Carl Schmidt was the technician that came to my house. We had a problem that a contractor, roofer, and landscaper could not solve for several months. Carl came out and in 15 minutes located the problem and fixed it perfectly. He went beyond the call of duty and you should all ask for him.

I called this company for service last Friday right after lunch when my HVAC stopped working because their stickers are all over the HVAC units at my new home. The lady I spoke to said she had to pull my warranty information from the back because it wasn't in the computer and they would call me back. Since I knew if I waited too long I wouldn't be able to get help until Monday I called them back after waiting ~45 minutes. She picked up and said they were still looking over my contract and would call back in a few minutes. Another hour and a half goes by and no call. I called at 5:05 and was sent to an after-hours support/dispatch line that has no idea what warranty I have or if anything is covered and says the main office closed at 4 p.m. I received a phone call at 5:10 from the lady at the main office but it went directly to voicemail because I was on the phone with the after-hours person. The main office person's voicemail said that they could help with my problem and to call back during regular business hours on Monday! Hello entire weekend with no heat. Thanks for the help!

Edit: I almost forgot the best part, in order to keep from freezing to death this weekend I had to go out and spend a few hundred dollars on propane and space heaters instead of spending that money actually getting the problem fixed.

These guys were amazing! I called at 8:30 with an issue, they got to my house a bit after 9. They were friendly and professional. They replaced my toilet, which had a crack and was leaking, in a little under an hour. I am so glad I called TN Plumbing Solutions. I would definitely do business with them again!

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Had a fantastic experience with these guys. They were very prompt and the price for their services were a lot less than I thought they were going to be. My service guy Drew had a lot of advice he gave me in case I had other issues in the future which could possibly save me a lot of money depending on the situation. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

I will keep this review simple, run don't walk to the phone to call these guys. They even offer complimentary inspections of your plumbing and don't ever oversell you.

I recently used Choice Water Heaters to replace our leaky hot water heater. Incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They made it out to the house very quickly! While replacing the water heater, they were able to reroute a water purification system that was blocking access, and all for a great price! Will definitely be using again!
