Best Water Softener Repair in Minneapolis MN

Calling a plumber to my home is usually a traumatic experience ie; last company flooded my basement! So, after a new washing machine couldn't be installed due to a corroded a hose connection I hesitantly called TJK Plumbing due to the great reviews. I'm thrilled to report that Kurt and his apprentice came on time after calling to say they're on the way. Kurt was was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and left the area clean. Checked and double checked that the repair would not leak. Plumbing repairs are never inexpensive, but I didn't feel he was trying to gouge me like previous companies have done. Did I say I was thrilled to find a competent and reliable plumber? Well I am very happy with my experience with this company and definitely recommend them! Believe the great reviews they're legit!

Erickson went above and beyond to get our office up and running when we needed them in a pinch. Nick was wonderful. In and out and got us back in business. I would certainly use their services again! Great job guys!

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.
I have already recommended him to several friends looking to do renovations.

He said he would show up at 9 am.
I took the time off of work to be home.
He never showed.
He called almost 2 hours later to say sorry but his back hurt.
Now I understand that people have injuries but to wait that long to call was absurd.
I guess that's the risk you take when trying to give the little guy your business.
Now I have to pay emergency rates and take more time off work :-(

Andrew is an excellent plumber. I have used him for years as I have Tim Hammack. He is very professional, always knows how to correct any problem with a good attitude and a touch of humor. He is exceedingly punctual. I am always pleased with their service and in knowledge.

Can't recommend this company and its plumbers enough! Our neighbors used them with great service and then we did. Replaced water heater in under 2 hours, the longest part was him having to wait for our old one to drain. Chris was our plumber and very personable, competent, and all-around good guy! Price was fair, comparable to Home Depot. Response time was same day for us, which I was VERY pleasantly surprised! They will be our first call if we ever need a plumber again!

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

They came out, and did some work. Didn't even up finishing the bid.

I ended up spending $3,200 with them. I paid another company $1,800 to redo and finish what hovde started. Wouldn't recommend based off of what happened to me.

After going to all the big box stores who could not solve my problem Lavon brothers did.

Andrew was very professional and was eager to explain everything so i could understand everything about the process. He was very courteous and i was very satisfied with the appointment. The second person who helped me was named Pete and he was very professional and an all around very nice guy. Overall it was a good experience. Try did a great job on the install and walked me through everything in a way that makes me feel confident in their work.

Mitch was so helpful and honest. He made sure we were set up for proper pressure for maximum heat output. He also installed a surge protector for us. He was really informative and respectful.
