Great experience. Stu arrived on time and was fair and honest when dealing with my water heater issue. It's not often you find a plumber who's easy on the eyes and on the pocketbook.

We recently had a cascade of plumbing issues in our 110 y/o Minneapolis home, starting with a bathroom faucet coming loose and leaking. This was on a 1/2 bath install from 2011 that included what we quickly came to realize was a poorly installed (not level) 1/2 bath sink.

We called ENP for addressing replacement of both the sink and the faucet. ENP was helpful and timely with suggestions of replacement products and we could not be happier with the new set up. The bid was accurate and follow up excellent; we were never left hanging in regards to timeline.

For the same project we added on 2nd floor tub shower faucet replacement, shower grab bar install, and the somewhat bittersweet replacement of our singing toilet which had its guts replaced and is no longer melodic. In addition while working the plumbing team found and repaired a tiny leak in the copper piping hidden behind the tub wall, and noticed and suggested we add or replace two sets of shut off valves. ENP checked with us every step of the way and informed us professionally regarding choices and recommendations.

The price was fair for the two craftsmen in our home most of the day and with so much accomplished.

Jaren and Nick were a pleasure to have in the home, respectful, quiet, cleaned up etc. absolutely no issues.

Amazing experience! I called Erickson to get a quote and schedule service to install new flush LED ceiling lights in the living room of our new home, as well as replace some existing older ceiling lights. As we were anxious to have the install completed as soon as we took possession of the house (ahead of furniture being moved in), I did this while we were actually waiting to close on the purchase, so all I could provide was the realtor shots of the home with the areas in which we wanted to work. Zach at Erickson was super friendly and provided a strong and confident quote (with the mutually understood caveat that a final price would obviously be dependent on a pre-install inspection). We booked an inspection date and installation appointment just a few days after the close. We worked with Joe M for both the inspection and installation, and he was spectacular -- amazingly friendly, great advice and guidance, diligent and efficient worker, and treated our home with respect and care. In the end, Joe installed 7 wafer lights (4 of which were replacements of existing fixtures) and 2 new switches with dimmers in the span of about 5 hours, and in the end, the final work looked pristine. If you didn't know he had been there that or weren't previously familiar with the rooms, you'd never know work had just been done. And it all came in right on quote, to boot. I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

So far, I've only had Eric over for a discussion and quote for an upcoming new bathroom project, but he was on time and provided helpful and thorough details and several options for getting the project done. Well appreciated!

Had a pinhole leak in our main supply pipe in our basement and found our old main shutoff gate valve just below the leak didn't fully close due to age and lack of use. Put in a request over the weekend (leak started Easter Sunday, of course) and first thing Monday morning had a call from Andy to get details on our issue. Andy coordinated with the city on our behalf to have our water shut off at the street the next morning and had a plumber out an hour after that. Andy was also extremely polite and patient when I had to call him back a couple more times to ask some other random questions about the job. I had called a couple other places for estimates/scheduling and no one was able to confidently coordinate our repairs and answer questions as quickly as LeVahn Bros.

I am unfortunately blanking on the name of the plumber who came out to do the work (I want to say Brad?) but regardless, he was also friendly and professional, explained our options, and executed the repair flawlessly. He replaced our degraded valve and the main supply pipe from the meter to the water softener and cleaned up the puddle that was left from the leak.

While I certainly hope I don't need to call a plumber again anytime soon, LeVahn Bros is definitely up at the top of my list for future jobs.

Karim was excellent! (Yes we share the same name) Very nice guy, showed us all of our options because we wanted a new furnace. He showed us everything and didn’t pressure us at all. When buying a furnace or A/C you really want all the information in front of you so you can choose confidently. Showed us different price points things we could add or take away to suit out needs. Karim brought all the info of the makes of furnaces. We asked our questions & his opinion on things and he answered them to the best of his ability.

Tom did a amazing job on fixing my pipe that broke he was very professional and fast with the fix

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

My tech Nick showed up on time, was friendly, professional, clean, and upfront about the cost. He completed the job in about an hour. (I had a leaking connection to my water softener unit). Highly recommended!! Very good work, and works quickly! Was less than an estimate I got from someone else, and the work was absolutely first rate. No shortcuts by using sharkbite or anything. I try to do my own easy plumbing projects(fixtures and under the sink stuff), but know my limits and Mike will be my go to for future plumbing needs. When I called the number it went to vmail, I texted the number on the message(or I could have left a vmail) so I could attach pictures, and Mari responded almost immediately with their pricing and what times were available. He showed up early and made sure it was done right. I needed my main shutoff valve replaced(in the house), and they worked with the City to arrange the shutoff from outside the house.
