The DVD video inspection was not on the DVD. I called to resolve the issue. The assistant was nice and offered a refund of $75 of $350, which was generous considering that I asked for the refund 8 months later.

I wish I remembered the man's name, but this company was hired through our warranty company. This company contacted us faster than our warranty company did. The warranty company will usually let us know of updates/changes, but they didn't even get the chance to.

We had a leak from the piping connected to our tub. The guy was able to get in and out in under an hour. (I'm pretty sure it was maybe 30 minutes.) He was polite as all hell, communicated with us clearly with what needed to be done, and didn't leave a disaster behind. Hope our warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection, continues to hire y'all.

DO NOT let your warranty company send these people out. It started with a leak from the shower, misdiagnosed that lead to us paying a contractor to rip the bathroom apart to actually find the leak, fix water damage, etc. They broke a toilet and said I had to replace it with a cheaper brand which I refused only to find out later the guy didn't even tell the company or orhp that they broke the toilet. I ended up having to tell them and the warranty company if they came back out, I would call the police. It was a whole host of issues from them leaving a mess, the guy scratching his privates to breaking things. Read the reviews of others and believe them. Zero stars ought to be a thing.

Came to my house misdiagnosed a problem saying my Pressure tank bladder was bad .
On top of trying to disable the water before even giving the quote.
This morning I called for the quote no answer - I called another service out to repair the tank come to find out it was just waterlogged.

They came, they saw, they conquered the malfunctioning toilet! Great people!

Be prepared to get taken for a ride. 5500 estimate to replace a water heater with an existing water heater. They blamed it on code. Old water heater was in place and working for 16 years on a house that just passed a real estate inspection. Don’t do it.sadly it cost 100 to get an unreasonable unrealistic price.
