I’ve tried calling multiple times a with no response. Why would you run a business that closes? 24/7 help is a better option. It’s sad that Lowes will answer the phone before this company does.

We had Bates Electric come out to swap out a chandelier and several other can lights with LEDs on an 18ft ceiling. Another big name electric company in Nashville quoted us over $1k for the job, but Bates came in under 1/3 of that. Chris did an awesome job and was incredibly helpful! He wrapped it all up in about an hour when the other company said it would take 4. I’d highly recommend this company & Chris for any electrical work!

Jacob came to investigate a wiring issue. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions and was an all around friendly guy to hang with for an hour. He even took the time to replace a crackling light switch after I mentioned it offhand. Always a pleasure working with the JTE folks! And a pleasure meeting Jacob himself! Highly recommend.

Diagnosed and removed old water heater and installed new. From start to finish only took about 2 hours. Service tech was very knowledgeable and took care to leave as little mess as possible (for instance, covered boots before entering house). Could have done it cheaper myself but certainly not as well. Recommended.

Contacted Leading Electric to install a 50 AMP RV Plug at a residential property. Very professional in the beginning. The quote was high, but his professionalism and being a veteran made hiring him make sense.

When he came out to do the job on day 1, a trencher went through a chain link fence after running it through a field line in our septic system.

He fixed the fence on day two and hired Steve Mill Plumbing to fix the septic. The fence repair was ok. Not back to normal, but it was ok with me. The plumber showed to temporarily fix the field line to keep ground water from entering lines.

He was told that we were hiring a plumber to fix the damage that he caused. He failed to communicate with the plumber on a price. The plumber pulled a fast one on my wife and had her pay it rather than sending the invoice to Leading Electric.

It took him 3 days to do a job that any other electrician would’ve done in half a day tops. He is now saying that a $900 repair is way too much for replacing a section of our field line. He wants to find a middle ground on the plumbing bill after charging me $2,400 for a 50 amp outlet to be wired into a breaker box with maybe a run of 40 feet of wire and after 3 days to get it done, not mentioning the chaos while trying to move into a new property with a damaged fence and septic line.

The middle ground for me is to warn people before hiring this company. Pics are of the fence, the field line sliced in half and of the mess we were left with after paying $900 out of pocket to repair the damage he caused.

Nice bosses and owner ????and good employees.???????????????????.when they go out and quote a price on a job or if you have a issue they take their time? and find out what the problem is and give you a reasonable price???? on what you need done?????? or even if they find something else wrong that you had no idea about you better believe your getting the best price.
