Great family owned business. Plumber, one of the Hovde sons, was terrific, and very quick. I had a blown water heater and that had to be replaced. They were here the next morning, worked hard, and even came in $200+ under the initial estimate. Couldn't be more pleased. My neighbor got a bid for the exact same water heater and it came in more than twice as much as my bid from a family owned business. SHOP LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!

I specifically requested a plumber with experience with Under sink RO Water Filter system expertise. My tech did not have much experience at all. He found a cracked water shutoff and replaced it and replaced the tank which I bought. He said I should be good. I am not, the problem was not fixed. Also your prices are really high! And your policy about addressing after service issues stinks. You want to charge me $89 to come back to fix something you didn't fix???I will never use Paul Bunyan again. I will also never refer you to friends, colleagues and family who need a plumber. NOT HAPPY!

Had these guys out to inspect our 30+ yr old furnace before kicking it on for the season. Their phone/email customer service was very friendly and responsive when setting up the appointment and they even told me about a coupon on their website that I didn't know about (that ended up saving me some real money).The technician who showed up (Josh S.) seemed really knowledgable and was quite friendly, in a very genuine way. He communicated very well throughout the 1hr+ inspection, taking the time to walk me through what he was doing and what he was seeing etc..Overall, I was really impressed with the whole transaction. Please note, my rating is based on my customer service experience only, since we didn't have any repair work done. That being said, based on this positive experience, I will be giving them a call when I do need something fixed or replaced.
