Tony showed up on short notice in the late afternoon to take care of an issue with a clogged sewer line. I called several plumbers, some who never even responded to my calls or messages, and only Moret Plumbing was able to respond immediately. Thanks for the good work!

I was getting crazy quotes from other companies for a sewer leak under my slab in the kitchen. They wanted to rip up my kitchen and break the slab. I called Mike to get another quote and he advised me he could tunnel it. Man was in and out in 2 day! I cant even tell he was here! I would recommend him to everyone! Great dude!

Woody and Dillon was efficient and friendly though professional. They cleaned behind themselves and also dirt and debris left from the prior tenants behind the washer machine. They're work was impeccable even without the wet vac or white tape. The wet vac and white tape would have top the entire job as Perfection...but I'll settle for 98.5! ***Still they get 5 stars!!!

It was a simple toilet root. We had nothing between the two of us to test it out with. So, I'll not know if I got my money's worth until later. Regardless, Shane was a pleasant fellow and persistent in finding the root of the problem. All should be well. I'll let you know in time.
Follow Up: Two days later I'm stuck in traffic waiting to cross the Greater New Orleans bridge (GNO), I'm eight - ten miles from my home, on the wrong side of the Mississippi River, in <5 mph traffic, and who pulls up beside me in a work van but Shane, my Mr. Rooter tech from two days before. My window was down and he shouted, How's that toilet working? Now, if that ain't follow up service I don't know what is.

Same day service and they did a professional job and the cost was very reasonable.

They came within 2 hours of the original call. Diagnosed the problem rapidly, began cleaning the discharge line and removed any problem that existed. Waiting for the camera unit to come and scope the line to assure that no other problems exist. Our serviceman was very friendly, knowledgeable and maintained a clean work area after the job. Our technician was Nick (2695) and I highly recommend him and the service.

I reached out to this business and within 1 day I had a technician assigned to do the work. Matt came by with a tech in training and they both were professional and friendly. They performed a diagnostic of my evaporator coil issue and took digitalPhotos before presenting me with cost. I appreciated their promptness. I had an issue with the work order r riot listing in detail what was done and they were eager to assist and changed up the work order and resent the new one. Gladly appreciative. Thanks a bunch

My Husband got a quote from the owner. A few months later we scheduled a Tuesday tub install with the owner again with the owner. My husband called him over the weekend to talk about alterations to the quote if he did some of the work himself as the quarantine has cut into our pay. He seemed very rude, but we chalked it up to us calling him on the weekend and didn't pay it any mind. After staying up through the night Monday to rip out our old tub bc we work and take care of a toddler during the day simultaneously, my husband called him in the morning Tuesday to see what time he was planning to arrive. He then told us he wasn't going to be able to do the work and would have to come do another quote. After 5 minutes of arguing we realized that this man had no professional integrity whatsoever and felt completely comfortable leaving a working family with a toddler without a bathtub in their house for no apparent reason. I highly suggest against using this company.

I wish I remembered the man's name, but this company was hired through our warranty company. This company contacted us faster than our warranty company did. The warranty company will usually let us know of updates/changes, but they didn't even get the chance to.

We had a leak from the piping connected to our tub. The guy was able to get in and out in under an hour. (I'm pretty sure it was maybe 30 minutes.) He was polite as all hell, communicated with us clearly with what needed to be done, and didn't leave a disaster behind. Hope our warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection, continues to hire y'all.
