Roger Drury was your rep and he was as pleasant and helpful as anyone could have been. He went through the steps to find out what our plumbing problem was and never once led me to believe the problem would not be solved in a timely manner. He moved through the process of solving our problem and gave a quote if that should be the thing that solved it...We explained what should happen and if that didnt solve it he gave us the next step..... Problem was solved and we were extremely happy ....Thank you Roger and Roto Rooter for working 24/7 and coming out within a half an hour of calling... Problems never happen 8/5 Five days a week... We will be spreading the word!!!!!!

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

They arrived well within the timeframe and even tried to get me in early. Of course once Jeff shows, who was awesome, the drain pipe wouldn't leak. He suggested waiting for next rain to see if it's the vent pipe. Reccomend to all.

I called Morton plumbing and told them that my water line was backed up and that I needed help that same day. No commodes were working, the kitchen sink was backing up, and the bathtub was backing up, so they knew the problem before they arrived.

They were nice enough to work me in that day, but when the technician arrived, he checked everything and told me I had a major problem. He also told me (after calling his office) that their equipment was not available to clear my sewer line, and that it would not be available until the following week (which was in about 4 days).

I could not wait that long since I had no working commodes in the house. I asked the technician if I should call RotoRooter or another plumber, and he said yes, and that he would call Hiller. I told him I was a Hiller customer but did not call Hiller initially because I thought they were very expensive and I had heard good things about Morton's.

So, bottom line, the Morton guy left, and then I was billed a $49 dispatch fee. I don't mind paying the dispatch fee if I was offered the option of Morton's do the work. But they were not able to help me that day.

When I called their office to ask if the dispatch fee could be waived, the woman who answered the phone kept interrupting me and said that her guy told me what was wrong so that I could call another plumber and tell them was what wrong. She talked over my attempt to speak and would not let me talk without interrupting. She said that I was told about the dispatch fee in advance (I don't remember being told about it) and that everyone was billed that fee and it had to be paid if I chose another service. The only reason I chose another service was because Morton's did not have the equipment available. And if I told him in advance about all the issues I was having, why did he come to my home if he did not have the equipment to fix it?
So, my complaint is poor customer service, and having to pay a fee when they were not able to do the work due to their lack of equipment.

Alex has always been readily available to fix any plumbing issues I have had. He is knowledgeable and works fast.

Was an after hours call on a weekend, Ms. Debra did all she could to get us help. The tech was friendly and did the job quickly and cleaned up after himself

Extremely responsive and knowledgeable! Jack not only demonstrates his skill but takes the time to make sure you understand the why and the what. A few days later when a friend of mine needed a plumber, he answered on the first ring and offered to stop by later that day to take a quick look. WOW!
