Best Video Inspection Services in Nashville TN

Well I was charged $314.95 and drained was stopped up next day. Funny thing was my neighbor( who recomended roto rooter) had a blockage a year or so ago on a Saturday ,he got the same service ( drain snaked) and was only charged $150,his repaired the problem.I should have only been charged $49 for diagnosis and not $314.95 for a problem that was not fixed.

Took too long to get an estimate

This was my 2nd estimate and while a little bit more expensive ($90 on water heater) service was great, quick, efficient and Dave was communicative and helpful!

I had a pipe clogged up and called these guys and they said they would be here between 2pm and 4pm. They called at 130pm and said someone is on the way. At 330pm, no one still here. I called and they said guy had a flat tire on interstate and not sure if they could get here today. The guy I talked to, Drew, acted like he didn’t care. Very unprofessional and not even the common courtesy to call and say the guy was broke down. I’ll never do business with this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
