Hot day and AC seemed to underperform, also time for routine check-up. Next morning response with professional and informative tech. Nothing found to be wrong but adjustments made on two stage system and airflow. Another hot day and AC is cooling well. Quite happy!

Mark restored my faith in customer service. Kind, patient, quick.

Michael came out and before he even looked at anything knew what the problem was based on my description of what happened. After adding some Freon the system was pumping out cool air again. Michael was fast and friendly.

Very professional company- we have used them many times for installing new AC units to most recently having our duct work repaired/replaced. They came on time, worked efficiently, were respectful of property, and went above and beyond the old ductwork from our home to make it more efficient, and protect it better from risks of mold and tears by installing a suspension system so the ductwork will last longer than the former builder-grade work to at came with the home. While Surgi’s is more expensive than some other companies, we found their work to be a higher quality than the former company we had before. Very happy with our choice!

He confirmed my system is in good working order, cleaned everything. And took the time to talk with about ways I can make it perform better. Asked Rene for a quote on a complete central air and heat system update on Wednesday the 22 May 2019, liked the quote, and it was installed the next day Thursday 23 May 2019. The installers, Mario and Chad did a fantastic job, going the extra mile and being very meticulous in the planning and execution of the install. I could see they took pride in their work and doing it right as though they were working on their own homes. Hats off to them for the professional and courteous way they went about doing the job at hand.I will definitely recommend Surgi's heating and a/c to my relatives and friends.

I woke up to no A/C on a hot September morning, and called Sturgi’s at 8 AM. My mother recommended them and said they have consistently impressed her. By 10:45 I received a call from Branden that he was on his way. Shortly after he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair and estimated cost. He fixed the problem within minutes and I was back to basking in the deliciousness of cold air conditioning!! Great service, knowledgeable technician, quick response, reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My experience with Surgi's Heating was awesome! I had to have my full system replaced, AC and heat pump, plus I wanted a new thermostat and a new vent that holds the air filter in place. The process went so smoothly from getting an appointment to having the install done. Everyone I had contact with was so nice and professional. I knew when the tech was on the way because I received communication along with their picture. And to top of the whole entire process off, I received better than expected financing and a beautiful AC unit that looks like it could be for a commercial building! I originally chose to call Surgi's for an estimate because of their reviews. I'm so glad I did 😀

Professional, courteous and awesome!

Roberto and Cesar were my technicians for the AC installation. They were professional, friendly and hard workers. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. They were very conscientious during the installation and let me know that they would have to cut more of the wall but that it would be repaired. They cleaned up better than some cleaning people I have had😂. They were helpful trying to get me information regarding yearly maintenance for my new unit. They worked so hard and it was so hot, and never complained. Both Cesar and Roberto are dedicated technicians.

Efficient and knowledgeable - fixed the entire A/C system in our office building within two days after a prior company had attempted to deal with the issue for an entire month.

Surgi's is the best in the business. I especially would like to single out Mike Raia. He's so knowledgeable. He takes time to explain everything and what he's doing and how much your repairs will cost. He's a wonderful technician and a wonderful person.

Michael came over after our AC went out on a Friday night. He told us we needed a new condenser. He told us he had one for $5k and one for $7k. We needed to decide fast to get us on the schedule ASAP. We held off. Later that day Gauthier AC fixed the problem for $120.Surgis did reimburse their emergency service fee.That was nice.

Wonderful service. Kane came and helped diagnose the issue with our dishwasher in minutes and a bonus helped fixed the water pressure on our sink. Definitely worth it.

Very nice people & ac works better than it ever has in the 11 years I’ve been living in my home.

Called Surgis for an A/C problem I had with an older unit in one of my rentals. Air handler blower motor needed to be replaced. Mario added in drip pan, 2 float switches, 5lbs R22, contactor, hard start kit, etc as well as wash/clean blower casing, all adding up to over $8K. I know that I am nursing an old unit that will need to be replaced soon. When told that the price (without the R22) was exorbitant and that I’d never been pressured to spend such an insane amount of money in any of my other 45 rentals, he told me that he didn’t understand why I’d spend that much money (remember I had not even agreed to any of it) and could not make the repairs. Incredibly frustrating experience. I have a contract with Surgis but, based on this experience, will be ending that contract after the year. Absolutely cannot recommend them to anyone if their policy is to pressure clients to install all new equipment. (Had another HVAC company replace blower motor for $650 and the house is nice and cool.)

Troy R came and did a very good job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend this tech and company over and over again.

Technician charged me for a second service fee when I asked him for a bid to rebuild my return air box. No diagnostics involved. His bid to replace the compressor and evaporator coils was sky high compared to another company, who did not charge me to come out. Surgi’s will charge you for every little thing.

mark bourgeois was my service tech and he was unbelievably helpful explained everything that needed to be done and was quick with getting the work done!! 100% would recommend them to anyone that needs AC work!!

Marco was great.

Extremely dis honest crooked Man quoted me a price of $1500 for a water jet cleanout and camera. Everyone else charges average of $300 water jet and $300 for the camera. This Surgi rep. Obviously was trying to steal my money thinking maybe cause I’m an old man. ??? I ended up paying only $525

I had bathtub, shower head, and all the fixtures replaced along with repaired leaks they were very curtiose, perfessional and did a great job with that but they cut of the sheet rock around the tub when they replaced the shower and tub but they didn't replace it. They also dugout under the house to replace the pipes and I was told that they were going to refill the hole when they finished the job they finished the job and the hole was still left open for several days I called on several occasions and felt like I was getting the run around until the last time I called and stated that I need to talk to someone. They got paid and moved on to another job and I guess I was supposed to wait until they decided to come back just a word of advice don't sign anything or pay anything until you get a written contract stating what's being done and how much it's going to cost in your hand because there practice is to get you to sign and pay before you see the contract. I had to call and ask for my contract each time but the second time I asked for a written contract because they're practice is to do everything in a email and when I received the contract in the mail I saw that they over changed me 500.00 and some change and they tried to justify it but couldn't I had the invoice right in front of me so don't fall into that trap ask for everything in writing before you sign or pay for anything because once you've paid and signed before you've seen and read the got a actual contract anything can be doctored up this was my experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Buyers beware.

Branden Plaisance was very professional and helpful. He pointed out an issue with the condensate drains that I had not been aware of, in addition to doing thorough maintenance and inspection.

Currently having issues, I am sure how truthful they are being with, more then month ago the last information that some part had to be ordered I would be notify of an appointment to come back and finish the job. A woman Rachel claimed that they had to call me because of my colander, she took it upon her self to set and appointment on a day that I had 3 other appointments. I am so frustrated I am going to be doing a BBB COMPLAINT !

I really appreciate the service and responsiveness that they showed when replacing my elderly parents' water heater. I highly recommend them.

Surgi’s installed my HVAC system several years ago, and they’re my go-to for maintenance. They respond promptly to calls, and are generally able to get someone out quickly. During the recent heatwave, I had an a/c problem. Branden did a full diagnostic and was able to pinpoint several issues (which weren’t even mechanical) that were contributing to a/c loss and inefficiency. He was helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company and this technician!

My previous company went out of business, so i took a chance on one of the larger AC companies. Rene came out to my establishment and not only repaired the issue, but he was really professional and explained everything simply. Would recommend to my mom. A free repair would have gotten them a 5 star review.

The service personnel were very pleasant to work with and very professional. I called and a repairman came the same day. Due to the hour of the call, repair service was offered for the next day. The installers were very prompt and work very hard to restore air in my home. I was very pleased with the service.

The laminate hall floor was getting wet from a leak in the condenser pan. That very afternoon, Mike from Surgis' came out and fixed the problem. If it lingered for another day, I'd have to replace the floor.

I decided to give them a chance since all the reviews were good but don’t let that fool you.Tech came did a check up on my unit and immediately said he couldn’t do absolutely anything that I needed a whole new unit , i asked for an estimate I was told 14k so I just paid the check up fee and decided to get a second opinionWell guess what my unit needed Freon and it’s running great. It’s sad how they want to take advantage and make you spend that amount of money.

I worked with a gentleman named Art Boudreaux, he explained the options I had available to cool my home. I went in thinking I would do a ductless mini-split but after discussing the better choice in the long run would be a central ac unit. Very pleased with his patience as I am a new home owner and would rather do an efficient system to begin with rather than replace years from now. Do not use this A/C company. My 81 year old mother on a limited budget was charged $288.00 to change out a capacitor even while the unit was less than 5 years old and under a 10 year warranty. They charged $89 for diagnostic and $199 for labor. The repairman spent a significant amount of time trying to talk mom into buying a new unit for her second older unit. It took him less than 40 minutes to do the capacitor work. In addition, I spoke with the technician over the phone and asked him to please blow out the condensation line on the older unit which he replied he would. However, he didn't, telling mom the unit was too old to blow out the line. He knew the line was backed up but he did nothing. Surgis took advantage of an 81 year old loving humble person who takes care of her handicapped daughter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take advantage of you!!!

Awesome Service, Great Attitude!

Surgi's technician, Branden, arrived as scheduled, listened to my description of the issues, and got right to work. He was able to quickly discern the cause of my problems (failing capacitor) and had the needed repair part on his truck-no need to run to a parts house! He also then ran through a performance check to insure no associated components (fan motor, primarily) had been adversely affected, and made sure everything was working according to specs. I've always had good experiences with Surgi's since having them install our HVAC back in 2010.

My very positive experience was like many of the other reviewers have had. Decided to get quotes on replacements for our two HVAC systems and found Surgi’s on Angie’s List. Phil Lodrigue came out the same day and did a thorough inspection of the property, then sat down at the table and generated a quote for two Trane systems within a few minutes. He made us aware of their zero percent financing, which makes this expensive project manageable and less painful. His excellent sales skills are backed up by his obvious experience and knowledge of the field. Even though our environment had its challenges, there was nothing that he was unable to find a solution for. A week later the entire crew came out and finished the job in one day despite periodic downpours. The teamwork was impressive and they tackled some sticky aspects of our job with skill and efficiency. After the install we had some fine tuning and follow up issues, and Surgi’s was always able to send someone out on the same day or the day after I called, and every technician who has been out has been professional, courteous, and on time, most notably Marco Pinon. Surgi’s technology is impressive, too. Within seconds of making an appointment I get a text, and when a tech is on the way I get a text with his picture. The office staff is friendly and on top of things, too. I am so happy to have found this company after five years of searching for a good HVAC firm in New Orleans.

I called Surgi’s today to do a semi-annual cleaning for my AC.They were able to accommodate me after I explained that my work schedule leaves me with little time at home.Mr. Heath did a good job cleaning both the inside and outside units even in the late afternoon, summer time heat in New Orleans.He noticed that one of my UV lights were out and needed changing.Overall, great service from Surgi’s as always.

Great company. I received 3 different estimates from local companies. We choose Surgi's due to reasonable price and there ability to get to us so quickly after our unit had to be turned off due to a water leak in our attic. We had a new HVAC system installed and new flex duct. Nick and Garrett were the 2 man crew they sent to our house to do the job. These young men were very professional, hard working, courteous, cleaned up each day and would always call each morning to let us when they would be arriving. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a complete overhaul or a small job.

He replaced the part and I was all set! In and out in about 30 mins. The house was cooling before he even left. Two thumbs up!! AND I was able to get serviced the same day I called. GREAT FOR A NEW INSTALLATION....NOT SO GREAT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE!Last year we had an a/c system installed by Surgi's . My hubby really didn't do the best he could with its maintenance...and we got a clog. And water was cascading out of our ceiling. Thier tech came and admitted that the installation crew had made a mistake on the install last year...they didn't install the shut off pump properly...our ceiling should not have gotten wet. Surgis is gonna fix my ceiling damage and cleared the clog at no charge. Yeah...it kinda was thier fault...but not many A/C companies would admit that! The tech was kind and professional and Surgi's will forever be our A/C company and the company that I recommend to others.EDIT: The emergency service is sadly lacking. I have 2 times had minor issues and wanted surgi 's to come out. I sadly received not even a call until late the next day.We had another AC company come and solve our issues before we were even acknowledged by Surgi's. So I would NOT rely upon them for emergency call outs but a new system? THAT I would trust them for. And by the way they did a GREAT job with my kitchen ceiling!

I had been trying to get someone to give me a price to install a new AC unit (inside and out) since last summer/fall and no one would call me back, not even the company I had originally used for years, so I gave up looking until I found Surgi's on Angie's list recently. I requested a quote and Art immediately called me to set an appointment to take a look at what I might need. After meeting with a few other companies, I decided that because Art was so professional and took the time to go through everything they offered, that Surgi's was who I wanted for the job. I set everything up but unfortunately, I was unable to be at my house for the install so I had my neighbor let installer, Romalis, in to do the work. They worked non-stop and got the job completed in about 6-7 hours and left my house just as clean as it was when they arrived (or cleaner). When I returned home I was so excited to see what a great job they did both inside and out, and the BEST part is that I have cold air again, just in time for the warm weather! Thank you Art and Romalis (and I know there was another guy there who helped but I don't know his name, thank you too!) I have found my new AC company and would definitely recommend Surgi's (Art and Romalis) to anyone looking for a new unit or an AC repair/maintenance company!

Be careful !My rental properties were serviced for the annual summer check special lasy year in june so I called to schedule the summer check for this year and I was told that company no longer services rental properties. No where on the website does it say that they don't service rental properties and the fact that they did a check on my properties last year as a courtesy to an existing costumer I thought there would be some allegiance for my business but I see differently. I would not use a company that doesn't service rentals for most of new orleans has rentals , very suspect business practices😐

They showed up 2 hours early when no one was home. Did not request the system to be off. Showed up and said they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Said they were busy and didn’t know when they could come back and it would be expensive. Then requested a service fee.

Had issue with AC system called to have someone come out. Mario came out when they said they could be there. I wished it was sooner. Due to the extreme heat we had been having many customers systems had been going down. Had to order part. Had to schedule another visit. Surgi’s - despite the Easter weekend - bailed us out of an insane situation. Within days of a major incident, they relocated 2 condensers, welded and secured dozens of feet of copper (a lot of it discrete to keep a good view in our yard), and refilled our units with freon, all while doing safe and swift work. They worked closely with our electrician and were unbelievably communicative throughout the entire process. They were always on time and even worked late one day just to make sure my family (incl. two small children!) would be able to go back to our home a day earlier than estimated.I cannot sing their praises enough. I signed a contract for maintenance on the spot. I won’t be calling anyone else going forward.

2 years ago I needed some Freon added to my system. They told me that they didn’t use that Freon anymore. They changed the Freon and it cost $1200 dollars. I need freon added again and was told they don’t use that freon any more. I asked what was I supposed to do this time. They said get a new system .. Why did they change the freon to something that they wouldn’t have later.

The condensate line from my two A/C units got plugged up. I called Surgi's and they were able to send my technician Adam out the next day. This is remarkable because we have been having record heat and I'm sure their phone is ringing off the hook. Adam immediately recognized the problem and how to clear the line. He also set me up with some enzyme strips to help prevent the problem from recurring. Great job - efficient and timely.

I have used Surgi's for years, and I needed a new AC recently. They were extremely professional and courteous through every step of the process. I called and was told I am on the schedule for the next day. I was not added to the schedule and needless to say we are very hot and unhappy.

Phil Logrigue came out and figured out that our compressor was still under warrants from previous home owner! Meanwhile 2 other AC companies suggested I change whole system inside and out for $10,000 - 20,000 and never bothered to see if compressor would be covered by warranty... Needless to say we are now cooling and did not have to replace whole system. Phil is awesome!

After he gave us multiple options including what it would cost to upgrade the system we have , we decided to purchase a new system. As crazy as this may sound I’m so glad our system broke last year and we contacted surgi’s because they have not only saved us from putting more money into a system that was outdated and their Guarantees Insures that they backup their products and service. They showed up early in the morning. Was very persistent on getting their job done and nothing distracted them from working. Was very quite besides what couldn’t be quiet such as removing the ac and installing the new one. Very helpful and knew what they were doing/ talking about. Also put a new piece of wood for the ac to sit on. I loved their work. I also have a brand new amazing AC that is pretty cool. Also when I asked someone about the AC thermometer they knew exactly what they were talking about and showed me everything I needed to know. Amazing service, amazing work, and amazing people.

Surge’s has worked hard to help us resolve our above and underground plumbing problems. Andrew, Travis, Stephen, and the digging crew worked sun up till sun down until the problem was solved. They helped us work with our insurance and with financing this project . A great crew that was very professional.

It was the circut board needed replacing.

This is my first experience with Surgi’s. I had dripping facets and a broken cut-off valve. I called on a Monday and a rep came the next day to assess and give quote. The plumbers were at my home on Thursday of the same week. They were on time, verified what work had to be done, professional, and no mess left behind. Also they turned in each faucet to make sure working and no dripping. The one thing that needs a follow-up is that the brushed nickel faucet has to ordered and will be changed from the chrome (the box was mislabeled) when it is received. I appreciated him making me aware. However, chrome is very nice.

The job was well done!

My AC went out on Wednesday afternoon, and although Sergi's technician was here to check on it only about 45 minutes after calling the office, it was too late to order the needed part; it was ordered Thursday and thanks to Surgi's office personnel it arrived Friday in time to be installed on Friday afternoon (it was getting pretty hot in my house by that time). Mike Raia has mostly been our technician since the original installation over 3 years ago. Mike always shows up in a timely manner, he and his trainee helper are always courteous and efficient, getting the job done as quickly as possible. Thank you Mike and trainee, as well as the excellent office staff that effected the parts delivery overnight.

Prompt and courteous. Kane had my toilet fixed without a mess or hassle. He communicated with me about everything along the way. I felt very comfortable having him in my home to service my toilet. He was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this business.

Although it was determined to be an electrical problem requiring a follow
up by a licensed electrician the issue was fully explained to me and gave me the information to explain what I needed to have done.

When Troy Robert the tech called and I told him that our A/C had been down since last night and my wife who is recovering from cancer had a rough night from the heat he was here within 2 hours.Troy was very polite and courteous. He was very careful as not to track dirt on our floors because it was storming outside. (Of course we didn't care about the floor as long as he got our A/C fixed). Troy immediately went to work and got our clogged drain cleared. He then proceeded to replace a bad capacitor on the outside unit all during a torrential down pour but he continuedto work while holding a umbrella we loaned him. He got so wet we had to give him a towel to dry himself off when he was finished. But he got us up and cooling.And all this on a Sunday.We felt so bad for him that he still had three more calls to go on that we gave him the umbrella and towel so he can try to stay dry.Troy is the best! He needs a bonus and / or a raise!

It’s hard to find a good air conditioner repairman in this city but Branden at Surgi’s is one of the few good ones around! He showed up timely, was efficient and professional. It’s always a bummer to have a broken AC in the hot weather but Branden made the process much easier.

Surgis installed a new system in our home two years ago, and every time something goes wrong with it, customer service is absolutely awful. The first time it took two weeks for someone to come out. When the tech finally arrived, he used foul language and refused to do the job because of how the unit was positioned. It’s now out again in the middle of this heat wave. Although I was told someone could come today, that’s no longer the case because I’m not considered “priority.” Yet I’m still under warranty, so if I go to anyone else I’ll have to pay for the cost of repairs. No, I do not have a maintenance membership, which gets you priority (see above). I cannot wait to be done with this company.

The young man Kane was polite I was told that all of my fixtures needed to be replaced because they were old. He said there was nothing he could do to stop.the drip other than cap.off all the water upstairs. Then we would have had no water in the bathroom. The replacement cost was close to $3000. I understand that I have a house built in 1991, but another company came right out the next day change the cold water sprout added a spring and it works great. I saved $2800.

I appreciated getting a good technician. He was very informative and knowledgable of the services and products that are offered. Eddie took his time to explain and let you know what you need. Thank you for a job well done.

Surgi's replaced both of my heating/AC units in December 2020 and January 2021. Jason and the install teams were always prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. The new units are functioning quite well and my power bills seem to have dropped dramatically with the new, more efficient units. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful, too!

Bought new $20k unit in February. Stopped working late afternoon in early summer. 2 babies in house. On-call technician would not come out to repair. Received call next morning to schedule appointment.. very bizarre at lack of response. So upset that we cancelled a scheduled $3k plumbing job with the same company. Seriously would never use again

NEGATIVE 5 stars. They came out to my house when my a/c went out on a Friday afternoon in the middle of June. Even though I have a maintenance contract with them, they refused to service my unit to get it up and running. All it needed was a $20 capacitor that took someone else all of about 5 minutes to replace, but the technician said we would not touch my unit since it was 14 years old. Completely UNETHICAL to leave a person with a broken a/c during a city-wide excessive heat advisory and telling them the only option is to get whole new $16,000 replacement.

I had both heating and air conditioning units replaced. My system was old and not working efficiently. I checked out Surgi's on line and checked with my neighbor who used them as well and they had a very good reputation. Everyone was very professional, on time and new what they were doing. Jeremy was my sales contact and Romalis was my installer along with another guy who I can't remember his name. Everything was installed the same day. The work and the Trane HVAC unit was first class. I will be saving money on my utility bills each month. I would highly recommend Surgi's to anyone. Great job!

Got 3 estimates for 3 ton Trane new a/c system and decided to go with Surgi’s. The salesperson ( Art ) was very informative, the products were the same but Surgi’s gave us the better deal.Installation was performed professionally and efficiently. They answers all our questions and concerns. Very polite. Completed in around 8 hours, non stop.Had questions after the installation and called Art at home and he made sure our questions were taken care of.We would definitely recommend Surgi’s. They really stand by their product.

The AC technician was not experienced,not knowledgeable about a/c & cooling kept calling the office for advice, The issue was never resolved, the office advised adding freon, which he then charged $ me for and the issue has then gotten worse, and then he told me the office requested him to go service another customer after he was paid and the issue still unresolved! Spoke with the office & they acknowledged sending him to another location knowingly my issue is the same as to when he came they, were very unprofessional & were very rude and unconcerned, I would assume focus on taking someone else money, I wouldn't recommend this company!

A guy from Surgi's Heating & Air Conditioner arrived at the house to do a Tune up. The service was ok but I believe the service could have been better. The guy didn't check AC filter. The guy didn't clean the pump. I had to clean it myself, the guy said he didn't have to clean it because he put a tablet in the drain line. (I have photos for proof) I had an AC Tune up from another company last year or so the guy did a great job. He checked for air leaking, he sealed with tape. he cleaned pump, checked filter, he added tablets in drain line, he checked interior & exterior unit. The guy from Surgi's stayed about an hour that's including arriving at the house staying in the van about 10-13 minutes and staying in the work van for 10-15 minutes to write up the paper work. The Surgi's Heating & Air Conditioner Tec guy was at the house about 30 minutes, seem like it was a fast rush job. I used this company because they was offering an AC Tune up special. What I see now the special means you don't get 100% of the AC Tune up service. The service is a FAST RUSH JOB!!

Glorified sales person. Got the repairs done for half the cost. I've been with this company for a few years and this is one of many bad experiences I've had. I can't say it has all been bad butfor the most part every time they come out to do annual maintenance they find a way to upcharge you for things. The prices have gotten out of hand. I will say that some of the employees are genuine and I have had some good experiences with Surgis but 80% of the time it's disappointing. At this point, this company is taking advantage of its customers. Not what it used to be.

Mike and Zac were great! They kept me informed about what they were doing and gave me suggestions on how to keep my heating system in running condition. They were detailed but didn’t try to overpower me with jargon I couldn’t understand. They also told me about the new plumbing services that you all have started and gave me a flyer so I can contact you all when I’m ready for the maintenance. If the plumbing department is as good as the heating and AC department, I know that I won’t have any issues with getting the right service. They were also very polite and tidy. If your looking for a company that's going to sell you expensive solutions to a minor problem, this is it. A motor fan that's overheating would cost $2000 to replace and install, recommending a whole new unit starting at $15,000... When we just needed to get a new fan that cost us less than $200 that my husband easily replaced. Not your friendly small company that's trying to save you a few thousand, keep looking. Or better yet do a bit of research and do it yourself, so glad we did! Vacation here we come ;-)

My AC went out on Friday afternoon and they were able to get a tech out to me within an hour. Mark was very professional and kind and explained every step of the process. I really appreciate the text ahead of time with a picture of the tech so I knew who to expect as well! Mark got my system back up and running quickly. Weekend saved!

First pumped freon into system without checking for leak, which i asked the not to do. Then decided i needed a new system, which resulted in a faulty installation that leaked condensation through the ceiling, since they failed to insulate the drain line or unclog the drip pan. Took a month of me calling them non stop to get someone to begin repairing the drywall, but they have yet to reimburse me for mold inspection, which they said they would do.I would call someone else, personally. I've had 4 different crews in my house before getting this sorted, and still waiting to be made whole.*1 year update, the drainline is somehow already clogged (again), and they demanded $400 to fix it, even though it is a service normally performed as part of their annual service on the unit that they normally charge $149 for. But since it was actually clogged now, they demanded more money. Also informed me my 2 year service warranty is void because i did not renew my $200+ annual service contract. I feel like ive been hustled. Go anywhere else.

The quote was reasonable, the equipment and options selection were very good. Payment and financing options were excellent with discount offered for cash payments. The installation time frame was outstanding with installation completed within 2 days of purchase. My installation team comprised of Marlin and Dale was outstanding. Marlin was extremely well trained and his assistant Dale was very good too. Together they were an extremely competent team and got the job done perfectly. I am enjoying my new Carrier system and I recommend Surgi with no reservations at all.

We were recently faced with the need to do a top to bottom replacement for our central AC system. After getting 4 estimates, we decided to go with Surgi's and this has turned out to be an excellent decision. Much of the credit for this goes to the 2 technicians who did all of the work. Romalis and Jeff showed up on time as scheduled. They proceeded to work diligently, quietly, and with a high degree of professionalism. Not only were they efficient but were unfailingly cordial in the face of a trying job. They patiently answered all of my questions no matter how trivial they may have been. They had to return after a day or 2 to address a couple of minor issues. Again, they displayed all of the traits I mentioned above. I cannot stress their professionalism enough.They are a tremendous asset to the Surgi's team and deserve recognition for their contributions to the company.

There was a complication with the geometry (the new unit is larger than the removed one). Instead of risking damage to my attic joists, they were able to quickly orchestrate the fabrication of a shorter plenum, which they picked up same day from their shop. Although the total installation took a full day instead of 3-4 hours, I'm full of appreciation, because I know other contractors would much more easily cut corners and risk damage. They were positive and respectful to me and my house throughout the entire process as well.Thank you also to Michael who came the next day to resolve an issue that ended up being a minor drain line backup and for ensuring no additional costs, as it was associated with the new install. The communication and responsiveness was excellent.All in all- I know maintenance work tends to have hiccups sometimes. But Surgis fixed things the right way, and each person involved didn't seek any additional charges amidst the troubleshooting complications. I appreciate the integrity.And the cookies. They sent me cookies.

Surgi's technician, Mike, is brilliant! The previous day I called a well known repair service about the noise in my 4 ton Trane AC. That technician replaced a capacitor and said noise would not go away because AC was old (7 yrs.) I paid him about $300. I did not accept that I would have to live with the noise. So, I decided to get another opionion and called Surgi who sent out Mike and helper, Marco. Mike brilliantly discovered the problem, replacing another capacitor, which he explained each of the two compressors has separate capacitors. Why didn't the other technician know this? Who knows? I paid Surgi less than $250. My AC is great now!! I am so happy with the knowledge possessed by this team of technicians. I am so grateful that Mike took so much time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. And, most importantly, I realize that someone without that knowledge could never have diagnosed the problem. Mike is both knowledgeable and persistent. He stays on task until finding the problem. I respect and appreciate their service and will call them again.

We have been using Surgi’s Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 10+ years for normal maintenance, service and repairs. We have found them to be very reputable, reliable and customer conscious. Our regular technician is Whalen and unless he is extremely back-logged we normally wait for him to become available. Over the years Whalen and Surgi’s have proven themselves to be the number one heating and air conditioning contract for our family. They are timely in their response to our calls, reliable, cost conscious, and always try to make sure we are pleased with the services provided and the fees charged. We do not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

So far my experience with this company has been exceptionally wonderful and very professional...the installation process was lengthy but my unit was carefully installed....I’m totally impressed and would recommend Surgi’s to anyone in need of a good AC/Heating system installation.

The job of a routine service was done well. It however got coupled with what seemed to me like upselling: asking for expensive improvements and presenting the changes as fixing defects.
