Had this company come out for a cracked sewer pipe, partially underneath a slab and partially exposed. The price they quoted me was comparable to other companies I contacted, but Bertucci Bros exceeded expectations for customer service, timeliness, and patience with my questions. These dudes installed a 4ton Goodman AC unit in our 1400 square foot house for 5k and in less than 2 years the unit leaks and has never been able to cool our house. It constantly short cycles and we have a terrible mold problem. They never did a load calculation and even after I told them that the unit was not the right size they still installed anyway and reassured that it was the best option. These guys are theives

My Husband got a quote from the owner. A few months later we scheduled a Tuesday tub install with the owner again with the owner. My husband called him over the weekend to talk about alterations to the quote if he did some of the work himself as the quarantine has cut into our pay. He seemed very rude, but we chalked it up to us calling him on the weekend and didn't pay it any mind. After staying up through the night Monday to rip out our old tub bc we work and take care of a toddler during the day simultaneously, my husband called him in the morning Tuesday to see what time he was planning to arrive. He then told us he wasn't going to be able to do the work and would have to come do another quote. After 5 minutes of arguing we realized that this man had no professional integrity whatsoever and felt completely comfortable leaving a working family with a toddler without a bathtub in their house for no apparent reason. I highly suggest against using this company.

Had a great experience with Brandon and Serosha. I needed to fix a loose kitchen sink faucet and a slowly draining kitchen sink. Brandon was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. The faucet needed some real elbow grease to reattach it, and they were able to get the job done. They identified parts of the sink that needed replacing, and took the time to fix those. I would highly recommend Bertucci Bros. as a quality plumbing service!

This is a smaller and family owned business! Tony and the small crew of men were great. We got our old galvanized pipes replaced with new plastic pipes, with very minimal Sheetrock removal. They put the Sheetrock panels back as much as they can so only some patching and painting is needed. It only took about a day and a half for the plumbing. The price was much lower than one bigger company’s estimate. I want to thank Darrin and his son for their great attention to detail and serious hard work. A job well done for sure!

Good value and customer service.

I am thoroughly pleased with the work done by Bertucci Bros. Their two workmen were personable, quiet, unobtrusive, and did very neat work. When problems arose, they solved them quickly and sensibly. They always seemed to know what to do. The contactor helping remodel my kitchen observed their work and commented how neat the work was. I recommend Bertucci Bros without hesitation.

The person answering the phone responded compassionately ( I really needed that), and immediately sent a plumber and helper team out to assess the problem, as the sewer line was backing up in my house in the toilet and shower. Yuck! They ran a snake through the line, and did a video. The problem has now been diagnosed, quoted at a fair price and the extensive repair work project will be completed shortly. I love that they are a local company in my area.

We messaged the Bertucci Bros last night because the new washing machine that Best Buy had installed was leaking. It was something to do with the pipe?? (I know nothing...) Even on a Saturday, Mr. Tony arrived first thing this morning, wearing a mask (which I SO appreciated) and quickly assessed the problem. He left for the parts and returned within 20 minutes and just finished the job after an hour of tough work! Our problem is fixed, and the area is clean and all organized. He was SO patient in explaining what was needed, and incredibly professional. There is truly NO comparison to plumbing company chains. Friendly, professional, efficient, and AFFORDABLE. SO grateful. I could not be happier that I found Bertucci Brothers! I found them when researching for a bathroom renovation and also needed a drain cleanout for a slow draining tub. The owner, David, came out first to walk us through our renovation options. In addition to being so friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Later that day, Joel and Brandon from his team came out to clean out our slow draining tub. Not only did they fix that, but they were so thorough, they found a leak in the shower head which they fixed right then and there. I was so impressed and thankful I have found our new go-to plumbers to call!

Very professional people to work with. The ladies in the office were exceptional. I'm sorry I don't know their names but every time I called to ask them something, they knew the answer or they found out for me. The man that came to my house to evaluate my damage was very knowledgeable and explained this in layman's terms so I could understand what they were going to do. I highly recommend them.

The two arrived on time to replace two hosepipe valves that were leaking. Brandon and Serosha are very knowledgeable and professional. The total time was about half an hour and everything was replaced with all hoses connected and verified to be leak free. I am very happy with the work.

The plumbers arrived right on time, and were professional and informative. We received a usb drive of the inspection along with a detailed description of the findings. The quote of the pipe repair was a very fair price. So thankful to our inspector to have recommended this company! We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs!

I am so pleased with the service I received from Tony and his team at Bertucci Bros Plumbing. From the start they were communicative and explained things in layman terms so I understood what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. Work was started on time and completed quickly. Two mornings ago we discovered an exterior water leak that appeared to be coming from under our slab. Bertucci Bros agreed to come and assess our problem. They arrived in less than 90 minutes and after some digging discovered a small leak from a pipe 3 feet into/under the house slab. We turned the main water supply to the house off but were assured that we could turn it on from time to time to flush toilets and shower (without further damage to house or slab), until they could come back out the next morning to fix the leak. Well, of course it rained torrentially the next day, so they couldn't come and work until the following morning. They arrived at 8 am sharp and began digging to give room to access the leaking pipe. They then cut out and replaced the broken part of the pipe, and refilled the large hole. Their timeliness with the repair was much appreciated. The estimate was $1,100 and that was the final cost. They were neat, efficient and fairly priced. We will use them again and recommend their services.

I needed a new hot water heater. I called several plumbers. Bertucci was responsive and came in with the lowest estimate. Several other contractors were more expensive and/ or just plain uncommunicative or unfriendly. The Bertucci team showed up on time, were extremely professional, and got the job done. This was not an easy job as my heater is up in my attic with difficult access. They never complained and knocked the job out in a matter of hours. The plumbers Matt and Andrew worked their butts off and made the experience stress free. I highly recommend these guys and I know they will always be the first outfit I call or recommend to friends and family!

We thought we had an easy fix, but it turns out we had the nightmare all homeowners dread: a leak underneath the foundational slab of our home. A hot water line, in fact. Joel was instrumental in diagnosing the problem (on a Saturday). We did have to outsource the leak detection to another company, but Joel was able to provide a reference for a reputable company that he had worked with before. David rescued us from the misery of having only cold water in the house and having to cook my children in the bathtub at 100 degrees F for 15 minutes with my sous vide. His workaround made it bearable to have hot water in one of our bathrooms so we could bathe without misery until the digging crew was able to tunnel and fix the leak under the house. Joel and Brandon then came the following week to reverse the fix that David had made to restore hot water to the whole house without leaks. All that is left is for Megan in the office to schedule the digging crew to backfill the tunnel and all will be as it was. Megan has been very helpful and easy to work with as far as working with our working schedule. The price for all the work was a bit steep, but ended up not being as catastrophic as we had anticipated. We would have likely paid much more with another company. Bertucci Bros is a great local company that worked with us to find the most cost-effective fix for us. Would use again. 5 stars.

I had a blockage that was impeding my kitchen sink from draining properly thus I was unable to even use my dishwasher (a huge time saver for me). I called someone else before calling Bertucci Bros who were not able to get it cleared out and immediately told me I had a broken pipe underground that needed to be fixed by breaking into the concrete and replacing the piping through a tunnel.

Bertucci Bros had done a video inspection of the piping about 2.5 years ago and I contacted them for a second opinion. Brandon from Bertucci Bros tried a couple of different things with the drain and cleared out the blockage successfully!!!
I was probably the happiest client he’d ever seen before. He was very sweet, polite, and respectful, he was also very patient with me and all the questions I had. He explained everything to me with all the details. I appreciate his transparency and honesty more than anything else. Thank you, Brandon! You made my entire week!!

Tony and his team were spot on when it came to identifying and repairing the low water pressure in my shower. While others suggested that expensive and extensive repairs were needed, Tony was able to quickly identify the most likely cause (a broken diverter and faulty cartridge) and recommended we try to fix those first and then consider more extensive options if it didn't work. After the diverter and cartridge were replaced, the shower pressure was great! Thanks Tony, Joel and Brandon!!

Extremely satisfied customer after Bertucci Brothers came through and cleared my sewer lines. My son flushed some of his toy cars down the toilet. I tried my best to clear it and couldn’t seem to clear it. When I saw water starting to back up in the tubs and toilets, I knew needed a professional plumber. I called Bertucci Bros and told them what happened. They were able to get one of their plumbers, Joel, to my house in less than 24 hours! I explained what happened and showed them where the cleans outs and bathrooms were and they took it from there. They found the problem very quickly. They cleared the drain then went in behind with the camera and took their time to throughly check to make sure there were no toys stuck anywhere else so I wouldn’t have any more problems. I was so relieved to have my problem fixed so quickly and the price was very fair. If I have to call a plumber in the future, I’ll be calling Bertucci Brothers.

ony last minute for a toilet reset and they fit me in the next morning. TJ my tech arrived early so that I would not be late for work very considerate. I also had a leaking faucet in another bathroom (Which I paid another company to fix less than a 2 months ago) the tech was willing to take the extra time to look at and fixed the problem very quickly. The previous plumber did not change a very simple part which caused it to continue to leak. This young man from Bertucci Bros. named Paul came by today. On time,courteous, and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He could have told us anything, but he was honest, he worked hard, and he left no sign that he had even been here.
He was hired to fix the shower/bathtub in one bbathroom When he got here, I realized there was a problem in a sink in another bathroom. He was exhausted, but he cheerfully went at that sink and fixed it too.
By the way, the office person was easy to work with as far as scheduling goes. Super nice.
We will stick with this company and probably ask for Paul again.

I waited until 2pm for them to show up for a 10am appointment. When they did finally show up they skipped working on my plumbing issue and only worked on an outside issue. I sat and the porch and watched them. A man with a face tattoo said just to ignore me. For the landlord had to call to ask what happened, and they were going to charge her another fee for coming out. Im sure the company is fine overall but with unprofessional labor like that, you're going to have problems.

On a cold February morning The Bertucci brothers came to fix my frozen pipes. Return later that day to insulate them.

Tub and toilet water started to rise due to a pipe clog. Bertucci Bros did a very good job at unclogging/solving the drainage problem I had in one of the bathrooms. They removed the obstruction and sent pictures of it right after. They arrived on time and performed the job on-time. Great service!

They fixed the line and identified a massive leak in an external pipe that we now believe has been causing our excessively high water bills. We have been dealing with the water bill for over a year. We've had multiple plumbers and Sewage & Water Board supervisors come out numerous times, and none of them identified the leak.

After identifying the leak, Brandon created an ingenious patch that immediately stopped the water from spouting out. The patch will allow us to monitor the water bills over time to ensure the external pipe was the cause of the high bills.

After so long, I can't say who grateful we are to have a possible solution to these water bills. I highly recommend these guys!

Booked an appointment for a faucet repair. Guy shows up 30 minutes past the appointment time. Takes him one full hour to complete the work. No complaints about work or professionalism of the plumber.

Get a bill and the company has charged me for 1 and a half hour of labor. I call to inquire about the basis of labor charges and present them the clock in and clock out time. Their phone attendant starts ranting and yelling at me and justifying that they are the most economical plumbing company in New Orleans without explaining the charges and then hangs up on me.

I guess it is a sin to even ask how the charges are billed and what I am paying for. I wasn't going to make an issue of the 30 minutes but really disappointed by the phone attendant as there was no need to be discourteous and hanging the phone up on me, that was appallingly unprofessional.

I had a complete clog in my bathroom sink and the worst part was that the air conditioning drain from the attic was running down the same line and filling up my sink with nowhere to go. I called Bertucci Bros. this morning because I flushed my toilet and the water backed up in to my bathtub, water was also coming from under the toilet which almost flooded my bathroom. The response time was AMAZING...!!! A plumber was at my house in less than 3 hours. Upon looking at my plumbing problem he discovered a pipe under my house had separated. He had to dig some to repair the separated pipe and snake the main drain line to clear the clog. Total time at my home was less than 3 hours...!!! And the cost was extremely reasonable. The plumber was courteous, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will only call Bertucci Bros. from now on. This company is 1st rate...!!!👍
