Complete waste of time… they stated they’ll be at my home between 8-10 but didn’t show up until 2:30… when arriving they stated they brought the wrong equipment and needed to go back to the warehouse to pick it up… they never returned or followed up with a phone call- COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

We had an emergency repair needed for the only toilet in our condo. I called all over the city and Norman’s were the only ones who were able to come out that day. They came in quickly, did the repair, and charged us a very reasonable price for the work we needed. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them again in the future for any services we need on our home repair.
