I had an emergency situation and Roto-Rooter saved the day. While I was told by Hiller to find another plumber, because they were booked (precious time wasted), Roto-Rooter came by within 20 minutes. Garrett, who was in charge of restoration, was super helpful in keeping me calm and sharing ideas on what the problem may be until the plumber came. The plumber (Bo) knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within an hour. I'm so thankful for the team that showed up at my place. The issue would have been much worse without their response time and experience. Thank you, Roto-Rooter!

Called them on a Sunday for a badly clogged pipe. The plumber showed up within a hour and crawled under the house real quick and then told us we had a major problem because our drain pipe whick was pvc drained into a galvanized pipe and then a cast iron pipe and he couldn't power flush it because it would probably bust the pipe and then said we had to replace the entire pipe system for $1900. We told him we would check with the landlord to see what he thought. He told us that he would email me a copy of the repair quote and also the receipt for the $85 service call, which we received neither. We called the landlord and he had someone else come out and look at it and they said there was no galvanized pipes in the drain and he replaced a 20 foot section of pvc pipe and fixed the problem for $500. I feel this person the company sent out was only concerned about overcharging us for something we didn't need because we didn't know what we were dealing with. We will never reccomend this company.

I needed a thermal expansion tank installed and not only did he help me verify the problem, he agreed to come over and do the work after I got home - at 6pm! He showed up early and got right to it. About 40 minutes later he was done and my problem was solved. Great guy - fast and efficient. If you live in Bellevue, this is your guy.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

I called and made an appointment for Tuesday from 3-5. I waited at my home for 2 hours and no one called or came to my home. When I called one week later they had an apology for me. I was waiting for someone to call and tell me they had an emergency or some reason for the mistake but that never happened. I wouldn't take the chance on this company who may or may Not show up to the appointment.
