Jake the Plumber is the best. We came back from a 10 day vacation and were shocked to learn our whole house temperature was near frozen due to problems with the thermostat. The water tanks of all toilets were completed frozen and two shower cartridges were cracked due to ice expansion, not to mention the frozen pipes. The next day when the room temperature returned back to normal, the water in one of showers began to leak uncontrollably. Then we called Jake the Plumber on Sunday afternoon and they came in less than one hour. They quickly fixed the problem of the broken pipes in the house and performed a courtesy check to make sure all the other water pipe problems were fixed. Our family greatly appreciates the prompt work they did for us. Jake the Plumber was very nice and professional during the job and we highly recommend them for any future plumbing problems.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I needed a new water heater due to the manner in which the old was vented so upon furnace replacement the old would not continue to vent. The installer was on time, professional and was efficient and completed the work leaving it looking great. The installer also remembered doing additional work in the house 7 years ago. Very impressive that your team remembers houses and home owners. I have always enjoyed working with Norblom and was pleased when I found out it was Norblom that was contracted by Standard Heating for the heater.

We always have issues getting our pilot light relit when it goes out, so we call Paul Bunyan to come out. I was able to get a same day appointment that worked with my schedule. Sergio came out and was familiar with our house and set up as he remembered the previous owners and working with them. He was able to confirm my suspicion that our water heater was leaking but was able to get it restarted so we could have time to make a decision about a replacement water heater. Knowing I was interested in a tankless water heater, he spent extra time to verify if this was a feasible option though at first glance it did not appear to be. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and seemed to be happy to help.

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Today, I had Dean's Home Services come out to my elderly mother's house to replace her water heater. I could not have been happier with the entire experience. From talking with Kelly on the phone, to having Erik help with the purchase of, and installation scheduling was fantastic! Less than an hour after Erik left, Brad van Hees and Luke were at the door for the installation of the new water heater. They removed the old water heater, and had the new one installed in less than an hour!
