician and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They are prompt and give good service. The tech was able to answer all of my questions and was willing to give detailed answers. I got my evaporator coils and blower motor cleaned on my air handler because my HVAC hadn’t been serviced in a long time. I had a moldy smell and now it’s gone.

Plumbing work performed was removal of major drain blockage that affected two toilets - videoing of drain pipe led to successful removal of matted material in drain. Rodney & helper then installed two new toilets, kitchen faucet, and changed out four water feed valves. All work greatly explained and performed by Natal's plumbing persons - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Rodney is a Master plumber!

Joe from Natal’s came and inspected my unit after I received a $6,000 estimate and report saying I needed an entire new ductwork system in order to cool the house. Joe added one pound of Freon, charged me $165 and I am thrilled! My formerly warm rooms are cool again. Whew!! What a relief in more ways than one! Thank you, Joe and Natal’s!!

Came out in a Sunday for a $250 fee but it’s been 90 and my a/c went out. Fixed it quickly and after a couple of questions knew exactly what was wrong. Writing this from my now centrally air conditioned house.

My A/C became clogged and started leaking through the ceiling on a Saturday morning when we were under a heat advisory warning. I connected with a local representative when I called the emergency number and the technician (Cody) came out that evening despite being very busy with emergency repairs during an August heatwave. I appreciated that he called me a couple of times throughout the day to keep me posted on his timing. When he arrived, he promptly solved the problem and communicated about everything that was going on very clearly. I was impressed by Cody's professionalism and I would definitely use Natal's again.

Helped with issues I had with my water heater. Was professional and courteous and very helpful in explaining what issues were present. He helped fix the problem and I would definitely recommend using again.

I called them to fix two toilets that were running constantly. They came out and replaced the fill valves on each toilet (these cost about $10 each from Home Depot) and charged me over $400. I was glad I would no longer have high water bills but felt they could have showed me what the issue was and told me to go to buy the parts from the store and do it myself since replacing fill valves is a simple project. Not even an hour after they left, one of the toilets started running again. I called back for them to come and fix the issue since their service supposedly came with a warranty. They came back out said it would cost me an additional $500 to fix and would have to make a 3rd appt and take more time off work lol. I didn't understand why I would be charged for something they didn't resolve during the first appt. and decided to go with someone else since they clearly don't care about the work they do and just want people's money. Would not recommend this business.

Natale's HVAC services recently installed a new A/C and heating system at my house, after the old system finally gave out. They were always in good contact with me via phone and email, and everything seemed to go really smooth. Patrick and his team even lent us a portable A/C unit and set it up to make the downtime more bearable, especially for the kids.
Mr. Joe and his team of installation specialists did an outstanding job and they even went over every detail with me before, during, and after the job. A few times my dog ran out the front door, and they ran down the street after him to get him back. They were stand-up guys and treated us well.
They offer unbeatable financing and different equipment options at different price levels. This was a full inside and outside job, and they brought us up to code and provided us with a great system that blows cold and should last for a long time.

I can't say enough positive things about Natals. Shortly after moving into our old Uptown NOLA house the AC went out. We called 6-7 companies and got quotes and suggestions for a new system. After speaking with Patrick who was the most knowledgeable and also understanding of the kind of system we were looking for, we were SOLD. Patrick and his team installed a new custom AC and heat pump system that has been great for our almost 100 yr old house. The install guys were professional and very nice. I have to also mention for aesthetic reasons I wanted our new thermostat panel on a different wall and the new returns located in specific locations. They listened and made it happen! After the system was installed we had a few kinks pop up (understandable in a very old house with a very high tech system) but they were there pronto trouble shooting and get it running. I look forward to our annual maintenance service with Natals they are all great guys and the ladies in the office are great too!

The first thing I did when my A/C went out on me was google the best A/C company in the greater New Orleans Area. Sure enough Natal's Air Conditioning was on the top of the list and they sure did deliver. We had several other companies come and try to fix our AC issue and it always seemed like a temporary fix followed by another issue. Natal’s is the only AC company that completely resolved the issues we were having. It’s been several weeks and our AC now works perfectly!

Our downstairs heating unit went out on Sunday afternoon. I sent a message to Natal’s & left a phone message on Sunday evening. When I called Monday a.m., I was given an appt. for that afternoon which was most appreciated with ambient temps in the 50’s! Nidal was on time, diagnosed the problem, & gave us options. Today he was here early to do the repair, made sure the unit was working properly (temp = 95F coming out of the floor register), & showed me what he replaced.

Outstanding service.

I had previously used a couple of different HVAC companies, and neither of them could figure out what was causing the issue with my heater. Natal’s came out and diagnosed the issue within minutes. They do a great job communicating with their customers about when the tech will arrive, and our tech Raiko was great at explaining what our issue was and what was causing it. Absolutely recommend.

Prior to my main complaint, I wasn’t very confident in our technician. They arrived on time, were kind and courteous, but seemed to have no clue what they were here to work on despite having an iPad on hand with our info. As it was my spouse who responded to the original diagnoses a week prior, I also didn’t have the explicit details but said multiple times that it was the panel connected to our furnace. They called for assistance twice but I’m not sure it helped them, and only finally even looked at our furnace after a technician (at our house for a separate issue) walked them to the attic. Afterwards the quote was extremely high and didn’t provide me a lot of confidence given the context of our interactions. 20 minutes after they left, I had already decided I needed a second opinion.

My main issue is this: the technician entered our gated and fenced side yard to access the breaker box. The gate was closed. The other technician did not go into the side yard and did not access that gate. The technician with this company met our dog as we were finishing up the invoice. I was not notified in any way that the gate was open. When my spouse came home he let the dog out and she was then missing for three hours on a busy street and we didn’t even know for an extended period of time since we had no reason to believe the gate was open.

Maybe just close gates that are closed when you arrive. That’s all I ask.

Very honest. Came out at 10 pm to fix our air conditioner only charged me 90 bucks. Would use them and would recommend in a heartbeat.

I signed up for a maintenance plan with Natals for my HVAC system. Initially I submitted a request via the website but didn't hear back. Upon calling, it was easy to schedule an appointment for the service. The blocks are about 4 hours but they indicated they'd send the tech out first thing which was helpful. Text and email follow ups were convenient.

I thought I had explained having 2 units that control the house, but was surprised to learn that required two maintenance contracts. I suppose it makes sense though given it's the same property I'd have expected at least a discount on the second given they'll always come same day for maintenance on both.

The tech was very nice (Brandon) and explained everything he was doing. I had a weird thermostat connection issue which he was able to troubleshoot for me.

At the end, he recommended a deep clean of both blower units at an added cost. While the maintenance plans discount additional services as add-ons to the visit, he wouldn't be able to do it same day as he needed to go to another appointment. I totally get and respect that, but was disappointed that the pricing wouldn't be honored for a future visit as it wasn't my fault that the work couldn't be done within the same visit. The best they could do was to charge full price for one cleaning and discount the second as an add-on.

I decided to wait on paying for this service as given how expensive the cleaning would be ($800+ for both), I will now price check other options to see if this can be done more inexpensively elsewhere. Had they honored the full add on service pricing for both in a later visit, I would have scheduled and paid for it at the time but will now see if there are cheaper options available.

I will always remember to request him if needed in the future.

Patrick came out to do an estimate on leveling the emergency drain pan and to diagnose a freon leak on the condenser outside. The estimate was given and Kyle came out to perform the work. After Kyle performed the work hours later the we noticed two additional leaks in the ceiling and the ac unit was not putting out cool air at all ( before the work was performed it was cooling ).Patrick was knowlegeable and courteous but I was not pleased with the work performed. Patrick returned to issue a full apology and also a full refund for unsatisfactory work that was performed. The company cares about its customers and stands by its policies, in which is very honest. I would still reccommend this company.

I called at 9:30 this morning with an emergency and by 3:30 they had diagnosed problem, sent for a new boiler and installed it. Most professional and competent company I’ve used in 22 years.

Great service

After having another company install a New Central System, the company came out 8 times in 8 months Fixing the problem. Turns out the system, although installed in December 2017 the outside unit said it was manufactured 2013(red flag), turns out the unit in the attic had a Freon leak and other problems. After the last fix, no air for 3.5 weeks and a company owner who said I did the best I could. I decided to get an entirely new system. I contacted Natal's Air Conditioning & Heating. I had an appointment with Patrick and needless to say; I was totally impressed with his knowledge, he listen to my plight, examined the system and noted the deficiencies. They are not the cheapest, but certainly one of the Best, you get what you pay for!!
They arrive Tuesday at 8:00 am. There were 4 trucks and 5 men including Patrick. they did not leave until 8:30 or 9:00 pm due to the promise fulfilled that they were not leaving until the job was complete, which included: removing the attic stairs completely, removable of system installed in December 2017 and also removed a old system that had be left by the previous company contracted to remove the system but was left; installing a totally new system. Did I mention that after installation, Patrick sent a carpenter to install the trim on the attic stairs and ensure that my ceiling was left in perfect condition You would not believe I had any work done, except the feel of wonderful cool air coming from my newly installed system. Thanks to Patrick and his team who are the most professional, hardworking and kind group of young men I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Our technician Rodney was prompt, very professional, and quick, while also giving the issue the attention it needed. Since it is two story, some of the ducts could not be replace and had to be cleaned. The price was very fair and they did an excellent job. Patrick and his crew, Joe, Adrian and Ralph, were very professional and it was a pleasure to deal with them.

We had the pleasure of meeting service technician Joe Pennino when our AC went out. 2 days of sweltering heat turned into a breath of fresh air! This young man really knows his stuff! Of all the technicians that have serviced our AC he was the most knowledgeable--we learned more from him than from ANY of the others--and believe me there have been quite a few. Joe replaced the motor to our unit and had us back in comfort and cool in a short amount of time. Joe showed us the main cause of our problem and gave us some tips on how to correct the situation. We will be calling Natal's in a few weeks to address those concerns and we will definitely request that they send Joe again. Great service, needed a same day appointment and Kyle showed up about an hour after I called. Patrick and Kyle worked quickly to diagnose the problem and explain it to me. My ac was running cold in no time. I was kinda scared at what the price tag would be with same day service, but it was very reasonable. They also took the time to explain the yearly maintenance plan, and because my ac is an older unit, I decided that would be a good idea. Very happy with the service and highly recommend!

These guys do more than air conditioning, and you can file this review under plumbing. A water pipe sprang a leak in my carpentry shop on a Sunday, and Natal's showed up the next morning and replaced the main water line before lunch. They worked fast, the guys were professional, their fee was reasonable -- this counts as a top-notch experience. Natal's was well recommended by another local business and I can see why. I would not hesitate to call them again. They also do electric. Recommended.

My regular HVAC guy came by for a tune up and within a few hours, my condenser unit was making a crazy sound, my thermostat said it was over 80*, and my fan was blowing but it wasn't cold air. I called Natal's and they sent Nidal within an hour. We sat outside and tried EVERYTHING to figure out what was wrong. He called multiple people to see if they could figure it out and no one knew what was going on. Finally, he realized it was two wires that had arc'ed and fried the board in the attic and my thermostat. He appropriately wrapped the wires, got us a new board within 12 hours, and showed me how to install a new thermostat myself. I am ETERNALLY grateful for Natal's HVAC service and their 24 hour line because they truly saved us from a potential fire and total HVAC failure.

Let me start off this negative review by saying that I used these guys last year too and the tech's do great work... if you can get them to your house. The problem you will have is dealing with the office. I normally try to chalk up bad service to a fluke, but I've had the same problem both times I've dealt with these guys a year apart. That tells me that my first bad experience was not just an accident.

This time I called the office for a leak (my ceiling is wet). I had to call 3 times to actually talk to someone. They don't have voicemail set up, so you can't leave a message. The lady said they couldn't get someone out until Monday (I talked to them on Thursday) and I asked if someone could tell me what to do to prevent more damage in the meantime. She said she would have someone call me back, but now it's Sunday and I haven't heard from anyone.

Last year was a similar story. Took multiple tries to actually get someone on the phone. Then after I had an appointment scheduled, they called me about 3 hours after they were scheduled to be here, telling me that the tech was out sick. They said they would call back in a few days to reschedule. After a week I had to call them back because no-one ever called me. When they finally got here the techs did a great job, but it took about 3 weeks after my initial call.

Came out during a tropical depression and serviced outside in the rain, cheerful technician and clear communication.

Had Natal air conditioning install a new energy efficient,upstairs and downstairs,system in my home. Now a year later I am very happy with the installation and performance of the system. My electric bills were about 40% lower this past summer. Jon

Nidal, Aaron, Rodney, Patrick and all of the crew at Natal's were a pleasure to work with and excellent. We found mold in our ducts and on some vent registers, so called Natal's. Patrick came out and analyzed our system, identifying issues and putting together several options. He worked with us on a solid estimate to do the work that best suited our needs and budget. The crew that installed new attic duct work and cleaned remaining duct work was always very considerate, hard-working and thorough, staying until about 6:30 PM to complete the job in one day. The new ducts look great and will work more efficiently and healthily. While working, the crew identified another issue-- mold in the insulation of some of the vent register boxes -- and came out at the next available opportunity to replace the vent box insulation at no charge.

We highly recommend the team at Natal's for any of your duct work needs!

I had a leaking seal that was probably something I could have repaired on my own, but preferred to seek assistance from a professional just in case it turned out to be a larger job. It was just what I thought, however the job was completed much quicker than I would have been able to myself. I also travel for a living and they were extremely accommodating to my availability/schedule and still very quick to the rescue. Had a tankless water heater crisis- no hot water! My regular plumber said they might or might not be able to get to me that day, and I felt like that was unacceptable. I looked around, and after reading some reviews, called Natal's. Of course they could come later that same day! Mr. Faucett was knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed the problem in no time for a very reasonable price. I think I have a new regular plumber!

Second time in a month I've had Rodney come out for different scenarios. Explains in excellent detail what solution he has for my service, how he will execute said solution, and has you review his work. Absolutely a pleasure to have work done by him from the Natal's crew.

Asked Natal’s to come out to fix a constant leak coming from my toilet. They charged $450 and replaced the flush valve (which costs $30, mind you, and was not the problem). When I told them the leak had continued despite their “repair” they told me they would correct it at no charge. They came over, looked at the toilet again, and then told me “it’s a different problem so we have to charge you for it” and proceeded to ask for another $490. I explained that it’s the exact same issue that I asked to be fixed, and that I unequivocally did NOT ask for them to repair my flush valve, as that was not the issue. They continued to argue with me so I cancelled.

Basically, they’ll rip you off in the first place, not fix the problem, and then try to rip you off on the turnaround.

Service was available over the weekend. I was told I would hear from my technician within two hours and I did. Cody was professional, courteous, and efficient.

The work Rodney Faucett did on my son's house went way beyond what I expected. He told me what needed to be done and then did it. He walked my plumbing inspection from start to finish. Rodney is a true professional.

We had them come out today for a leak in our shower...turns out the issue is with the door, so there nothing they could really do. Again, the technician, Rodney, was on time, pleasant, professional and helpful. Just being able to diagnose the problem was a great help. And he didn't even charge us. I don't want to have to call them ever again (because that means there's a problem) BUT, if I do need to call anyone for A/C or Plumbing, they're who I'm calling for sure! Another 5 stars for them!

Our A/C went out on Saturday afternoon. We looked up 24/7 Repair companies and called O'Keefe's that night...then again on Sunday morning. We called Natal's around 1pm Sunday afternoon, and we had sweet, cold air by 5pm. When I called, I left a voicemail and almost immediately Patrick called me back. He said he could have someone come out in about 2-3 hours and that's exactly what happened. They even sent me an email and text message with the technician's name and picture. Kyle called when he was about 15 mins away, he was prompt, professional and got the job done. I hope to never have to call anyone again, but if I do, it'll be Natal's!! P.S. It wasn't until after Natal's already had someone on the way that we got a call from O'Keefe's saying we had one caller ahead. We told them never mind :).

My technician was professional, the work was done well. My concern is more that when I asked for an itemized receipt for a $550 repair, I was told that this would not be possible. I understand that labor and parts cost money, but it seemed odd that I would not be allowed to see the cost breakdown.

The technician arrives earlier than expected, finds the problem quickly and resolves it without issue. Once again Natal’s to our rescue. You can’t ask for more.

Joseph P. did a terrific job - the day after a hurricane, when the AC probably was struggling, because it was running off a natural gas generator. In other words, the generator may have been complicating/causing the situation.

I do not think this was an easy one, but Joseph got things working, at least for now and perhaps longer. Further problems can be handled by the generator company, supposed to prevent such occurrences in the first place.

Professional, personal and competent. Patient. And if Joseph had a question, he got right through to his boss by cell. I could hear what they were saying. They were communicating about what to do in a meaningful way.

Even if the fix turns out not to be lasting, I was very pleased.

Natal's was a breath of fresh air given my history of poor interactions with plumbers in New Orleans. My expert Rodney efficiently diagnosed a problem with our gas line, quickly and cleanly repaired it correctly, and provided us with much useful information. Definitely will be using Natal's service again. I called them at 6am. They had someone out the same day by 9am. The technician was Kyle. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He found my problem and had my ac running within 30 minutes or less. He cleaned my outside unit and did a thorough inspection on the unit inside and out. He took pictures and explained to me everything that he noticed and that may require some maintenance to keep my unit running smoothly. Price was very reasonable. I spent more money on my ac unit a month ago with a friend of a friend that supposedly gave me a deal... But really didn't. I highly recommend Natal's if you need your ac serviced. Ask for Kyle! Rodney was nice and easy going.After so many instances of service men lying, breaking, not fixing correctly, disappearing and overcharging, I no longer trust my instincts. But Rodney turned out to be true. He came to the appointment on time and explained and answered all my questions. Two days later my water heater was installed, and I was thrilled to find hot water when I came from work. Before, I had to had to light my water heater heater if I wanted hot water, basically once a day — it really only light one tank full of water, and after that, it would not stay lit . I CC lived like this for over 6 months, this is how much I dreaded dealing with finding a plumber to do the job!. Will definitely look to them for future plumbing, and electrical needs.
