I had the unfortunate experience of having my a/c rapidly turning on and off. My a/c man conferred with Terry from Mr. Rooter and they both agreed I had a blocked p trap. I dealt with three wonderful technicians - Terry, Paul, and Kevin. Their recommendations, expertise, and work were all professional and right on target. They went above and beyond to work with me. Paul has worked on several commercial properties and has done work multiple times at my house. He and his team always go above and beyond and are able to be reached at any hour of the day. I highly recommend him and his team.
Called out to check for leak in sewer line. Mr Rooter was here two weeks ago and unclogged the line. All went well with first visit. This time was here for 10 min, bill was $240 with no work needed. This was after just paying them two weeks ago. Was looking for a new Plummer for my 32 units and guess I need to keep looking.
This company (New Orleans, La) was exceptionally professional, from the dispatch who gave multiple confirmations for our appointment to the text message and email that was sent to notify us of who was arriving and when they will be expected to show up. Our tech, Terry S. arrived early, assessed the necessary work, and completed the task in a quick and cleanly manner. He also made sure to inform us of things we could do to prevent future drain failures. Mr. Terry was very knowledgable and patient. He was also very careful with using his equipment so as to not damage our pipes.

I needed a new water heater and also discovered my bathtub faucets were not functioning due to being incorrectly installed by a previous plumber so needed to be fixed. Dave R. went above and beyond to help me get everything in working order as quickly as possible at a fair price. This company was great. I had an emergency pop up on the same Saturday as the Endymion Parade. I had been up all night waiting on another plumbing company to show up, and when they did, they couldn't fix the problem and left behind a mess. Mr. Rooter showed up quickly and had everything fixed and cleaned up in no time. They were super professional and very kind. Definitely recommend.

When Kirk arrived he went straight at the problem. He saw it was the shoty work the other guy did. After he properly fixed the drain lines . He did water tests checking for leaks. Great guy and professional.

I called about some major kitchen sink plumbing problems on a weekday evening after 4:30, and they were able to send someone out the next morning at 8AM!! The girl who I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Shane (plumber) arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. I've had a persistent drip from the faucet in my wash basin, more like a steady stream of water. Dan had to replace the fixture and rebuilt a part under the basin. He also fixed a toilet which has been singing every 2-3 mins. It was a longer job than I anticipated, but Dan was determined to finish the job. He also checked a dryer connection for a gas leak. All clear! Thank you, Dan Helms, for a job well done! And, BTW, the office manager, Missy, I believe, was great at keeping me informed when the schedule changed and there was a delay. I am quite satisfied and will definitely call again if necessary.
Dan Helms came out at the end of the day and stayed well past quitting time to help me clean out a cracked sewer line. He knew my tenants did not have a toilet to use because of the cracked line and took it personally to do everything he could to help my tenants out.

I cannot praise Mr. Rooter enough (and a special thank you to Dan). My elderly mother woke up to find a flooded bathroom and called me (out-of-state) in a panic. I knew finding someone to come quickly would likely be an impossibility but the amazing staff at Mr. Rooter, not only managed to find an appointment for her but got there early, worked efficiently, and had everything finished before the time they originally said they would arrive. All that and they kept me up-to-date throughout, emailed me pictures of the work, were incredibly reasonably priced, and just a pleasure to work with. Highly, highly recommend them.

I was instructed there was a $65 charge to come out and give an estimate. I was not home, but a family member was. All work was performed with out prior approval, written or spoken. And then at the time of billing, my wife was belittled because she consulted with me about the total charges neither of us were aware of?
They were fast acting, appt same day. But the technicians people skills and work protocols were not followed.

It is a bad raining day today and I thought Mr. Rooter New Orleans would call off the appointment. Instead, Mr. John Cross showed up exactly at 8:00 am even though he lives in Baton Rouge area. He is very professional and kind man. He is the best plumber I ever met since I have been living here for about 20 years. Another day he fixed the pipe separation and came up even better solution to connect the pipe from kitchen to the sewage line. Today he came to fix the separation problem from the laundry drain pipe to the sewage. Though the work is similar, he cut and broke the concrete by himself. He is really a capable man and tackled all different kinds of problems quickly and precisely. His work is clean with high quality. He even gave me some suggestions to my post pipe work. The service is reasonable too. In addition, they have five year warranty for their work. Definitely I will stick to Mr. Rooter. Go John Cross!

There was a leak in the intake line feeding the toilet. Dan Helms Jr diagnosed, offered an estimate of , and repaired the problem within a few hours. He documented the findings during inspection, what needed to be done, and how he was going to fix it. He not only solved the problem but made sure the area was cleaned up after the job and was very careful with the house not create any damage. He was detailed, organized, friendly, and had great communication skills. I give him an A plus!

A toilet on the first floor of my home backed up and created quite a mess. I call several plumbers including my usual go-to company. None of them were available to come out immediately except Mr. Rooter. When Zack of Mr. Rooter arrived he immediately assessed the situation and set about devising a plan for its correction. He gave me several options including a regular cable cleaning of the sewer line, a jet pressured cleaning of the sewer line, and a video inspection of the sewer line. We chose the video and the jet pressure cleaning. The procedure took about an hour and successfully cleared the line. In the process, Zach discovered that the actual blockage was being caused by a break in the terracotta on the city side of the sewer line and informed me that I should call the city to get it repaired. Since the line was at least temporarily cleared his job was finished. Zach recommended that I call the city immediately about the sewer line break, which I did. The city came out within one hour and informed me that indeed the problem was on the city side of the sewer line and that they should have been called first. If I had gone to the city with the problem, I was informed, there would have been no charge and I would have saved myself a considerable amount of money. I'm not sure if Mr. Rooter should have made that clear to me from the very beginning. Zach, however, was knowledgeable about the work, quite good at communicating what needed to be done (though perhaps not quite so good at communicating who should do it), and efficient and professional in carrying out the necessary repairs.
My experience with Mr Rooter has been great. Dan Helms, Jr. was the professional they sent out to fix a clogged line at my house and he was just that: professional, friendly, informative, and punctual. We had a partially clogged main line and this was my first experience with Mr. Rooter. I am very impressed. The person who took my call was knowledgeable and helpful. The plumber who came out, Kevin, was very courteous and professional, and did a great, efficient job. He searched all around our house twice to try to find a clean out valve, which would be less expensive, but it appears that our house doesn't have one. He was also respectful; when he finished his job, I was in the middle of signing a song with my 3 year old daughter and recording it, and he waited in the hallway for us to finish. When I realized he was there, he said he didn't want to interrupt. Anyone else would have come on through! I'm grateful for Kevin's consideration and very satisfied with our service. Highly recommend!

We discovered a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink late at night. Called one plumber and because of covid-19 and a smaller staff couldn't get to us for 3 days. Started calling other companies and Mr Rooter was able to come that day - gave us a window; sent a text with the plumber's picture who arrived an our early. Assessed with was needed; got the parts and finished the job completely. Kirk was friendly, professional and explained what he was doing. Very good customer service and a very good value. Thank you.

Technician (Aaron Dansby) came to my home on Monday to look at my hot water heater. He gave me three quotes for my review. Due to the old age of my hot water heater, I decided to replace it with a new one. Aaron came the next day and installed the new one. He was very professional and qualified for the job he performed.
Mr. Dan was very knowledgeable and professional in getting my lines unclogged. I would recommend Dan for any plumbing job. He was punctual and professional and gave excellent advice for healthy pipes. I feel really blessed that we had Dan to come to our home and complete his work.
Mr. Shane worked hard to try to find a solution. Working together as a team is what it is taking in this case. It is a bit complicated and we will keep you or posted. Completed work, not yet.
I live in Baton Rouge, and luckily service tech Dan Helms (from the NoLa office) was working in Baton Rouge today. He came out on short notice, was very transparent, and worked efficiently and quickly. He was also extremely nice. First of all, Terry was wonderfully professional and knowledgeable. He was absolutely great and I will request him again if the need arises.
This whole experience was wonderful (except for the whole kitchen sink was backing up). It was easy to book, easy to get a fast appointment. Prior to arriving, I got a text update with a photo of who I should be looking for with full name and experience (as a female, this was a fantastic idea!).
Terry arrived, was efficient, professional, and LEFT MY KITCHEN CLEAN! Pricing was upfront and the whole appointment lasted 1 hour with a full resolution. Terry also gave a little advice on the problem to resolve future problems. 10/10 VERY HAPPY, will book again.

This is the second time I using Mr. Rooter. This time Dan was my technician. He was very professional, informative, and highly skilled. It only took him an hour to clean my septic pipes and unclogged my toilets. I received a detailed estimate and a video of my pipes. He also showed me where all my sewer clean outs where located under my home. Iâm only calling Mr. Rooter for my plumbing needs!

The plumbing professional they sent came out even earlier than predicted. He was polite and efficient. The price charged for an emergency service on a Saturday was quite reasonable in my opinion. I was pleased and satisfied with the services I received.
Shane replaced 2 exterior faucets that were seemingly outdated or improperly installed. He also brought to my attention the location for the in-ground cut off valve. I wasn't even aware of its location nor was I aware I had one, which was fortunate, because I called a plumber previous to calling Mr Rooter and he did not see the in-ground valve. Thank you, Shane.

We called Mr. Rooter because our old water heater had sprung a leak. Shane Arnold showed up on time and diagnosed the leak to the hot water connection at the top of the tank. Shane busted his butt trying to remove the plug and even put in a couple extra hours worth of effort before the plug finally broke (from age/corrosion and trying to be removed). We eventually agreed a new water heater was the way to go and Shane knocked out the install first thing next morning. I'll be using Mr Rooter again and I highly recommend you do the same!

We called multiple plumbers when we had a horrible main sewage line backup and everyone except Mr Rooter failed to answer calls, schedule follow ups, or provide estimates after coming out and doing a video inspections of the pipes. Thank God we called Mr Rooter!!! Dave came out same day, provided an estimate, and set a quick start date. The crew showed up on time and got the job gone quickly and correctly within two days! I had a horrible draining issue through half of my house. The plumbing was coming back up through the bath tub, shower, and toilet in the master bathroom. I called Mr. Rooter because I thought I may have heard a noise when I used my hot water. They had just installed a new unit for me a few months ago. I explained to Kevin that I was probably just being paranoid and his response was friendly and prompt. We went through the checks and found no problems. STAY AWAY
I had the misfortune of using Mr. Rooter
in late November 2021....for an issue I was having with my tankless hot water heater. I described the problem and they sent a tech out who wasn't the guy who handled tankless ones. They dispatched another tech to come assess the problem.
The problem was the tank intermittently working.
The outcome of that was him telling me that it was just too small of a unit and I should get a tank installed either in the attic or on the side of the house which would run $2,500-$5,000....
This was without even getting up a ladder to inspect the unit, looking at any pipes surrounding the unit, nothing besides telling me the same thing I told the receptionist to make the appointment.
Even then it stung to pay $175 for that useless verdict, but whatever....
Of course that didn't sit well with me so I thought I'd spend a few hundred bucks on a new tankless hwh and just install it myself....which is definitely a pain. When that job was finished I had the same issue I had previously....so I checked the connection on the fuse box 18 inches from the unit and guess what? the problem was a loose wire connection. Simply tightening the screw fixed the entire problem.
I tried to call them to dispute the charge since I felt very burned that their inspection consisted of faulty info and no effort....they said they would have a service manager return my call. I was told that once or twice a week for a month before I had to resort to disputing the charges with my credit card company.....and won that dispute.

We had field tech Kevin Tyler replace the original 1933 cast iron sewer pipe to our Lakeview shotgun rental. Kevin was friendly, articulate, punctual and did exactly what he promised without any stalls or delays. Our tenant was impressed and happy and so are we. The pictures explained the problem and the corrective work dramatically. Cleanup was 100% too which was a nice surprise.

I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs. Our need was an emergency as an outside pipe was broken off at the brick line of our home (it was hit with the lawnmower while cutting the grass). It was 7:30 at night and I googled 24 hour plumber near me and Mr. Rooter popped up. I quickly read the reviews and decided to call...and I am extremely happy that I did!! After giving them all of my information, I was told that the technician was coming from Slidell and would be about 45-60 minutes. Almost immediately after hanging up, I received a text message that the technician's name was Derek and he would be there within the 45-60 minute time frame. Derek arrived at our home at the 50 minute mark with a cheerful good evening and immediately began to assess our issue. He gave us the estimate and once we signed off, he began the repair. He walked us through what he would have to do in order to complete the repair. My husband was very pleased with his work and given the time of the evening and what had to be done, we thought the price was extremely reasonable. Whatever your plumbing needs may be, I would highly suggest contacting Mr. Rooter...and request Derek, he was terrific!!!

This company must operate on a customer first platform. They quickly assessed the problem (a mysterious dripping sound that sounded like it was in the wall) and determined there was no internal plumbing issue. AND they didn't charge us. I also loved that they have automatic emails and texts to let you know the status of your order and the arrival time of the technician. Very professional operation. These guys are definitely running some kind of scam! They came out, took a look at my shower, which had bad pressure, and told me they'd have to cut through the drywall in order to fix it, quoting me about $500. Then within fifteen minutes they charged me $65 for the visit and left. I had a feeling they were just trying to take the visit fee and run, so I called another plumber who knew upon looking it that it was a bad diverter. He fixed that in the same fifteen minutes and charged me less than half of Mr. Rooter's quote.
These folks at Mr. Rooter's would rather come out, take their $65, and misdiagnose the problem, than make an honest attempt at fixing anything. I guess all the fifteen minute visits for $65 add up over the course of a day.
Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I called two other plumbers initially, one no showed me twice, without even a call to explain why, the other said couldn't get to me before mid January. Then when speaking with a co worker, he told me of Roto Rooter. He called his contact, the plumber answered immediately, asked if it was an emergency, of which I said no, then right there, scheduled a time to meet with me at a later time. His dispatcher called and emailed me as well to set a definite time, followed up with a text to me, then he called me prior to coming out. He was ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem within minutes, I paid him and all done!!! I'll be using this service for not only my home, but for my businesses as well! Thank you so much!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible! Thanks for nothing! I called on Saturday but no one was available til Sunday morning 8-10 am. I get a text that a technician is coming. Then an hour later, 9 am, I get a call saying there was a miscommunication and NO ONE is available today. So y'all are 24 hour but no one can come Saturday or Sunday and you want me to wait til Monday? That's cute. How long are you gonna wait with a busted sewage pipe in your yard? How long can your family go with no bathroom? It's disappointing and insulting. Whatever you do, don't wait around on these people!

We had a very slow drain in the kitchen and completely pugged in Landry room . Told them I had Washed a MY PILLOW and it leaked foam in the washer and that started the problem. Man went on roof 30 min later he came said I think you have a broken pipe. We can flush it for $400plus or send a Camera down and see then we can fix the broken pipe. I figured why not send a camera down and know for sure what and where the problem is. Made an appointment for the next Tues. When he left the drain was not working at all completely blocked. Cost $250.
My Partner comes home that weekend went to home depot bought a $20 Bladder undid the drain under my sink put the bladder and hose in the pipe turn on water 30 min later the drain is making whirlpools it works so good.
I call to cancel Tuesday appointment and tell the lady I am VERY Disappointed with my latest experience. She said I am sending an email to a Supervisor and he will be contacting you today.
That was 3 days ago and I'm still waiting to be contacted by a supervisor.
This was the 3rd time I had used Mr Rooter and the Last
UPDATE Today Mr Rooter Refunded my money and Apologized for not returning my call in a timely manor. They also said they were sorry they didn't fix my problem the 1st time . I appreciate the call and the refund .

Paul and his technician came out to our house to install a hose bibb. They were on time for both the quote and the appointment, and were nice and professional each time. Will absolutely use them again in the future.
Paul and Derrick came out to unclog a main sewer line. They were extremely professional and polite. They answered all of my questions and explained the process to me. An estimate was given upfront. I am very pleased with the work and recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I was having issues with my older temperamental hot water heater in the home Iâd just moved to. I received a referral from a close friend of mine. The response time was great. I called Paul Memorial Day weekend and he was able to come out the next morning! He was FABULOUS. He was honest and straight forward about potential issues in the future with an older unit but he got it working and sheâs still kicking just fine! Iâd refer their services to any and everyone .
I called about a clogged sink a few days before Thanksgiving. They had an appointment for the day before, and the Plummer, Shane, was able to come by an hour early. He is very respectful and was able to diagnose the problem. He wanted to snake the drain from the roof and avoid hauling the equipment inside the house. It was a great idea to keep the place clean. He was able to do the job within 45 minutes and recommended preventing the problem from happening again. I will use this service again.
Aside from being very competent and professional, Derek was also very conscientious. Being careful not to agitate our 3 German shepherds, he went out of his way to notify me that the job was done. He had forgotten his cell phone and was going to retrieve it to text me when I saw him going into his van. I ran out, caught him, paid up, and thanked him for a job well done. I only wish I had remembered to give him the $20 tip I had in my pocket. If there is a next time - you'll get double that amount (please remind me)!

With a plumbing emergency and an approaching hurricane, I was so glad to have Dan Helms come to our home. This is the second time he has come to help us with our plumbing needs and we would not ask for anyone else! He is always professional but takes the time to explain the process so that we understand. While I hope we do not have any other plumbing needs, I know if we do, we will call Mr. Rooter and ask for Dan!

We chose Mr.Rooter because they came out to give free estimate - others wanted flat fee. While they were a bit more expensive than the quotes I received, the $25 off coupon I found on their website helped bring the price close to the others.
Water heater repair, toilet leaking and variouy other leaks have been diagnosed quickly and fairly. Very organized!

The guy they sent to my house should not be a licensed plumber. Spend $600 rebuilding a shower valve, at one point he left for 6 hours. Called me and said everything was fixed and took payment over the phone. Im back at the property now and the work is not complete, and now know he lied to me over the phone. The company itself is just a phone service, you can call and leave messages for the plumber or supervisor, but they dont call back or care once they have your money. Find a local company that exists in actual New Orleans, not this place.

The plumber who came out to work on my power assist toilet was âCowboyâ. He was excellent and friendly. A power assist toilet is a little different to work on and he knew exactly what was wrong with my toilet. He had one part but had to go pick another one up at supply house. He was very efficient putting the parts in toilet. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

Can't say enough about the service provided! Kevin was responsive and professional - we had an emergency water leak and Kevin wasted no time in stopping the leak and repairing the problem. Everything about the process was quick and easy: the initial call to the main office, getting on the schedule, to addressing the leak/repair. Kevin saw the description of our issue and got here even earlier than originally scheduled to get it fixed! We were very impressed and appreciate the customer service provided!

Instead of hiring a local handyman who didn't have the proper equipment (snake, camera, etc) I made an appointment thinking I would be getting a person to come out that had the proper equipment to figure out why my sewer line was clogged. $280 for a tech to tell me he didn't have the equipment on his truck and I would have to call and make another appointment. Then I was charged again for a 2nd appointment. The first guy says he cleared the line all the way to the street with a 4-in cable. My pipe is only 3 in. The 2nd guy that came out was not able to get the line past a certain section so there was no way the 1st guy really go the line all the way thru.
If you do use them, save yourself the time and ask for a technician with all the tools on his truck. If not, you are wasting your time and money.
Expensive but worth it when I needed it. $292 to light my water heater pilot after others could not. Friendly, efficient, FAST. Also looked at a leaky sink as a bonus and didnât charge extra, lmk I needed a new disposal.

Follow Up: Two days later I'm stuck in traffic waiting to cross the Greater New Orleans bridge (GNO), I'm eight - ten miles from my home, on the wrong side of the Mississippi River, in <5 mph traffic, and who pulls up beside me in a work van but Shane, my Mr. Rooter tech from two days before. My window was down and he shouted, How's that toilet working? Now, if that ain't follow up service I don't know what is.

Had a major sewerage problem, I received an estimate to do a pipe reliner, but after talking with Paul decided to go with Mr. Rooter. Everyone that worked on my project was very nice and knew their specific job. Had 2 different crews and all were perfect. I even had a blocked kitchen pipe, which was different issue. I texted Paul and he sent out a jetter crew to clean out the kitchen drain. They did a excellent job. People say you get what you pay for. I am extremely happy with the Mr. Rooter Plumbing service and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who ask.
A bit on the expensive side, but the plumber was early, knew his stuff, and finished quickly.

They did not show up at the scheduled time. When he did show up he stated he didnt have what was needed to do the job. After over an hour I called the office upset because half my day was wasted waiting around. I work at the LA-SPCA and they came out and fixed our 2 main water line.. They were very professional and did a great job.. I would highly recommend them to any one for homes and commercial buildings..
Devin performed the requested services in an extremely efficient and professional manner. He replaced 3 outside spigots, installed a new high tech faucet, replaced a sink basket as well as replaced a leaking hot water valve.

DO NOT use these GUYS! Had a job done in 2020 and just found out they did not connect multiple drain lines. That's right water just flowing under the house. Would have never seen this unless I was having other work done. Had to open the sub floor and low and behold drain lines going nowhere. BEWARE of Mr Rooter!

Mr. Dan Helms arrived on time and professional appearance. We went over the slow drain issue in my kitchen sink. He determined to unclog through roof vent. The vent was curved and had 3 extra 90's this caused an issue trying to get the snake through. WIth the curves the rooter machine broke the pipe at one of the 90's. Dan kept his cool and fixed the pipe by gluing back together and went to plan B. Plan B was to access the clogged drain line from under the sink. He rooted the pipe from under the sink to remove the clog. This corrected the drain issue. The technician was patient and worked through issues and the job was completed in a quick manner.

If youâre looking for a reputable company that is fast, friendly, professional and exceptionally priced, I recommend calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing of New Orleans!
Before calling Mr. Rooter, I received estimates from 2 other companyâs to remove/replace a water heater. Put simply, the FREE estimate I received from Mr. Rooter was $500 cheaper than the other quotes and included a longer warranty.
In addition, I called the company at 4:30 on a Friday and not only was Missy able to schedule an appointment the next day, but she sent multiple âstatusâ emails leading up to the Saturday appointment.
Furthermore, Paul arrived for the appointment early and explained all options to me in laymenâs terms so I could make the best decision.
Then, Paul and Charlie were able to install the new water heater ON THE SAME DAY (which again was a Saturday (weekend) at no additional cost.
After the removal/install was complete, they cleaned up the entire work area and allowed me to look at the new heater and ask any questions.
Finally, the purchase process was seamless and Paul was done with the entire job in less than 2 hours (again, on a Saturday after just being able to schedule the appointment late on Friday)!
Suffice it to say, from my initial conversation with Missy until Paul and Charlie closed the door, I was treated fairly and with the utmost professionalism. This may be the 2nd or 3rd review Iâve ever left, but companies like this are few and far between and deserve to be acknowledged.

Most plumbers were too busy to come fix my water heater quickly. Mr. Rooter booked us for the next 2 days. Came on time, did their job quickly and we knew what to expect before hand in terms of fees. Booking was easy to do online. Great and professional service.
Needed a garbage disposal repair, ended up getting a new garbage disposal and itâs much quieter than the last one I had and it comes with a 3 year warranty with their company! I had Dan and he was great, suck a nice guy as well!

When I called about my clogged drain, Mr. Rooter sent Dan, the technician, out to my home immediately. His service was outstanding! If I need service again, I will call Mr. Rooter, and I will definitely ask for Dan, knowing that I will get great service.
Paul has done wonderful work installing a tankless water heater and new pluming for my washing machine! Kevin also came out and fixed my clogged skin. Will definitely use them again.
Great overall experience. The guy was nice, professional, on time, worked quickly, wore his mask inside, and gave me a clear estimate prior to doing the work. The overall cost was a little higher than I expected, but you get what you pay for I guess. Overall good experience.

Dan Helm was the technician/plumber who came to my house to repair a break in my water line between the meter and my house. He was a consummate experienced professional. He explained everything to me, took pictures and wrote a detailed report describing the reason the pipe broke and what he did to fix it. He exemplifies the best in customer service! He totally cleaned up the area when he finished the repair and swept up and hosed off my sidewalk and the area affected by the water leak that was there before he arrived. He took pride in his work. Excellent in every way! I needed a new water heater last week so I called Mr Rooter to ask about prices and if they did business on the north shore. Not only do they do a lot of business in the Mandeville area but they also had incredible prices. The plumber they sent to me was very professional and explained a lot to me, more than just about water heaters. He worked quickly and thoroughly and was really easy to get along with. I would recommend them to anyone on the north or south shore as I donât see how any other company could be better than Mr Rooter.

They are definitely scammer and grifters, the call center gave me a price and a mode of operations, nothing ended up being reliable. The technician was uncommunicative and gave me straight out wrong informations just to justify the fact they didn't want to fix my water heater. Plus the prices for every other service that I was going to get done were insanely high.
The customer service might be nice and trying to be helpful but the system is a legal scam like so often is the case in this country

Mr Rooter gave me a next day appointment, at a time that fit into my schedule and sent Cowboy who was as gracious as he was knowledgeable. He confirmed a dangerous problem my AC person had spotted with my water heater, several problems actually, and while it took my landlord weeks to actually read his report, once they did- they put in a new water heater....I think it's safe? I may have to ask Cowboy to be certain. Trust is important.
Update 8/20/22: this is a company who cares...if you need something done right, use them--ask for Cowboy, he won't disappoint- thanks guys!

Mr. Rooter to the rescue. I had my main water line bust in the ground and was creating a lake in my yard. I had home warranty come out and a week and a half later, they decided they werenât going to pay for it. So a week and half of water leaking into my yard, I called Mr. Rooter as soon as I found out about the home warranty. They acted so fast, was at my house in a few hours, identified the problem and fixed me back up better than it was before in about 2 hours. Couldnât be happier with this company. The technicians Paul and Devin crushed it. I will continue to refer business to this company and if ever I have any plumbing work in the future, they will be on speed dial. Thanks again for your great work, your professionalism, and you extremely fair price. You guys rock!!!

I have a double vanity sink in my master bathroom. I needed both faucets replaced. Because of the very little space to work in, I decided to hire a plumber. I called on Saturday and was able to get a appointment on Sunday. The plumber that reported (Zachary) was very professional and on time. In order for the job to be completed on the same day, the counter top had to be removed. Zachary was very careful and handle the job as if he was repairing completing repairs at his own home. It took him almost 12 hours to complete but I was very happy with the results. I gave four stars instead of five because of the amount of time it took to complete. Also, the corking could have been a little neater when he reinstalled my counter top and back splash and he could have cleaned up a little better. Over all, I am satisfied and the new faucets look great.

Chris was so nice and great to work with! He arrived on time and explained what was wrong with the water heater. While we thought it was a quick, simple fix, we ended up having to order a part, which meant a few more days of cold showers. He was so pleasant to talk to and showed me where the new part would go if we wanted to replace it on our own when it arrived so we could get hot showers quicker instead of having to wait for a scheduled appointment to open again once the part arrived. He was efficient and again, one of the nicest workers Iâve had in my home, explaining the process of what he was doing as well as just talking about Louisiana and growing up here since we are new to the area!

Showed up 1 1/2 hrs late to an appointment smelling like weed. Charged $65 bucks for a 15min quote of a 300 ft. Residential French drain installation. The Next day they Quoted me between $30000-$45000 for the job. Complete joke.
