Our A/C went out on a late Sunday afternoon a couple weeks ago. Could not get a tech in a timely matter. We called a competitor. Got much more quick and efficient service. That competitor now has our business. Hopefully other have great experiences when they have a need.

Ethan is very professional and helpful. He explains what he does, and lets you know how your system is working.

The plumber,Adam, evaluated the slow drain in the kitchen sink and suggested how the situation could be improved by changing it. He also evaluated how the slow drip at the outside spinet could be stopped and the estimate of the cost. He was thorough with his investigation and was observant of other potential problems that may need to be addressed. He and his trainee we very polite and considerate. We will recommend FROG.

Had a scheduled appointment to get some estimates on some work around the house. They showed up an hour and a half late, no big deal things happen. An hour in and another guy shows up for “training”. So they’re looking at everything, cool. They’re at my house for about 4 hours, 45 minutes of that is just sitting in my driveway talking. Well that’s been about two months ago... no call, no email, no work done. They essentially basically cased my house for 4 hours, and left. I never even got their names...
