Best Electrical Inspection in Nashville TN

I have to concur with a lot of folks here...C&S installed a new heating/air unit in my home in February and everything ran great. When the AC kicked on in June and ran for prolonged times, water back-up in the unit and flooded the return trunk line. C&S came out, indicted the drain was installed backward and tried to charge me $120 service call and quoted $700 to replace the trunk line. I noted they installed everything and that the problem occurred when the AC finally had to run for prolonged periods. They still wouldn't budge despite admitting they installed the drain wrong. I got the BBB involved but all they said was they'd like to mediate the disagreement...ultimately, after 3 months, they said they would comp the service call and install the trunk line, but i had it fixed by then...no one should have to go through that...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you created this problem when you installed the unit...i see they are still accredited by BBB despite my complaint...

Outstanding company in every respect. Identified a slow leak in our 15 year old HVAC system, topped off the refrigerant, and cut our electric bill by 30%. Their annual maintenance plan is excellent. All 3 techs that we've interacted with have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Happy to share information. On time. Efficient. Reasonable pricing for the services rendered. Lee was very prompt and quickly began to research the problem; a gas leak. He was very thorough with checking all of our gas connections. The areas with a leak were corrected and our gas was turned back on the same day. Very happy with their service!!!

Props to my fellow SoCal transplant here in TN, Henry. He was up-front, fast and came up with a range of solutions for my water heater problems. He also fixed my bath faucet on the spot even though my appt was about the water heater. Hoffman was a great value, and the home office staff was super communicative, too-- they were incredibly nice on the phone and got Henry to my door in less than 24 hrs.
