These folks are committed to giving excellent customer service. When we had issues with a recently installed water heater, Todd and Richard came out to inspect the problem. They were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They put my wife at ease that they would take care of the problem, whatever it took... and they did. Even the folks who we dealt with on the phone (several, but I believe MacKenzie was one of them) were all extremely pleasant and helpful as well. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the service and attention that we received. Thank you SO MUCH!

The receptionist in the office couldn't even give me a direct or correct response to my question. My application I submitted has disappeared, I didn't see it all. I then got an email with it saying I wasn't qualified for the position. Where does that happen?

Butch and his partner are awesome! They are both very knowledgeable about their job and I learned so much from them. They work great together and were concerned about safety in the home. After showing me the terrible work the builders' electrician had (clearly) done on my light switches (which prompted the service call in the first place), he removed a switch panel in the bathroom and pointed out the black burn mark on the inside of the panel showing me the wire was getting way too hot. They went above and beyond also educating me on bulb voltage, etc. Thank you very much! Great job!

What an amazing experience with the company. Dakota and Tyler came early in the appointed time frame and had everything finished in a very timely fashion. Before the arrival time window was even over! I will recommend these guys to any and everyone I know. Pleasure working with you guys!

Russell was great! Lee Company was super responsive. I called at 6 am and they called me back at 7 and Russell was at our house at 8. He was able to fix our leak right away. We required additional work done and Russell came back on the day he said he would. Our appt was at noon and he actually called at 8 and offered to come earlier. He did a great job and everything is working as it should be! Thanks for the great job and prompt and attentive service!

These guys provided above top notch service. They were able to provide me with same-day service on a Saturday afternoon and they were extremely efficient with their service. Not only was the service great, the technician who came to my home and I hate that I didn't write his name down, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the task at hand. But never-mind him being knowledgeable. The passion and energy that he had about his job was what made me know that I made the right choice with this company.
